Dieses Restaurant war rundum außergewöhnlich. Das Essen war frisch, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, kompetent und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre war elegant, ohne dabei förmlich zu wirken. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. 6.

Top Restaurant—Super Service - auch heute wieder top!!!!

Wir waren an einem warmen Freitagabend dort und saßen im halb offenen Wintergarten. Ambiente und Service waren wirklich super! Wir haben als Gruß aus der Küche, eine Creme aus Brokkoli und Spargel bekommen - zusammen mit der Brotauswahl war das schon mal ein guter Anfang. Als Vorspeise hatten wir den Büffelmozzarella, das Carpaccio vom Rind und das Vitello Tonato. Alles war wirklich sehr gut - besonders aber das überhaupt nich fischige Vitello. Das Ossobuco war ebenfalls sehr gut und die Portionsgröße war überraschend üppig. Die Spaghetti Vongole waren auf den Punkt gegart und die Soße war sehr schmackhaft. Leider war das Saltimbocca etwas zu trocken - geschmacklich aber immer noch in Ordnung. Die Safran Panna Cotta zum Dessert, war hingegen wieder super! Das Restaurant hat einen schönen Innenraum und auch der Aussenbereich war wirklich schön - erstaunlicherweise hat man vom Straßenlärm nur wenig mitbekommen. Preislich war es für das, was es am Ende war - Standard italienische Klassiker - nicht in Ordnung. Natürlich ist das Lokal groß und hochwertig eingerichtet, und die Lohnkosten für das wirklich professionelle Servicepersonal müssen sicher hoch sein - 19€ für den Mozzarella hingegen sind nicht gerechtfertigt, um nur ein Beispiel zu nennen.

Wer sich wohl und rundum gut versorgt wissen will, ist hier genau richtig. Der Service war sehr angenehm und nicht aufdringlich. Die Speisen 😋. Man sollte nur wissen, dass es NICHT der Italiener um die Ecke ist , weil exklusive Auswahl an Speisen und gehobenere Preisklasse.

War heute Abend im Il Sorriso. Die Preise sind definitiv im gehobenen Bereich. Geschmacklich war das Essen gut, aber die Portionsgrößen hätten für meinen Geschmack etwas größer sein können. Der Service war in Ordnung, ohne besonders herauszustechen. Insgesamt ein recht typischer Italiener, der mich jetzt nicht wirklich überzeugt hat – vor allem im Verhältnis zum Preis.

Das Essen war fantastisch. Belisima

Wir hatten ein köstliches Essen! Als Vorspeise gab es Carpaccio, das wirklich perfekt war. Ich habe noch nie so zartes Carpaccio gegessen. Zum Hauptgang wählten wir zwei verschiedene Pastagerichte: Pesto-Pasta und Trüffel-Pasta, die ebenfalls köstlich waren. Und dann der Service: super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen perfekten Abend!

Es handelt sich um ein gehobenes italienisches Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr gut und von hoher Qualität. Wir waren an einem Freitagabend dort, als das Restaurant voll besetzt war. Mein Eindruck war, dass es unterbesetzt war. Die Kellner rannten wie verrückt, um die hungrigen Gäste zu bedienen. Und selbst dann war es nicht zufriedenstellend. Wahrscheinlich gab es nicht genügend Köche in der Küche, denn wir mussten viel zu lange auf unseren Hauptgang warten. Ich hörte sogar, wie ein anderer Gast drohte, zu gehen, weil er so lange auf sein Essen warten musste. Er war hungrig und verärgert. Der ganze Stress um uns herum wirkte sich negativ auf die Atmosphäre aus.

