The vegan pizza tastes amazing. It's huge and easily enough for two people to eat.

The food was a complete disaster. The pizza dough was worse than it's been in ages. The pizza didn't taste good, it had no flavor at all. The salami was very cheap. The calzone was disgusting and tasted like water. We won't be going back to this place.

I've known l'Osteria from many cities. The pizza is delicious everywhere. But the atmosphere here is unbeatable. Right on the water with a great view.

We were there on a Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. and had reserved a table an hour in advance, even though we were told at the counter that this wasn't really necessary on a weekday. When we got there, the restaurant was full and all the tables were taken. Despite having a reservation, we waited 20 minutes until a table became available. Other guests were lined up next to us at the bar, some of whom also had reservations and had to wait a similarly long time. If you had made a special reservation, it would have been nice not to have had to wait so long and, in the worst case scenario, you could have been seated somewhere right by the door. The food was delicious as usual and the service very friendly.

Bad experience , suggesting please dont visit there and also not apply for job. They will ask you for Probetag and afterthat they will say no , because for that day they have lesss employee ,thatswhy they take any rendom person who can woork free of cost there

Please note feedback at the end of the post! - Worst pizza ever. Although it's huge (it doesn't fit on the plate, you can't eat it), it consists mainly of fat and cheese. Lovelessly covered with exactly one single topping. Couldn't eat any of it. The same goes for the salad: some greens from the package with a bland ready-made sauce. Last but not least, everything was paid for and nothing was eaten. No accomodation from the kitchen. Conclusion: not recommended. L'Osteria has responded. Then my feedback: Thanks for your response to my review. The service colleague took the complaint seriously, which was nice. But she couldn't get any further with it in the kitchen. As we all know, you should never say never - but I honestly don't know about a second chance yet.

Pizza was delicious as always. Despite the "store" being fully booked, the service had pushed two tables together for us and so we still got a good seat. Here, gladly again and again

Noodles extremely hard, but probably cooked for the masses. It was very expensive, unbelievable. The waitresses were all great, but unfortunately the table wobbled a lot.

Went there with the company for the belated Christmas party. You can easily reserve online, even for large groups. Everyone in the group was happy and full. The wagon wheel sized pizzas were a highlight. XD

I'm actually very convinced of Losteria and I enjoy eating at Losteria all over Germany. Losteria's standards actually stand for delicious food and quick preparation, and so on. This Losteria is the first where these standards were not met. We waited more than 3/4 hour for food and then my pizza was only lukewarm, even though we only ordered 3 dishes. Very much in need of improvement and unfortunately disappointing.

Sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Salat und Brot waren super lecker, die Pizzen sahen gut aus. Einzig: die laute Musik ist für ein Geschäftsessen eindeutig zu laut. By far the worst store in all of Hamburg. I rarely ordered anything there and it was not uncommon for the order to arrive incorrectly or not at all. When you call and complain, the incompetent employees (why incompetent? because they can't get spaghetti ready to be picked up by the driver, who only has one job, namely the transport from A to B) always blame their failure on the driver. Every time I complained, I emphasized that I wasn't a fan of negative reviews and therefore offered the chance to do better before I typed the button, which always gives L Osteria a headache. During one of my calls I was even treated completely disrespectfully by an employee. I'm just at a loss for words. The food tastes good. However, the statistics are overwhelming. Almost every second delivery was completely wrong or, like today, I only received a few slices of bread. None of the opportunities I offer to satisfy myself as a customer are taken seriously at this branch. If you order here, you should allow for a 50% chance that things will go wrong, if you want to have a nice evening or for whatever other occasion you order the food. Because the probability that you will be disappointed is so high, it is not worth ordering there. The store has 2 different qualities in service. If you eat there, it's solid. When you order there, they act as if they were doing you a favor. I can only advise against it. I will never eat or order here.

The L'Osteria on Bleichenbrücke scores with delicious food and generous portions - both the starters and the main courses tasted really convincing. Unfortunately, this positive impression was completely overshadowed by the service. Although the restaurant wasn't particularly busy when we visited, the service was abysmal. The waitresses preferred to stand around and chat with each other instead of taking care of the guests. This meant that our table for the main course was still full of dishes from the starter. The drinks also took ages to arrive. In addition, you had the feeling that the staff were having conflicts with each other - you could sense an irritable mood that affected the entire atmosphere. Conclusion: Great food, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. There is definitely some catching up to do here in order to improve the overall impression. Overall 3/5 stars.

