This was simply removed from Google……very questionable, that has never happened to me….. they tried very hard, friendly, great location, nice atmosphere, with the change of operator certainly an enrichment for Lake Goitzschesee, Essen….

Hotel? We were at the restaurant for dinner. The location is great, the furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the food was just mediocre, especially for the price. We had spaghetti carbobara, the pasta was ok, unfortunately the sauce wasn't particularly delicious. And a pizza margarita, unfortunately without fresh basil, not bad, but not incredibly tasty for the price. Very unfortunate. Of course, a nice waiter, nice decor and a great location are nice, but the most important thing about the restaurant for me is that the food tastes very good. And there is still room for improvement.

Location It's a nice place with a beautiful view, but unfortunately the food wasn't brought to us until after an hour. It seemed like they were all very overwhelmed, our starter plate still hadn't been picked up after half an hour. Not recommended

The ambience of the restaurant is special. However, in this rather expensive restaurant, the waiter should clear the tables quickly after the guests have left. We sat at a dirty table for quite a while and then changed because the table wasn't cleared even though the waiter visibly did nothing. Unfortunately, the view of the lake was much worse here. The food was very good, appropriate for the price. Unusually, for an Italian restaurant, there was no 'starter', on the house and after the meal, no offer of a small drink. We knew it differently.

This is not about renting rooms, but about the restaurant 'trattoria al faro'! The location could be called 'perfect': with a view of Lake Gotschesee and the sunset, sitting on the glass-lined terrace really feels like you're in another world. A small pond with koi, the Italian-style decoration, gently humming southern music and the food give you a real break from everyday life. And if you're looking for a beach feeling, just go across the street to the 'Al Faro Beach Bar' with lunges, beach loungers, cocktails, lounging areas and a swimming area...

The restaurant is beautifully situated with a view of the lake. Very nice atmosphere, somewhat more upscale restaurant.

The atmosphere is nice and the location by the lake is really great. Unfortunately, the food was completely disappointing. I had expected much more from the Italian. The prices are not justified for food of such poor quality. The service is very bad. The waiter seems to have lost track and makes guests wait before they can order something. No parmesan is served with spaghetti carbonara. Salt and pepper are missing. Also, there was no oil. The oil, pepper and salt only came when asked. I recommend not going as it is not good. Save your money.

Even the 1 star is too much! Absolutely underground! Extremely bad service as far as blickig and co are concerned, they are nice but that doesn't make it any better. The food was a disaster for the price, minimini portions, the meat was not asked about the degree of doneness and then you get absolutely bloody meat as a medium eater (not an isolated case at the table), it was fried but that wasn't really tasty either. The fish platter was a joke. Every starter is bigger. The pasta was also 0815. Pizza was ok. No card payment!!! Without any clues beforehand, we had to go to the bank again! Never again, no matter how nice you sit! If nothing changes in the operator and staff, which is the impression the restaurant has given me for at least 10 years, you can save yourself the money to eat there.

Delicious food, nice ambience. The two nice waiters were really busy because of an unusual colleague. They handled it brilliantly. This also excuses the slightly longer wait.

Unfortunately I have to join the ranks of negative reports. Reservation worked. When we arrived we didn't have to wait for the menu or the order. But now to the negative: The beer was served warm. When we asked, we were assured that the temperature would be adjusted...none The food tasted good - the size of the portions is certainly debatable. However, our rump steaks were served with the wrong ingredients. When asked, the waiter shrugged his shoulders and simply left. That hasn't happened to me either. We left afterwards - with a quick stop at the nearby savings bank. When you enter the restaurant from the side, you are not informed that there is no option to pay by card.

Heute waren wir leider nicht mit dem Essen zufrieden, der Lachs war viel zu trocken, im Spinat war eine Unmenge Knoblauch und für ein Gericht von über 24 € kann man schon verlangen, dass es passt. Ich hatte Spaghetti bestellt, bekommen habe ich Bandnudeln, in meiner Bestellung sollte eigentlich Rucola und Zucchini sein, was man beides suchen musste, vom Rucola war ein einziges Blatt drin, die Zucchini war auch sehr übersichtlich... Was vielleicht noch zu erwähnen wäre, es war so um die Mittagszeit gegen 13:30 Uhr es waren genau 3 Tische besetzt, dass heißt der Koch konnte also auch nicht überfordert gewesen sein...

