Ate here with the godchildren (4;6) on a Wednesday evening. There wasn't much going on. Super hospitable and child-friendly service. The kiddies legitimately gave the pizza a 10/10. We would love to come back and we felt very welcome

Nice little restaurant in the immediate vicinity of the Reeperbahn. Had lunch here with family and friends and everyone left full and satisfied. For reasonable prices you can get a hearty and decent meal here. Fish dishes are offered as well as classic Italian meals and pizzas 🍕. Will definitely take a look again when I get the chance.

The three of us had dinner with you. Pizza Tonno, tortellini a la panna and antipasti Palermo. All three dishes were really tasty. You can tell that the chef knows something.

Good Italian food can be found wherever Italians eat. All the better if you know where it is. One such place to go in Sankt Pauli is the Trattoria Palermo. Lively Sicily is lived here. This is very good and fairly calculated. A nice place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the colorful mile.

The Pizzeria Palermo is a real recommendation for anyone who wants to eat well and uncomplicatedly in St. Pauli! The service was super friendly, the service was quick and attentive. The restaurant has a rustic atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The pizza and pasta were really tasty – freshly prepared and tasted great. The price is also absolutely fair, especially for the central location in the immediate vicinity of the Reeperbahn. Perfect for treating yourself to a good meal before celebrating. We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, our visit to Restaurant Palermo was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Already when ordering, problems arose when instead of the wheat beers we had ordered, we were served ordinary lager. Our order of Pellegrino water was also overlooked and it was never brought to the table. The service was characterized by a lack of friendliness, where the female waiter seemed disinterested and distant. It was impossible to get even a simple smile, which contributed to a cold atmosphere. After a considerable wait we were told that our food had been prepared incorrectly and they therefore had to start over. When the food finally arrived, the pizza was nicely presented, but the taste was unfortunately anonymous and without character. The Parma ham tasted basically of nothing, which further reduced the overall impression. The pasta, which should have been macaroni, was served as penne, which did not match our expectations. In the end we were surprised that it was not possible to pay by credit card. This forced us to find a nearby ATM to pay the bill – an awkward end to an already unsatisfactory experience. All in all, our visit to Palermo was marked by poor service, confusion about the orders and mediocre food. It is not a place we want to return to.

There were three of us here and the food was excellent. The Lambrusco was extremely good. We can only recommend it, a really, really good, small, cute Italian restaurant in the middle of Hamburg.

It's Italian here. The whole thing is a bit hectic but always friendly. The food is delicious 😋 regardless of whether it's a starter 🍕 pizza or cappuccino. The house wine is a bit bland, but there is still something to be done. Friendly service staff and the boss is always happy about his well-filled wine PIZZARIA. Booking a table is mandatory A waiting time, even if only short, can happen. We'll be back in the summer, then the husband/wife will sit outside and it's even better.

Nice place. The prices are fair and reasonable. I really liked the atmosphere. The owner was on site on both days of our visit. I would be happy to be able to visit a restaurant like this in Frankfurt or our small town on the outskirts. Can only recommend it.

The ambience and service were very nice, unfortunately the food wasn't good, pasta dishes were tasteless, the edges of the pizzas were so dark that you couldn't eat them.

Very tasty and cozy, invites you to linger. We were there for the Christmas party with about 10 people, luckily some canceled because the table was very crowded, but it was still a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately we had to wait for three quarters of an hour in front of the restaurant (in winter) because a group of girls didn't want to give up the table despite having made a reservation, but we were given a champagne to wait and later got a very tasty starter on the house. Everyone really enjoyed the different dishes that were ordered! The service was great too and we ended up being the last ones to leave because it was really so cozy. Great and we would all love to come back for our private lives too!

The two of us went there without a reservation. We were greeted very friendly and were able to stay for dinner. The restaurant is lovingly furnished, as you would imagine a trattoria to be. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive. The house greeting was a kind of fresh quark dish with garlic and bread. There was plenty of garlic in it. We ordered pizzas. These were plentiful and very tasty. The dishes we saw at the neighboring tables also looked very tasty and the guests apparently enjoyed them too. When we paid we received a limoncello on the house. Service, ambience, taste and value for money are top.

Wir waren Sylvester hier zu Urlsub und dort essen und können sowohl die Qualität der Speisen, als auch den Service, sowie Preis-Leistung als ausgezeichnet bewerten. Es gab zwar verschiedene Menüs zur Auswahl doch es konnte auch von der normalen Karte gegessen werden. Die Pizza und der Fischteller sensationell! Auch Vorspeisen und Desserts ein Fest.

I felt like I was on vacation in Italy - authentic from the furnishings to the food to the staff! An absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to spend a cozy evening with good food and good company.

