Lecker Essen, sehr nette Bedienung. Leider unglaublich laute Musik im Restaurant (u.a. Vamos a la playa in Discolautstärke). Unterhaltung nur bedingt möglich. Der Wunsch nach etwas leiserer Musik wurde mit Hinweis auf das Restaurantkonzept von L‘Osteria abgelehnt. Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Alter von 27 - 67 vor Ort …. und wir werden alle nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Top Service, Bedienung war sehr nett und schnell , hat einen auch beraten ne in der Speiseauswahl. Essen top , sehr schneller Service. Musik war etwas zu laut und merengue passt nicht so zum italienischem Essen

Good pizza and pasta but the salad wasn’t good

Thanks again to the staff! Rarely have I seen such great staff as here, especially the service person who served us yesterday!! Very friendly, attentive and, above all, super helpful. If there was an accident with the drink, the lady (unfortunately we don't know her name) reacted and acted immediately and had everything fully under control. But the other service and counter staff were also immediately involved and took care of everything in a very short time (in teamwork) as if nothing had happened. Thank you again!!! P.s. 5 stars for the service is far too little

An L Osteria like any other. The service was very accommodating and served us in a friendly manner. The pasta was ok, the beef was a bit tough. But you just shouldn't expect too much when you come here. The food is solid.

After our experience at Losteria today, we unfortunately have to say that we have definitely been lost as regular customers. FYI: it was Saturday around lunchtime and not much was going on. It started with us standing at the waiting desk for minutes and being ignored by the employees. Our request for a specific (free) table without a reservation sign was not taken into account. So after a while we were directed to a more than dirty place right next to the toilet and were anything but enthusiastic. In order to still be able to enjoy the meal, we decided to change the table to the one we had just mentioned, which was met with an annoyed sideways glance. When taking the order, 2 salads, bread was not asked in advance. It took a relatively long time for cold food that doesn't need to be baked or cooked. Then came the two salads. We were beyond shocked. The plate was tiny and definitely not appropriate for a hefty price of just under €16 (we also had the chicken for an additional €5). The salad was carelessly thrown together and the chicken was a maximum of 4 tiny pieces that were very tough and dry. Otherwise, apart from romaine lettuce, there was only some cheese and 3 croutons. Little to notice of dressing. That's it! And for the price… After only a short time (and disappointment) we noticed that there were blackened leaves in the salad and also numerous stalks. We agreed that in your own kitchen you would definitely cut out such parts and NOT eat them. Photos in the appendix. The amount shown there doesn't even correspond to the entire stems, as some were eaten. After we were obviously finished, we waited for the waitress (white headband) for more than half an hour, who didn't inquire about our food or any other requests during that time. As a reminder: there was little going on. When she came after we asked, we asked, since we saw it with our neighbors who had also ordered salad and were served bread with it, whether it was usual that you don't get the bread "automatically" but have to ask separately. There was a more than mushy answer, quote “you can always get bread here but only if you ask” and a raised indignant eyebrow. Afterwards we were not asked whether we had enjoyed the food. We would have liked to put forward our constructive suggestions for improvement. So we quickly asked our neighbors if what the waitress described was the case. They confirmed our suspicions, namely that the waiters should ask for bread and not the CUSTOMERS themselves. We were then again left sitting for a much longer time than was appropriate, even though we would have happily paid. Apparently this also has to be done by the customer, as seems to be the case with several things here ;) When paying, we again pointed out to the waitress the situation with the bread and her obvious lie to us, which was met with incomprehension. After we didn't give a tip (which never happens), she turned around sloppily, didn't say goodbye or anything and went to the next table. We are beyond disappointed with this experience. You can definitely avoid the standard answer that always comes here if you obviously don't change anything and have no interest in working in a customer-oriented manner.

Unfortunately I got salmonella poisoning. Stomach cramps and nausea/vomiting plagued me all night. The staff lady who served us treated us like we weren't welcome. That wasn't fair. Last night was worth nothing.

I was there with 3 friends on a Saturday evening. We were all thrilled! The service was outstanding! Super communicative, attentive and everyone in a good mood! I haven't experienced something so positive in a long time! The pizzas were huge and super tasty. The gnocchi was also praised. The ambience is great - outside and inside. So definitely a highly recommended restaurant! (Only the tables could be a little bigger so that the huge pizzas fit on them. ;-))

The food was delicious, but the staff seemed totally overwhelmed on a Tuesday evening. I don't even want to know what it's like on the weekend.

