Everything is just right here. Very cozy atmosphere. Small gallery in the restaurant, beautifully designed furnishings and ceiling paintings. The food was so good that 5 stars are not enough (fish soup / homemade lasagne) and the service was humorous and friendly. We were a group of 4 people and know we will come back.

Great restaurant! I've been here several times and every time I'm impressed with the service and the food.

The worst Spaghetti Carbonara ever. No egg, only cream. No pepper, no taste, no guanciale, no cheese, no taste. Terrible

I don't understand the relatively bad rating. My theory is that the pizza isn't that great!? My wife and I have eaten pasta here three times now and it has been excellent every time!

Update August 21, 2024 So the service has suffered greatly over the last few months. There are only two professional waiters. These are the head waiters against whom there is nothing wrong. These are great people and I'm very grateful that they put so much effort into my sister's engagement party. I am very grateful for these two people, but unfortunately for all the other waiters I have to say that the service suffered greatly. I recently waited almost 40 minutes for my bill. There are no more olives like there used to be. You have to wait forever for tickets or get them yourself. I also found it crazy that they expected a tip. I'm very friendly with the staff and enjoy talking to them, but just because I'm nice doesn't mean I'm not honest. (review a year ago) A heavenly delicious pizza awaited us in this charming establishment! Upon entering we were treated like ghosts at first, but the waiter finally showed up - as if he had just appeared out of nowhere. Maybe he has an invisibility hat in his closet! The decor has an Italian touch, but it seems like someone took the "rational" a bit too literally. Maybe the designer wanted to be minimalist and went slightly overboard. But hey, who needs over-the-top decorations when the pizza tastes this amazing? The staff deserves an Oscar for best entertainment! Jokes and jokes flew through the air like pizza dough flying at full speed across the kitchen. It's refreshing when you can not only enjoy your food, but also have a few laughs along the way. And the romance? Oh yes, definitely a place to consider for a date night. With the candlelight and Italian music in the background, you feel like you're in a romantic movie - maybe a little cheesy, but hey, you just have to enjoy the clichés sometimes. Although we were late and the restaurant had few customers, fortunately we didn't have to wait too long. It was as if the universe had decided to allow us to have a romantic and delicious evening without being stuck in endless queues. So if you're looking for a delicious pizza and a fun time, venture into this culinary adventure! You won't be disappointed - unless you want to tip the waiter a few euros, then you might want to be careful that he doesn't grab the whole wallet! 😄

So we took a trip to Berlin, we wanted to take a break here and I have to say, they got zero pfennigs from me. The worst service I have ever experienced. We didn't get any tickets and had to borrow them from the neighboring table. The waiters couldn't be bothered to do their job, we had to wait forever and make it clear to the staff that we still wanted drinks, nothing was cleared away by themselves, the waiters stood in front of the place the whole time with their cell phones in their paws Loading and smoking one after the other. Totally no go.

Just had a coffee, most expensive espresso at counter ever seen , very poor quality and horrifying service

I have never experienced such lousy service, rude and sloppy service. There was already a lot going on during the last visit, and the service here had deteriorated significantly. The toilets were unkempt, repeatedly no paper to dry your hands. The food also varies in quality. There were always 10-12 people who are now looking for a new meeting place.

My favorite Italian restaurant in Berlin.

Très bon et pas chère. Nous sommes allée dans se restaurant en sortant du musée de charlottenburg. On a été agréablement surpris par ma qualité et la bonne humeur des serveurs. Très bonne carbonnara(la vrai avec la pancetta)

Very bad service. Our service was unfriendly, condescending and very careless. We were literally ignored: the plates were not cleared after we had eaten our food, there was no question as to whether we wanted to order anything else, etc.

There was an unpleasant situation at our favorite restaurant. When asked not to smoke near the open front door, the hall smelled strongly of smoke, the waiter with a cigarette in his mouth replied brazenly and quite aggressively that these were our problems. We were shocked at his rudeness, tried unsuccessfully to find out his name and speak to the manager of the restaurant. We are very disappointed not only with the quality of the food but also with the service and unprofessionalism. Previously, the wonderful restaurant had transformed into a smoky eatery with high prices. We do not recommend visiting. Ciao, Opera Italiano. Your time is over.