If you don't have any money for a vacation right now: go to Palermo. Time machine door straight into a trattoria in some deep Italian village. You immediately feel like you've been transported to Italy, the ambience is absolutely authentic, from the checkered tablecloth to the wheel of parmesan on the typical wooden cart. The staff are attentive, the food is really excellent. Fresh pasta, freshly shaved truffles,…what more could you want. I could spend days there!!

Wir haben uns dazu entschieden, diese Traditionelle Trattoria erneut zu besuchen. Wir waren bei unserem ersten Besuch sehr begeistert, waren aber leider beim zweiten Besuch komplett empört über die Entwicklung dieses Hauses. Vorab muss ich sagen, dass das Essen jetzt zwar nicht außergewöhnlich gut war, es aber trotzdem das Beste an diesem Abend war. Der Service ist komplett unfreundlich gewesen. Wir wurden mit sechs Personen in die letzte Ecke des Restaurants gebracht, wo vier Tische eng aneinander gestellt wurden. Der Inhaber dieses Hauses, wie er sich selbst vorgestellt hat, knallte mit den Türen, man hörte dauerhaft Streitigkeiten mit den Köchen und dem Service Personal. Wir warteten insgesamt über eine Stunde auf unser Essen, wurden mehrfach gefragt wie lange wir noch bleiben wollen, da dieser Tisch bald frei werden müsste. Auf unsere Kritik wurde nicht gut eingegangen, wir wurden von dem Inhaber beschimpft. Das Service Personal war sichtlich mit dem Inhaber unzufrieden, nachdem wir uns bei dem Personal über das Verhalten des Inhabers beschwert haben, entgegneten diese nur: „Ja das ist ein Idi*t“. Dieser Abend wird der letzte Besuch in diesem Haus sein!

We spontaneously looked for a restaurant with the children, found it here and were not disappointed! Very friendly service, authentic Italian flair (pay attention to the lamp stands...) and delicious food at fair prices. We had pasta with tomato sauce, tortellini alla panna and spaghetti with shrimps and were very satisfied!

We had tortellini panna. Taste ok, but portion too small. What was much worse... we wanted to pay by card. Answer: Our EC device is currently defective. Ok, paid cash. As we were leaving, a family asked if they could pay by card, to which the immediate answer was yes. Huh?

We ended up here spontaneously before a concert. Although we didn't have a reservation, we luckily got a place for two people after a short wait. Were very positively surprised. Very small restaurant, seemed a bit hectic at first but the service was very nice and well organized. The food came incredibly quickly even though the store was full and it was delicious! Price performance is absolutely right here! It's just a shame that card payment wasn't possible. We will definitely come back again.

Subterranean service with a 1 hour wait for the main course. Reason: You had an appetizer. The pizza was ok, the spaghetti carbonara wasn't tasty. Not worth a second visit.

I had spaghetti with shrimps, which should have been 4, but I only got 3. I also asked if the shrimp were peeled and they answered yes, but they weren't. The staff was super nice, no question. Only our noodles were tasteless and the portions were too small.

I've never experienced anything so outrageous.

We didn't have a table and it was clear that with 10 people it wouldn't be easy to find a place. Nevertheless, we tried our luck and got a table. Up until then we were really happy with our choice. We then ordered appetizers and the bruschetta was really tasty. We then had to wait almost an hour for the main course. We decided to ask nicely how long it would take until we got the main course. It has to be said that others in this restaurant (similar group size) came after us and got their food before us. When we asked, we were rudely answered with the words “if you come to a full restaurant, then you just have to wait” or “we could be lucky to have gotten a table at all”. A short time later our long-awaited main courses arrived. I had the truffle pasta, which was neither seasoned well nor tasted like parmesan and truffle. By far the worst I've ever eaten. Furthermore, the vegetables were forgotten from another main course. After speaking to him, the answer was again very unfriendly and stroppy, saying that it might take a while and that he wasn't finished yet. Slowly we answered in a curt manner, then the waiter just said that we should first work in the shop for 30 minutes like him in order to understand him. I haven't experienced anything as outrageous as this evening in a long time. Then it's not possible to talk about us to other guests. No recommendation at all!

Pizza Hawaii, which was well noticed by the service but not addressed, was served with a completely black border!!!That's not possible!!! If I had read the negative reviews beforehand!!!I won't be eating there or anything else!!!

Even at a late hour we received a warm welcome, even with a free Coke. The vegetable pizza topped with grilled vegetables was particularly fantastic. The owner spread a great atmosphere and met our every wish!

The food was very tasty, well seasoned and normal neighborhood prices. What was bold, however, was that bread with aioli was put on the table before the meal without asking and appeared on the bill at the end. Keller was very friendly and attentive.

