Boccaccio Hildesheim in Hildesheim

Very cozy little restaurant in downtown Hildesheim. Just as the restaurant is very decorated and every centimeter has something worth seeing, the dishes are also served with great attention to detail. The staff is always approachable and also keeps an eye on the tables to clear or refill quickly. But always subtle and not intrusive. The prices are very well set for what is on offer and are within normal limits. We will definitely come back!

Unfortunately we weren't that happy. Cheese and baguette are more likely from discount stores. Nice, yes...except when there is criticism. Too bad.

We felt completely comfortable, received extremely friendly and competent advice from the boss and had a nice chat. The food is an experience, the wine is really great and stands out from most Italian restaurants. Great value for money. The only disadvantage....we come from Regensburg, so unfortunately Boccaccio will not be our new regular restaurant....😓Thank you for the enjoyable evening!🤗

They pretend to be Italian, but also serve other dishes. The spaghetti was very good, but I didn't like the outdoor seating opposite that much

We were impressed by the Boccaccio restaurant in Hildesheim! The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was just great. The waiters and waitresses were attentive and friendly. What is particularly special is the menu, which varies daily and offers a new experience every time. This is what makes Boccaccio truly unique. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

I had dinner there with my family at the weekend and we absolutely loved the place. It is beautifully decorated, creates a very pleasant atmosphere and the waitress was extremely friendly. When our food came we were even more overwhelmed. The food was beautifully prepared and incredibly tasty! Highly recommend the shop, we will definitely come back :)

Very tasty food, great ambience, courteous staff, all in all a nice evening. Since it was very full and there was also a small celebration, it took a while for the food to arrive, but the delicious Lugana bridged the time well 😉 Definitely worth a visit if you can get a seat 😎

Where the host is still the host, I spent such a wonderful evening, simply familiar and such a pleasant atmosphere, the food and the selection were terrific, when you sit on the terrace and drink wine you feel like you're on vacation and you can just switch off lovely again

It was a unique experience, you have never had such a family-like well-being, you are welcomed so warmly, the service is great and the boss is just such a great woman, you can tell that the food is prepared with so much love and the kitchen puts so much effort into it When it comes to preparing and serving food, I would happily recommend it to anyone again and again

very very tasty food and really nice to sit inside or outside. Only the service should be significantly better and (but it was well staffed) a little faster and more competent. But it's really really nice.

I've been here many times and it's always worth an evening! Last year for our 50th birthday we ordered appetizers and they were so good. The guests were thrilled! The service is great and friendly and the owner is always in a good mood. I'll be back! (Probably already Friday 😂)

It's a shame that there is only 1 toilet for men and women.

The restaurant is in a wonderful location, the kitchen is very good, but the number of tables and seating outside seems to exceed their capacity. I say this because it is not accepted while waiting for a toilet, which is the only one, to directly observe what is happening in the kitchen and to be careful that the waitress does not turn a plate over you... it is just very narrow...

Very cozy and welcoming place. Dumplings with mushrooms were amazing there. Medallions unfortunately were a little bit hard and dry.

Klein, aber fein. Tagesaktuelle, überschaubare Speisekarte auf der grossen Tafel im Gastraum. Italienisch, aber auch z.B. Gulasch und gefüllte Paprika. Max 11.90 pro Gericht , als ich da war. Ist das Essen nicht mehr zu bekommen, wird es von der Schiefertafel abgewischt. Mittagstisch sehr schnell, aber unbedingt Tisch reservieren. sehr lecker und auch sehr aufmerksames, junges Personal, freundlich sowieso. Sehr gerne wieder. Bar- und EC Zahlung

Was soll ich sagen? Einfach Großartig! Absolut frische Speisen, tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis und mega gemütliches Ambiente. Wir kommen extra aus Vechelde, da das Boccacio einfach nicht zu toppen ist. Das Personal ist immer aufmerksam und freundlich. Macht weiter so!!!!

Sehr gute Atmosphäre Essen ist sehr Lecker 😋 Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ich war total begeistert vom Essen. Knusperschnitzel mit Salat und Kartoffelpüree aber auch vom supernetten Service. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder mit Freunden/Familie hin.👍😋

Das Ambiente ist super gemütlich und modern. Das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Essen war absolut lecker 🤩 Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe da und was die Bewirtung dieser angeht, bedarf es kleiner Verbesserungen. Ich werde aber definitiv wiederkommen und empfehle das Restaurant weiter.

