Alles da, was man von einem guten und gepflegten italienischen Lokal erwartet. Freundlicher Service und leckeres Essen (Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Das Doradenfilet hatte etliche Gräten - da könnte die Küche sorgfältiger arbeiten). Ebenfalls erwähnenswert: Man trifft hier auf niveauvolles Publikum.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Perfekt wenn man im nahegelegenen Novotel übernachtet. Sehr stilvoll und angenehm eingerichtet. Zwei Räume, deswegen relativ ruhig auch wenn es voll besetzt ist. Klasse Bruschetta. Sie Linguine mit Trüffel und Gambaretti waren auch gut, aber: 1) Trüffel eher homöopathisch und 2) wenn man schon in der Karte schreibt „10 Gambaretti“, dann sollten es auch 10 sein und nicht nur 9 wie bei mir. Freundlicher Service. Und einen Grappe gibt zum Schluss auf‘s Haus.

Super tolles Ambiente und ganz liebevoller Service! Wir waren heute mit unserem Sohn zum Abendessen. Der Salat mit Ziegenkäse, die gefüllten Teigtaschen und die Nudeln mit Gambas waren super lecker! Abgerundet wurde das ganze durch eine perfekte Nachspeise! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Wirklich sehr schönes italienisches Restaurant. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Der Service war gut und das Essen hat geschmeckt. Die Portionen sind relativ klein und der Preis dafür ziemlich hoch. Also Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist meiner Meinung nicht zu 100% gegeben. Trotzdem kann ich das Restaurant empfehlen.

UPDATE - 4 Monate später . Da man offensichtlich nur einmal bewerten kann, schreibe ich ein Update zu meiner Rezension von vor vier Monaten und revidiere meine damalige volle Punktzahl in jeder Kategorie. Leider ist es nicht möglich, null Sterne zu vergeben - die würde nun der Service von mir bekommen! . Für Freitag, 12.07.2024, wurde für den frühen Abend ein Tisch für zwei Personen reserviert. Bei Ankunft herrschte beim Personal etwas Unstimmigkeit, wo sie uns platzieren sollten – was bei meiner Bekannten und mir schon eine leichte Verunsicherung hervorrief. Unser zugewiesener Tisch war im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes ein etwas ungünstig gelegener „Katzentisch“ im Nebenraum (von der Straße aus rechts), den wir aber ohne Reklamation akzeptierten. . Nach Aufnahme der Getränke, wir studierten gerade die Speisekarte, wurde es plötzlich sehr laut. Einer der Kellner räumte unter Erzeugung einer erheblich überzogenen Geräuschkulisse von den neben uns stehenden Tischen das Geschirr und die Gläser ab, sodass es mich nicht gewundert hätte, wenn dabei einiges zu Bruch gegangen wäre. Die ganze Art und Weise ließ vermuten, dass der Mann entweder völlig gestresst oder über irgendwas ungehalten war. Unser Gespräch verstummte und wir zogen unwillkürlich die Köpfe ein. Selbiger Kellner sprach uns daraufhin an und was er auf meine Erläuterung, dass wir innehielten, da es doch gerade sehr laut gewesen sei, entgegnete, ließ mich erst mal sprachlos werden. . Was wir uns wohl denken würden… dort würden die Mitarbeiter schließlich arbeiten! Darüber hinaus wäre das ja noch gar nichts gewesen, da das Lokal ja noch nicht mal voll gewesen sei. Der Tonfall und das grimmige Gesicht dazu ließen mich vermuten, dass wir es hier mit „Versteckte Kamera“ zu tun hatten – allerdings weit gefehlt! In diesem Moment war für mich die Entscheidung gefallen, dass ich weder an dem betreffenden Abend, noch in Zukunft irgendwann einmal wieder Gast in diesem Restaurant sein wollte. Aber der Kellner machte es uns auch noch leicht, indem er uns aus dem hinteren Bereich des Raumes zurief, wir könnten ja gehen, begleitet mit dem Wort… „Tschüss!“. . Unfassbar! Natürlich sind wir gegangen und das war auch gut so. In einem nahegelegenen Restaurant haben wir sehr gut gegessen und wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Die Trattoria Italiana wird uns auf jeden Fall nie wiedersehen! Ich muss als Gast nicht als "König" behandelt werden, aber was uns da widerfahren ist, war echt unterirdisch. . Meine ursprüngliche Rezession folgt nun: ==================================. Gestern Abend einen kleinen Mädelsabend in der Trattoria Italiana verbracht. Das Essen war durchweg spitze und sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Ich habe mich mal an das Kalbslebersteak mit Rotwein-Schmorzwiebeln und Rosmarinkartoffeln von der separaten Empfehlungskarte gewagt. Mal abgesehen davon, dass das Essen sehr schnell gebracht wurde, war es sehr schmackhaft und die Leber war butterzart. Zum Nachtisch hatte ich Pistazien-PannaCotta, das ebenfalls eine sehr gute und leckere Wahl war. Ja, das Essen ist etwas höherpreisiger, aber wirklich jeden Euro wert. Das Servicepersonal muss ich hier auch noch mal erwähnen, das sehr aufmerksam und freundlich mir als Gast zugewandt war.

