Delicious food. Big portions and the order is served in a timely manner.

I've found my favorite Italian restaurant. So great and delicious. When I called, I specifically asked for a quiet spot, and I got it. Six of us ate there. Everyone loved it, whether it was the starter or the main course. The staff and service are also outstanding. You rarely experience such kindness and attentiveness in Berlin. I'll be back and look forward to it.

A very good Italian restaurant in Schönenberg. A cozy, family-friendly atmosphere that fills you up from the start. They have a menu and a selection of off-menu items. I was surprised by the fried sardines! Very good! The red wine, a Primitivo di Mandaria variety, is superb. The pizzas don't disappoint: well-topped and delicious. We ordered the sausage and Parma sausage with arugula. If I lived in that area, I would be a regular customer. The service was very attentive and friendly.

The food is good. However, we found it a shame that, unlike other guests, we weren't asked for an aperitif.

A very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere in the summer. We were able to sit outside and enjoyed the evening. The pizza was okay, but unfortunately the pizza dough wasn't that great. The service was really great. Next time we'll try the pasta. The location on summer evenings in Schöneberg is simply fantastic!

There were four of us in the restaurant. The food was average, but that was secondary to our visit. Our service was a complete disaster, which made the visit unbearable. We arrived without a reservation, and at first the waitress refused to let us out onto the terrace, despite several free tables. When we declined and turned away, we were offered a seat outside. A board with the menu items was placed in front of us, and from that point on, neither waitress paid any attention to us, despite the almost empty terrace. After about 30 minutes, we were finally allowed to order drinks and our food, despite the midsummer temperatures. When the food was served, two guests requested Parmesan cheese with their pasta dishes with salmon. This was initially declined with the comment that pasta with fish is not eaten with Parmesan cheese. Then their request was granted with the comment "as an exception." We had to wait another 30 minutes for the drinks we ordered when the food was served. I have never experienced such lecturing from the staff and such poor service quality before. Absolutely incompetent.

Today we went to the pizzeria where we often eat. There was always a woman serving who we thought was the boss. Today everything went wrong. The service was not good: no olives before the meal, not one question about a shot of schnapps after the meal. We asked for the boss, and then a waiter came over (would like to be called a "Don Juan"), because that was the impression he gave me, as he really enjoyed chatting with the female waitress. When I asked why we had been served so badly, they replied, "Why, what did I do wrong?" Then we said the olives, when we asked for the shot, and when we asked if their boss was there, the answer was that it wasn't the boss. The boss was in the kitchen and, as a waiter, he does what he decides, and you can only ask for a shot of schnapps if you have spent at least €50 on food. What we saw wasn't right was that he had collected a bill for less than €40 elsewhere. I noticed that. Here, there was a request for a shot of schnapps, and the two of us had always eaten for less than €50 in the past and received the request. You can only enter the restaurant, the pizzeria, if certain people are there or the employee isn't otherwise occupied. Conclusion: Good quality of food, good atmosphere.

Sat there for 3 hours and didn't feel time passing. Tiramisu was divine.

What a great and professional place to find in Schöneberg. Real Italian food cooked in the moment and lovely, helpful personnel. My daughter and I could have not asked for more. I would recommend this precious place to anyone whether it is for a special dinner or for lunch during the week. I have also loved the bread and olives that were offered for free with my plate of Spaghetti del Pescatore. Many Thanks

Favorite Italian restaurant around the corner

The tomato sauce on the pizza including the cheese tastes excellent. However, I was very disappointed with the pizza dough. Totally hard and not very airy. Had something from a frozen pizza. Everyone in the basement was very friendly. Inviting atmosphere.

We were in the restaurant with a large group and they had reserved a separate table for us in the back room. That was quite pleasant because we could talk undisturbed. The service was good and quick, although unfortunately our hostess' dish was forgotten. Since everything is freshly prepared, she didn't get the food until everyone else was ready. It can happen. They apologized. There was a digestive on the house. All the dishes that were served tasted very good (most of the daily menu). The wine was good and absolutely fair in price, which is something you rarely experience in Berlin. Overall good price ratio. We'd love to come back.

In general place is good, but not 5/5 for me. Pasta was overcooked, I prefer more “al dente”. But that is my preference. Vine was good, service as well.

