Trotz erkranktem Personal und Wochenendbetrieb (sommerlicher Freitagabend) wurden wir schnell und freundlich bedient. Das Ambiente ist wunderbar, auch zum Beobachten des Straßenlebens, das Essen immer einwandfrei.

Ein Ort, den man unbedingt besuchen sollte. Herrliche Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches Personal und wirklich köstliches Essen.

Es war toll und gar nicht so teuer.

Hervorragender Italiener mit super leckerem Essen! Wir hatten Nudeln mit Rindfleisch Filet und Pizza Rucola mit Parmaschinken. Beides war hervorragend, wirklich richtig lecker. Der Pizzateig war der beste, den ich seit langem gegessen habe. Wenn man in der Ecke ist, unbedingt hinfahren, Geheim Tipp!!

Sie geben sich als coole Italiener und bemühen sich um eine angenehme Atmosphäre, aber der Besitzer ist ziemlich arrogant und reagiert genervt, wenn man nach Informationen fragt. Die Speisekarte ist nicht besonders italienisch. Das Essen ist aber gar nicht so schlecht. Sie können sich nicht gut benehmen und sind schnell genervt. Wer sich wegen jeder Kleinigkeit aufregt, sollte sich einen anderen Job suchen. Die Desserts sind nichts Besonderes und insgesamt ist es für das Gebotene zu teuer.

Ich habe dieses Restaurant mit meinen Freunden besucht. Es war komplett ausgebucht, aber sie haben uns einen Tisch reserviert, der eigentlich für Mitarbeiter gedacht war. Essen, Service und Atmosphäre waren einfach fantastisch ❤️. Geht unbedingt hin und genießt einen unvergesslichen italienischen Abend in Berlin 🤩. Reserviert einen Tisch!

Italiener in der Nähe vom Kollwitzplatz Service war sehr nett und freundlich, wirkte aber sehr gestresst. Essen war ok: Pizza Diavola war mit Paprika nicht unbedingt mein Geschmack und Stand auch nicht auf der Karte. Fischgericht, dort war der Fisch gut aber das Gemüse war mehr als al dente und die Sauce vom Salat war viel zu salzig. Nudeln mit Muscheln haben sehr gut geschmeckt. 3 Hauptgerichte und Getränke ca. 75 Euro

Ich kann dieses Restaurant wirklich empfehlen und vergebe gerne fünf Sterne – obwohl mein Essen diesmal nicht perfekt war. Für mich ist jedoch entscheidend, wie ein Restaurant mit einer Reklamation umgeht. Leider habe ich schon häufig andernorts erlebt, dass Kritik unsouverän aufgenommen wird: Man reagiert eingeschnappt, unfreundlich oder vermittelt den Eindruck, ein Fehler könne gar nicht passiert sein. Hier war es genau anders. Auf meine Reklamation wurde äußerst professionell reagiert, und das Team hat alles getan, damit ich mich als Gast wohlfühle. Das verdient große Anerkennung und zeigt, dass Service hier nicht nur ein Schlagwort ist, sondern tatsächlich gelebt wird. Auch darüber hinaus ist der Service herzlich, aufmerksam und freundlich. Diese positive Atmosphäre überträgt sich sofort auf die Gäste. Das Ambiente ist ebenfalls sehr gelungen – sowohl die Plätze draußen an der Straße als auch der Innenbereich laden zum Verweilen ein. Ich kann das Restaurant daher uneingeschränkt empfehlen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Fünf Sterne.

War alles top, 1 Stern Abzug weil man nur Bar zahlen kann.

Ich ging seit Jahren zu dem Italiener, leider konnte ich zusehen wie die Zutaten die verwendet wurden immer billiger wurden. Essensqualität hat dementsprechend nachgelassen. Es gibt bessere Alternativen im Kiez

Das Essen ist perfekt, ich bin sowohl persönlich als auch kulinarisch sehr zufrieden.

