Not great for the price The spaghetti vongole was not seasoned properly, and the ravioli had a fishy smell. The cream pasta was the best. Steak is just so-so The wine list is quite extensive.

Good, high-quality food, but I think the prices are a bit high for the really fine, but really small starter (vitello tonnato) and the plate of pasta for around €20 each (one star deducted for that). What surprised me (1 star deducted for that): in the wine list the open wines are shown with prices for 0.1L glasses (6€) and I guessed that too and actually ordered 0.1. While I was still happy that the 0.1 glasses were generously filled, I received the bill for 0.2 glasses for €12 each. This may not have been intentional, but it certainly boosted sales.

Very expensive and nothing special, a bottle of mineral water for 9.00 euros, I won't add anything else

The food tasted good. We had two pasta dishes. Not exactly cheap for €21.00 or €22.00, but still okay. I find a glass of red wine (0.1l) for €7.00 to be overpriced. The crowning glory was the greeting from the kitchen (5 white beans, some canned tuna and two onion rings). The taste was fine. O. But if the amount of €8.00 is shown on the invoice, I think it's a rip-off. Since when do you have to pay for something in Germany that you didn't even order? It's a shame actually. In the future, when I receive greetings from the kitchen, I will ask whether this greeting will cost me anything. I'm glad that this place doesn't also charge copperto. We'll let zns get ripped off somewhere else in the future.

Beautiful sitting area with great service, especially the handsome guy with tattoos. Food was good, but it crossed that line of being more fancy than appetizing. Also the drinks menu suffered in the same way. Was nice to try but wouldn't go again if I'm honest.

Italian restaurant that doesn't make pizza. There is no pizza, just so you know. Breads, starters, meat dish were all very good. The service is nice. The atmosphere is good. It is recommended.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed, not being from Berlin I was inspired by the positive reviews on the restaurant. But in the end nothing special, a discreet dinner and a service certainly reserved for passing customers.

The food wasn't worth the money. In the carbonara (German version with cream - that alone is a shame) there were only a few pieces of ham. It wasn't seasoned either. Price-performance absolute impudence.

The restaurant was recommended by the Hotel Palace concierge and we were looking forward to the meal. Unfortunately we were disappointed because the decor was the only really positive thing about the whole evening. The demeanor of the staff was just about correct. Unfortunately there was no sign of friendliness and hospitality. Was it because we were walk-in customers? Isn't it good to avoid alcohol? I don't know it. We felt unwelcome and dismissed and thank God this is the only time we had to have that feeling in Berlin. Now about the food. The minestrone was okay, nothing more. Rather mediocre and colorless. The grilled scampi was slightly charred, detracting from the tender meat. I would have been happy with a nice sauce. Salmon and monkfish were without complaint but unfortunately also without pizzazz or sophistication. The dessert (tiramisu and pannacotta) were also okay. In summary, in our opinion this restaurant cannot play in the top league. It probably still lives from the splendor of earlier times. I would recommend a little more appreciation to the staff (even towards non-regular customers).

Amazing service! we came 30min to closing and they still accommodated us which was nice. Food was good! Ordered steak with balsamic reduction, unfortunately, though it didn’t come with potatoes which would have completed the meal for me. The ravioli noodle was good but lacked what I was looking for, felt it needed to be simpler with mushroom and cheese only, was too fishy for my liking as it overpowered the meal. Overall not a bad place to try but a bit pricey.

I recently dined at this restaurant and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The food, unfortunately, was quite bland and didn't live up to its price. I found it to be overpriced for the quality and taste it offered. In addition to my previous points, I would like to mention another disappointing incident during my visit to the restaurant. At one point, without any prior notice or consent, the server took away my bread from the table. I was quite surprised and taken aback by this action. It would have been more courteous if the server had asked before removing it. This incident further added to my overall dissatisfaction with the restaurant's service. Moreover, the atmosphere was quite underwhelming. Despite it being New Year's, there was a complete absence of music or any form of entertainment. The silence in the restaurant made the dining experience feel dull and lifeless. Overall, I was not satisfied with the restaurant. The lack of flavor in the food and the absence of music on such a festive occasion left me feeling unimpressed. I hope the restaurant takes these feedback into consideration and makes improvements in the future

Meal for two. Not too busy. Staff were nice enough but service was terrible. Forgot our drinks, had to ask 10mins later then he forgot what the order was! Dumped the mains on the table, no offer of pepper or cheese toppings. Went to pay the bill and 1st line was "the tip is not included" wow. Decent but not amazing

Slow service, tasteless food Not worth to go

Premetto che solitamente non vado ai ristoranti italiani all'estero, preferisco sempre provare le specialità locali. Qui mi hanno invitato e l'esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. I piatti sono italiani sia di nome che di fatto. Pasta cotta come si deve, condimenti e profumi della cucina italiana. Personale molto simpatico e efficiente.

