Very tasty pizza, we come to Potsdam just for that. We stopped off in Berlin on our way home over Pentecost. Very nice and friendly staff. Everything was great.

One of the best tomato sauces I've ever had, both for lasagna and our spaghetti. The pizza was also excellent. Nice and thin and crispy! The servers were attentive and friendly! I absolutely recommend this place!

One of the best Italian restaurants I know, if not the best. Very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing. A truly lovely atmosphere. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside. We'll be back next time we're in Potsdam. We had two wonderful evenings there.

Great service - good value for money - terrace facing the lake

Excellent food. I imagined myself in Tuscany. I'm going for the truffle pizza. Pair it with the perfect wine. It's definitely worth eating here. The service is first-class, and the ambiance leaves nothing to be desired.

I would recommend reserving a table! The location is very, very nice! The atmosphere is good. The seating is rather upscale. The food is standard Italian. We ordered pizzas. They were tasty, but nothing special. We'll be back again in the fall to try the pasta wrapped in Parmesan cheese. They're only available from September to April. Otherwise, the drinks were very good. The restroom was also fine. And the service was okay. In summary, I would say it's a good restaurant to go to with your parents (the average age was 50+). So, to recommend a good restaurant in Potsdam, this one is a good choice. However, I would prefer other restaurants to go to with my partner.

First class food of excellent quality. The prices are absolutely moderate. Here you can even get pasta straight from the Parmesan cheese. Conclusion: Absolutely top!!

We were tourists in Potsdam and found the trattoria via Google. Even though the weather was great, we managed to get a table on the terrace, even though it was very busy. The service and food are absolutely great. We immediately planned a second visit and reserved the places. We'll definitely be back

A nice restaurant in a very nice location. If you want to eat very well and inexpensively, this is the right place for you. The service is very friendly and very quick, you are shown to the seat. The food, today it was pizza, was very plentiful and there was a free little “nightcap”. All in all, highly recommended!

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars We recently ate in this pizzeria - the taste was really great! The risotto was excellent, the calzone was also very tasty, and the children's schnitzel was a huge portion - our daughter was completely satisfied. Nevertheless, there were a few weak points: The service was rather average - unfortunately our second bottle of water was forgotten. The ambience outside also left a lot to be desired: there were tablecloths, but the faded flowers from the previous year were still in the windows. The outdoor area was only partially open, although it was well attended. Some guests also sat indoors. Overall, we can't say much about the interior - only that our daughter didn't want to go to the toilet because, in her opinion, it was very dirty. Conclusion: The food was really excellent, but there is still room for improvement in terms of service and the design of the outdoor area.

We had reserved a table when we arrived it was still occupied and were told to wait outside for a while (20 minutes) For the waiting time, I would have at least expected that we would be offered something at the expense of the house. We've been there several times and the food is always excellent That evening (April 5th) it was pretty crowded and a lot of stress

Terrific! Ate there twice on business, 3 courses. Very busy during the week. Large portions and very attentive service staff. Absolute recommendation: starters, pizza, spaghetti and especially the desserts - top restaurant in a very nice location near the water.

A good restaurant with good food and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the acoustics in the restaurant are poor. Conversation at your own table is almost impossible when the restaurant is busy. Speaking loudly doesn't help, as the people at other tables also become increasingly loud. Soundproofing would be appropriate.

Best Italian in Potsdam West. Great waiters, very good pasta and pizza and always a great daily menu with new things. The mustard crusted lamb was to die for. Always happy to come back.

We reserved a table by phone and were lucky to get a seat because it was quite full. We were warmly welcomed and immediately shown to a table. There were already olives at the table and bread was served. Everything happened quite quickly, the atmosphere was good, the waiters were very nice, the menu was very appealing and there was a board with additional offers on the menu. All in all it was a pleasant evening with good food and good wine. Thank you.

Unfortunately the staff was unfriendly and reprimanding. There was obviously no agreement between each other, as a dish was served contrary to the previous order. There was then an unfriendly and condescending comment about extra olives that had not been eaten but had not been ordered beforehand, and afterwards the leftovers that had been requested to be taken away were “accidentally” thrown away by the chef. There was also a stomach ache on the way home. Unfortunately it wasn't a nice and relaxing evening as hoped...

Fantastic food as always, it gets very busy on Friday evening, maybe choose another day if you want to entertain yourself. But it fits the Italian feeling.

