A very good Italian restaurant. Everything was just right. It's a bit more expensive, but you get excellent quality, a very friendly server, and, above all, you can enjoy your time here in peace and quiet, without the rushed service that you find almost everywhere these days, so you don't get the feeling you have to quickly sit down, order, eat, pay, and make room for the next person in the restaurant. This restaurant is highly recommended. From start to finish, excellent all around, keep up the good work.

We were regulars and were asked by the manager to sit at a table for two, which was squashed between other tables. When we preferred to stay at the table for four, we were politely asked to leave. Here, the well-being of the guests isn't on our minds, but rather their money. Sad... The food is okay, but nothing earth-shattering. We now have a new regular Italian restaurant. We'll definitely never be back!

The pizza was delicious, as were many "upscale" dishes that sounded delicious. The Aperol Spritz was too expensive at €9.50.

A culinary experience at Boccadoro bei Bellini – a gem in Berlin-Lichterfelde Visit on August 23, 2025 Spontaneously and without a reservation, we entered the stylish Italian restaurant Boccadoro bei Bellini at Ferdinandstraße 15 in Berlin-Lichterfelde around 6 p.m. Our regular Italian restaurant was fully booked, so chance led us to this special place – a stroke of luck, as it turned out. Atmosphere and Service As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere. The restaurant was busy, yet we were kindly offered a table near the front. The waiters acted with remarkable courtesy and humor – charming and respectful, without slipping into the silly. The professional team dynamic was particularly impressive: One waiter called for two large spoons, and a colleague responded promptly – a small detail that says a lot about the well-coordinated collaboration. Even when a larger group of 16 people arrived, everything was organized confidently and calmly. The terrace, which is certainly a highlight in warmer weather, remained empty on this cool evening – an indication that the restaurant is well-frequented even in Berlin's changeable weather. Wine Advice and Selection The drinks menu presented an interesting challenge: In addition to a standard selection, there was a separate wine list with more upscale options. Thanks to the waiter's competent advice, we opted for a Tenuta Carretta Bricco Manera Nizza DOCG – a powerful, elegant red wine from Piedmont, whose depth and structure perfectly complemented the meal. At €50 a bottle, it's certainly not an everyday wine, but it's worth every cent. Culinary Delights – Pizza at the Highest Level We chose pizza – and it exceeded all expectations. I would particularly like to highlight the Pizza Ariane, topped with arugula, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, and Parmesan cheese. The combination of flavors was perfectly balanced, and the dough was baked to perfection. The kitchen uses high-quality ingredients and a keen sense of Italian authenticity. Details that delight What makes this restaurant special are the many little things: cloth napkins instead of paper, the hand-polishing of glasses after each wash, the relaxed yet highly professional atmosphere within the team. All of this contributes to an overall experience that goes far beyond the food itself. Conclusion We were so impressed that we immediately reserved a table for our next visit. Boccadoro at Bellini is a place that wonderfully combines Italian hospitality, culinary refinement, and a stylish ambience. Unfortunately, the Rokula salad was a bit old. The staff wasn't particularly friendly. What a shame.

Was there in August 2025. The ambiance was very pleasant in the evening. It was romantically lit, even at our own table. The food was very good. The only thing we missed was the salad before the main course. We'd be happy to come back...

Yes, we had the best experience in this restaurant. The service was unfortunately overworked and not particularly attentive. The wine was served warm. The wine selection used to be better in this restaurant. The food was not good for the price. When we sent a meal back to the kitchen, the manager became aggressive and not particularly customer-friendly. The customer was blamed for the mistake, and there was no apology for the poor food. For us, this was our last visit to this restaurant. What a shame.

We were there as a group of 9 people. Drinks took a long time, and then the one malt beer was missing. When we asked, nothing happened at first, and after about 10 minutes, we were told they didn't have any malt beer (even though it was on the bill). We waited almost 2 hours for our food. Guests in smaller groups who arrived after us had their meals before us. We weren't informed that it might take so long. The waiter was also rude. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio wasn't right either. And in the end, we were overcharged. The waiter had to look at the menu to see that the meal cost €21.90 and not €23.90, and he was very rude, saying he should refund the €2. Too bad... the restaurant is very nice, and when the weather is nice, there's a great outdoor area.

We ordered from the regular menu and weren't particularly impressed with either the pasta or the (truffle) pizza. The value for money wasn't quite right for us. The food was good, but a bit bland and lacked real flavor. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the ambiance was pleasant.