Haben die Silvesterfeier im Lokal genossen. Sehr sehr gutes Essen und sehr sehr nette Bedienung. Dies haben wir jetzt zum zweiten Mal gemacht und sind immer noch begeistert. Auch die Restaurantbesuche. Zwischenzeitlich waren immer genauso schön wie die Silvesterparty. Danke an das Team

Ein fantastisches Restaurant an dem wirklich alles stimmt, wenn man keine Pizza to go vom Fast-Foody erwartet. Hier kann man richtig schön italienisches essen. Wunderbar abgeschmeckte Vorspeisen, lecker und heisse Pasta (z.B.) und auch sehr kreative, feine Desserts. Und das ganze durch eine einzigartige Atmosphäre und überaus nettes Personal abgerundet. Sollte man sich hin und wieder einfach gönnen. ❤️

Das Essen war gut, aber insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Als ich gefragt wurde, ob ich die Speisekarte lieber auf Deutsch oder Englisch hätte und dann „Italienisch“ sagte, antwortete die Kellnerin recht barsch: „Wir sind in Deutschland.“ Nicht gerade die einladendste Einstellung für ein italienisches Restaurant. Der Wein wurde in der Küche geöffnet und bereits entkorkt an den Tisch gebracht. Nach der Verkostung nahm die Kellnerin die Flasche mit und unterhielt sich einige Minuten an einem anderen Tisch, bevor sie sie zurückbrachte. Als ich nach dem Korken fragte, zögerten sie und schickten schließlich eine andere (italienische) Kellnerin, die erklärte, dass „günstige Flaschen“ (23,90 €) aus Zeitgründen in der Küche geöffnet würden. Unabhängig vom Preis: So geht man nicht mit gutem Service um. Schade, denn die Qualität des Essens war eigentlich gut – aber der unprofessionelle und unfreundliche Service hat das ganze Erlebnis verdorben.

Leckeres italienisches Restaurant im - sagen wir es einmal so - nicht schönstem Eck der Stadt. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr große Auswahl an Nudelgerichten. Meine Tagliatelle mit Gamberoni schmeckten total natürlich und es waren reichlich Garnelen ... meine Frau hatte Teigtaschen mit Feigen- Walnussfüllung. Pizzen haben wir auf der Karte gar nicht gesehen.

We stumbled upon this trattoria by chance. We received a very friendly welcome and were told it was very busy and we'd probably have to wait 30 minutes for our food. We didn't care. Thirteen of us came here for dinner. The food and service were okay. At the end, after everyone had paid, there was still one large salad left. We had two at the table, both of which had been paid for. The "boss," or whoever, became furious at the change, even using the term "billing" in this context. We all ran up a hefty bill and paid for everything. The "boss's" behavior was completely inappropriate. We ended up paying for the third uneaten salad to keep us quiet. A no-go restaurant for all of us in the future. It's a shame for the staff that they have to put up with this person every day.

Bei uns allen bleibt nur Sprachlosigkeit. Wegen einer Bemerkung, dass am Essen mehr Gorgonzola hätte sein dürfen, hatte sich der erklärte Chef nicht mehr unter Kontrolle und rief sogar die Polizei. Der Abend sollte eigentlich sehr schön sein, wurde aber vom Betreiber zerstört. Ich kann nur empfehlen, einen großen Bogen um dieses "Restaurant" zu machen

Jetzt ist das Lokal leer. Bei dem Wunsch einen anderen Platz einnehmen zu wollen, wurden wir beschimpft und haben uns schnellstens für ein anderes Lokal entschieden. Es scheint so, als ob es bald schließen würde.