Stayed here twice during our stay in Pouch. Both times the service was wonderful. The staff are very hospitable and respond to special requests. The restaurant is very neat and stylishly decorated. The toilets are well maintained. If we happen to be in the area again, we will definitely come here again.

I have known the restaurant for a very long time and we have always been satisfied there. The food was always great and so was the service. Unfortunately the owner has changed and our visit to this Italian restaurant was very disappointing. The service leaves a lot to be desired, we didn't even get half of the drinks we ordered. In addition, we were only informed when paying that card payment was not possible, which was very inconvenient. It wasn't even possible to give out any more change. We were in a larger group and unfortunately we can no longer recommend the restaurant.

1 star is one too many Food ok, rest subpar especially with this pricing policy. Don't take a card, even here at these prices it's a bad joke. But it probably pays off for tax purposes... Can't recommend, although location is very good. Everything was dirty and crooked, service was unfriendly from the first moment and “couldn’t be bothered” attitude.

Unfortunately our visit to this Italian restaurant was disappointing. The service left a lot to be desired as we had to wait half an hour for warm drinks. The tablecloth was dirty and we had to ask for everything. In addition, we were only informed when paying that card payment was not possible, which was very inconvenient. 🐕friendly Very good Italian cuisine right on the banks of the Goitzsche, service okay, it took a moment for the waiter to look up from his cell phone and seat us, the chef's recommendations that lured us in were all there, not on a Monday, the starters of carpaccio and fish soup were super good , the pasta unfortunately had too much sauce for the Bolognese and too little for the carbonara, only ham. All in all exquisite prices, exquisite location, service and food can be even better.

A nice place to stay, not far from the Goitzsche. Our bad luck was that we were part of a birthday party of around 20 people. Too much for the existing staff, who also had to serve all the other tables. We were able to order drinks after an hour. The beer wasn't cold enough and always had no head. The water was nice and cold, but the glasses provided were dirty. The food was only lukewarm and the portions were far too small. The 2nd gear can be seen in the picture. Pasta and vegetarian pizza. We shared this among 7 people! First there was a little antipasta, then a simple small piece of meat and fish. Potatoes were also said to have been there, nothing else. By small, I mean small. Both fit neatly on my small plate. By the way, you can also see this plate in the photo. Antipasta went over this plate. Pasta and this fish. The plate then remained there until the birthday party was broken up. But there they stood in good company with empty glasses. That's what I call sustainable gastronomy. No dessert. It was still a nice evening, but they didn't contribute anything to it. I could now go on to say that despite pre-ordering we weren't expected, that the menu we ordered wasn't available, etc.

Delicious Italian restaurant with friendly staff and fair prices. The quality of the food and drinks is good. We'll be back

Very elegantly furnished ambience and friendly staff. The food tasted and looked very good. The selection of drinks is also very good. Some types of beer and wine. There are also a number of mixed drinks to choose from. Only fresh ingredients are used. We can highly recommend the restaurant. Our two four-legged friends were also very welcome.

Einen Besuch kann man sich sparen. Wir hofften auf einen tollen Abend in einem wundervollen Ambiente. Das Ambiente stimmte, alles andere eher weniger. Bei knapp 30 Grad bekamen wir warme Getränke in sehr verschmutzten Gläsern, die Vorspeisenplatte hielt auch nicht was sie lt. Karte versprach, der Geschmack unserer Hauptgerichte war ok und die Creme Brulee war eine Katastrophe. Unsere leeren Getränkegläser wurden vom Service nicht bemerkt, nach Ewigkeiten mussten wir den Kellner heran winken um nochmals Getränke bestellen zu können, die dann ebenfalls wieder in sehr dreckigen Gläser serviert wurden. Ebenso erging es uns als wir zahlen wollten, kein Service kam und fragte, wir mussten an den Tresen gehen um Bescheid zu geben. Dann stellte sich noch heraus, dass nur Barzahlung möglich war, hätte man ja bei der telefonischen Reservierung schon sagen können. Die Aussicht auf die Goitsche echt toll, die viel zu hohen Preise für die mittelmäßig schmeckenden Speisen sehr unangebracht. SCHADE, in solch einer Lage kann man viel besseres draus machen.