What can I say. Only 5 stars I would give 10. A great steak. Just as I wanted it. The atmosphere is just really great. The service so un-German way very friendly. For sure in the area of the Reeperbahn Really an Italian restaurant. And I am min 3 times per year in Italy and jn the 30 years visited hundreds of restaurants. I saw the pizzas passing by and they look great. The pasta prepared in a big parmesan cheese. This must be great .. you could see. Done with love to prepare this. The house wine. 26 euro 1 liter what a great deal. And a sharp knife. Just a great place. Just 50 metres from the Reeperbahn .. very simpel.. a real place you need to experience..

Great authentic Italian charm, tasty simple Italian food, prepared with the heart and with a twinkle in the eye. Both the owner/chef and the serving staff deserve praise for creating the setting for a lovely meal, where the main course was prepared on a serving trolley at our table. We chose the restaurant's 3-course Wednesday menu. Can definitely be recommended.

I just felt completely comfortable here. Great staff and a great chef, the food was absolutely delicious. The ambience... just go there yourself and look, listen, enjoy ;) Conclusion: 5 nights in Hamburg, landed here 4 times. For good reason. I can only recommend Palermo and will definitely be here again the next time I visit Hamburg. Thank you for food and drink, a little oasis in the hustle and bustle and the hospitality! You can get there for around 20 euros per nose if you don't order anything too unusual. However, the Argentinian rump steak is highly recommended. I never got to dessert, I was too full from the starter and main course.

In my short stay in Hamburg I had dinner at this restaurant two nights in a row. The first time I ordered pizza: excellent, truly Italian pizza and above all digestible, a detail that is not to be taken for granted even for many Italian pizzerias. The second time I tried the pasta, cooked al dente and with the right amount of salt. Finally I tried their tiramisu and with great satisfaction it is prepared with ladyfingers and mascarpone as per tradition. I complete the review by pointing out the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the place. The environment is furnished with a nostalgic air, I was struck by the checkered tablecloths on the tables, as used in Southern trattorias. Recommended.

During our visit to the Trattoria Palmero in Hamburg we experienced an authentic Italian ambience. The evening started with a delicious portion of spaghetti, cooked perfectly al dente. They were served with crunchy zucchini, sweet cherry tomatoes and tender shrimp - a harmonious interplay of flavors that immediately transported us to Italy. The pizza, which was topped with fresh rocket and fine Parmesan cheese, was also delicious. The dough was wonderfully crispy and soft at the same time, just like a perfect pizza should be. To round off the evening, we treated ourselves to a strong espresso, accompanied by a glass of Amaro Averna, an aromatic herbal liqueur, which rounded off the meal wonderfully. The atmosphere of the trattoria was cozy and the staff friendly - a perfect place for a relaxed Italian dinner.

I actually thought you can't go wrong with a pizza. But that was honestly one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. There was also an almost outrageously cheeky service from an older gentleman who we thought was the boss. A completely unsuccessful business lunch with 8 dissatisfied guests who will definitely not come back.

Incredibly good! We had been meaning to come here for a while and finally did it yesterday. Based on the reviews, we expected a good, solid Italian, but we were far more positively surprised. Very friendly service, original Italian, always a relaxed saying, very quick and attentive, great food, hospitality is very important. Price performance is very accurate. It's definitely not the last time we've been here, and we're already planning to come back today a day later. There will no longer be a visit to Hamburg without Palermo. A 10 out of 10

Yesterday we ate there before the musical "Dance of the Vampires" and had a starter, main course and dessert, accompanied by drinks. The value for money was unbeatable. The gratinated gnocchi were excellent and more authentically Italian than they have been in a long time. The pizza with salami and ham was topped with good ingredients, you could clearly see the mozzarella. – not overloaded, but just right. There was also a greeting from the kitchen in advance. The dessert was also very tasty and creative. Overall, the price-performance ratio was sensational. It's Italian cuisine like I know from friends with a nonna - without a lot of frills, but all the better for it. Hospitality was rounded off with a nightcap on the house. What should of course be clear to you is that at a hotspot in St. Pauli you want to get a lot of customers through. There were no long waits for food. If someone wants to sit for a long time, this is something to keep in mind. Also compliments on the new awning. We'll be back!

We had reserved a table and were greeted with “Yes, what?”. Then I asked if we could have a table outside. The answer: “How am I supposed to know when something is available outside?”. I have never experienced anything so unfriendly and unprofessional. The other waiter was very nice. Definitely won't come back. The first and the last time. The food was okay...but there are better restaurants in the area too

Our pizza was simply great. The sauce is very fruity and topped with real mozzarella. Price performance is top here! The service was very accommodating. We were able to sit outside with quiet Italian music.