Nachdem ich das Restaurant online recherchiert und die recht guten Bewertungen berücksichtigt hatte, reservierte ich für meinen Partner und mich einen Tisch, um nach einem schönen Tag in Berlin dort zu essen. Leider wurde es eine große Enttäuschung. Der Service war zwar effizient, aber nicht aufmerksam und schon gar nicht gastfreundlich. Es schien ihnen nicht sonderlich wichtig zu sein, dass wir einen angenehmen Abend verbrachten. Das Essen war okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Das Carpaccio war sehr gut, der Rest in Ordnung, aber nicht der Standard, den ich bei dem Preis erwartet hätte. Wir saßen zu Beginn des Abends gut 15 bis 20 Minuten ohne Getränke da und dann noch einmal gegen Ende, nachdem der Hauptgang abgeräumt war. Von einem Dessert war keine Rede, und das Bezahlen gestaltete sich schwierig. Schließlich zogen mein Partner und ich unsere Mäntel an und stellten uns an die Kasse, um die Rechnung zu verlangen (so verlockend es auch gewesen wäre, einfach zu gehen). Alles in allem eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung, die wir nicht wiederholen werden.

Wir haben dort nicht gegessen. Wir kamen an und wurden zu einem Tisch geführt. Die vegetarischen Optionen sind sehr begrenzt – es gibt nur zwei Pastagerichte, und das war nichts für uns. Der Kellner schien das völlig ausreichend zu finden und kümmerte sich nicht darum. Das Ambiente sieht gut aus, obwohl wir zur Stoßzeit da waren und der Service sehr gehetzt wirkte. Wir hatten über Quandoo reserviert und uns wurde bei der Ankunft gesagt, dass dies nicht mit dem Restaurant zusammenhängt. Trotzdem bekamen wir einen Tisch, obwohl das Restaurant sehr voll war.

Sensationelles Essen und tolles Ambiente, Bedienung war immer on Top, wir kommen gerne wieder, fühlte sich an wie im Urlaub, ein Kurztrip nach Italien

Wir schreiben eigentlich so gut wie nie Rezensionen, aber dieses Erlebnis war leider so enttäuschend, dass wir es nicht unkommentiert lassen können - zumal wir internationale Gäste dabei hatten. Für sechs Vorspeisen und etwas Wein haben wir über 420 € bezahlt und zusätzlich 25 € Trinkgeld gegeben. Freundlichkeit oder irgendeine Form von Wertschätzung haben wir dennoch nicht erlebt. Auf die höfliche Nachfrage, ob es zum Abschluss einen Limoncello gäbe, kam nicht einmal eine Reaktion. Das Essen selbst war qualitativ sehr schlecht. Das Carpaccio und Vitello Tonnato waren mit einer schweren Mayonnaise und einer undefinierbaren Sauce überzogen, geschmacklich völlig daneben und weit entfernt von dem, was man erwartet. Zwei Personen aus unserer Runde mussten sich später sogar stark übergeben. Insgesamt ein sehr unangenehmer Abend, der in keiner Weise dem Preisniveau oder den vielen positiven Bewertungen entspricht, die wir im Nachhinein ehrlich gesagt kaum nachvollziehen können.

Leider saßen wir im Wintergarten, was bei -7 Grad in Berlin ein eher kaltes Vergnügen war. Der Service war professionell, aber nicht mehr. Das Essen war gut, aber im Vergleich zu Alternativen auch teuer.

Immer eine gute Adresse: erstklassiges Essen, professionielle Bedienung, freundlich zugewandt, aber nicht aufdringlich -- das ganze Jahr über.

Made a reservation for dinner and when I got there my reservation was not honored. The waiter wasn’t even polite about it. I would not recommend this place.

Funny: The waiters start off speaking Italian, but when you speak Italian to them, they switch to German. Too expensive for the menu offered, but the wines are very good.

We had the best sea wolf, the best vittelo tonnato, and the best sole we've ever eaten. Along with that, we had wonderful wines and unbeatable service. When we had questions about the wine, the waiter proved to be extremely competent, something you don't often find even in upscale Berlin restaurants. One final criticism: dessert doesn't seem to be the chefs' focus. The crème caramel is much better, and my rather stale-looking almond cake with amaretto cherries and cassata ice cream was a disappointment, especially since the ice cream was 95% chocolate. It was carelessly sliced ​​from the slice. Nevertheless, the restaurant is a truly wonderful discovery and definitely highly recommended.