I visited this pizzeria for the first time recently, and I have to say the terrace is truly gorgeous, and you can enjoy the peace and quiet there because there's no direct traffic. Unfortunately, I found the food to be very mediocre, and the price/performance ratio was not right at all! There was far too little on the plate, the meat was too dry, the fish fillet had bones, and there was only one king prawn! My verdict: mediocre, and everything was rated too highly. I can recommend this place. The food and service were perfect. Unfortunately, there was a boombox with very loud music right next to the table. This spoiled the atmosphere somewhat. It was difficult to have a conversation. We sat outside. It's a very large terrace with plenty of seating and shade. However, reservations are advisable, especially on weekends. The food leaves nothing to be desired, and the staff is very friendly, accommodating, and knows their stuff. I'd be happy to come back. Oh, and... The prices are reasonable, in my opinion. A healthy mid-range.

The decor is tasteful, the lighting pleasantly warm, the background music subtly chosen. A big compliment goes to the service staff: attentive, warm, professional, and with a genuine sensitivity for the guests. Never intrusive, but always present, friendly, and well-informed. You immediately notice that the people working here love their job – and that makes all the difference. The prices are surprisingly fair – especially considering the quality of the ingredients, the presentation of the dishes, and the overall high standard of the establishment. Ordering through Wolt was a mistake because the courier was completely incompetent. And unfortunately, the restaurant had to pay for everything this guy did wrong. But I did get to know and enjoy great service. The restaurant is super nice, and the people who work there are simply magical. Next time we'll eat there or just pick it up ourselves, because the food was excellent!!! All in all, a great restaurant! Thank you very much and I look forward to the next time :)

We were there as a large family for a birthday dinner. The food was excellent and was only surpassed by the service staff. I haven't experienced so much hospitality, attention and friendliness in a long time. Our waiter was enthusiastic and was also incredibly friendly to our 2 children. The four of us had a great meal here. Small aperitif, main course and dessert very tasty! The grilled tuna was great. We were greeted very friendly and shown to the table. The support throughout the evening was very attentive and considerate. I would be happy to come back and can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience.

A lot of things were done right, the food was good. I generously give this 4 stars. Somehow I wasn't completely satisfied. In the overall impression, especially with regard to the food, for me what is missing is what is special about the many Italian restaurants in Berlin (or rather restaurants with Italian cuisine). With that in mind, I had a good evening, but I probably wouldn't come back.

All in all, good average, not so good that you would want to come back again.

It's actually a very nice restaurant, if the staff there made an effort. From eternally long waiting times just to order because no waiter comes, to very tough, barely edible meat, you can find everything here that makes visiting a restaurant a bad experience. The pizza isn't fluffy either and after you get your first drink after 45 minutes you don't even have the opportunity to order another drink before ordering dessert. Unfortunately, the quality of the service and especially the food has really gotten worse recently. I don't even want to start talking about flies in oil. Price performance is not quite right.

I've eaten pizza here several times and it's always been great. Nice, large garden restaurant, the interior of the Boccadoro is also very nice. The service is also polite and attentive, there is nothing to complain about here.

Cockroaches were crawling on the table, we waited for food for 1.5 hours between dishes. They brought it cold. They brought us the wrong bill. I went many times, everything was better. The place has probably ended its existence. I won’t recommend it to anyone.

The current 4,7 stars are not understandable. The staff is really very friendly but generally inattentive. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio isn't right either, as the food is either too salty, the pizzas taste boring and the steaks are of more supermarket quality. After three attempts over a year, we won't be coming back.

Nachvollziehbar sind die aktuell sehr guten Bewertungen nicht. Das Personal ist zwar wirklich sehr freundlich aber durch die Reihe weg unaufmerksam. Gäste gehen wieder, weil sie nicht bedient werden. Leider passt auch das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis nicht, da das Essen entweder versalzen ist, die Pizzen langweilig schmecken und Steaks eher Supermarkt Qualität haben. Nach drei Versuchen über ein Jahr verteilt, werden wir nicht mehr wieder kommen.

Aug 12, 2024: What used to be taken for granted (very good service, friendliness of the staff) now leaves something to be desired: olive oil and vinaigrette are only brought to the partially dried white bread upon request, as is the board with the current dishes. No questions asked if everything was OK and waiters who were noticeably disgruntled and not very motivated. The proportion of meat in the main meal, which was ordered exactly the same three times (tagliolini from the Parmesan wheel with beef fillet tips), was so different that the question about the eyesight of the kitchen staff and waiter must be allowed: not a word of regret when it was served at the same time!!! Pretty sad compared to previous visits!!!!!