UPDATE - 4 months later . Since you can obviously only rate once, I'm writing an update on my review from four months ago and revising my full score in each category. Unfortunately it is not possible to give zero stars - the service would now get them from me! . A table for two people has been reserved for the early evening on Friday, July 12, 2024. When we arrived, there was some disagreement among the staff as to where they should place us - which caused a slight sense of uncertainty among my friend and me. Our assigned table was literally a somewhat inconveniently located “cat table” in the next room (on the right from the street), but we accepted it without complaint. . After taking the drinks and we were studying the menu, it suddenly became very loud. One of the waiters cleared the dishes and glasses from the tables next to us, making a considerably excessive noise, so I wouldn't have been surprised if some of them had been broken. The whole manner suggested that the man was either completely stressed or upset about something. Our conversation stopped and we involuntarily ducked our heads. For the main course I had the Tagliatelle al Gambaretti, fresh pasta in garlic and crab stock with 10 very good quality shrimps 🍤, rocket and really nice ripe tomatoes 🍅. The portion was great and I couldn't finish it, so I had the rest packed up. Als wir am Freitagabend dort ankamen, wurden wir freundlich gefragt, ob wir auf der Terrasse sitzen wollen. Da das Wetter schön war, haben wir uns auch dafür entschieden. Wer die Terrasse kennt, der weiß, dass es dort ziemlich eng sein kann. Wir bestellten Brushetta, Wein, Wasser, eine Dorade und ein Filetto di Manzo. Die Brushetta kamen sehr prompt. Sie waren also nicht frisch, das Brot war von beiden Seiten getoastet. Ich bevorzuge ja die Variante, nur eine Seite in Olivenöl zu braten. Mir waren die Brotscheiben auch ein wenig zu dünn, aber okay. Kurze Zeit später wurden die Dorade und das Filetto di Manzo serviert. Da am Nachbartisch geraucht wurde, fragte meine Freundin höflich, ob die Bedienung darauf aufmerksam machen könnte und bitten könnte, dass das Rauchen zum Essen eingestellt wird. Die Bedienung reagierte nicht darauf. Jetzt aber zum Wesentlichen. Mein Filetto di Manzo bestand aus mehreren kleinen Teilen. Wenn ich ein Rinderfilet bestelle, dann erwarte ich ein intaktes Stück Fleisch, je nach Gewicht circa Bierdeckel groß und nicht mehrere kleine Filetstückchen (Der Grieche nennt das dann Filetteller, ist dann 10€ preiswerter). Ich erhielt zwei Stück vom Rinderfilet, eines offenbar die Filetspitze, das andere ein kleines Rinderfilet, das in der Mitte durch einen Schnitt fast in zwei Einzelteile zerteilt war. Ich hatte Medium rare bestellt, die Filet Spitze war Medium Welldone und sehnig. Als mich ein Kellner fragte, ob alles in Ordnung sei, antwortete ich: Nein, ich bin mit dem Filet nicht einverstanden. Daraufhin sagte der Kellner, er werde in der Küche Bescheid sagen und der Küchenchef würde zu mir kommen. Kurz danach erschien der Küchenchef, konnte aber mit meiner Reklamation offenbar nicht viel anfangen. Meine Irritation darüber, dass das größeres Stück Filet quasi durchgeschnitten war (Unfassbar, um den Garpunkt zu ermitteln), dadurch ausgekühlt war und Fleischsaft verloren hatte, hat er mit dem Kommentar abgetan: Er kocht nun mal so. Viel Erfahrung mit Rinderfilet hat er also offenbar nicht. Aber dann kam das Unglaubliche. Er sagte wörtlich: „sie haben sich ja auch schon übers Rauchen beschwert und ich weiß nicht, warum sie schlechte Laune haben“. Die Bedienung, die meine Freundin gefragt hatte, hatte zwar nicht bei uns darauf reagiert, aber offenbar den Kollegen davon erzählt. Die Frage war wirklich sehr übergriffig. Wie erwähnt, wir wollten den Abschluss meiner Reha feiern und waren beide sehr guter Laune, rauchen beim Essen finden wir aber sehr lästig. Ok, der Küchen, weiß nicht, ob ich ihn Chef nennen will, sagen wir also der Filetto di Manzo in Einzelteile Zerleger, bot mir zu dem Zeitpunkt noch an das Fleisch auszutauschen. Ich willigte ein. Wenige Minuten später erschien ein anderer Kellner, der uns die Rechnung an den Tisch brachte. Er erklärte: „Wir beenden jetzt hier den Abend“! ER, tatsächlich er, hätte das Fleisch in der Küche probiert und das sei einwandfrei (Interessanter Umgang mit Kundenreklamationen. Ein oder wer weiß wie viele probieren also vom Teller des Kunden). Ich würde jedenfalls auch nichts anderes bekommen und wir sollten bitte das Lokal verlassen. Meine Freundin hatte ihre Dorade noch zu dreiviertel auf dem Teller. Die Flasche Wein war noch nicht zur Hälfte geleert, da saßen wir dann rausgeworfen, weil ich Kritik geäußert habe.Mal ehrlich, wenn ich ein Filetto di Manzo für 32€ bestelle, dann erwarte ich ein intaktes Stück Fleisch auf den Garpunkt gegrillt, den ich bestellt habe. Ich erwarte und möchte dann nicht mehrere kleine Filetstückchen. Ordentliche Restaurants machen aus der Filet Spitze sonst eben Streifen von Rinderfilet für z.B. Pasta oder Salat. Solche Stückchen an Gäste zu „verklappen“, die ein Rinderfilet bestellt haben, ist einfach nur bodenlos frech. Den Gast dann rauszuschmeißen, weil er das reklamiert hat, ist aber komplett ohne Worte. So etwas haben weder meine Freundin noch ich jemals vorher erlebt. Von daher kann ich nur sagen: lass die Finger von der Trattoria, geht besser gegenüber zum asiatischen Imbiss. Ich glaub da seid ihr besser beraten. Meiner Freundin ging es übrigens nach der Dorade gar nicht gut, sie hatte völlig unüblich für sie, Probleme mit ihrem Magen😢 Ein Schelm wer Böses dabei denkt!