Authentic Italian cuisine – a real highlight in Potsdam! For us, Trattoria Toscana is one of the best Italian restaurants in Potsdam. We've been there several times and each time we've been impressed by the excellent quality of the food, the great service and the lovely atmosphere. The homemade pasta is simply phenomenal, you can taste the freshness and the love with which it is prepared. The calamari is also a delight, perfectly prepared and incredibly tasty. The steak is cooked to perfection, juicy and of first-class quality. And of course the pizza shouldn't go unmentioned, crispy base, perfect ingredients, simply a taste experience. There is also a great selection of wines to round off the culinary experience. A special highlight for us is the attention given to our little Chihuahua. His steak is always freshly prepared and specially cut into small bites, a gesture that we really appreciate and that shows how warm and service-oriented this restaurant is. The service is always friendly, attentive and ensures that you as a guest feel completely comfortable. The ambience is cozy and inviting, and in summer it's great to sit outside and enjoy the food in a relaxed atmosphere. If you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine with first-class ingredients and warm service in Potsdam, you should definitely visit Trattoria Toscana. Absolute recommendation, we would love to come back again and again!

Price performance is just right here!! We ordered the same pizza twice and were pleasantly surprised at how big and tasty it was. Reservations were almost necessary as it was very busy. Parking spaces are available.

The best pizza I've ever eaten. A wagon wheel and sooo delicious. The ox cheeks also tasted great. The wine was a poem, the dessert (mocha ice cream) melted in your mouth... the staff and the boss were incredibly attentive and friendly despite being busy. I ordered a medium-cooked fillet. Even after I sent it back and they cooked it a bit more, it was still rare inside. I refused to eat it, yet I was still charged the full price.

All the food was of high quality and you can tell that the cooking here is made with love. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating. You immediately feel comfortable and in good hands. Definitely a clear recommendation – we will definitely come back!

On the occasion of a big birthday we had reserved for 30 people. The planning that had taken place beforehand was discussed in a very customer-oriented manner. We made a selection of dishes. This was presented to the guests on a small menu. That was great. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food then actually came to the table together. Many thanks also to the kitchen, that was great. The food was very tasty. We have only received positive feedback from guests. I had a very relaxing stay for my birthday. Ambience, service, food, everything was perfect. Thank you very much.

A fantastic culinary experience at Trattoria Toscana in Potsdam! As a starter we chose baby calamari on salad – a real treat! The baby calamari were perfectly prepared: tender, juicy and wonderfully seasoned, with the crisp, fresh salad - an excellent combination. The main course was monkfish – simply a dream! The fish was cooked to perfection, wonderfully aromatic and of excellent quality. A perfectly coordinated side dish was served, which rounded off the dish wonderfully. The service was first class: friendly, attentive and warm without being intrusive. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and inviting, exactly what you want for an Italian evening. A real insider tip for lovers of Italian cuisine! We'll definitely be back. 😊🍝🍷

A lively restaurant with a warm welcome. The serving team all speak English and German ❤️🌟 The food was delicious, beautifully served and generous portions. I was made to feel welcome even though I was a single diner. The only "downside" was the slowness in getting the bill - I needed to leave quickly, but my lovely server was taking a huge group order and nobody else would do my bill for him 😢

The service at this classic Italian restaurant was very accommodating. My pizza was ok, but not exceptional and could have used a little more flavor or a richer topping. The price is not entirely in proportion to the quality. The atmosphere was pleasant.

Everything about this restaurant was just right. We were there as a large group, the restaurant was full, but all the employees were super friendly, no sign of stress, although it was certainly very stressful for the employees. Everyone was warm, attentive and always had a smile on their face. Despite the restaurant being fully booked, we didn't have to wait long for drinks and food. Also very child friendly. Great card, plus a day card on the board. All the dishes were very, very tasty! We had a very nice evening and everyone was thrilled! Many thanks to the whole team, it's rare to find such a great restaurant anymore.

Friendly waiters, perhaps tables a little too close together, but still a nice restaurant. The food was rather mediocre. Quite sober and not particularly sophisticated. The fish in various dishes was always dry and the only seasonal vegetable was blanched spinach. Overall a bit disappointing.

We were just here for a birthday, but unfortunately very disappointed! After we asked if the pizza was available without mozzarella, the waiter answered angrily that it wasn't a real pizza at all. Another pizza was accidentally ordered without cheese, but when we pointed out that we didn't know that, the waiter just held the menu at us accusingly. The food didn't taste particularly good either. It's a shame that the prices aren't exactly modest. Unfriendly service and exorbitant prices. Has nothing of Italian charm

Sorry, but I can't understand what is being said. The food doesn't taste good at all. My wife's liver was swimming in fat and my risotto was pure mush. This has nothing to do with being a real Italian.

We had dinner there yesterday to end the last day of summer nicely. I was able to eat the best gluten-free pizza there. The Aperol and our starters also impressed us. We are happy to have found such a great restaurant for ourselves. The service was very accommodating - everything was great!

I really enjoy being there every time! Very tasty food, and even on very busy days they try to avoid long waiting times. The terrace is beautiful in summer! The gnocci in sage sauce are my favorite! :)

Very nice staff, great food... due to the proximity to the water and an algae problem, unfortunately an extreme smell when eating.