Das Restaurant nennt sich italienisch, aber Bedienung ist nicht italienisch. Preislich im etwas höherem Segment. Großzügige Portionen. Die bestellten Gnocchi, waren allerdings ein bisschen gummiartig, Spaghetti, Lachs und Rinderfilet waren okay Das Tiramisu ist eher eine Käsesahnetorte..Ruhiges Ambiente da zur Zeit auf der Straße wegen Baustelle kein Verkehr ist.Sitzplätze draußen sehr schön. Die Bedienung hat die Teller sehr langsam und nur nach und nach nach Aufforderung abgeräumt. Die Kellner erscheinen Teils ein wenig zu forsch. ich würde wegen nicht zufrieden stellend service nicht wieder dorthin gehen.

Das Essen ist authentisch und hochwertig. Das Restaurant war sehr voll – zum Glück haben wir noch einen freien Tisch bekommen. Sonst ist es empfehlenswert, vorher einen Tisch zu reservieren.

Wir hatten Glück und bekamen ohne Reservierung einen Tisch für zwei. Das Personal war hervorragend und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Sie halfen uns bei der Auswahl der Pasta und trafen eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Uns beiden hat das Essen sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir fühlten uns wie Stammgäste behandelt. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir hatten gestern Abend einen rundum zufriedenen Abend im Trattoria Toscana. Die Location Mitten im Prenzlauer Berg lädt zum gemütlichen Italienischen Essen ein (sowohl drinnen als auch draußen). Der Service dazu war absolut herzlich ❤️ und zuvorkommend, dazu viel Liebe zum Detail beim anrichten der Gerichte und des Tisches. Werde mit Sicherheit nochmal dort einen Besuch abstatten. Fazit: bravissimo 🍾🤌🏻

Mein Rat: Gehen Sie bloß nicht hierher! Das Essen ist fettig. Ich habe Orangensaft bestellt und stattdessen einen widerlich schmeckenden Tetrapack-Saft bekommen. Wie würden Sie sich fühlen, wenn Sie fast 6 Euro für so einen Müll bezahlen müssten? Furchtbarer Laden!

Kein italienisches Restaurant. Das Essen ist eine Schande für die italienische Kultur.

Wir waren mit fünf Personen zum Abendessen da. Service war sehr freundlich, angenehm zurückhaltend, aber immer da, wenn benötigt. Das Essen war fantastisch bei einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Ambiente ist typisch italienisch, aber nicht aufdringlich. Auf dem Tisch war es für die Speisen und Getränke etwas eng, aber mit Vorsicht und Rücksichtnahme hat es doch geklappt. Wir waren sehr angetan und werden garantiert wiederkommen. Und man kann jetzt auch mit Karte zahlen. Danke dafür. Bis zum nächsten Mal und arreviderci.

Ein lebhaftes und gut besuchtes Lokal mit toller Atmosphäre, in dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Trotz des großen Andrangs ist der Service beeindruckend schnell und effizient. Die Portionen sind großzügig, ideal für hungrige Gäste, und alles wird heiß und frisch serviert. Eine hervorragende Wahl für alle, die ein leckeres italienisches Essen in einem lebhaften Ambiente genießen möchten.

Top Essen! Die Tagliolini mit Steinpilzen auf einem Bett aus Carpaccio, verfeinert mit frischen schwarzen Trüffeln, waren unglaublich. Ehrlich gesagt eine der besten Pastas, die ich je gegessen habe. Noch nie sowas woanders gesehen, kann ich nur empfehlen.

A lovely Italian restaurant with good food and a cozy living room atmosphere. A true trattoria, as it should be.

We were in Prenzlauer Berg looking for an authentic Italian restaurant without a two-hour waiting list and stumbled upon Trattoria Toscana. We weren't disappointed: we found a welcoming, genuine restaurant with checkered tablecloths and frescoes on the wall. The pizzas were really good with generous toppings; we just wished the crusts were a bit crispier. Another plus: despite the Christmas rush, the waiters were in good spirits, and we felt wonderfully looked after!

The food was okay (but nothing you couldn't get elsewhere), and the service was very arrogant. A definite no-go: NO CARD PAYMENTS! This wasn't mentioned anywhere, neither verbally nor in writing, for example, on the entrance door or on the menu. The reason given was that the owner had recently passed away and they were currently switching their card payment system... The only problem is that many reviews mentioned this issue as a negative point months, even years, ago!?!? (How many owners die there???) Therefore, it leaves a very dubious aftertaste! The trade supervisory office should definitely investigate!!! Furthermore, it's very cramped, uncomfortable, hot, and loud! We will definitely not be coming back!