Our waiter was so ofended by my question about the size of their primo piatto that he responded something to the effect of ¨Yeah, we also don´t have photos of the food on the menu¨. And then proceeded to give us OK food. No fun in this Italian food, which is hard to do. Sorry, not great

Our meal got off to a wrong start when I asked a question about the truffle fettuccine, and was met with arrogance by the waiter ("we do not offer menus with pictures"). No bread plates provided for the bread. The pasta while truffle flavored presumably with truffle oil, the truffle flakes were flavorless. I was left questioning what was placed on the pasta. The pasta was fresh and well prepared, however. The veal osso bucco was bland. Our overall experience was noteworthy only because the blandness of the food perfectly matched the surly service received. I would not return or recommend this restaurant.

The room has a strange smell when you enter. The stuff apparently overwhelmed and stress out so quite unfriendly. I ordered a fish dish which composed of fish, baby squid and mussels. The dish arrived without any squid and after I complained the waiter replied in a very annoyed way that he passed it to the kitchen but he cannot do anything without it. The taste was quite good though. But I will never come back

Extremely overpriced, food was ok, well presented but really bland. Worthy of a diner not a fine Italian restaurant. Service was poor, had to ask for everything. I would not recommend and would not visit again.

Had dinner tonight. Waited 30 min for the entree after finishing appetizer. Asked them to check with the kitchen, and was told they would come out soon. But kept on waiting. Something must have gone wrong. If they had apologized, we would have forgiven, but there was no apologies for what happened. Food quality was OK, but price was way over priced. Anyone who is reading this review, go to Ja Niko Ja, a Greek restaurant 200m away, and you will really know what good quality food, great service and reasonable prices mean.

There were four of us. While taking an evening stroll, we randomly decided we wanted to eat there. A glass of beer cost 0.37 euros. We paid 170.90 euros for four people. We think it was a rip-off. The price/performance ratio is not justified. For us vacationers, this is a rip-off. We were shocked.

As a Greek with a love for good food I can guarantee that this restaurant serves not only delicious dishes- but also traditional Italian food. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the food and everything was more than satisfactory!

I visited this Italian restaurant for dinner before the Berlin Marathon and was impressed to see they offered a special menu tailored for the event. My friend chose the pasta with mushrooms and couldn’t stop raving about how perfectly cooked it was. I ordered the salmon with lentils and a side of mashed potatoes, and it was genuinely delicious—flavorful and fresh. One thing to note: the salmon is prepared medium rare to medium by default, so if you prefer it well done, just let them know in advance. Overall, a great dining experience that’s perfect for carb-loading before the big race.

We are/were in town for the cup final. For dinner, we stopped at the Sorisso Ristorante and enjoyed the family-run atmosphere, the good wine, and the exquisite food. We finished with an outstanding four-course meal with a matching bottle of wine and other drinks. The service was truly fantastic. It's rare to experience such attentiveness these days. We were able to experience the humanity and loyalty to service, as well as the closeness to the guest, firsthand, during a pleasant conversation. We would therefore like to express our sincere gratitude once again for the hospitality and send our warmest regards to la Familia (including the extended team as a family). Delicious and friendly. It wasn't a special taste, but it was nice that everyone was friendly. I ordered a single menu and was given an amuse bouche. The taste is average but it feels good.

After a long last day of our trip to Berlin we made a stop at Sorrio to eat dinner. The reception of the staff was warm and welcoming and so was the service during the evening. The food and desert was also outstanding; this restaurant became my favorite one on our 4 day visit in Berlin. If you're in the area, make sure to stop by for dinner.

Good, high-quality food, but I think the prices are a bit high for the really fine, but really small starter (Vitello Tonnato) and the plate of Amatriciana pasta for around €20 each (one star deducted for that). What surprised me (1 star deducted for that): in the wine list the open wines are shown with prices for 0.1L glasses (6€) and I guessed that too and actually ordered 0.1. While I was still happy that the 0.1 glasses were generously filled, I received the bill for 0.2 glasses for €12 each. I found that to be quite exaggerated. Update: the operators are trying to delete critical reviews on Google. I don't understand why people think this is necessary, because the cuisine is really good - that's why I deducted more stars.

