I really enjoy being there every time! Very tasty food, and even on very busy days they try to avoid long waiting times. The terrace is beautiful in summer! The gnocci in sage sauce are my favorite! :)

One of the best Italian restaurants I've visited. Highly recommended. Any time. Super nice service. Update 10.8. Absolutely disappointed. Invited friends to enjoy the Italian restaurant - a complete disaster. Waited 2 hours for the food, the meat wasn't medium as ordered... Drinks were forgotten or only brought after 45 minutes. We liked to drive the hour to the restaurant but not anymore. How can you be so slacking off... It's a shame but it's no longer an option.

At this Italian restaurant it is worth ordering from the board with the daily recommendations. There you will find the special things, such as: B. Beetroot gnocchi with walnut filling. We have been here a few times in previous years and now again and it was worth it again.

Been there for the first time. A very large terrace. Everything was full, no problem since we reserved. Bruschetta was good and cheap at €6 for the large breads. I have never seen such a large galzone. Was also delicious. The salmon could have stayed on the grill a little longer. Because of the amount of people, everything took a little longer. Still a good restaurant.

Our refuge for years when other restaurants are too full...the food is always of good quality, sometimes very good, and the prices are usually reasonable. There is a recommended day ticket. In addition, what is expected from an Italian restaurant: pasta, pizza, meat and fish dishes, many vegetable creations with even more flavor and sophisticated desserts! The service is attentive, at least very hard. Recently an order (dessert) took about 30 minutes to reach the table, despite remembering, but that is probably an exception and the taste made up for the long waiting time (hot fig with orange mousse - delicious!). The service person apologized twice. - Can happen!

Tooop Italy in Potsdam. Was in town on business and the visit to the restaurant was worth it. There are still people in Germany who work hard and offer quality. There is still food until late at night.

The Pfifferlinge (Type of mushrooom) linguine was delicious which was a special of the day. As was the duck risotto. Service was excellent. Nice charming hidden away spot. Great atmosphere. Definitely would recommend and return to if next in the area.

Being in Germany and finding yourself in a restaurant where with its excellent c hen you feel like you're in Italy. Excellent dishes and super friendly and professional staff. If you are in Potsdam you can't miss this special place! super recommended!

We enjoyed the food and the dishes. The staff was also really friendly and accommodating. There is only one star deduction for service. Later, when the restaurant was very busy and a lot of orders were coming in, our dessert and coffee took a long time and we also received the wrong order, which was then taken back. But you can still recommend the restaurant!

Wir waren zu acht, fas Restaurant war voll, wie schon im letzten Jahr. Getränke kamen zügig und sehr sehr leckeres frisches Brot ebenfalls. Der Kellner füllte es immer wieder nach ,weil es sich sooo schnell weggeknusperte und der Hauptgang doch etwas dauerte. Was völlig ok ist. Essen war super lecker, jeder hat das richtige gefunden, mit Showküche Dorade am Tisch filetiert 😀 Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder . Klare Empfehlung

Food was very good. There were 3 of us, 2 adults and 1 child. Our son had gnocchi with tomato sauce. Very large portion. Insalata mista, pizza and my meal of the day, homemade linguini with asparagus and swordfish were very tasty. It was very well attended for a Wednesday evening.🍝🫶👍🍕🍷🍽

We made a reservation at very short notice and despite the high number of guests, we still got a table on the terrace. The service staff was quick and passionate. The food was great, as was the service. Definitely a recommendation.

Food from the daily menu, here asparagus, was really good, alone, it was too crowded, so everything was mixed up and the staff was a bit inattentive. But the location is great and hopefully the rest will develop.

As regular guests, we come here often and are actually very impressed with the restaurant. Unfortunately, our visit yesterday was really a complete failure, from the reservation to the on-site visit. 1. Reservation Despite having confirmed a table reservation four days before the visit, we felt like we were seated in the evening where something happened to be free. 2. Appetizer order Please order starters together with the main course so that the number of vouchers in the kitchen remains low. This internal problem should not be discussed with the guest and must not have any impact on their well-being on site. 3. Hair in the main course Dark, long hair in the food was initially commented on with the questions - How long? What color? Then the food was remade. There was no small attention from the house as compensation. 4. Waiting time for drinks We waited at least 15 minutes for the second round, and the waiting food got cold. Unfortunately, our asking didn't help either. 5. Behavior waiter After all the points mentioned above, it's clever to ask several times "Anything else?" , was actually a blast. Conclusion We were very disappointed last night and have decided not to visit for now. Unfortunately, the service yesterday didn't match the quality of the food - apart from the hair. We didn't feel comfortable as guests, and our questions or complaints were not addressed. You were one of many, individual satisfaction was unfortunately not important. On the contrary, when we complained, we were laughed at. Nowadays, no restaurant in this price segment can and can afford that.

Trattoria Toscana is a very nice restaurant. We sat outside and had a lovely evening. Although the restaurant was very busy, food and drinks always came quickly. The staff is very friendly and attentive. To the whole team, we felt very comfortable!!!!!

