The vegetarian tortellini are highly recommended. They also offer many homemade dishes, which sets the restaurant apart from other simple Italian restaurants.

We were here for the Berlin Marathon on a Friday evening at 5pm with a table of 10. Before we ordered, we asked the waiter if he would separate the bills and he nodded gratuitously and affirmed that he would. After waiting a while for the check, he gave us the whole check. We asked that he divide it up, and he harrumphed and started copying down names and asking what each of us had. After the considerable wait for the check, we decided to figure it out for ourselves. Otherwise, great food and beautiful location.

I can say that I felt at home, the staff is really brilliant and the service is impeccable. If I happen to return to Berlin I will definitely stop and eat there again.

We were here on a warm summer evening at the end of July 2025: Very good food; the pizza dough was as it should be. Thin and crispy, with just the right amount of topping. The staff were attentive and friendly. Nice outdoor seating. Reservations recommended!

This was my third time at this restaurant. It's a nice little Italian restaurant. The food is averagely okay, though the servers could be a bit more attentive. But overall, the price-performance ratio just isn't right for me. An antipasti starter plate for €18 for one person... and then, among other things, only a tiny piece of buffalo mozzarella on the plate... The dishes could use a bit more spice and flavor.

The staff is super friendly and runs the place very well. Even when the restaurant is busy, the servers have plenty of time for you and always have a good joke. The food tastes good, too.

The pizza was okay, but the rest was a disaster. The carpaccio was still frozen, the limoncello spritz was tasteless, and the truffle pasta was disgusting. The mascarpone with strawberries was whipped cream. There were four of us, and one of us got a stomach ache immediately after eating, and I had cramps, pain, diarrhea, and nausea. We eat out often, but I've never had anything like this before.

A very nice restaurant with polite staff that warmly welcomes guests. The menu offers everything your heart desires and the food is very good and comes to the table really quickly, regardless of how busy the restaurant is. You should definitely plan a dessert when you visit :D

A very good Italian restaurant that has all the classics that Italian cuisine has to offer on the permanent menu, and there is also a seasonal menu that shows that freshness is also important here. The furnishings are stylish and classically chic. We are greeted warmly and served quickly, even though the restaurant is quite large. Both the pizzas and the pasta were very tasty, but the desserts were definitely a real highlight.

The restaurant has a very idyllic location on the Spree and seems quite cozy despite the many tables. The service was ok, but was probably designed to get tourists through quickly. When ordering, we were advised to order the starter and main course together. Apparently it would take too long otherwise. The food came after 15 minutes and was really nothing special. Lots of sachet sauce etc. We noticed that most tourists were served with this notice so that the tables would be freed up quickly. The tip was not given to locals. For the four of us it was more of a fast food experience with mediocre dishes.

Unfortunately, service is not very important there, friendliness is non-existent! When asked, there was annoyance or no response at all.

Unnecessarily arrogant service staff. It's a shame, as the location of the local is excellent and the cuisine is fine. But service is just as much a part of gastronomy as the food.

Food was OK, but not breathtaking - no idea how it was named a "better restaurant in Berlin". One dish out of ten in our group arrived cold - but the waiter was quick and took care of it. Ordering drinks, however, was difficult: even though it wasn't full, no one came by for 20 minutes. Points are also deducted for “card payments only from 40 euros”. At least that's what's on the menu... but it's 2025 and just breaking 40 euros won't be easy despite the not cheap prices.

After quite sometime I explored a new Italian restaurant in Berlin, and must say it is worth it. Very friendly staff. Really fast service. So many options in the menu and I was really happy to find clearly labelled vegetarian food options that were also good in number. The options for non alcoholic drinks were also good in number. I liked the atmosphere and vibes of the restaurant and would surely recommend it.

Were there for the first time from Frankfurt am Main. The food was really tasty and fresh. The staff was very nice and friendly and the atmosphere was very nice and cozy. I can really recommend it.

Our visit to the restaurant started promisingly. We were assigned a large table in a quiet area for both of our families without waiting, which was definitely a plus for the quality of service. The food itself, we ordered pizza, was a little more expensive than average, but the quality was very good. Then why a negative review? It was only after paying the bill that we noticed that other guests were receiving a traditional, complimentary starter in the form of a small plate of olives and a few pieces of bread. However, this appetizer was not served to us. When we later ordered olives we were actually charged 5.50 euros for them. Unfortunately, this leaves a very bad aftertaste that significantly tarnished the overall positive experience. It's a shame that the service here was so careless and we felt like we were being taken advantage of.

We were here for the first time. We really, really liked it. Very attentive service. And a changing menu depending on the season. Now in autumn, the truffles, highly recommended.