We reserved a table by phone, which also worked without any problems over the phone. After we arrived at the restaurant the first thing we said was: Please wait, you will be seated! It took a full 5 minutes before anyone came to help us, even though two waiters walked past us at least twice. That made us suspicious, but we were hungry and wanted to try it. While we were waiting we saw a table with 4 complete meals on it, untouched and no guests. It's strange. Sitting at the table, the two waiters ran past several times without reacting to us in any way, no card, no question, nothing. It was only after another drink was ordered at the table next to us that we were “noticed”. The waiter came to us and asked if we wanted to order something. We: “Yes, but we need the card,” which was then brought to us. After 15 minutes of waiting without the waiter showing up again, we decided that we didn't want to sit there unnoticed and wait forever for the food. We left and definitely won't be appearing again.

Today at 2 p.m. we went to the beach bar, which looked inviting from the outside, and without a friendly smile or hello we were barked at: We have a break until 4 p.m.!!! Us: Oh, what time is it? The boss: I don't know, we have a company now! And all of this without even looking at us. For that reason alone they don't deserve our money. Outside, 8 other guests came by bike who wanted a nice cold drink. We have our experience equal to the power of duplication. Now we are all sitting in a beach bar about 1.5 km away. It was the third time we wanted to give this location a chance, everyone has a bad day. Thanks for the insight! We would have been very annoyed to leave our money there. Italian restaurant at Lake Goitzschesee. We went on a short trip specifically. Very nice restaurant with an outside terrace. Surroundings wonderful. We didn't regret the approx. 120 km journey.

Despite a previous reservation for last Sunday, we were seated at an uncovered table with a dirty tablecloth. It took about 40 minutes until we finally got our drinks. Unfortunately, these were much too warm. The pizzas came relatively quickly and were very tasty... but that couldn't make up for the poor service we had experienced up to that point. :( It's a shame, because the restaurant actually has the most beautiful location on the entire lake. Card payment is not possible (only a small sign at the entrance points this out).

We waited 20 minutes at the reception. There was already a queue of 5 people, they served a few people and they were gone again. We wanted to buy ice cream there, waited an hour for it, and then left without ice cream. Terrible.

The food was average, the service was really bad. I wanted to order something to drink, but unfortunately that wasn't possible. No waiter came to the table, even though I even asked at the bar. The food is way too expensive. And you can only pay with cash... Difficult with these prices.

The location is very nice. The service was completely overwhelmed, but friendly. Unfortunately the wrong pizza was brought, which was then exchanged. The pizza was okay. The chocolate souffle was a complete disappointment, it was completely cold with no liquid core and €12!! Definitely not recommended for the price.

We give five stars for the cuisine, the location and the location. Zero stars for the service and reception. We have eaten in the restaurant many times. The location is fantastic and so far we have been very satisfied. We reserved for a birthday party weeks in advance and received confirmation. Then on the day the company suddenly closed. We insisted on our reservation. A table was then put together in the far corner, carelessly set, half of us sat in the sun at 30 degrees, we had to pass drinks and food through because service was not possible due to the narrow space. Cutlery was only brought later and napkins were fetched ourselves. We had to be ready by 2:30 p.m. We actually wanted to spend more time there. It can always happen that a reservation gets lost or forgotten. An apology would have been appropriate. We found a statement about having an exclusive seat to be a mockery. That's really a pity.

Best gelato ever! The ice cream and the original Italian coffee at the cocktail, coffee and ice cream bar taste excellent. My recommendation!

Had dinner with the family two weeks ago. Location beautiful. Unfortunately, on this hot Friday, the drinks that were brought were far too warm. Starter (antipasti) was okay but too expensive in my opinion. Pizza and pasta dishes were good. But nothing special. We also had to return a carafe of white wine because it was very dirty (leftover red wine). The beer glasses should also have been washed better. Summary: Once and never again. Unfortunately.

We had dinner there yesterday. The service was very nice and attentive, the food was delicious and the drinks were cool, ice cubes were also available. Price/performance also fits here. After a new opening, everything has to fall into place. This has now apparently been achieved. Thank you for the lovely evening!!!

No Diet Coke or Zero. Very humid and stuffy inside.

