It was our first visit, everything tasted very tasty, the food was at the table very quickly, nice service, good prices, we'll be back.

Fantastic pizza and super nice staff

Under no circumstances order anything for delivery. After 2 hours nothing had been delivered. Restaurant does not accept telephone calls (only answering machine) and does not return calls. When you go there in person, they tell you that you haven't ordered anything for pickup and that delivery is on the way. Of course you get excited and want to know when the delivery is coming. The boss then said that you wouldn't get anything more and instructed the driver not to deliver. We got money back, but the fact that there was no apology and no awareness of injustice makes me really sad. Apparently the store no longer needs paying delivery customers.

Here you are not just a customer, but a welcome guest - especially in a Hertha jersey. The menu is a dream for Italian cuisine lovers. Whether it's pizza, pasta or the typical Italian starters - every dish is fresh, authentic and prepared with a lot of love. We would particularly like to highlight the homemade lasagna, which is one of the best we have ever eaten. Here you should pay close attention to the bill. Drinks are charged twice even though you forgot to bring them to the table. The somewhat strange owner then starts to argue and twists the prices in his favor and then calculates how expensive the drinks are on the house. You either give or leave if you are stingy. Sunday we go to the tavern, we ask whether it is open, yes, everything is ok. Let's sit at the table, t we look at the menu, order, the host comes, takes the cards away and says that there will be no food and leaves. I asked why, what's going on, to which the waiter, frightened, replies that it's the boss and if that's what he's saying. It's incomprehensible, but we went here for the first time and definitely for the last time.

Sehr empfehlenswert: Familienbetrieb mit sehr guter Küche, sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Bedienung zu noch wirklich fairen Preisen. Gerne wieder!

Lecker, lecker, lecker Preis/Leistung Top. Freitags geniale Fischgerichte als Tagesangebot. Selbstgemachte Pasta gibt es Täglich. Hammer. Der Chef ein Kuriosum. Alle sehr professionell. Wir kommen wieder!! Der Nachtisch war wieder perfekt.

At 7:08 p.m. we ordered for over 50 euros. The delivery time according to Lieferando was 20-55 minutes, after 2 hours I called at 8:58 p.m. to ask where the order was. The answer was “in a few minutes”. After 30 minutes at 9:28 p.m. we decided to call and cancel. All I got on the phone was “okay, we know”.

It took a long time until we got the card. We had to call the waiter to order. The food came relatively quickly. The food is really good. Nicely prepared, very well seasoned. Two stars deducted for service because my plate was dirty, not sticky, but rough when I reached over it. As if there were starch residues from the pasta all over the plate. It doesn't work at all!!!

One star for food is even too much. We ordered tomato salad and some of the tomatoes were really sour and bad. Pizza big and hardly any cheese on it. Everything without taste! Never again !

Schmutziges und kaputtes Geschirr, langweiliges Essen, kaum Gewürzt, Ungepflegter Garten- Terrassensitzplatz, inkompetente Bedienung, Antipasti Vitrine war leer und nicht gefüllt wie auf Trip Advisor geschrieben Es ist keinen Besuch wert!!! 4,5 Sterne sind nicht gerechtfertigt.

Es war durchgehend eine Enttäuschung, Terasse runtergekommen, rostig, Kippenstummel auf dem Boden. Bedienung läuft in Leggings, Nikeschuhen und schmutzigen T-Shirt rum. Ewig auf die Frage der Getränke gewartet. Wein und Wassergläser schmutzig und Reste vom Lippenstift dran, Weinkaraffe sah schlimm aus, überall abgeplatzt und diese Stellen dunkel verfärbt . Als man die Bedienung gebeten hat, nimmt sie das Glas, keine Entschuldigung nichts. Das Essen war nicht gut, wird daheim besser zubereitet. Und als beim abräumen die Frage kam wie es war und man ihr sagte was wirklich unpassend war sagte sie nur „Wenn sie meinen und ging“. Ein Paradebeispiel dafür das sie von Gastronomie sowie den Umgang mit Kritik und Gästen leider ungeeignet ist und schadhaft für das Geschäft ist. Nie wieder und absolut unglaublich wie die im TripAdvisor so gelistet sein kann.

Okay eat in a middle-class location. However, there were garbage cans directly in front of the terrace and the smell spread completely over the terrace. The staff was super nice and you could pay by card. The food was average. The pizza and the pasta were okay but not a highlight. The prices are good. Already cheap.

Very good Napoli pizza, attractive typical Italian daily menu with fresh fish and squid spaghetti that we had. We enjoyed it and it was a very reasonable price-performance ratio. We always enjoy coming here. Recommended.

Actually zero stars, unfortunately that's not possible. Rude to no end. You get yelled at and told not to come back. If you ask what the names on the bill should be, you will also be shouted at. Food is not allowed to be shared. I used to enjoy going there, but the last two times have become increasingly rude. Problems with the business are not surprising. I have no idea what happened to the boss that made him like this. Unfortunately, we can also confirm the reviews about smoking.