I loved the restaurant and the food!!! I tried the salmon pasta and wow, I haven't tasted such a delicious pasta in a long time! *IMPORTANT* it’s ONLY CASH! I didn’t understand bc was in german 🤣 so I had to run to get money when I asked for the bill and I was alone! hahaha

I have very positive memories of the authentic atmosphere. I also thought it was nice that there was a day ticket. The menu itself is fine: not too much and not too little either. However, you won't find typical al forno dishes etc.

I was actually a Perla Jonica fan. The pizza is great and pasta with beef too. However, I wanted to try something new and came across pasta with pesto. The contents are: basil with pine nuts. Unfortunately, pasta with pesto is a monster made of cream and ready-made pesto. There is no trace of pine nuts. Every student can cook this for themselves for 1.50 euros. At Perla Jonica it costs just two euros less than pasta with beef. Please use fresh basil and leave out the cream. I only ate half a plate and I'm still sick.

A very typical Italian, I almost felt like I was transported back to my childhood. My pasta was good (some parmesan would have been nice, although I could have asked for it) and everyone else's pizzas were great.

I don't understand why the restaurant has such good reviews. The food is average at best. The pasta sauces were mainly oily. The ravioli out of the package and the service poor. For example, The plates were cleared away, even though not everyone had finished eating. Absolutely not recommended

Excellent atmosphere, very calm, quiet, pleasant music, delicious pizza, incredibly tasty panna cotta, the staff is very pleasant, good atmosphere, the waiters joke very coolly and find contact very quickly, the dishes were brought very quickly, and everything was very tasty, especially loved the dessert and drinks! I recommend it to everyone ❤️❤️

Shortly after 6 p.m., restaurant very little occupied. "Do you have a reservation?" After our "No, unfortunately not" there was a table for two people in the passage next to the door after an internal discussion. When we left after 1 hour, there were still a lot of tables free.

We often go to Perla Jonica with the family. A really nice and comparatively cheap trattoria to feel good! Great lively, familiar and authentically Italian atmosphere, great service that is happy to respond to your wishes. The dishes, especially those from the daily menu, are really great, especially in terms of the price-performance ratio. One star deducted because the wine was often too warm and the food was too cold.

Family-run Italian restaurant with great service, fantastic pizza and fine pasta dishes. I ended up there by chance last year, but now it's my favorite Italian restaurant in Schöneberg. Reservation is an advantage.

Food pretty good, with potential for improvement: a lot of spaghetti and a little too little seafood and the accompaniment found the meat in the pasta a bit tough. Pizza was very crispy and had plenty of toppings. The waitress occasionally forgot something and once rolled her eyes too much. ..but still a clear recommendation

Super leckeres Essen, sehr freundliches, zuverlässiges Personal mit Humor und ein gemütliches, italienisches Ambiente. Obendrein kann man hier wirklich erschwinglich Essen gehen! Weil hier einfach alles gestimmt hat, sind wir in unserem Urlaub an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Abenden hier Essen gegangen. Das spricht für sich! Eine klare Empfehlung!

Ausgesprochen freundliche Kellner sorgen für zügige Bedienung, auch wenn es voll ist. Der Rucolasalat war versalzen, nach dem ersten Bissen fiel es unangenehm auf. Der Kellner bemerkte, dass ich ihn nicht mehr anrührte und fragte besorgt nach. Ich erhielt umgehend einen neuen, ohne dass ich mich beschwert hätte. Das nenn' ich zuvorkommend! Die Portionen sind riesig! Alles lecker!Und humorvoll sind sie auch, sehr angenehmer Laden!

Das war leider nix: billig schmeckendes Brot, unreife Tomaten, viel Nudeln auf dem Teller mit überwürzter schmieriger Soße, Tiramisu wie aus dem Karton … nettes Ambiente mit gelangweiltem Service, das Küchenergebnis machte leider keinen Spaß.

Je n’ai jamais vu un tel service ! Il n’y avait qu’une table avant nous, la serveuse nous regarde et s’en va. Soit, cela peut arriver. Elle revient avec les boissons de l’autre table, et repart. Je l’interpelle, et elle nous répond d’un ton sec « attendez ». Nous nous sommes levés et sommes partis. Nous étions déjà venu le soir, et la pizza du jour était trop épicé mais le service était bien. En résumé : n’y allez pas le midi sauf si vous voulez vous faire envoyer bouler.