Das Boccaccio ist ein sehr schönes kleineres Lokal/Restaurant, in dem man sich wohlfühlt, immer wieder Menschen trifft, die man kennt und gut essen und trinken kann. Das Personal ist außerordentlich nett und schafft eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Ich wusste gar nicht,daß wir so ein schönes und nettes Restaurant, in Hildesheim,haben. Bin total begeistert. Das Essen war super lecker,heiß,frisch und eine mega Portion,für den Preis. Ich komme auf jedenfall wieder ,hat mir alles sehr gut gefallen und geschmeckt. Es gab noch einen Likör aufs Haus und Nüsse zum snacken, find ich top.

Essen sehr gut! Kleine Karte, mit schöner Speisenauswahl. Preise in Ordnung. Wir hatten Spaghetti Bolognese, Spaghetti Salsiccia-Sweet-Chili und dann wurde noch auf Wunsch, obwohl es nicht auf der Karte steht, für 5 Personen Bruschetta zubereitet. Schade, dass Bruschetta und zum Beispiel ein Antipasti-Teller nicht auf der Karte stehen. Wir mussten leider relativ lange warten: erst auf die Getränke, dann auf das Essen und dann darauf, dass das restliche Essen eingepackt wird. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber alle sehr nett!

Als ich das Restaurant Boccaccio in Hildesheim besuchte, war ich von der leckeren und geschmackintensiven Penne a arrabita begeistert! 👍 Das Essen war ein wahrer Genuss. Besonders lobenswert fand ich, dass das Restaurant hundefreundlich ist, da ich meinen vierbeinigen Begleiter dabei hatte. Die Kellner waren äußerst nett und aufmerksam, was den gesamten Aufenthalt zu einer rundum angenehmen Erfahrung machte. Ich kann das Boccaccio wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen!❤️

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Boccaccio zum Essen und es war super lecker, der Service toll und bei schönstem Wetter, konnten wir draußen sitzen. Gemütliches Restaurant in einer belebten Seitenstraße vom Hohen Weg, daher etwas ruhiger. Ganz sicher, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Einfach nur top 👍 hier sieht man mal wieder wie wenig es braucht, um dem Gast einen besonderen Abend zu bescheren. Herausragender Service, köstliche italienische Küche auf höchstem Niveau mit dem gewissen etwas. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Für mich der beste Italiener in Hildesheim. Das Essen war der Hammer, auch der Service war Klasse und sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Essen war lecker . Dazu haben wir einen Wein getrunken .0,2 Pinot Grigio zu 5,20 , anschliessend noch ein Glas 0,1 zu 4,50 .....das fanden wir sehr teuer für 0,1 .

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Kurz gesagt: Der schlechteste Service den ich seit langem in einem Restaurant hatte. Die junge blonde Kellnerin war mehr als schnippisch und unfreundlich, es hat ewig gedauert bis wir bedient wurden (zuvor wurden minutenlange Privatgespräche mit den Gästen am Nebentisch geführt, die offenbar befreundet mit der Kellnerin waren), uns wurde am Ende zuviel berechnet (ohne ein Wort der Entschuldigung, als wir auf den Fehler hinwiesen und er korrigiert wurde), Plätze waren nur noch draußen frei aber es gibt weder Getränke- noch Speisekarte (d.h man musste jedes mal nach drinnen gehen und mitten im Weg rumstehen, während man die Karten an der Wand studiert hat),… Insgesamt wirklich enttäuschend. Die 2 Sterne gebe ich, weil das Essen - als es denn mal kam - relativ lecker war. Aber der Weg dahin war ein wirklich steiniger… Zukünftig werde ich bei meinen Besuchen in Hildesheim also ein anderes Restaurant auswählen, insgesamt sehr schade.

Oberlecker. Gefüllter Kürbis. Super Rotwein mit Schokonote. Kannte ich alles vorher nicht. Kommen garantiert wieder. Sehr nettes Personal. Heute nochmal Spargelplatte. Wieder oberlecker.
