RODIM - Pizza, Pasta & mehr in Hildesheim

Zum 30. Geburtstag von meinem Sohn sind wir extra aus Frankfurt anreist. Schon bei der Recherche wo man essen gehen könnte, ist uns dieses Restaurant ins Auge gefallen. Vor Ort kamen wir in ein Lokal, das optisch schon ganz toll war und zu freundlichen Bedienungen. Nachdem wir uns aus der großen Auswahl entschieden haben, was wir essen, kam die Pizza auch schnell an den Tisch und war richtig gut. Der Teig war trotz ordentlichen Belags knusprig bis in die Mitte, alles war gut aufeinander abgestimmt und es war einfach lecker. Wir sind nur etwas betrübt, so weit weg zu wohnen um nicht öfter dort zu essen.

Besonders gut hat uns die Pizza mit Ananas und Hähnchen geschmeckt, die wir jedem weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren begeistert! Die Pizza war frisch zubereitet, knusprig und hervorragend belegt. Auch die Pasta und der Salat waren sehr lecker. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und der Service schnell. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt ebenfalls. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen!

Guten Tag wir waren schon sehr oft dort essen und es war immer gut . Heute um 15:45 dort gewesen der Kellner läuft 3 mal an uns vorbei ohne guten Tag zusagen oder unsere Bestellung auf zu nehmen . Ein no go wir haben dann woanders unser Geld ausgegeben.

So so soooo lecker. Ich esse gerne die Speisekarte rauf und runter. Ich weiß gar nicht, welches mein Lieblingsgericht ist! Die Bedienung ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Man fühlt sich pudelwohl. Ich esse dort sehr gerne und empfehle es nur weiter! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfekt! Ich warte nur noch auf den perfekten Zeitpunkt für meinen nächsten Besuch. Habe gerade Pizza mit Hähnchenbrust und Ananas probiert. Perfekte Kombination!

Dieses Restaurant ist ein echter Geheimtipp inmitten der authentischen deutschen Landschaft. Das Essen ist lecker und die Portionen sind recht großzügig. Die Angestellten sprechen fließend Englisch und Deutsch, sind überaus höflich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mir einen Platz auf der Terrasse gesucht, und es dauerte etwas, bis meine Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten ging es dann aber schnell, und das Essen kam prompt.

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal hier und sind begeistert. Das Essen war frisch, geschmackvoll und liebevoll angerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und aufmerksame Service – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch die Wartezeiten waren angenehm kurz. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Besuch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

War heute zum ersten Mal dort und wirklich positiv überrascht. Das Essen hat super geschmeckt, die Portionen waren genau richtig und der Service war sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Bloß weg hier! Grauenhafter Service. Unfreundliche Kellner und geschmackloses, industriell gefertigtes Essen. Die Preise sind für die gebotene Qualität viel zu hoch. Anderswo finden Sie deutlich Besseres!

Keine Kartenzahlung möglich mit den neuen Visa Karten, nur mit den alten ec-Karten. Dass diese nach und nach eingezogen werden hat sich hier offensichtlich noch nicht herumgesprochen. Man kassiert hier nach der Devise 'cash is king'. Technologischer Fortschritt Fehlanzeige. So sitzt man da, wird zum nächsten Geldautomaten geschickt und darf dann, trotz aller steuerrechtlichen Bedenken bei Barzahlung in der Gastronomie, wieder wie vor 25 Jahren, wie vor der Einführung von Kartenzahlung 'bitte bar zahlen'. Perdona...

Die Pizza war sehr gut. Der überbacken Schafskäse war enttäuschend. Die Räumlichkeiten sind d in die Jahre gekommen. Service war super.

Keine behindertengerechte Toilette! Wer auf Rollator oder Rollstuhl angewiesen ist, ist hier gekniffen. Die Treppe zum WC geht steil in den Keller. Schon zum Eingang geht es 4 Stufen rauf und im Restaurant warten gleich 2 weitere Stufen. Also 6 Stufen, um überhaupt an den Tisch zu kommen. Das Essen allerdings ist sehr lecker und die Bedienungen überaus freundlich. Auch preislich ist es hier interessant. Wer also keine Gehbehindeung hat findet hier ein tolles Lokal. Alle anderen gehen lieber woanders hin.

Das Lokal liegt schön an einer ruhigen Straße das Essen ist sehr gut,die Bedienung ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Pizza war sehr lecker. Der Boden luftig und leicht kross und der Belag sehr gut. Die Lachspfanne mit Tomatensauce und Kartoffeln war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Ich war mit meiner Familie vor kurzem bei euch und muss sagen, dass ihr mir einen kleinen kulinarischen Traum erfüllt habt. Ihr seid die ersten Landesweit bei denen ich Pizza aß und mich wie in Bella Italia fühlte. So eine Geschmacksexplosion hatte ich bisher nur einst (2002) in Italien . Aber das ist nicht der einzige Grund für meine Bewertung. Der Service und das umsetzen der Wünsche der Gäste, selbst für die Kleinsten, ist für euch kein Problem. Das Ambiente ist sehr einladend und entspannt. Von nun an , werden wir uns öfter sehen. Danke für dieses kulinarische Erlebnis!

Wir waren gestern sehr spontan da und haben dort Pizza gegessen. Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass ich bisher keine bessere italienische Pizza gegessen habe! Bei Zahlung gab es Schwierigkeiten, da keine Kreditkarte akzeptiert wird. Aber auch hierfür wurde uns zügig eine Alternative geboten. Wir kommen trotzdem länger Fahrt gerne wieder.