The restaurant has a large beer garden. The food takes a while but is very good. I can only recommend the restaurant.

There are lots of waiters running around but with very limited attention. We sat there all evening and both had to remind the waiter several times that we had already ordered another drink from a colleague. But this was only on their own initiative and was asked like never before. It doesn't fit that my colleague has been there many times and is well known.

The pizzas were good, but the large mixed salad was neither large nor particularly mixed. The waiter was arrogant, arrogant and hardly paid any attention to us. Unlike other guests, we also received bread, oil and olives in advance. I wouldn't come back.

Definitely not recommended. A large plate of bland pasta, a sauce without any personality or flavor, despite the presence of micro-slices of sausage and a few mushrooms here and there. The service is the lowest of clichés: "We only give out this grappa to important guests". The menu, described by the waiter as a bible for the limitless choice of dishes, is in fact the first clue to the likely lack of fresh produce. Finally, an exorbitant price: 2 plates of pasta, two glasses of wine (BIO! an absolutely watery red wine, without body and unsuitable for a theoretically strong sauce like mushrooms and sausage), a 0.75 cl bottle of water = €71.90. Very bad. ------- Assolutamente sconsigliato. A large piatto di pasta insipida, a sugo with alcuna personalità e sapore, less the presence of micro fatine di salsiccia and qualche funghetto as e la. Servizio nel pieno del piú basso dei cliché "questa grappa la diamo solo agli ospiti importanti". The menu is definitely a bibby for the sconfinata offerta di piatti, in realtà è the prime point of the probabile mancanza dell'uso di freschi products. Infine a prezzo esorbitante: 2 piatti di pasta, due bicchieri di vino (BIO! a rosso assolutamente acquoso, senza corpo e inadatto a sugo teoricamente robusto come funghi e salsiccia), una bottiglia d'acqua da 0,75 cl. = 71 .90 €. Pessimo.

Delicious food, great fresh products. The daily menu is always a poem. Super nice, service-oriented. Fresh flowers on the tables, huge terrace and yet almost everything is covered. Only in the winter months is it sometimes difficult to get a table because the inside area is smaller than the outside area. But that actually also speaks for the restaurant. Ordering food and picking it up yourself is also incredibly good. No matter whether we order 3 or 13 dishes, we never wait more than 20 minutes. Special requests for our children are always taken into account. In summary: the fresh fish products or pasta from the cheese wheel and truffles are also perfect. Plus a free starter and/or dessert here and there. Keep it up. 👍

This place has rats. I thought about Italian, but I prepared myself for not being good at the taste of the food. We ordered spaghetti and mushroom soup. Garlic was completely raw in spaghetti. The bread was dry. The atmosphere and service were excellent. Can only recommend for drinks.

Children and dogs are welcome. You can pay in cash or by card. If someone cannot manage their food, it can be taken away packaged. A beautiful beer garden where you can certainly sit even in a mild summer rain (good rain protection options). Quiet and dignified atmosphere with very attentive and friendly waiters. There are always interesting dishes on offer off the menu. There is actually a very good Italian meal for every hunger and taste. We like coming here.

Location and selection of food are good. The quantity and quality of the food on offer correspond to the ambience and the price charged. The service was a little sluggish for my taste, although there was apparently enough staff present (unfortunately more busy with preparations) who could easily have carried away the leftovers of the starter instead of leaving the guests waiting at the already small table with empty plates for the other dishes allow. But this may just be an isolated case that needs to be examined.

The food was delicious but the mistress sat on the toilet all night, the service was very poor and confused, even the “compensation schnapps” on the house didn't come as ordered and the price-performance ratio simply doesn't match in this restaurant.

We enjoyed our wedding dinner there and were, as always, very lovingly looked after. Even extra requests are never a problem. Our menu was excellent, the wine was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We keep coming back! :-) Thank you

As a successor to the chestnut, it is difficult to reach the previous level. The outdoor area has been significantly enlarged, the beer doesn't come close to Hirter's, and the kitchen needs to be improved. The pizza, like the salad with chicken strips, was okay, but it lacked a kick in terms of taste. We'll stay tuned and keep trying.