Ich gehe mit meiner Familie oft essen und wir reisen viel, aber das hier, war das unverschämteste und schlechteste überhaupt. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Personen am Freitag, 28.06.2024. Tisch war reserviert. Der Empfang sehr unfreundlich bzw. eher teilnahmslos. Keiner kam um Getränke aufzunehmen, keiner brachte uns eine Karte. 20 Minuten später hielt eine Freundin einen Kellner an und fragte ob wir denn Getränke bestellen könnten. Ohne eine freundliche Regung oder ein Zeichen der Entschuldigung das es so lange dauert, wurden die Getränke aufgenommen. Allerdings dauerte das dann wieder, bis sie kamen. Zuerst kam das Bier und Radler - warm!, 5 Minuten später Aperol und Lillet - warm, ungekühlt und ohne Eiswürfel bei 28 Grad. Hingestellt ohne ein Wort. Ich habe das dann reklamiert und gesagt das wir diese warmen Getränke nicht trinken werden. Wir bekamen die Antwort das ihnen das Eis ausgegangen ist und wir in 2 Minuten welches bekommen. Kann man das denn nicht bei der Bestellung schon dem Gast sagen? Ich finde schon. (Hinweis dazwischen - Essen haben wir auch noch nicht bestellen können.) Tja aus 2 Minuten wurden weitere 10 Minuten ohne Eis und wir saßen mittlerweile schon 45 Minuten im Lokal ohne Bestellung, mit warmen Getränken, die wir nicht tranken. Letztendlich bin ich um 19:45 Uhr erneut hingegangen und habe gesagt das wir gehen werden, Getränke die angetrunken waren bezahlen möchten und die nicht getrunkenen nicht, da nachwievor kein Eis kam. Ich habe dem Kellner versucht klar zu machen das wir auch noch immer kein Essen bestellen konnten. Und das nach 45 Minuten. Hier fand keinerlei Kommunikation mit uns als Gästen statt. Es war unglaublich. So unprofessionell und so unfreundlich - wir konnten es einfach nicht glauben. Das einzige was an dem Lokal gut ist, ist die Lage, direkt am See. Wahrscheinlich der einzige Grund warum es dieses Lokal noch gibt.

We traveled from Lake Constance, well over 650km, to meet up with friends, have a nice evening and eat delicious Italian food. And we were really hungry and thirsty after the long journey. Unfortunately, despite having a reservation, we didn't feel welcome there, which was due to the cold greeting from the waiter and it was the only cold one that evening. We were only able to order the drinks when asked after about 25 minutes and without looking at the menu. When they came to the table "WARM" after another 20 minutes, and complaints were not addressed (we still couldn't order food up to this point), we decided to leave this location. Not a word of regret from the waiter. There it was again, that pleasant coldness of the staff that I would have liked for our drinks. As a guest, I find communication incredibly important, especially when there are problems, if it takes a little longer or something else. Please see this as constructive criticism and maybe it will help you optimize your workflows.

There were 11 of us there on reservation as guests. Unfortunately we were not welcomed as guests. After about 20 minutes, the drink order was taken angrily upon request. After a further 15 minutes, the drinks were brought unrefrigerated/warm at an outside temperature of 28°C. Then the waiters disappeared again. Unfortunately the complaint was ignored. After 45 minutes of staying we couldn't even order food. We then left the restaurant disappointed and hungry. None of us have ever experienced anything like this.

I often go out to eat with my family and we travel a lot, but this was the most outrageous and worst thing ever. We were a group of 11 people on Friday, June 28th, 2024. Table was reserved. The reception was very unfriendly or rather apathetic. Nobody came to take drinks, nobody brought us a card. 20 minutes later a friend flagged down a waiter and asked if we could order drinks. Without a friendly gesture or a sign of apology for taking so long, the drinks were taken. However, it took a while for them to come. First came the beer and Radler - warm!, 5 minutes later Aperol and Lillet - warm, unrefrigerated and without ice cubes at 28 degrees. Posted without a word. I then complained and said that we wouldn't drink these warm drinks. We got the answer that they had run out of ice cream and we would get some in 2 minutes. Can't you tell the guest when they order? I think so. (Note in between - we haven't been able to order food yet either.) Well, 2 minutes turned into another 10 minutes without ice cream and we had already been sitting in the restaurant for 45 minutes without ordering, with warm drinks that we didn't drink. In the end I went back at 7:45 p.m. and said that we would go and pay for drinks that were drunk and not for those that were not drunk because there was still no ice. I tried to make it clear to the waiter that we still couldn't order any food. And that after 45 minutes. There was no communication with us as guests here. It was amazing. So unprofessional and so unfriendly - we just couldn't believe it. The only thing that's good about the restaurant is the location, right on the lake. Probably the only reason why this place still exists.