More appearance than reality. Everything so far O.K. but you don't try very hard. The taste of the dishes all range between normal Italian like 90s and Prenzlauer Berg fake, but you will be full and your palate will be satisfied. However, as soon as your needs deviate a little from the usual, it becomes difficult: card payments only from 20€, we had 19 on the bill, OK, exceptionally we are allowed to pay by card. What would have happened if we only had €15 on the bill? Doesn't matter. The choice of seating must only be left to the staff, otherwise you will be reprimanded. Sorry, sorry! Well, the store is just lucky with the location: little competition, lots of sun in the evening and a lot of visitors who have no idea. Next time I'll go back to Mokka, on Dortmunder Straße: much tastier and the same prices and supreme service!!!!

Gelegen in de wijk Moabit, vlak aan de Spree. Prachtig terras, heerlijke ambiance met de nodige hectiek. Een Italiaan zonder veel franjes, gerechten zijn top Italiaans, zonder tierlantijntjes. Ook prachtige Italiaanse wijnen op de kaart.

The menu says carbonara with pancetta, and I got the cheapest, lean cubed bacon from the package. When I asked, people smiled kindly and when I said that perhaps pancetta could actually be used next time, I was shrugged and shook my head with a smile. So ultimately it's outright fraud.

Sehr nettes Ecklokal, authentisches Essen, guter Service. Mit Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Essen sehr gut, endlich mal wieder eine Pizza mit Kapern und Sardellen, leckerer Teig und aus dem Steinofen. Von der Saisonkarte gabs gratinierten Spargel mit Parmesan und Parmaschinken, auch lecker. Klasse Italiener !!!

Bei dem Ristorante Da Ponte handelt es sich um ein sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant mit gehobenen Preisen. Die Kellner sind freundlich. Leider mussten wir auf unser Essen 1:30 Stunden! warten. Dies empfanden wir als zu lange, auch wenn das Restaurant im Außenbereich voll besetzt war sollte es möglich sein, die Wartezeiten deutlich zu reduzieren.

It tastes good here. Whether it was bruschetta, gnocchi, pasta Bolognese, carbonara, pizza salami, tiramisu or mascarpone cream with strawberries - it was all delicious. You can also sit outside and enjoy the view of the Spree. The service was also very attentive and friendly. Fine.

I recently discovered this restaurant by chance while looking for a pizzeria that apparently no longer exists. Despite the modern and high-quality furnishings, the prices are moderate and the price-performance ratio is pretty good (for Berlin today). We liked the pizzas very much, so we ordered one “to go” at the end. Of course, with the cheapest food prices, the profit (unfortunately) comes from the drinks. The Sprizz in particular has to taste particularly good, where it is already more expensive than in Venice. But that's the only downer. The service is nice and quick. You can also eat outside when the weather is good.

This spoon was stuck in my dessert. After complaining I got a new spoon and a new dessert. The waiter said this might happen... The Risotto was quite crunchy because it was not cooked proper. Long waiting time over all.

The penne all'arrabbiata was delicious and had a unique flavor. However, the tiramisu was just okay, nothing to write home about. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but be prepared for slower service during pea k times. One highlight was the lovely outdoor seating, perfect for sunny summer days. ---- Updating to add that their Pesto is also pretty good.

Italienisches Flair an der Spree Ein geschäftiges italienisches Lokal mit flottem, professionellem Service. Der vegetarische Vorspeisenteller war ein Gedicht. Auch das Auge isst mit! Das Vitello Tonnato wurde von einem Feinschmecker mit gegenüber sehr gelobt. Mein Hauptgericht Spaghetti Pomodoro war schmackhaft wie bei Mamma und eine riesige Portion. Daher passte auch kein Dessert mehr in den vollen Bauch. Wenn wieder in Berlin, sicher wieder hier. Molto bene.

I thought the food was mediocre, I ordered the black risotto, but what I got did not taste like risotto should taste. The rice grains were hard, there was a stray piece of asparagus here and there and not all the shrimp were properly cooked. Service was okay, while one waiter was very friendly, the other waiter didn't even look at you when taking the order. The atmosphere was pleasant, but that was also because the sun was shining. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

A hidden gem of an Italian eatery near the Berlin city center. Was close to our hotel and Bellevue station, and after a long day of walking around Berlin, was not only convenient but offered delicious food. On arrival, restaurant was full but a table was brought in from outside to give us 2 seats. I ordered the homemade gnocchi stuffed with truffle-cheese filling from the specials menu. Red sauce was made of beets but tasted like strawberries. Never tasted anything like it, totally fantastic. Highly recommended. Would definitely go back.