I've waited over half an hour and get half a pizza. I ordered a whole one. 10 minutes later I got the other half. I'm sorry, that doesn't work at all. What is that? You wait and wait for half an order? The service wasn't courteous either. I therefore only give one star for the ambience.

The McDonalds among the Italians in Hamburg. Fast food. Spaghetti hard, kept warm under the lamp, pizza soggy, service slow.

Sometimes you can feel overwhelmed by the abundance of restaurants in Hamburg. Humans are creatures of habit. So what. We got a spot pretty quickly, right on the water. Mega. The waitress was extremely friendly and very attentive. The food was super tasty. The prices are reasonable. Everything worked out for us. Very cool location and really nice staff. It's rare to see such good work ethic. Really great. A little tip on the side. If you are coming with a lot of people, you should reserve in advance. Quote from the waitress: "It may be that the whole staircase is a queue and there is a waiting time of at least 1 hour."

Delicious food and great service - I'll definitely be back. The pizzas are huge and the pasta portions also make you feel full and happy. The quality of the food is really good and the service is very attentive and friendly.

Nicely positioned Italian restaurant next to the canal, providing a nice canal view while dining, hence 5 star for the atmosphere for dining. The dining experience started off with me having to wait few minutes to be seated even though half of the restaurant was empty and it wasn't a busy day. I ordered their pasta Tortelloni Prosciutto E Panna, which turns out to taste very good and I especially liked the portion size. One thing to note is the restaurant doesn't accept American Express for card payment.

The restaurant impresses with a cozy atmosphere that invites you to linger for a longer period of time. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The food is excellent and special requests were fulfilled without asking. Very friendly and attentive staff - we were thrilled! I was here for the first time with my daughter and can absolutely recommend the restaurant.

The food is an absolute disgrace for the price, unfortunately really disappointing.

Food was very tasty. Unfortunately service was very slow. We were never asked if we wanted anything else or cleared away empty plates. However, there was an event in the restaurant today, which may have been the reason.

The employees seem to be in competition to see who wants to give their guests the best evening - I have rarely been able to enjoy such a great feeling of being a guest. Others have already commented on the pizza - I agree: Big and great. Pricing policy first-class - the abundance of the restaurant shows that guests are not sitting on their money and staying at home ....

Nice, cozy atmosphere. The food is delicious, the pizzas are huge, and the pasta fills you up too. Service attentive, after ordering the pepper mill and the delicious sea salt (a brand from Italy that I like better than others) are immediately placed on the table. Even when we arrived 1 hour before closing time and stayed until 5 minutes before closing time, we were treated very nicely and no one reacted in a stressed manner. On the contrary, everyone was very nice.

Very busy on Saturday afternoons, it's worth making a reservation in advance. Unfortunately we were a bit forgotten in the far corner, but otherwise everything was good.

I thought of L'Osteria as very positive. Unfortunately today's visit was just average. The prices are high, the food is good, the service is mediocre (bread and a spoon for the pasta were only brought when asked), but the location and the ambience are very nice. When the weather is good you can sit outside right by the water.

L'Osteria, you always know what you're getting: great pizzas! No matter which branch I was in, I was always impressed by the mega pizzas. Above all, the service and the super nice employees were definitely plus points in this restaurant. I would recommend it again and again.

The restaurant is beautifully located on the Alsterfleet and has a nice ambience. The service was friendly and attentive. However, it is relatively loud inside when the restaurant is busy. Unfortunately, the chairs are very uncomfortable and uncomfortable both outside and inside. Unfortunately the pizzas didn't convince us. Overall very large, so the plates were too small. Wafer-thin base and little topping with unfortunately little taste overall. Due to the size, the few toppings and the fact that the edge of the pizza is unfortunately very dry and hard, a lot is thrown away. The pizza was hardly eaten at other tables either. That's too bad! It's great that you can share the pizza. If you like wafer-thin, large pizzas with few toppings in a nice atmosphere, this restaurant is the right place for you.