Have been there a few times, unfortunately it depends on the boss's mood how you are received 🤔 sometimes super nice and friendly and sometimes very unfriendly or even annoyed. Food is mostly good and tasty. When it comes to opening times, it has often happened that it wasn't open at the times stated, or we stood in front of the door and it didn't open despite the staff in the restaurant. We wanted to eat outside, but I didn't want to burn in the sun, so we went inside. Inside you have time to look at the walls and pictures, I saw a lot of dirt. I'm sorry, but how can you offer this to your guests? Makes you wonder if the kitchen is at least clean?! We were treated kindly and the food was good, but somehow I don't want to eat there again.

In the evening it was 18 degrees (and falling) and we were still wearing short clothes from the day, we wanted to have a cozy dinner. The boss, who was smoking in the restaurant, directed us outside. When we talked about it in surprise, the waitress asked what we had. When we expressed our astonishment at being denied an indoor seat, all we got was an extremely unfriendly, snarky: yes, that's often the case... We couldn't think of anything else to say and left. Nothing more than a service desert comes to mind, this store will neither see us nor our friends again...

I don't usually write reviews, but this time it's serious: it's about serious fraud and discrimination against deaf people (audism). My father, who only knows sign language, wanted to make us happy for my baby's birthday and take our little family (5 people) to a restaurant. The food was mediocre (the potatoes were undercooked) but when my father went to the checkout to secretly pay, the bill was €275, which shocked him. He needed my help and asked if the price was normal. When I walked in the bill only said €175 instead of €275. The employee tried to excuse it that it was a system error etc and I paid. Then I examined the invoice closely and discovered that there was indeed fraud. We had ordered a Dolci Misto as per the menu which costs €12. However, the bill showed €12 twice for dolci misto and a dessert. The restaurant tried to use both names, once in Italian and once in German. When I asked the waiter about it, he yelled at us because we were deaf. We asked him several times to respond in writing, but he refused and continued to scream. The whole situation hurt us a lot and we left the restaurant. At home we were deeply hurt. We had never experienced such discrimination and fraud, especially on this special day for my baby. It was really a shame. A few months ago I picked up a pizza there in the evening and saw an older man smoking in the restaurant, close to the food and cutlery. This didn't seem hygienic or legal to me and we would report it to the health department if necessary.

Yesterday we drove past Da Francesco and saw a free table in the garden. So in. Luckily, there was no reservation, the dog also had space and got water. We received a friendly welcome again, ordered drinks and looked at the daily menu. We ordered linguini with olives, capers and anchovies. Sounded delicious and it was, as always. I discovered pizza with gorgonzola and chanterelles. My idea was soft mushrooms on a pizza. Not even close. A pleasure. The mushrooms were fresh, crunchy and large, nestled in the gorgonzola. You have to try it, super tasty. Afterwards a long-lasting treat....... We are already looking forward to the next visit. If you want to enjoy delicious, typical Italian cuisine in a friendly atmosphere, Francesco is the perfect place for you. The dishes are not only a delight in terms of taste, but also visually. The changing daily menu is also special. In summer we recommend reserving a table for the terrace. In the restaurant you should take the time to look at the many Italian retro photos on the walls. Nice cozy trattoria! Went there for lunch and were very satisfied. The pizza was huge, but since it was very thin I almost finished it. There was also pasta with scampi - 🍤 - delicious, delicious. Finally, pannacotta & tiramisu. Very nicely done.

Ein preiswertes und gutes Restaurant mit gelebter guter Laune und gutem Essen. Von innen sehr viel schöner, als man es von außen sehen kann. Wir sind öfter da, da es auch familienfreundlich ist. Man spürt, dass man dort gerne ein guter Gastgeber ist. Sehr gute Arrabiata Penne! Ein gutes Stück Italien in Berlin-Staaken.

We ordered through Lieferando and very disappointing, the pizza would certainly have been good if it hadn't been cold. But the lasagne was the worst thing I have tasted and seen in the last 50 years. A solid, muddled, barely identifiable mass with a terrible taste. A dry slice drowned in sauce, served like dog food. It seemed like everything was old and warmed up in the microwave. The broccoli also tasted like everything but broccoli.

We tried to eat there twice. Unfortunately in vain. The opening times mentioned are not correct. At one point everything was locked and barricaded. On the second attempt at 1:50 p.m. everything was locked and it wasn't opened for us. We won't try it again now.

After too long I was here again and enjoyed the best pizza I know and can buy for normal money. Pizza Gamberetti and Tagliatelle al Salmone were once again a real treat for us. Gladly again soon, ciao

The food was tasteless and burnt, after complaining about a burnt dish we were brought a burnt pizza! We really didn't feel like it anymore and complained about it. When I asked if it would otherwise be ok, I also complained about the carbonara (which only consisted of cream and pasta). We were then completely ignored! The boss walked past and I touched his arm because I wanted the bill, whereupon he slapped my hand away and insulted us with the words: Leave and never come back!!!!!! Aggressive and uncritical!!! My adult son was standing at the counter watching this and he also wanted the bill but he was completely ignored!!! Even one star is still too many!!!! My daughter-in-law and I got up and went towards the exit to my son, the boss was standing in the counter area and yelled at the waiter that he wasn't allowed to take any money from us!!! I was and am completely shocked!!! We gave the waiter 20 euros and left!! Never again will anyone from our family set foot in this trattoria!!!!!