Probably one of the better restaurants in Hildesheim

Simply a great restaurant. Very delicious food, super nice atmosphere ⭐ it's always worth it 😍

I came across this restaurant by chance as a business traveler. Even though I was traveling alone, I was given a free table without hesitation in the otherwise busy restaurant. I was served very courteously, even if I only ordered a large salad. The food was absolutely amazing. An almost too large portion, very nicely prepared and served. Plus a matching white wine at an absolutely reasonable price (€7.50 for 0.25 liters), what more could you want. Great atmosphere, very nice restaurant decor, attentive and courteous service. For me, it's a great end to the working day that leaves you wanting more.

Had dinner here during a trade fair in Hanover. The food was absolutely great, both the meat and the pasta and the sauce were great. The service was very courteous and did a very good job. The price was a little higher given the quality of the food but totally justified. Absolute recommendation, will definitely come back when we are in the area.

I am absolutely thrilled. We called spontaneously because we are at a trade fair. Luckily we got a table. The main course was very good, but the dessert was the even bigger highlight. The Tartufo ice cream with lemon and limoncello was out of this world. The tiramisu was a large portion and absolutely outstanding. The mango sorbet with Prosecco is also a hit. We are totally thrilled. The service team was very attentive, quick and super friendly. Absolute TOP recommendation for private and business meals.

Great location (inside and outside), incredibly cozy, it immediately gives you the feeling of having “arrived”, even if you are alone. A super attentive service that is still very rare to find, very tasty cuisine, and personal wishes are always fulfilled if possible and feasible. One star deducted because there is no longer any pizza, which was also super delicious... 😉. I take the star back again 🤣. You just don't need pizza. The ambience alone deserves 5 stars more, as does the service and the great food. 🫶

Wir waren nur einen Tag in Hildesheim und hatten vorher bereits reserviert. Ein nettes gemütliches italienisches Restaurant. Wir hatten sehr leckeres Essen und wurden auch sehr freundlich bedient. Wir haben es nicht bereut und können es nur empfehlen.

In dieser Trattoria stimmt einfach alles. Das Ambiente, der Service und das Essen ist ein Hochgenuss. Egal wie voll es dort ist, keiner der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter lässt es an Umsichtigkeit und Höflichkeit fehlen. Danke für den gemütlichen Abend. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal.

Super Zufallsfund!!! Wir waren auf der Durchreise und nur einen Abend in Hildesheim. Der Besuch der Trattoria war absolut Genial.. Die Trattoria war sehr gut besucht, wir hatten das Glück dass ein Tisch kurz vorher frei wurde. Nach minimaler Wartezeit wurde der Tisch hergerichtet und wir betraten den super liebevoll und stilvollen Gästeraum. Kulinarisch wurden wir auf sehr hohem Niveau verwöhnt. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend… super Service sogar für die kleinen Besucher.

Essen schmeckte sehr gut. Service war auch top. Portion hätte etwas größer ausfallen können.