The quality of the food is simply amazing - I was there spontaneously and wanted to order Pulpo 🐙, but it wasn't on the menu. The waiter was very accommodating and immediately inquired about the kitchen. To my delight, I was served a fantastic pulpo that exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back!

Fairly average experience. The Tortelli di barbabietola dish was very successful. On the other hand, for the rest it is disappointing: 1) High prices especially for water which is clearly at an abusive price, bottle of less than 1L at €9! 2) Unpleasant behavior of the server: - Comes back to me several times to ask me if I chose my dish (I should point out that it was 2:30 a.m. before closing!) - I tell him several times that I want classic/normal water and he deliberately does not understand by asking “carbonated or not carbonated” 3) Restaurant almost deserted on a Sunday evening so no atmosphere.

Been a regular there for years! For me the best Italian in Berlin! Best quality and very good wine selection. Of course quality has its price. But only the best products are bought here, for example from Frischeparadies, and you can taste it too.

This is a very good and very nice Italian restaurant. The food is classical but excellent. The prices are very fair for the quality. There's a fantastic wine list with very good affordable wines (and a lot of amazing unaffordable ones 😅) It's quiet and elegant in an old world way. I went one night and it was so good I went back again the following night. The service is absolutely perfect.

This was an absolutely wonderful sing g experience. The food was beyond phenomenal, the service was just perfect, and the overall atmosphere is wonderful. We had the truffle pasta and the arugula pesto pasta. I can’t find the words to describe how good both of these dishes were. The waiter was wonderful. I wish I had his name to mention specifically how good he was. I’d give more stars if I was allowed.

Estábamos buscando un buen restaurante, ya que estábamos en la zona y Il SORRISO tenía comentarios decentes. Desafortunadamente no estuvo a la altura de las calificaciones o reseñas que habíamos leído. El restaurante no estaba ocupado para un sábado por la noche, pero estábamos sentados en una esquina escondida. Nuestro servidor no era muy amable y casi volcó los menús en nuestra mesa. Tomó nuestro pedido de bebidas y regresó con una cesta de pan, que no sabía muy fresco. Nuestros negronis eran bastante pequeños por el precio pero bien hecho. El menú tenía una variedad de opciones, pero en el lado caro. Mi marido no podía decidirse y preguntó a nuestro servidor lo que recomendaría? Su respuesta - ¡No lo sé! Pedí los ravioles de salmón y mi marido pidió las gambas con espaguetis y aceite de oliva. Nuestra comida llegó y yo estaba agradecido de que teníamos el pan! ¡Tres raviolis en un plato hondo por 39€! ¡El de mi marido no fue menos impresionante! 3 gambas reales con un remolino de espaguetis (tampoco caseros) por 47€ . Después de que nos quitaron los platos, nuestro servidor nos dejó sentados allí durante al menos 15 minutos sin oferta de postre o café. Mientras esperábamos llegó una mesa más grande que parecía ser conocida por el personal. ¡Cuando llegó su cesta de pan, iba acompañada de una botella de aceite de oliva! Lo que esperaría en un italiano auténtico. No lamento pagar por la comida excepcional, pero era promedio y el servicio no era genial. Cuando la factura llegó, tenía en letras grandes en la parte inferior del recibo ‘propina no incluida’!

We reserved a table yesterday and were looking forward to a lovely evening. Unfortunately, our joy was thoroughly spoiled. The waiter who served us, a tall gentleman with a bald head and a mustache, was arrogant and unfriendly. He doesn't seem to like children at all. There is no children's menu. We would also have been happy with a small pasta dish as a suggestion. The waiter was so unfriendly that we got up and left the restaurant. Anyone who employs such waiters doesn't seem to need money. We didn't feel welcome at all

Our visit to “Sorriso” was a true experience. This charming restaurant manages to combine Italian joie de vivre and modern, fine dining in a way that truly deserves the name Sorriso “Smile”. The restaurant is stylish and inviting, with a clean, modern design and a touch of Italian cosiness. The atmosphere is simultaneously elegant and relaxed perfect for a special occasion.