Had dinner here with two friends on Saturday evening. Super nice atmosphere and the location is just too fantastic. The pizza and pasta were great as always. Personally, I think the pizzas at L'Osteria are almost always really good. Some Italians around the corner can learn a lesson from this. I'd love to come back.

At a l'osteria you get what you expect - delicious food. The service was friendly and we were served quickly, the drink prices are a bit high, but otherwise a pizza will definitely fill you up.

A great shop and the terrace is impressive. However, the pasta was cooked a little hard - (I assume that's not the norm though) Therefore, I would go there again immediately and recommend this losteria to others

Worst L'Osteria Restautant I've ever been to. Creepy service and the food (both dishes) had zero taste. Even on the last visit our pizzas had no taste at all. It's a shame because the location is beautifully situated. We won't be coming back.

Food really wasn't seasoned at all, meat was fried into shoe sole, half of the drinks were forgotten and then billed twice. Even if the atmosphere is nice and the food was delicious before - never again.

You can have a very nice meal right by the canal in this restaurant, where the pizza portions are huge. With its friendly staff and average-tasting pizzas, it is a nice place to take a break from your shopping.

I ordered food today. 1x pizza rolls cheese, 1x tortellini WITHOUT ham and 1x children's pasta with butter. The delivery service with “uber” worked wonderfully, and the delivery time was also great. But it's not without reason that I specified WITHOUT ham as an extra request! I also correctly stated in my order that I specifically wanted these tortellini without ham. 16.50€ spent once for nothing. And no, I can't just pick out the ham and eat the pasta. It wasn't possible for me. I am very disappointed and angry that I spent so much money for nothing. I normally really enjoy eating in this shop, but in Dresden.

L’Osteria in Hamburg is a great restaurant with an attractive ambience and delicious food. The pizza is huge and really well topped, and the pasta was also impressive. The service is friendly, if sometimes a bit hectic. The only small criticism: it can get quite crowded and loud at peak times. Nevertheless, a clear recommendation – we would love to come back!

As always, we love coming over to eat the biggest and best pizza we know. Everything was delicious and the ambience is great. Unfortunately, the pizza gets cold quickly, but the restaurant can't do anything about that. The prices per pizza have increased by €5 in the last 3 years but everything is still within reason as the pizzas are really huge and super tasty! A reservation in the evening is recommended as it is always full.

Great atmosphere, great price-performance ratio, pizzas as big as the moon (easily enough for 2). And all the other culinary delicacies are also top. No long waiting times for the food. Despite the high stress level, the service staff are super friendly and can give very good professional advice. Keep it up. We'd love to come back.

It's a real shame that you can't sit outside for 10 people and that so rarely anyone came to ask for drinks. So we were only able to order one round of drinks 🤷🏼‍♀️

Nice welcome, polite waiters, delicious pizza. It's great that the pizza can be topped with two different variants. I think it's great that the leftovers are just wrapped in paper. An expensive, unsustainable pizza box is unnecessary for cold leftovers.

The wait was not too long despite it being busy. The service was slow. Perhaps it's a difference in dining habits between the US and Europe but they rushed our salad out with the main dishes and by this time it was soggy and wilted. Probably the biggest issue was the hair that was found in the salad and the bits of plastic shards in the pizza that daughter bit into. Overall disappointed.

Lovely food great portion sizes and great variety on the menu, the staff here in this restaurant were very good we went 2 nights in a row. Both nights ate different food and it was all yummy. Will be back next year in July and looking forward to eating at this location again thanks

Unfortunately, my visit to L’Osteria Hamburg Bleichenbrücke was very disappointing. The service was extremely inattentive and our starter plates were not cleared away. We also had to wait a long time for our main course. We tried several times to make eye contact with the waitress, but she skillfully ignored us. Overall, the service was well below what I expect from a restaurant in this price range. I definitely won't come back and unfortunately I can't recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant manager is absolutely catastrophic, unfriendly and inflexible. We would have liked to sit outside on the terrace, but for a group of 11 people she doesn't see the point of putting tables together or even sitting at a table with a large number of people. With a complete lack of empathy and constantly interrupting our conversations, she creates a lasting bad experience. Our waitress is very courteous and makes a huge effort to compensate for the incompetence of this restaurant manager. Thanks for that. Still the last time you were here.