Pizza e insalata spettacolari. Pizza cotta nel forno a legna veramente ottima. Insalata abbondante condita con ottimo aceto balsamico di Modena ..e lo dice una modenese!

Italian in slightly higher price quality. You sit very nicely. Good food, nice service, nice boss. Charlottenburg Palace and park just around the corner.

Very nice staff and delicious food. Unfortunately, we barely understood what the waiter was saying because of the loud noise.

We had lunch here with a very large group (over 20 people) with children and adults. Service was super relaxed, attentive, friendly and fond of children. As one could only wish. There were large antipasti plates at the front and the rest a la carte. Everyone was very happy with their food. Prices are really fair. We'd love to come back. Grazie mille!

A particularly nice restaurant. Even late in the evening we were served a perfectly grilled steak. The atmosphere in the store is pure Italy - lovingly furnished restaurant, great for a romantic candlelight dinner in the evening. Guys, if you want to eat well in Berlin (even late in the evening): top address! Service, taste, atmosphere 100% - you can see that Opera serves with passion.

Although I haven't had authentic Italian food before, this place made me feel like I was experiencing the real deal. The shrimp pasta and Boheme pizza were absolutely fantastic—so good, they're worth swearing about. A delightful culinary journey that I can't wait to embark on again!

Das Opera ist ein Italiener wie es viele gibt in Berlin. Ambiente, Essen und Service bieten nichts außergewöhnliches, Antipasto war noch ok, meine Trüffelpasta völlig zerkocht, das ist dann schon sehr schwach. Eher weniger empfehlenswert!

Right from the start, my dining experience was so comfortable. The restaurant manager, a courteous and polite lady, welcomed me with warm words in Italian. I didn't understand their meaning, but they sure sounded sweet to the ears, haha. Moving on, the Bruschettas and the pizza I ordered were immaculately delicious. In between meals, the lady would come to each table and ask if everything was in order. It clearly displayed her sound hospitality skills and passion towards the restaurant. These are the small things that make for a great dining experience. And when the staff cares to gracefully interact with the customers, on top of delicious food, then even the hefty pricing seems worth it. Would love to revisit!

Die Opera Italiana bietet ausgezeichnetes Essen in Kombination mit gutem Service in bequemer Umgebung und unmittelbarer Nähe des Schlosses Charlottenburg.

Essen war super und auch die gedeckten Tische waren schön dekoriert. Bei vollem Restaurant etwas eng zwischen den Tischen. Würde aber in jedem Fall wiederkommen.

Wir sind seit sicher 20 Jahren Gäste der Opera Italiana. Seit Corona bestellen wir fast jeden Freitag drei Pizze zur Abholung. Leider wird die Qualität von Mal zu Mal immer schlechter. Mal ist die Pizza zu wenig durch, so dass man sie daheim noch mal in den Ofen legen muss, mal, wie gestern, ist eine Pizza nur zur Hälfte und noch dazu falsch belegt, Teig, Käse Salami (statt Parma Schinken) , alles andere fehlte. Bestellt war eine Gaza Ladra. Wir haben uns sehr geärgert und werden wohl nicht mehr dort bestellen. Schade, es war viele Jahre für uns die beste Pizzeria Charlottenburgs.

Essen top aber die sanitären Anlagen waren unterirdisch. Schade

Ich war sehr lange nicht mehr dort gewesen aber in meinem Erinnerung war das Restaurants sehr beanspruchvoll ob das noch immer ist nach sehr langer Zeit und nach der Corona Pandemie ich hoffe das wider Normalisirt wei früher danke

Das Essen ist Spitzenklasse, die Bedienung ist freundlich, aber das Lokal ist zu voll mit Tischen gestellt, dadurch sehr eng, voll und laut. Aber meine Pizza hole ich mir zukünftig von dort.

Eine sehr schöne italienische Pizzeria. Die Pizzen sind groß und sehr lecker. Preis-Leistung OK. Sehr gut besucht, besser vorbestellen. Service sehr zuvorkommend. Alle Speisen , die wir zu uns nahmen, sahen alle sehr gut aus.

