Excellent pizza and extremely friendly owners. It's a bit small and cramped inside, so it's best to make a reservation and sit outside in good weather. Unassuming, but a real powerhouse!

Authentic, familiar, warm, delicious!

Reservations over the phone were super friendly, the welcome was extremely warm and the food was 10/10…really cute, tiny little shop where you feel like you've been transported to Italy by the ambience and the beautiful Italian background music. The menu is small, but typical. We were treated like old friends and had a really successful evening. Thanks for that!

The shop is relatively small but very cute. The food is extremely tasty and the prices are absolutely fair, I would even say quite cheap. The “landlady” or owner was very open and friendly and she even invited us for a schnapps. It was fun there and the pizza was one of the best I've ever had, highly recommended!

A lovely little place just on some random street just away from the city centre. We came across it fairly randomly and had a very nice meal. But be warned - cash only (probably), which caused us a bit of trouble. There are local roadworks which are messing with service for their WiFi

For us the world's best pizza - especially the Kikilotta! Otherwise, delicious Italian cuisine, served with heart and soul - our second living room.

Family atmosphere, anyone who complains here will probably complain everywhere... Here you are not just a guest, here you are also family... Strangers become friends.... People enjoy eating here...

We went to Trattoria Ciao Ciao for the first time yesterday and loved it! We really enjoyed the food and you just feel comfortable in the family atmosphere with the friendly hosts. We would recommend making a reservation as the restaurant is very small and busy. We'll definitely be back, thank you for the lovely evening!

I was here with a group of 5 people, which is almost a challenge in this small shop. This means you have to be aware that it can get very loud here and that the seating is rather cramped. The service was very attentive, although sometimes very assertive. The following dialogue: Do you have any other wines than those on the menu? (On the menu only white wine and red wine without any further information) I have a Lugana. Which? A good! Can I see it? Slightly annoyed reaction from the service staff. But the wine was then shown to me. When I asked further, I was also told the price (30 euros). The pasta dishes are priced from... which, similar to wine, can lead to unpleasant surprises when paying if you don't ask beforehand. The food itself was tasty, but not any more outstanding than in other similar restaurants. All in all, I only give it 4 stars!

It is a small, but cozy place in one of the fanciest neighbourhoods of Hannover. The menu is short, but full of fresh and high quality products at an excellent price, such as pasta, guanciale and even octupus, which is so rare in Germany. I would also like to highlight how nice were the host and the other guests (they make you feel like in home). I totally recommend it!

Wunderschönes kleines Restaurant, das Italien nach Hannover holt. Die Besitzer sind total nett und immer gut gelaunt! Das ein oder andere Späßchen wird auch gemacht. Dazu schmeckt das Essen hervorragend und es ist auch was für den schmalen Geldbeutel. Wird unser neuer Stammitaliener!

Heerlijke pizza en pasta carbonara gegeten, minstens net zo lekker als in Italië! En hele vriendelijke eigenaren die een praatje met ons maakten en ons gratis heerlijke limoncello gaven 😄

Sehr nette Bedienung und ein orginal italienischer Koch. So auch das Essen... orginal. Hier macht es Spaß zu essen und zu trinken, man hat immer nette Leute um sich für ein lauschiges Gespräch.

A great find, delicious, fresh food. We hardly speak any German but our hosts made us very welcome and helped us order. Lovely atmosphere, fun hosts, and some great music (Soul) playing in the background. Would definitely recommend.

Have first time experience under super hot weather during business trip. It was slightly disappointing at first few minutes when sitting down and doing the ordering due to no English speaking by staff and very less choices available during week day. But surprise me later with tasty spaghetti met Shrimps and Tiramisu! Both are very tasty! 👍🥂

Sehr nett! My German is not the best, as I am an Erasmus student. I came here by myself and I didn’t feel lonely, the owners we very nice. They understood I was a bit slower and did not make me feel stupid, very welcoming. the food is beautiful, proper Italian.

The owners are nice, warm and heartful, most of all they are authentic. The guests feel welcomed and well cared for. If you love a familiar atmosphere this trattoria will be right your place. Die Gerichte sind alle lecker, Sonderwünsche werden wenn möglich umgesetzt. Die Besitzer sind nett, freundlich und herzlich, vor allem aber authentisch. Die Gäste fühlen sich eingeladen und verwöhnt. Wer auf eine familiäre Atmosphäre steht, wird diese Trattoria lieben.

Mit Abstand das beste italienische Lokal in der Umgebung. Gemütlich, freundlich, entspannt. Aber ruft am besten vorher mal durch, Abends kann es oft voll werden. (Spricht für sich!) Als Pizzafreund bewerte ich hier jede Pizza mit 9/10 Punkten und dass konstant. Ich habe dort mindestens 100 mal gegessen, oder abgeholt und das schlechteste Ergebnis war vielleicht eine 8/10. Super Restaurant: Toller Service von einer herzlichen Gastgeberin und super leckeres Essen. Die selbst gemachten Nudeln sind genauso lecker wie die Pizza. Absolut zu empfehlen. Ein wenig italienische Musik würde das Ambiente noch vollkommener machen. Aber trotzdem: geht dort hin und lasst euch verwöhnen!

Extrem leckeres Essen! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl in der winzig kleinen Trattoria. Der Chef ist in der Küche, die Chefin im Service - perfekt!

Grad bei mein Lokal, dein Lokal gesehen. Ich liebe kleine, feine und authentische Läden :) so Stelle ich mir, meinen lieblingsitaliener von nebenan vor. Rot-weiss Karrierte Tischdecke, Holz Pfeffermühle auf dem tisch und gedämpftes Licht! Familiär halt :) ich gönne fast jedem etwas, aber Niko nicht!! Bin ich voll und ganz bei dir!!!!! Ein ganz süßes und wahrmherziges Pärchen! Sollte ich in Hannover sein, gehe ich definitiv dahin. Bleibt wie ihr seid und bleibt gesund... 🙏🤗

Sehr herzliche Atmosphäre, kleines Lokal, die Besitzer sind super nett, das Essen ist köstlich, die Pasta mit Muscheln waren unfassbar lecker, so wie auch die Pizza meiner Begleitung. Wir waren definitiv nich das letzte Mal da, hätten uns durch die ganze Karte essen können. Auch die Gespräche mit den Inhabern haben wir sehr genossen.

Ein Italiener der mit Herz kocht.Eine Ehefrau die mit Herz versorgt.Alle Zeit der Welt zu essen wenn man will.Die Karte ist kurz aber dafür ist die Kochqualität auch bei den "Standdards" einen deutlichen Tick besser als gewöhnlich und bei den Tagesgerichten ist es dann wirklich nochmal extra besonders.Danke für einen tollen Abend.

Am Mittwoch zum ersten Mal da gewesen! Pizza sowie Nudeln mit Muscheln waren sehr lecker und reichlich. Besonderen Lob und dank aber an die herzlichen Gastgeber, hier fühlt man sich auf Anhieb wohl. Definitiv nicht der letzte Besuch gewesen. Beste Grüße aus der List