L’Osteria, Bleichenbrücke, a great location on Bleichenfleet with an outdoor terrace on the water on a pontoon. Delicious food and an extremely friendly service team, very attentive and friendly cooperation between the service staff. All places were occupied and every new guest was looked after in a very friendly manner so that everyone got a place. I would particularly like to highlight the service staff Viola and Hazem. Incoming guests who knew other guests at a table for two wanted to sit together, so they took care of that in a very friendly manner until their wish was fulfilled, that was extraordinary, I eat out almost every day, thank you very much.

Freitag früher Abend und spontan Lust gehabt hier Pizza zu essen. Die Location hat eine perfekte Lage, direkt am Fleet. Wir haben uns für einen Tisch drinnen entschieden. Wir wurden direkt bedient und eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Die beiden Pizzen kamen schneller als wir erwartet haben und beide waren sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder!

Great service, nice recommendation for the drink and dish of the day. With a large open window, you can sit there safely even in scorching sun or changeable weather. It tasted good, was served quickly and left nothing to be desired.

L'Hosteria kannte ich eigentlich anders. Die Pizzagröße ist zwar geblieben, die Qualität hat stark nachgelassen: Lieblos zubereitete, knapp belegte Pizzen. Service war ok.

The wait was worth it. I didn't make a reservation but was able to sit outside on the sunny terrace promptly and eat with a good view. I found my waiters to be friendly and quick.

We really liked the location of the restaurant, but the rest could still be improved. Our assigned table for 6 people inside was still dirty, which couldn't be overlooked. We first had to ask the waiter to wipe down the table, even though the condition was already obvious when we handed out the menus. The drinks we ordered were delivered quickly, but we had to wait a long time for the glasses for the additional water bottle and we only got them when we asked when the food was served. The pizzas and salad were great, pasta was very lightly seasoned even though it said it was spicy and the lasagna was unfortunately unmistakably burnt. A replacement was offered and we asked for a pizza, which should be served as quickly as possible so that we could still eat together - but this pizza took significantly longer than the ones we regularly ordered, so the rest of us at the table had already finished it were with the food. Our request for the bill was received by a service person with the comment that he would pass it on. However, it took a very long time until we were finally able to pay. The service staff was always very friendly, but it was generally difficult to get in touch with them. There was no sign of attention. We were able to observe that the service staff always went straight to a table and then went back without looking left or right. We didn't really feel welcome. In addition, the noise indoors was rather unpleasant due to large groups and loud music, as communication with the staff was sometimes difficult. If we were to go there again, it would only be in the outdoor area and only for salad + pizza. We liked other restaurants in this chain much better.

Excellent pizzas, great location. Only the waiter was unfriendly at the beginning, but over the course of the stay he developed into a very friendly waiter 😉

It could be very nice here, but I felt like I was in a train station with conveyor belt processing. The staff was unnecessarily hectic. The music was so loud that no conversation was possible (we are not hard of hearing) Place an order, you felt like you were in the Bundeswehr. Come on, say, bang, bang. The starter arrives and 90 seconds later the main course. Staff is surprised that they refuse food. But I also want to eat the main course warm. There wouldn't have been any space on the table because of the size of the pizza. You're still chewing when "everything" is cleared from the table with the words: Nothing more will be ordered here? Sounded like a threat. We then skipped dessert. The food: pizza very good, pasta cold and with burnt pine nuts, lasagne good. The pasta with parmesan was missing parmesan and salt. The parmesan was almost thrown at you when you asked for it In the end you were almost thrown out because you needed the table. It was probably revenge for the tip not being paid. I like to tip when I'm seen as a guest and not as a person who needs to be fed off as quickly as possible.

Decent pizza, looks better than it tastes. The crab meat pasta was rather distasteful, more like a simple meal for kids rather than a normal Italian pasta. The lasagna was rather plain as well. I guess one should stick to pizza here, but not anything else more complex.

If you're going to eat pizza here, you'll need to bring a big appetite! Mega pizzas! Freshly prepared. The quality is very good. It is very busy during lunch, but despite this they manage to maintain the quality. Fantastic terrace on the water. Highly recommended!

You can get some of the tastiest pizzas in Hamburg here. I booked lunch with my bus group at short notice. The staff was really nice. Everyone enjoyed it. Gladly again.