Es sehr angenehmes Lokal, leckeres Essen, gute und freundliche Bedienung, aber die Toiletten sind nicht zu empfehlen, da ist noch einiges Potential nach oben.

Wir wohnen ganz in der Nähe und waren schon oft hier. Essen ,Personal und das Ambiente ist Spitze. Und die Preise sind auch in Ordnung. Gehen auch regelmäßig mit Besuch hier essen, und alle waren begeistert.

Für den Abschluss eines wandertages im Schlosspark war es noch ein entspanntes zusammen sitzen mit der Wandergruppe.

Right across the street from Schloss Charlottenburg. You have to look carefully for it as it’s door is around a corner. Magnificent dorade as a daily special and extremely good spaghetti carbonara. Free limoncello at the end.

Es ist genau das besondere .. gepaart mit sehr gutem Essen sehr persönliche Serviceleistung und ein unbeschreiblich schönes Ambiente. Lasst euch überraschen wir genießen es immer wieder, Italien in Berlin.

Ich bin begeistert. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und immer frisch zubereitet (: Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Keine Beschwerden, immer wieder gerne 😊

Wir waren zu acht dort essen, und wurden nett begrüßt und die Reservierung hat auch geklappt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und wir fühlten uns auch gut „umsorgt“ da das Personal sehr aufmerksam war. Das Ambiente mit dem Charlottenburger Schloss in Blickrichtung ist schon toll. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und hat auch einen gewissen. Charme. Es gibt auch viele Fotos mit bekannten Persönlichkeiten. Das hat was :) Wir kommen gerne wieder, da ich auch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut empfand. Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend in ihrem Restaurant.

Personal ist immer sehr nett. Leider weiß ich nie vorher, ob das Essen schmeckt, deswegen komme ich nicht mehr so oft. Gestern habe ich meinen Geburtstag gefeiert, mein Fisch war nicht geschuppt.. ein Horror.. ich hatte den ganzen Abend kleine Schuppenreste im Mund und mir ist schlecht geworden , obwohl wir ein leckeres Ersatzessen bekommen haben. Leider hat sich mein Eindruck wieder bestätigt, dass die Qualität des Essen unbeständig ist. Schade.. Heute war mein Mann nach lange Zeit wieder da und das Essen war laut seiner Aussage hervorragend. Das freut mich sehr. Ich hoffe, dass es kontinuierlich bleibt, dann komme ich gerne wieder. 😁

Wir waren in den letzten 2 Jahren bestimmt schon 10 mal vor Ort zum Essen, da es unsere alte Wohngegend war und beim Treffen mit alten Bekannten eine gute Anlaufstelle ist. Essen war immer Ok wenn auch teilweise überteuert. Aber der heutige Service war an Lustlosigkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Begrüssung der Kellner geht dort wirklich komplett ohne ein lächeln, noch wortkarger nicht möglich , kein Nachfragen darf es noch was zu trinken sein, man kann einem Kunden nicht besser klar machen das er ein Störenfried ist. Wir waren maßlos enttäuscht und werden mit absoluter Sicherheit nie wieder ein Fuss in dieses Restaurant setzen. Die anderen Gäste wurden übrigens mit der gleichen Lustlosigkeit abgefertigt ausser sie waren Stammkundschaft. Eine Schande für jeden Gastronomen. Man denkt wahrscheinlich das man ein Schlossbesucher ( Tourist ) ist - die kommen eh nur einmal. Sorry meine Herren, das ist die falsche Einstellung.

Das Opera Italiana serviert Gerichte mit den Namen berühmter italienischer Opern. Jedes bislang ausgesuchte Gericht war sehr schmackhaft. Karte klein und sehr fein, Service freundlich, Innenausstattung von Botticelli über Raffael zu Michelangelo und privaten Fotos. Grosse Aussenterrasse, Wohlfühlfaktor hoch. Immer zu empfehlen!

Der Essen war sehr gut und der Kellner war sehr nett und hat mein Familie um 11 Uhr nachts in den Restauran rein gelassen. Danke für das Essen.

Дуже приємний персонал, ввічливе обслуговування. Сиділи влітку навулиці, чисто, затишно та красиво. Їжа була справді дууже дуже смачна, свіжа та отримали ми її дуже швидко.