I ate at this Italian restaurant and unfortunately felt very uncomfortable. The waiter was clearly caught up in his macho ego – every request I made was met with a curt or arrogant response. Even when I tried to get a table by the door, I was rudely told that "only this table is available." When I politely asked for a wine sample, instead of listening, he simply named the cheapest wine. Later, when I chose a different wine, he sneered that it was "like the difference between an S-Class and a Polo." Such comments were unnecessary and disrespectful. I'm usually patient and ignored a lot, but at some point, the atmosphere became so unpleasant that I lost my appetite. Other guests – especially women – also seemed visibly uncomfortable or left immediately. It's a shame, because the food was actually good, but with service like that, you simply don't want to stay.

Simply in a class of its own. The food is consistently delicious. The staff is very professional. The ambiance is just what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant, and at reasonable prices.

Paying only in cash is really annoying. I had to trudge to the ATM and back again. The food was okay. The waiter was very nice.

Toscana has been our regular Italian restaurant for many years – and for good reason. Especially in summer, the outdoor seating is lovely and you can enjoy the atmosphere. The pasta, pizza, and meat dishes like saltimbocca are excellent. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. We'd love to come back!

Disappointment at Toscana – Discrimination and Embarrassment My experience at Toscana Restaurant in Berlin was embarrassing and unacceptable. The restaurant accepts credit cards, but for some completely arbitrary reason, they chose my table to refuse card payment. Without any reasonable explanation, I was forced to wander the streets looking for an ATM, leaving my family behind. This was a huge embarrassment, created gratuitously by the restaurant's selective and discriminatory attitude. If they accept cards, they should accept them for everyone. If not, they should clearly state this before serving. Handpicking customers to make payment difficult is disrespectful and unethical. I will never return—and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Mediocre food, ingredients seem to be cheaply sourced, and the staff is arrogant and rude. If you want a pleasant evening with good ingredients, you'll find better Italian restaurants.

Quite a nice atmosphere, but hardly any Italian restaurant radiates such a "buy cheap" vibe as this one. Experienced cooks can still make something out of it, but if you know a little about ingredients... nope.

The pizza was undercooked and half-raw. The cheese was the cheapest imitation cheese, and the meat was the cheapest ham I've ever seen. I had severe stomach pain and other problems while using the bathroom. I will never eat here again.

One of my favorite Italian restaurants for many years. I used to live around the corner and went there often. I haven't lived there for many years, but I still treat myself to the good food and friendly service whenever I can. Note: Cash only! It's best to park in the Kulturbrauerei underground parking garage. From there, it's about a three-minute walk.

Very friendly staff, lovely outdoor seating in the sun.

We had a wonderful evening with our family. Alberto had a perfect sense of things and came up with the right suggestions at the right time. Delicious food! The wine was also fantastic and when we wanted another glass, but not a whole bottle, Alberto solved that very smoothly. Thanks! When leaving the restaurant we also had a very nice conversation and a grappa with the owner (Alberto's father). Great atmosphere and great food!

It appears reservations count for nothing. I had a table booked for 2 people on Saturday 5th April (confirmation of this received via email) got there on time for the waiter to say they are fully booked and have no tables for me and weren’t accepting reservations?? I had the half marathon the next day and had specifically booked this restaurant as it was close to my hotel and had carb rich food which is what was required. It’s not often I write bad reviews but having to wrote this, to make others aware in case the same thing happens to them.

No card only cash restaurant. We sat at this cute litte table where I had the black pasta with salmon and shrimps in a tomato sauce. The dish came out piping hot and was nice. Nothing too special, but it had nice chucks of salmon and two fairly big shrimps. Service was ok, could be a bit more friendly, but it was a very crouwded night. Staff speaks English.

Visiting Berlin had reserved a table for us online. Yesterday we were informed on site that online reservations have no longer been technically working since September. There was no apology. We then went to another restaurant.

It's a cozy place. The service is arrogant and unfriendly. The food is bad. The carpaccio was stale and dry. The tagiatelle with porcini mushrooms and beef fillet had a uniform sauce and the fillet consisted of two slices of carpaccio that floated in the sauce like pieces of cloth. I don't know why it's so popular, there are definitely many better alternatives.
