We had a wonderfully relaxed evening with antipasti and fettucine with veal ragout and porcini mushrooms from the weekly menu. Attentive, yet not intrusive, friendly service.

On a Saturday, shortly after 8 p.m., there were plenty of free tables. That's a good thing. We were greeted warmly. We were allowed to choose the table for two. To our surprise, the very attentive waiter brought two amuse-bouches. We only ordered main courses: calamari – tenderly fried – and a salmon fillet – a bit bland, but okay. The spinach was pureed, which isn't our cup of tea. But that's usually the case with Italian restaurants. Conclusion: You can't go there.

The best pizzeria in Munich! Friendly service, a lovely atmosphere, and fabulous food. If you want more, you'll have to hop in the car and drive several hours south.

Als Stammgast bin ich regelmäßig in der Trattoria Lindengarten - zusammen mit meiner 90-jährigen Tante. Das Essen, der Service und auch das Ambiente sind top! Frische Zutaten, beste Verarbeitung und wahrer Genuß... Charlie - der Kellner dort - ist eine kleine Legende :-) Auch der Biergarten im Sommer ist sehr schön gelegen und schattig. Fazit: Wer richtig gut italienisch Essen gehen möchte, ist hier goldrichtig!

Gran lugar para cenar, una de las mejores pastas de Munich. Tenía una carbonara (de verdad) y mi mujer una pasta con bechamel. El servicio era muy bueno y la comida era fantástica.

Die Trattoria Lindengarten hat sicherlich ihren Charme, was sich in ihrem attraktiven Ambiente widerspiegelt und das Essen hat durchaus Geschmack. Doch leider war mein Erlebnis dort eher enttäuschend. An einem so besonderen Tag wie einer Hochzeit, erwarte ich als Gast, dass das Personal dem Brautpaar seine Glückwünsche ausspricht, was hier jedoch missachtet wurde. Darüber hinaus fand ich den Service generell mangelhaft. Es fehlte an Aufmerksamkeit, Freundlichkeit und auch Schnelligkeit. Ein qualitativer Service ist meiner Meinung nach ein entscheidender Faktor für ein gelungenes Essen. Daher war ich nach meinem Besuch eher niedergeschlagen. Trotz des leckeren Essens und des angenehmen Ambientes, kann ich das Restaurant aufgrund meiner Erfahrung nur bedingt empfehlen.

Ich komme regelmäßig seit ca. 5 Jahren zum Mittagessen. Eines der besten Lokale mit super Mittagsmenües zu vernünftigen Preisen, noch nie hat mir etwas nicht geschmeckt. Hier wird mit Liebe und guten Zutaten gekocht. Ambiente und Ausstattung top. Die ganze Belegschaft, inklusive Chefin und Chef außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend! Hier fühlt man sich willkommen! Danke!

We went to the trattoria for dinner today with 7 children (3 to 11 years old) and 2 adults. Great atmosphere – and even though we were traveling with so many children – friendly and attentive service. The food was excellent; we all shared our meals together, and the kids even got a lollipop afterward. Both of us moms felt very comfortable – and so did the kids.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible Italian restaurant, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm and inviting family atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The service is absolutely top-notch—friendly, attentive, and professional. The food? Simply outstanding! Every dish is full of authentic flavors, prepared with care and high-quality ingredients. The prices are very reasonable. I can’t wait to eat there again someday!

It's been a while since we were there with a larger group. The service was extremely slow and not particularly friendly. The waiting times were endless. The pots in the garden were neglected and not very inviting. It's a shame because the food was good. When it comes to service, they don't seem to need to be friendly...

It’s such a pity that we’ve just tried this research after a very long time living not so far away. 😅 The ambience and the decoration is very warm and cozy and nice. We felt very comfortable the moment we stepped in. The Vorspeise is a bit pricey but was very nice. The service person was also very and did filleting the grilled fish for us. We will surely go back again to try the other food.