Der Hausgemachte Dip ist sehr lecker. Das Fleisch ist perfekt gemacht und die Weinsoße kann ich auch empfehlen. Die Pizza ist riesig. Ein sehr schönes authentisches Resterant. :D

Pizza ist super. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beim Essen passt absolut. Nur das Ambiente ist nicht berauschend. Fleckige Tischdecken, dreckige Wände, man fühlt sich nicht so wohl. Der Service ist o.k.

Einfach schnuckelig und wirklich sehr lecker... Von Außen betrachtet gleicht es einer Imbissbude, aber von Innen einfach typisch italienisch und mit sehr persönlichem Charme eingerichtet. Speisekarte: — das Selbstgeschriebene sind die Tagesspeisen Für uns nicht der letzte Besuch gewesen.

Bedienung Freudlich, Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen gut und sehr Schmackhaft

Kamen hungrig aus Schweden zurück und wollten gut essen. Obwohl wir außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten kamen, wurden wir herzlich empfangen und bekamen ein super leckeres Essen. Alle italienischen Klassiker waren zu wirklich zivilen Preisen auf der Karte zu finden: riesige Pizzen, Pasta und Fleisch- und Fischgerichte. Das Ambiente ist klassisch und rustikal - insgesamt sehr gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zu Stoßzeiten voll, ohne Reservierung geht nix. Aber das ist das Essen und das Ambiente allemal wert! Italienisches Essen wie es sein sollte.

Wir haben heute mit Familie einen gemütlichen Nachmittag mit hervorragendem Essen in diesem Restaurant verbracht. Herzlichen Dank an den netten Inhaber und seine freundliche Belegschaft.

Essen war sehr gut. Hatten eine Pizza und ein Kalbsschnitzel mit Süßkartoffeln italienisch. Bruschetta war lecker, Salat frisch mit guter Dressing. Der Hauswein hat uns gemundet. Was uns fehlt war einfach Teller mit 🍞 Brot und Olivenöl/Essig. Oder ein kleines Absacker.

Leckere Gerichte zu fairen Preisen, sehr nette Bedienung - man fühlt sich ein wenig wie im Urlaub.

Toller Laden, leider immer voll. Also unbedingt reservieren!! Das Restaurant hat bei der Qualität einfach zu wenig Plätze. Wir kommen immer wieder.

Schlimmste Restaurant überhaupt. Habe sowas noch nie erlebt! Haben für einen Tisch reserviert. Eben angekommen heißt es:“ Sie haben nicht reserviert, hier liegt nichts vor“! Nach diskutieren mit dem älteren Mann und einer jungen Frau vor allen anderen Gästen, haben sie dann zugegeben, dass sie die Reservierung auf morgen eingetragen haben.. nicht meine Schuld! Als Entschuldigung die noch nicht mal wörtlich folgte, wurde uns gesagt, entweder sie sitzen drinnen bei 30 Grad oder „naja dann müssen sie gehen“.. sowas ist frech und geht absolut nicht! Ekelhaft unfreundlich.. von der Hygiene im Restaurant mal abgesehen.. nie wieder! Hoffe bei euch kommt mal das Gesundheitsamt vorbei und macht mal ne Fortbildung zum Thema Kundenorientierung!

Das Essen war gut. Jedoch bekommt mein Mann eine gebrauchte Tasse. Der alte Kaffee war am Rand so fest, dass er nicht abzuwischen ging. Die Tasse ging zurück. Die zweite war sauber. Leider habe ich kein Foto gemacht. Der Brotkorb war so verdreckt, wie ich es noch nie in einem Restaurant gesehen habe. Ich frage mich ob ich das als einzige sehe, denn das Restaurant war gut besucht.

Ein wahrer Geheimtipp. Für diese abgelegene Ecke eine richtige Perle wenn es um italienische Küche geht. Es gibt hier so viel gutes Essen da fällt mir eine einzelne Empfehlung nicht leicht. Man sollte nur als Nachtisch mal das Tiramisu kosten 👍🏻😊

Original italienisch. Essen wie in Italien Vorort. Nach traditioneller Art auf den Punkt genau zubereitete "Meeresfrüchte" oder Pizza - alles sehr empfehlenswert. Die Bedienung familiär und freundlich. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Telefonisch bestellt, sehr lange auf das Essen gewartet. Bei der Bestellung sagte man es gibt keine Meeresfrüchte Pizza , auf den Bildern anderer Kunden sieht es aber anders aus. Unsere 3 Pizzen für 36€ waren sehr wenig belegt. Geschmacklich 2-.

Wie immer einfach gut. Das Essen war super - wir kommen einfach sehr gerne hierher.... Es ist immer ein bisschen wie ein Besuch bei Freunden!

Wir sollten uns erst garnicht setzen, obwohl einigeTische frei waren... wir haben nicht einmal etwas zu trinken bekommen mit der Begründung: '... wir sind unterbesetzt... so ist das in der Gastronomi...' Unter Gastronomie verstehe ich etwas anderes Schlecht!