Mijn ouders komen hier al een jaar of 30, ik een jaar of 10. Authentiek Italiaans. Van keuken tot kelner en alles ertussenin en eromheen. Simpel koken is het moeilijkste wat er is, maar is hier tot een kunst verheven. Verse, pure producten gepaard met een immer perfecte bereiding en dito gastvrijheid. Verfijning 2.0. 4.3 als gemiddelde is waarschijnlijk een typfout. Een 4.8 zou treffend zijn. Favoriet in Berlijn. P.s. Vanavond konden we door omstandigheden pas laat (lees: 23.15u arriveren) en werden we alsnog voortreffelijk geholpen. Jullie zijn niet minder dan geweldig. Grazie mille. 👌

Have been there twice, both times the service was excellent, and the food delicious. Last time got the seasonal dishes with chanterelle and the carpaccio was the best I had in a long time. The prices might be a bit higher than the average place but you definitely get your money's worth. The restaurant is very big inside so sometimes it might seem empty but don't let that discourage you from finding this gourmet gem.

Szybka, miła i otwarta oraz sympatyczna obsługa. Uprzejmie, nienachalnie i dowcipnie się zaopiekowali głodnymi. I nakarmili pysznym jedzeniem. Smaki przywołały od razu Italię, bajka. Wnętrza eleganckie, jak w klasycznie urządzonej restauracji. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Ein wunderbares italienisches Restaurant in der alten Mitte Berlins. Die Speisenkarte bietet etwas für jeden Geschmack in bester Qualität. Die Weinauswahl ist hierzu hervorragend. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir kamen jeden Abend in das Restaurant, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Herzlichen Dank vor allem an Giovanni! Sie haben uns sehr gut versorgt und unsere kleinen Unterhaltungen waren sehr angenehm. Bis zum nächsten Jahr!

Rigtig god mad og super betjening.

Für alle Pizzafreaks, hier gibt es keine Pizzen, sondern italian fine dining. Tolles, aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes, sowie gepflegtes Personal. Hervorragendes, gehobenes Ambiente und abwechslungreiche, geschmacklich sehr ansprechende Küche. Restaurant existiert seit vielen Jahren und bietet durchweg fantastische Gerichte. Bin seit Jahren Stammkunde und doch wird man wird immer wieder überrascht und wir sind noch nie enttäuscht worden. Auch Sonderwünsche werden gerne umgesetzt. Vorbestellung eines Tisches zu Stoßzeiten macht Sinn. Gruß ans ganze Team und weiter so. Grazie e a presto!

Da italiano che frequenta Berlino dal 1994, posso dire che questo è veramente uno dei migliori ristoranti italiani. Certamente il prezzo è corrispondente alla qualità, chi non lo comprende, come minimo, non sa cucinare è mangiare. Complimenti.

Nettes Ambiente aber total überteuert! Mein Essen passte nicht von der Preisleistung ! Fischspieß mit 2 Scampi 2 mini Calamari und einen Pulpoarm der 4 Fach aufgeschnitten war! Davon hatte ich 2 hauchdünne Scheiben auf dem Teller 40€ geht gar nicht! Sehr schade ! Der Kellner diskutierte dann noch…..ohne Worte

Hervorragende Küche und Top Service. Einer der besten Italiener in Berlin!

Essen top! Bedienung & Chef sehr auf sich selbst fixiert bzw. Stammkundschaft. Musik - ausschließlich die etwas sehr wenig heitere Playlist des Chefs. Aber die Geschmäcker sind zum Glück verschieden. ;-))

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend, zunächst ohne allzu großen Erwartungen und haben uns bewusst auf die Tageskarte beschränkt, wurden aber in Allem sehr positiv überrascht. Schon das Amuse gueule, ein Kräuteromelette mit einem fein gewürzten Zitronenolivenöl war köstlich, ebenso danach die Gemüsesuppe mit Entenfleisch und schwarzem Trüffel und Haselnussgnocchi und das Thunfischcarpacio. Auch die Hauptgerichte, Wolfsbarsch und Entenravioli auf Orangensauce waren ausgezeichnet. Zum Schluss ein köstliches Schokocassata mit Orangensorbet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die überaus freundliche, humorvolle Bedienung beider Herrrn, insbesondere von Alessandro. Grazie mille! Im nächsten Jahr kommen wir gerne wieder.

Locale accogliente e personale molto gentile e disponibile

Früher (80er) war es bestimmt ein guter Laden! Viele Promis haben sich mit dem Chef ablichten lassen und hier gegessen. Doch der Lack ist ab! Das Essen hat sehr fade geschmeckt, als hätte der Koch die Gewürze vergessen. Haben übrigens auch die Gäste am Nachbartisch bemängelt. Atmosphäre gab es nicht wirklich, erst sehr leise dann gar keine Musik mehr. Wir konnten die Gespräche am Nachbartisch komplett mitverfolgen. Darum wussten wir auch, dass denen das Essen auch nicht geschmeckt hat. Service war aber gut. Für das Gebotene sind die Preise aber viel zu hoch!!