A very good lasagne that could be slightly larger. But it is very, very tasty and well layered. The waiters are all very attentive and nice, you feel comfortable here.

Even though the trattoria was at full capacity, we still managed to get a spot. We were served quickly and very courteously. Honest restaurant with good service. The gnocchi dish was very tasty. Contrary to my expectations, the gnocchi were even homemade. The ambience was ok. The chairs (plastic) on the terrace are not of the best standard. However, this is the only criticism.

We went spontaneously and despite the restaurant being full, everything was possible to provide us with a table. Super friendly waiters with great advice. Came across it by chance 2 years ago when we visited Potsdam. And now a delicious detour is an absolute must when we head towards Berlin. Very nice service and nice ambience, very tasty.

Yesterday we were spontaneously looking for an Italian restaurant and we found the Trattoria, albeit a bit hidden. Absolutely recommended, very friendly and fast service and the food is great! We chose the homemade tagliatelle, which was put together at the table in a Parmesan dish (see video). Very very tasty!

We will definitely come here again when we are in Potsdam. There is no need to say more.

Very narrow, damn loud so that you can't have a conversation with the person you're talking to or you can barely understand the waiter. There were dishes on the daily menu that were no longer available, the food was very sober. Yes everyone has different tastes. Total waiters Hectic but friendly.. dirty tablecloths.. We were in Potsdam for a long weekend and were lucky that the trattoria was opposite our hotel. We didn't have a reservation, but we still got a good spot. The waiters were all very attentive, friendly and courteous as well as quick. We each decided on a pizza and a glass of red wine. Delicious! The trattoria is highly recommended and definitely worth a visit if you are in Potsdam. We'd love to come back.

We passed the restaurant by chance and got a seat without booking in advance. We were really pleasantly surprised. First-class food, nice service and the price-performance ratio is great. We can only recommend it. If we are in Potsdam again we will definitely come back there.

Unfortunately the main courses did not live up to our expectations. The fish was dry, the risotto was mushy and the strips of duck breast were rubbery. The appetizer platter was good. However the service was great. The parking situation is very problematic. It was very crowded, including parked junk cars. You also have no chance of finding a parking space nearby. A risk for guests from outside.

The food and service is great but the restaurant was way too full. Unfortunately we couldn't eat in peace because the noise was extremely unpleasant. You literally had to shout at each other to be able to communicate with each other or place an order. Maybe a few fewer tables would help create a better atmosphere.

Zu Weihnachten eine Katastrophe! Wir waren zu Weihnachten hier essen und sind bitter enttäuscht worden. Das Essen kam erst 1,5 Stunden nach der Bestellung an den Tisch. Auf Nachfrage, warum es so lange dauerte, sagte der Kellner "Na wenn der eene da noch eine Suppe als Vorspeise nehmen musste!". Uff. Insgesamt waren die Kellner eher unfreundlich und gestresst. Kein Wunder, wenn der Laden pickepackevoll ist und nicht ausreichend Kellner (sowie anscheinend auch Küchenpersonal) vor Ort ist. Hier hatte man mit Sicherheit angrenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit die dicken Eurozeichen in den Augen zu Weihnachten. Wo wir auch zur Qualität der Speisen kommen. Die Gänsebrust lag in einer Lache von Tütensoße (ich koche selber intensiv und wusste es sofort) und es wurde sogar Soße über die Brust gegeben. In der Folge war es das mit der Knusprigkeit der Gänsebrust. Dazu war sie leider innen maximal trocken. Diese Enttäuschung konnte nur noch der Ekel toppen, da in mehreren Essen Haare gefunden wurden. Beim Kellner angesprochen, keine Reaktion seinerseits. Insofern kann ich allen Lesern hier nur von diesem Restaurant dringend abraten. Auch unterjährig gibt 100x bessere Restaurants in Potsdam und Umgebung, wo man sein hart erarbeitetes Geld in wahren Genuss eintauschen kann.

Ausgezeichnet Service und sehr gute Küche

Wir waren zu einer Feier mit 25 Personen in einem vom Tagesgeschäft abgegrenzten Bereich. Das war sehr gut. Super Service. Besonders erstaunt waren das alle Gerichte fast zusammen serviert wurden. Unsere Essen waren alle durch weg gelungen.

Wir haben uns zum 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag dort sehr lecker bekochen lassen. Die nette Bedienung hat den Besuch perfekt gemacht. Sehr zu empfehlen

Die Weihnachtstage sind eine besondere Herausforderung in solch einem Lokal: das Essen war super!, der Geräuschpegel durch größere Gruppen (wie auch uns) mit erhöhter Frequenz. Ich würde hier gern in gemütlicher Runde sitzen... Ein Hinweis sei gestattet: bitte für Neugäste eine bessere Ausschilderung; wir sind 3 x vorbei gefahren....