We had a mixed starter plate, which was OK. Then fried king prawns, a bit dry, and rigatoni from the oven, extremely uninspired. The food wasn't bad, but I don't go to the Italian restaurant for "not bad." I like to cook myself and I'm here to say that I can do it better. The waiter was friendly and professional and the restaurant itself was nice too. I wouldn't advise against it, nor would I necessarily recommend anyone to eat there if they can avoid it. The food was definitely too expensive overall for the quality. But maybe we just ordered the wrong thing.

The food is always delicious, varied weekly menu, special requests are catered for, very friendly staff, great service!!! We can definitely recommend Trattoria Lindengarten!!! :)

We had dinner in the Lindengarten last night. We knew that we would only have the table for a certain period of time. Nevertheless, the waiter made a very annoyed and uninviting impression on us. We should order everything quickly. Drinks were forgotten to be brought to the table and dessert took forever to arrive. We have different opinions about the taste of the dishes we ordered. My food tasted very good, but my husband's didn't. Due to the unfriendliness and poorly organized service, we probably wouldn't visit the restaurant again - unfortunately the ambience was really nice.

We've enjoyed coming here for many years, but the price-performance ratio is no longer right. Too bad.

I liked the waiters from before. They were A1! The three of us were there again today. All the dishes were very tasty and delicious, only the main course took a long time for no reason.

We happened to eat there because it was nearby. Our joy is even greater to find such great, original Italian cuisine. The food was simply heavenly! The service was friendly and competent. And to our delight, real Italians too. We will definitely come back to this place when we are on our way to Italy.

Unfortunately we had a bad evening. At the restaurant we went to 1.5 hours before closing, they started saying they were closing the kitchen while taking orders. They were not very pleased with our arrival.

The service and food were super good tonight. Starter and also scampi 🍤 were very tasty. A huge compliment and I would love to come back. The wine list is also completely to my taste. Thanks for the fantastic dinner.

I can't believe what we just experienced! We always use Apple Pay without any issues, but their device refused it several times. When we tried to find a solution, the waiter was extremely rude and even threatened to call the police. We were shocked. We offered to pay through PayPal or a bank transfer, but he treated us like we were trying to cheat them. The problem was eventually resolved through online banking and we paid with apple pay, but their attitude was appalling. This wasn't our first visit, but it will definitely be our last. Despite everything, the waiter still took our tip without any hesitation. You ruined our night. Terrible service 👎

Nice restaurant with good service. I would describe the prices as slightly higher. We had two main courses, a large water and a cola - Zack, 50€ gone :D The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating.

We went to the Lindengarten for dinner. A nice restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The food (pizza & pasta) was good. It could have been a nice evening if a few things had been different. For one thing, we don't have one Get an amuse bouche. On the other hand, everyone around us received Ramazzotti or Limoncello as a farewell. We are not. This leaves a strange aftertaste and you feel like second class guests. Either for everyone or not, but not like that!

I asked for takeaway food, they advised me and made a sandwich weighing over 1 kg I think topped with meat, burrata olive oil and basil... something excellent. I'll gladly go back

We have been here 3 times in the evening in the last few months. Every time we were served in a friendly and patient manner, the food was always delicious. The prices are, like everywhere else now, rather high, but that's just how it is. The atmosphere is cozy, but very cramped.

Unfortunately, the wine is far too expensive, if a bottle costs 120€ in the restaurant and 35€ at the dealer, that's crazy! Food was okay, steak with truffles which unfortunately weren't freshly sliced. Otherwise OK Think about going there again!

Very cozy restaurant with attentive service. The food tasted good. Had linguine with crayfish, artichokes and salmon. Unfortunately, some of the linguine stuck together. Unfortunately there was only a very thin 5 cent piece of salmon. Was a bit disappointing. The starter and dessert are highly recommended.

We were invited as part of a birthday party and I was more than positively surprised by this trattoria! I had a Tirolese pizza - one of the best pizzas I was served in Munich! Great service and good atmosphere - highly recommended!