We had a meeting at the Goitzsche, where everyone came from all over Germany. We ordered a table for 11 people and were looking forward to a lovely evening. But I have never experienced such poor service and behavior. When we arrived we were allowed to sit down and after about 25 minutes we were allowed to order drinks if we asked. It took a while for them to come. Beer and Aperol warm!!!! In the Aperol for €7.90 there wasn't even an ice cube....Questions about cold beer were ignored and when asked about ice cubes the answer was: We'll make some now and get them then... All the other tables around us, We were served all the time and people who came after us even had their food. We didn't come to order food, we left after 45 minutes. We had the feeling that they didn't want our turnover of 11 people. We were really shocked by the behavior, none of us have ever experienced anything like that!!! They might as well leave out their white tablecloths when they receive such poor service.

Very nice restaurant, friendly staff and delicious food.

Went to eat here on the recommendation of the guesthouse owner. Terrible! Wouldn't eat here again. The ambience promises a lot. After 25 minutes we received a menu. Unfortunately my starter was missing bread. After looking closely, an appetizer was also missing from the appetizer plate. After a long discussion with show in the menu!! I then got this on a separate plate and it was still slightly frozen! Normally I would have had to let it go back completely. On the bill at the end there were 2 large beers even though only 1 was ordered and 1 small. So discussion again! All the tables around us were served quickly. Why not us? No thanks. The service has to be better.

First of all: the staff was friendly and not rude in any way. The food tasted good. We have eaten better but also much worse. Price-performance ratio for the food is completely okay (you can eat at a much higher price on the Goitzsche). The view outside was beautiful. The following problems existed with ours: we came on a Friday and apparently there was a wedding party there at the same time. Even though there were only two tables occupied, we had to wait a long time. Then the main course was brought even though we had ordered two starters. We then discussed this and from then on the starter and then the main course were brought relatively quickly. In my opinion, there weren't enough staff for the wedding and walk-in customers, which is why there were waiting times and things were forgotten. Please give the restaurant another chance and correct the rating if necessary. A lack of staff can always happen spontaneously.

Absolute catastrophe, the star only exists because you have to give at least one. We had to order our drinks without being able to look at the menu. (there weren't enough cards). After 30 minutes the drinks finally arrived, at 26 degrees outside without ice. Explanation, the ice cubes are gone. After 45 minutes we left the restaurant, until then we still couldn't order any food. Unfortunately not recommended. If there are staff shortages and it takes longer, you should communicate this openly to the guests. And it's not possible to get annoyed when you ask questions.

Incredibly disappointing restaurant experience! We were looking forward to a lovely evening on the Goitzsche. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a warm welcome in the restaurant and were seated in an uncleaned place. The waiter had already disappeared for some time. It was more important to set up a television. After about 20 minutes we were asked which drinks we would like. We would have liked to have had a cocktail like the one offered on the menu. Unfortunately (unexplained) this was not possible. The food was mediocre to bad. It ruined our whole evening. It was the last visit for us and we won't recommend this restaurant to anyone! There are several good restaurants along the beautiful Goitzsche. Maybe you should choose another restaurant.

Very friendly staff. The food was delicious, we had pizza and pasta and salad. We waited a long time for food and drinks, it wasn't possible to order a second drink, at least it wasn't brought. The prices are totally exorbitant for the region, spaghetti for €18, no way. The restaurant scores with its location on the Goitzsche...

We arrived and were really excited because it was a nice location and so on... but the service was absolutely not good. We were brought the wrong thing 4 or 5 times. the fish were sweet and toilets were good too.😀

Nice location, good food, nice service

After a few not so good experiences in the past, a new attempt, NEW OPERATOR and what can you say, a wonderful evening, almost brilliant welcome AND farewell, we were the last guests on Sunday... Food a leap in quality, prices for that In short, this team absolutely deserves the 5 stars!! The ambience has always been wonderful and has been further improved in detail. Now the service and offer are also right! Class.

