Trattoria Splendido in Berlin

We were there on Saturday. There were 4 of us and we got an antipasti platter in advance. Then we ate various main courses. From pizza to lasagne to a meat dish. Everything was delicious and it was really fun to eat there. The service was top and everything was perfect. I would go there again at any time. Good cuisine, good service, good ambience.

This fine trattori is fully recommended. The service is super friendly. The food tastes really great. The Diavolo pizza is particularly recommended, perhaps the best I have eaten so far. Thank you for the hospitality!!! We'll be back soon...

I had a pizza Diavola today, it was really fantastic, delicious beer with it. Service is professional and fast. TOP restaurant, been coming here for years and still great.

We had a pleasant evening there, but the carbonara was quite disappointing. In my opinion, this wasn't a classic Italian carbonara and instead of air-dried ham, I think it also had cooked ham in it. Tastes more like this ham cream sauce than a real carbonara. The bread and bruscetta were delicious though!

Very friendly staff, starter (olive oil, bread, olives) of high quality, pizza toppings 5, (plenty of toppings, good ingredients) dough 3.5 (cavities between surface and base) ambience typical of Italy, good draft beer from Veltins, price-performance ratio fits .

My girlfriend and I arrived in Berlin late and wanted to go out for something to eat. We looked for a restaurant near the hotel and found this beautiful restaurant. Since it was already late, we asked if there was anything else from the kitchen. We were greeted very friendly and invited in. We were told that food would be served until 11 p.m., which made us very happy. The atmosphere was very nice and the employees were very friendly and fun. The food tasted very tasty and at the end there was an appetizer. If we were in the area again we would stop by again. Thank you for the friendly hospitality.

Really good pizza with very tasty buffalo mozzarella or beef ham. First of all, great bread with olive oil. The grappa afterwards was also excellent.

Like all other reviews, I have to emphasize the particularly cozy atmosphere. If you didn't know better, you would think Susi & the Tramp was filmed here 😉 The grilled chicken breast with vegetables is excellent. The chicken is cooked to perfection and juicy; the vegetables crispy. This dish particularly appeals to calorie-conscious guests 😉 The same goes for the ruccola salad Steak strips! By the way, extra requests are no problem here at all😊 Finally there is “the little Italian next door” here! And the prices are absolutely reasonable 👍🏻 And if you want to celebrate something special, the table will also be specially set 🥰💞

Dinner here was overpriced for what you get. The steak was okay, but the tiramisu was soggy and tasteless. For the price you pay the quality and value just weren’t there.

The restaurant has such a cozy atmosphere and the staff they were all friendly and lovely. Everything we had was absolutely delicious and made with so much love. Will be coming back here again.

A good and pleasant trattoria, with delicious pizza and very nice and funny service! First we got very tasty and well-seasoned tomato bread with very tasty olives, then we ate two bruschettas that we ordered and which were a bit burnt on the edges. Nevertheless, this starter with the ripe tomatoes, olive oil and spices was very aromatic and we also enjoyed it. Both pizzas were very good, but I would have liked a little more seafood on mine. At the end we got grappa, which was of course a nice gesture.

We spontaneously reserved a table online the day before and it worked without any problems. The service staff are very nice and the food was delicious (pizza). Highly recommended, gladly again ;)

I am Italian, and never in my life have I seen a carbonara with arugula on top. Besides the fact that the taste didn't even resemble this dish. Very disappointed. It's obvious that it wasn't an Italian cooking.

Unfortunately, several unfortunate events have occurred one after the other. First we had to move around again because a larger group was coming and the tables had to be pushed together. Then we were given olives that seemed a little older. Next was the main course - tagliatelle with fillet tips and chanterelles - food was delicious except for the rubbery chanterelles. While eating I bit on a piece of metal (perhaps from a cleaning sponge?). Was acknowledged by the waiter, but it didn't matter. A 0.3 Pilsner was ordered with the meal, but it wasn't filled to capacity. If one or two things like that happen, no problem. But everything together just left a bad impression.

I ate very well there, was well served, the other guests were in a very good mood and we were able to see a good football game 😊👍

I have ordered Spaghetti Carbonara, but the thing that arrived didn’t looked nor tasted like Carbonara. What I got was overcooked pasta with soft ham pieces soaked in oil garnished with parsley and tomatoes. How can such a place have 4,8 and call itself a Trattoria?? What the hell?! The only plus point is fast service. But restaurant is mainly about food.

Food was ok... What bothered us was the host's sense of humor...especially when you're new you shouldn't be a clown and find it funny to make fun of your guests...that's what you do when you're a regular and you know each other.

Super tasty saltimbocca! I'd like to think I've never had such a good saltimbocca. The meat was tender, the vegetables were crunchy and the sauce was an absolute dream! The waiters were super friendly and I can only recommend them again and again.

This is the first time I have experienced such customer-oriented service in Germany. 5 points is not enough, if it were possible I would give 100 points! When you arrived you were greeted warmly and given a seat straight away. The service was very quick and it tasted good too. The interior design was extremely beautiful, it was made in an antique way but also a bit new fashionable, the pictures were also very admirable. The staff were very polite and very quick, you didn't have to wait long for the food to be eaten.

3/17/24 We ate here on 2 evenings during the ITB. Everything perfect, as you would expect from a good Italian. You will be greeted humorously and warmly and well looked after throughout the evening. Pizzas and lasagne were excellent. You sit very well in the front, sometimes a bit drafty when there is a lot of wind. At the end of the corridor there is a second area, but it doesn't have as much atmosphere as the front. The toilets are ok and are checked every now and then. Overall, highly recommended. We are hotel consultants and always evaluate objectively and fairly.

Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich, das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sich wieder.

Was auffällt ist die sehr zuvorkommmende Bedienung. Sehr lecker war alles was ich gegessen habe. Dieses Restaurant merke ich mir. Typisch italienisch ohne deutsche „Verwässerung“.

Very authentic Italian with delicious food and very humane prices. Waiters always have a funny saying on their lips. Even with a nightcap on the house, you will be surprised by the creativity and customer friendliness. Because I was pregnant I couldn't drink Amaretto and was given a 'children's schnapps' instead. Das italienische Restaurant, das ich besucht habe, bot eine insgesamt angenehme kulinarische Erfahrung. Die Lasagne, Tomatensuppe, Minestrone und Vitello Tonnato waren allesamt gut zubereitet und schmackhaft. Die Vielfalt an Geschmacksrichtungen zeugte von einer durchdachten Speisekarte und guter Küchenkompetenz. Die Freundlichkeit der Kellner trug dazu bei, dass der Abend insgesamt positiv verlief. Ihre aufmerksame Betreuung sorgte für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Allerdings war der einzige Minuspunkt die Platzierung direkt am Gang zur Toilette, was etwas störend war. Dies beeinträchtigte zwar nicht die Qualität des Essens oder des Services, aber es hätte den Gesamteindruck sicherlich verbessert, wenn der Sitzplatz strategischer gewählt worden wäre. Trotz dieser kleinen Unannehmlichkeit war der Abend im italienischen Restaurant durch die schmackhafte Küche, die freundlichen Kellner und die insgesamt angenehme Atmosphäre eine positive Erfahrung.