We visited L'Osteria on 26 Dec. They were super busy. 4 of us show up and are lucky enough to get a table right away, despite not having booked in advance. We order all 4 pizzas and they arrive super fast - we almost haven't had time to get our drinks served yet. Really good and large pizzas, with a delicious thin and crispy base. We were all super impressed with the quality of the food, and compared to the price. We also got 2 bottles of wine, 2 beers and water for the table. It will definitely be a place I want to stop by again if I come to Hamburg again

We had pizza bread and the shrimp pizza. Both were lush and ok, but nothing more. The service was okay, the atmosphere was more like a train station. Ok for a quick snack, poor for dinner.

I have nothing against the restaurant in principle, but I think it would be important to train the staff to ensure a more professional service. For example, it would be helpful if staff clarified at the beginning whether guests have a reservation instead of making them wait in line for a long time. It's frustrating to find out after half an hour that you have to sit at a bar counter. Such situations should be avoided to improve customer experience. It would be desirable for Losteria Restaurant to work on the professionalism of its service.

Good place to eat Italian food. The carbonara pasta is delicious and the pizzas are amazing because they are so big!!! And also very rich! Not a bad price, the inside of the place can be a little noisy, I prefer to eat outside when the weather permits

We were in the Bleichenbrücke branch in the summer and had reserved a table. After we registered, we saw that there were still tables available in the outdoor area on Alsterfleet. The receptionist said we could sit down as long as the tables weren't reserved. My wife and I sat down at a table and a few minutes later we were asked to sit elsewhere because the two of us were blocking a table of four. The tables for two would only be in the second row to the water. I told them that we would like to remain seated there and that otherwise we would leave the restaurant. Even after some discussions, the four-person table was not released to us. We then left the LOsteria. Really bad customer service and a lack of communication between employees. If we had been communicated from the start that these tables were not allowed to be occupied, it would have saved us a lot of trouble and stress because we actually wanted to enjoy a nice meal after work.

Hemos comido unas pizzas enormes que son mucha masa y poco sabor. Los ingredientes son bastante escasos, son realmente incomibles.

It for sure is not the best Pizza in town but it's one of the good ones. What makes it great is the staff and the atmosphere they have created. If someone craves pizza and we are around the centre we go to L'osteria for sure.

Getting a seat without a reservation is always a problem, otherwise it's great. I'm a Loasteria fan, I come to the restaurant several times because the price for food is always great. The food delivery here was the fastest compared to all other restaurants. It was a very pleasant surprise as we had just returned from a bike ride and wanted to get food quickly.

Delicious food, very nice service. Unfortunately, incredibly loud music in the restaurant (including Vamos a la playa at disco volume). Entertainment only possible to a limited extent. The request for quieter music was rejected with reference to L'Osteria's restaurant concept. We were there with 6 people aged 27 - 67... and none of them will come back again. Too bad.

Food on the table in no time. Huge delicious pizzas. Service top and super nice. Only point. It was super crowded and very loud. A hustle and bustle... That's just how it is on the weekend. Still recommendation!

Can I recommend this restaurant?NO!!!! We had reserved a table for 8 people for ourselves and our visitor from Austria. We were given a table for 6 people and after we complained that it was too small for the pizza plates, the waitress said it would be fine. NO! It did NOT fit! 3 pizza plates do not fit on a table for 2 people!!! On the way to the toilet I saw a young man who had his pizza plate on his knees because there was no room on the table. The music was extremely loud, so conversation at the table was not possible. When HAPPY BIRTHDAY was played for a birthday child, the music became even louder. The pizza plates are too small for the pizzas. When we complained, we were told that all of these complaints were part of the COMPANY'S CONCEPT. Of course we skipped any starter or dessert. Just a quick pizza and then OUT! *** My summary: The operator wants to make maximum profit with little space. Dissatisfied guests don't matter because there are enough one-time guests in the city center. One thing is certain for us: NEVER AGAIN L'Osteria! It's a shame when entrepreneurial incompetence and GREED for profit ruin what should have been a lovely evening. We were 8 people between the ages of 37 and 59.

The pizza was large and tasted good, but unfortunately that was all. We reserved a table for eight people and got a table for six. They wanted to sell us "that's fine"... Of course it didn't fit! Anyone who paid attention to area calculations at school knows this too. Unfortunately, management only focuses on maximizing profits and not on customer satisfaction. Too bad... There were even guests who had their pizza plates on their knees... We won't be coming back!