I gave this restaurant a chance 3 times. Ordered pizza to pick up and it's really the worst pizza my partner and I have eaten. Everyone has different tastes, that's clear, but YES actually tastes good! Baked pizza for 2 euros from Rewe is better (unfortunately). Pizza is very thin, the cheese is a bit burnt and generally the pizza is quite hard and absolutely not fluffy and quite dry, as is the edge. The first time I thought it was just bad luck, but after 3 times I gave up and know it wasn't a coincidence. It's probably not just the case with the Margherita either. Unfortunately absolutely not worth it for the price. The spaghetti aglio olio, on the other hand, was better but the taste was not enlightening.

Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Leider ist die Bestuhlung so eng dass man kaum aus dem Stuhl kommt. Schade. Das Essen war sehr schön angerichtet, allerdings etwas geschmacklos. Die Bestellung wurde nicht korrekt aufgenommen und so hatten wir keine Kartoffeln auf dem Teller. Die wurden dann nachgeliefert. Da gab es wohl sprachliche Probleme beim Ober.

Toller Italiener mit urigem Ambiente, guter Karte und sehr leckeren Gerichten. Ich war hier mit Kollegen zum Abendessen. Wir wurden nett bedient, alles sehr freundlich und das Essen war prima.

Gemütliche Atmosphäre. Netter Biergarten. Freundliche Bedienung. Super italienisches Essen (=Normalbetrieb). Wir waren dieses Jahr (2023) nun an Silvester hier. Das 4-Gang-Menü (hatten auch Flaschenweine, daher erklärt sich der Preis pro Person) war excellent. Der Service war äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich. Zum Jahreswechsel gab es ein Feuerwerk. Dieses Restaurant kann man nur empfehlen.

Absolut empfehlenswerter Italiener mit grosser Auswahl an italienischen Gerichten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Ambiente gemütlich. Hübscher Garten zum draußen sitzen. Die Sylvesterparty war ebenfalls super, das Menü Klasse!

Good Italian food in a cosy restaurant. Super nice the room for kids and young guests downstairs, with bowling 🎳 , where they can both eat and play! You can also have the Cynar-spritz, for real Connoisseurs of the Venetian traditions 😉 well-done!!!

Guter Italiener, leider nicht ganz so gut wie die Bewertungen und Auszeichnungen aus der Vergangenheit. Wir hatten einen Vorspeisenteller, eine Pizza, Ravioli, Spaghetti und Lasagne. Es war alles gut bis sehr gut, aber irgendwie nicht perfekt. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, aber etwas eng. Die Bedienung freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist noch ok. Ich schwanke zwischen 3 und 4 Punkten. Da es in der heutigen Zeit schwierig ist, runde ich auf.

Seit 18 Jahren Stammkunde und immer gut und freundlich sowie gutes Essen!!

Wir waren hier spontan ohne Reservierung mit 5 Personen zum gemeinsamen Abendessen. Der Kellner hat uns eigentlich recht freundlich bedient und nahm sich auch die Zeit, weil wir etwas länger zur Speisenauswahl gebraucht hatten. Das Essen war sehr lecker und man ging auch auf Sonderwünsche ohne weiteres ein. Leider fand ich das Ambiente nicht so ganz ansprechend aber das ist Geschmackssache, was aber nicht so ganz optimal ist, dass man gleich beim ersten Stuhl einen wackelnden Stuhl erwischt. Kann passieren - muss aber nicht. Es gibt trotzdem 5 Stern obwohl ich für das Ambiente und den Service trotzdem einen Punkt abziehe. Letzteres, weil wir zwar ziemlich spät Essen waren aber irgendwie das Gefühl hatten, dass man bald schließen möchte - man blieb aber freundlich und verabschiedete uns dementsprechend auch sehr freundlich.

Das Essen ist fantastisch, der Service ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Ambiente lädt zum verweilen ein. Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Gute Öffnungszeiten. Reservierung zur Abendzeit empfehlenswert, da das Restaurant sehr gut besucht ist.

Definitiv einer meiner Lieblingsitaliener. Angenehme Atmosphäre auf der zur Straße hin mit viel Grün geschützten, einladenden Terrasse. Kreative Wochenkarte und fast alle Gerichte mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl gewürzt. Aufmerksamer, sehr netter Service. Hat Italienurlaubs-Flair.