Sehr lecker, wie immer. 🍕🍕🍕 Tolles Essen, freundliche und schnelle Bedienung, hier passt alles. Schön wäre ein Sonnenschutz vor den großen Fenstern.

Gestern mit 15 Personen im Rodim gewesen, Essen war TOP, Service wie immer gut ,Preise sind fair. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben hier die Taufe unserer Tochter gefeiert, aber auch schon des öfteren gegessen oder gar abgeholt. Die Pizzen schmecken sehr gut, Pasta schmeckt. Die Getränkeauswahl ist super und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Man fühlt sich hier wohl und wir kommen sehr gerne hierhin.

Das Essen ist wirklich hervorragend – geschmacklich absolut top und definitiv eine klare Empfehlung. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Beim Service habe ich allerdings gemischte Eindrücke. Es wirkt teilweise etwas routiniert bis hin zu einer gewissen „Betriebsblindheit“. Bei meinem mittlerweile zweiten Besuch ist es wieder vorgekommen, dass Teller bereits abgeräumt wurden, obwohl man noch am Essen war. Insgesamt hat man stellenweise das Gefühl einer schnellen Abfertigung. Das soll aber den positiven Eindruck vom Essen nicht schmälern – kulinarisch wirklich ausgezeichnet. Wenn der Service noch etwas aufmerksamer wird, wäre es rundum perfekt.

Für mich die beste Pizza in Hildesheim! Ich hole mir regelmäßig mit meinem Freund dort eine Pizza und sie ist jedes Mal super: dünner Teig, knusprig, nicht zu viel oder zu wenig Belag! Auch die Pasta und das Tiramisu kann ich empfehlen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Ambiente ist ungezwungen und gemütlich, mir persönlich gefallen die vielen kleinen Bilder als Deko sehr. Im Sommer kann man auch schön draußen sitzen. Einen Besuch auf jeden Fall wert!

Göttliche Pizza! Ich liebe ja die Mischung aus gebackenen und frischen Zutaten bei Pizza und die Bruscetta Pizza hat alle meine Wünsche erfüllt! Mein Mann hatte die Quattro Stagioni, war auch gut. Wir wurden schnell bedient und hatten sehr schnell unser Essen, auch als das Restaurant sehr voll war. Wundert mich auch nicht dass es gut besucht ist! Zum Wochenende sollte man also auf jeden Fall reservieren.

Ich bestellte Pfannengericht Lachs und bekam den Lachs anstatt in heißer Pfanne auf einem kalten Teller

The restaurant is very nice, and there's even a well-equipped play area for children. We were there for about two hours, and my three-year-old nephew was entertained the whole time. The staff are friendly, and we felt very welcome. There were seven of us (plus the little one). We almost all ordered pizza, and it was delicious. Even my grandmother, who doesn't usually eat pizza, not only ate more than usual but didn't want to share any of the leftovers (unusual for her). According to the menu, the pizzas were about 32 cm in diameter, but they seemed much larger to us. The prices were very reasonable, between €9.50 and €15 per pizza. They also accommodated our requests for changes to the pizzas. My family definitely has a new favorite Italian restaurant now, and I would recommend everyone check it out.

Incredibly delicious food, very authentic carbonara. The staff are very friendly and attentive, paying attention to even the smallest details. All in all, always a perfect day out. I would eat here again anytime!

Very nice pizzeria with a great atmosphere. We got a table late in the evening, which we were very grateful for after a long drive. The food was truly delicious! It was excellent value for money! We even got freshly baked pizza rolls.

We only ordered a pizza to go. A very friendly welcome, but unfortunately, despite it being half an hour before closing time, there was no way to eat there. We had to take the pizza back to the hotel – unfortunately, it was very greasy, even dripping, even though fat carries flavor... but that's not okay anymore. The flavor could have redeemed it, but unfortunately, it didn't. It was a salami pizza, which really should always work! Even 5 minutes before closing time! Nevertheless, I apologize for the late visit..., as everything else looked very nice, and the restaurant was also busy when we drove past earlier.

A truly fantastic Italian restaurant; I've rarely been so impressed. The service is absolutely professional, and the food (I tried everything with my family while we were there) is simply delicious – a huge compliment to the kitchen here, too! I tried the spicy pizza, the calzone, the medallions, and, last but not least, the pasta.

We visited the pizzeria on June 12, 2025. We all enjoyed our food. The pizzas are generously sized at 32 cm in diameter. I had the salmon pan with vegetables and a choice of rice or baked potato. I can definitely recommend the pizzeria.

We got a Margherita pizza from Rodim Pizza and it was really good! Tasty, fresh, and definitely worth the price. The only small issue was how the pizza was cut—it was a bit uneven and messy—but honestly, that didn’t take away from how good it tasted.

As a wedding party, we had a wonderful lunch at this enchanting Italian restaurant! From the moment we entered, we were impressed by the lovingly decorated ambiance – everything was decorated with great taste and care. The food was simply fantastic, authentically Italian, and incredibly delicious. The flavor of the pizza is excellent and the service too, I like the specialties they serve. If you are vegan, they have options for you, the atmosphere is calm and has open spaces.

The best Italian in Hildesheim! We've probably gone through the entire menu by now and every dish, whether it's a starter, salad, pizza or pasta, is outrageously delicious and always made with fresh ingredients. The ambience is beautiful and inviting both inside and out. Particularly noteworthy is the service, which is always great, whether on site or ordering/picking up. We enjoy coming to Rodim and are now regular customers ☺️ Also suitable for vegetarians/vegans 🌱