I had the pleasure of visiting L'Osteria at Bleichenbrücke in Hamburg and it was an all around excellent experience. The pizza was huge and incredibly tasty, with a perfectly crispy base and fresh ingredients. Particularly practical: the pizza can be served half and half for an additional charge. This is ideal for large families or for those who, like me, can't decide. For dessert there was tiramisu. Just the fact that a strawberry was placed on top as decoration shows how much thought goes into this. Was the strawberry necessary? No. Maybe that's exactly why it left a positive impression and gave you the feeling that you weren't just being worked through? Yes. The fresh peppermint tea was also wonderfully prepared and the customs of preparation were followed, which rounded off the entire experience. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly without being intrusive. You felt really welcome and well looked after. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The prices are more than fair for the quality and quantity of the food. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and invites you to linger. Overall, a wonderful place for a relaxed meal with friends or family. I can only recommend L'Osteria at Bleichenbrücke.

Good pizza and pasta but the salad wasn’t good

Thanks again to the staff! Rarely have I seen such great staff as here, especially the service person who served us yesterday!! Very friendly, attentive and, above all, super helpful. If there was an accident with the drink, the lady (unfortunately we don't know her name) reacted and acted immediately and had everything fully under control. But the other service and counter staff were also immediately involved and took care of everything in a very short time (in teamwork) as if nothing had happened. Thank you again!!! P.s. 5 stars for the service is far too little

An L Osteria like any other. The service was very accommodating and served us in a friendly manner. The pasta was ok, the beef was a bit tough. But you just shouldn't expect too much when you come here. The food is solid.

After our experience at Losteria today, we unfortunately have to say that we have definitely been lost as regular customers. FYI: it was Saturday around lunchtime and not much was going on. It started with us standing at the waiting desk for minutes and being ignored by the employees. Our request for a specific (free) table without a reservation sign was not taken into account. So after a while we were directed to a more than dirty place right next to the toilet and were anything but enthusiastic. In order to still be able to enjoy the meal, we decided to change the table to the one we had just mentioned, which was met with an annoyed sideways glance. When taking the order, 2 salads, bread was not asked in advance. It took a relatively long time for cold food that doesn't need to be baked or cooked. Then came the two salads. We were beyond shocked. The plate was tiny and definitely not appropriate for a hefty price of just under €16 (we also had the chicken for an additional €5). The salad was carelessly thrown together and the chicken was a maximum of 4 tiny pieces that were very tough and dry. Otherwise, apart from romaine lettuce, there was only some cheese and 3 croutons. Little to notice of dressing. That's it! And for the price… After only a short time (and disappointment) we noticed that there were blackened leaves in the salad and also numerous stalks. We agreed that in your own kitchen you would definitely cut out such parts and NOT eat them. Photos in the appendix. The amount shown there doesn't even correspond to the entire stems, as some were eaten. After we were obviously finished, we waited for the waitress (white headband) for more than half an hour, who didn't inquire about our food or any other requests during that time. As a reminder: there was little going on. When she came after we asked, we asked, since we saw it with our neighbors who had also ordered salad and were served bread with it, whether it was usual that you don't get the bread "automatically" but have to ask separately. There was a more than mushy answer, quote “you can always get bread here but only if you ask” and a raised indignant eyebrow. Afterwards we were not asked whether we had enjoyed the food. We would have liked to put forward our constructive suggestions for improvement. So we quickly asked our neighbors if what the waitress described was the case. They confirmed our suspicions, namely that the waiters should ask for bread and not the CUSTOMERS themselves. We were then again left sitting for a much longer time than was appropriate, even though we would have happily paid. Apparently this also has to be done by the customer, as seems to be the case with several things here ;) When paying, we again pointed out to the waitress the situation with the bread and her obvious lie to us, which was met with incomprehension. After we didn't give a tip (which never happens), she turned around sloppily, didn't say goodbye or anything and went to the next table. We are beyond disappointed with this experience. You can definitely avoid the standard answer that always comes here if you obviously don't change anything and have no interest in working in a customer-oriented manner.

Unfortunately I got salmonella poisoning. Stomach cramps and nausea/vomiting plagued me all night. The staff lady who served us treated us like we weren't welcome. That wasn't fair. Last night was worth nothing.

I was there with 3 friends on a Saturday evening. We were all thrilled! The service was outstanding! Super communicative, attentive and everyone in a good mood! I haven't experienced something so positive in a long time! The pizzas were huge and super tasty. The gnocchi was also praised. The ambience is great - outside and inside. So definitely a highly recommended restaurant! (Only the tables could be a little bigger so that the huge pizzas fit on them. ;-))

The McDonalds among the Italians in Hamburg. Fast food. Spaghetti hard, kept warm under the lamp, pizza soggy, service slow.

I've waited over half an hour and get half a pizza. I ordered a whole one. 10 minutes later I got the other half. I'm sorry, that doesn't work at all. What is that? You wait and wait for half an order? The service wasn't courteous either. I therefore only give one star for the ambience.