Finally a new operator. Very nice staff and delicious Italian dishes of high quality. Definitely coming back.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, das Essen ok, mehr nicht. Spaghetti Carbonara für 18€ eindeutig zu teuer. Piccata aus Schweinefleisch für 25€ ebenfalls wenig überzeugend. Die Pizzen waren besser, aber auch nur Mittelmaß. Auf Getränke haben wir lange gewartet, es wurde bei leeren Gläsern nicht gefragt ob wir noch etwas wollen Der Parkplatz ist kostenpflichti Keine Kartenzahlung beim Parken und m Restaurant möglich... werdet besser, dann könnt ihr auch die Preise verlangen!!!

Trattoria al Faro is a wonderful restaurant in a perfect location on Lake Goitzschesee. We stopped by the terrace on a sunny Thursday in May and enjoyed an excellent dinner. The pasta and pizza were excellent. The staff was nice and helpful. The only thing that prevents a 5-star rating is the warm beer on tap. Unfortunately, a beer that is too warm is a medium-sized downer, especially on a sunny day. There is an urgent need to invest here. Otherwise a great address for Mühlbeck. We pointed this out to the staff. As of: May 23, 2024

Elegant restaurant on the Goitzsche with friendly and competent staff. Very tasty pizza! New with Italian operator. Very attentive and with a great offer. We were there at the opening - with live music. Yesterday for dinner - there was a free dessert platter - gracie!

Went to the trattoria for dinner with friends. There wasn't much going on during the week, but the service still didn't work. The tablecloths were dirty, tables weren't cleared in time, etc... I think it's a shame because such a beautiful location is not appreciated by the new tenant. The price/performance ratio is also not justified.

Very nice and quiet, children can let off steam in the playground

When I arrived I was served straight away. The salami pizza I ordered came within 10 minutes and tasted delicious. Only recommended.

Despite all the negative reviews, we went to this restaurant. It was a wonderful evening in a wonderful ambience. The service was very accommodating and super friendly. The food can be highly recommended. It tasted excellent and was very attractively presented. Whether inside or outside, the restaurant exudes a cosiness that makes you want to linger for a long time. We celebrated our 2nd anniversary yesterday. I can't understand all the negative reviews. The staff was super friendly and open-minded. The food was a 10/10. We were well looked after and constantly asked if everything was OK or if we needed anything. 🤗 Unfortunately, it didn't say anywhere that you couldn't pay by card. But that wasn't a problem, we went straight to the next bank and then had a schnapps to say goodbye. All in all a really great evening. We'd love to come back ❤️ THANK YOU!

Das Essen wurde entweder vergessen oder die Qualität war nicht gut. Vorspeise mit angegebenem gratinierten Spargel bestand aus zwei weichen grünen Spargelstangen mit darüber gelegten hart überbackenem Schinken und Käse. Es hat nicht geschmeckt. Die Pizza war ok. Das Personal sehr nett.

Very nice atmosphere and delicious food. Service is friendly and the food came quite quickly. Maybe it was because there weren't many guests there yet. The view of the lake is priceless.

Edit: This restaurant is taking action against unpleasant reviews through a law firm! You can use this to form your own opinion about the “excellent 4.6 stars” reviews. The food wasn't even mediocre, the service was very unfriendly and beer (Hefeweizen) was spilled on me. They didn't even apologize, let alone give me anything on the house! I have rarely experienced such impudence.

Addendum 02/08/24: Are you taking action against this review via Google through your lawyer? It's a shame... It was a constructive criticism that I still stand by... Unfortunately fell for it this time... Pizza was only lukewarm when it arrived. This happens when the food has to be served at the same time, but like in other restaurants, you can still manage it, especially if you want to be in the higher league in terms of price. The location makes up for a lot, but the service and price/performance have to be right, unfortunately it wasn't right at all. Just under 20 euros for a pizza, just under 20 euros for a pasta dish, so as a guest you can expect a little (more).

The food in the restaurant was okay, unfortunately there was only fast food on the beach, and unfortunately the cappuccino on the beach was not edible for €3.20. When we brought this up we were told there was nothing we could do about it, it was the fault of the machine. A little tip - you can buy coffee machines. The beach seemed somewhat unkempt and was under construction rubble. Otherwise it's okay here, there's still a bit of room for improvement. After my above-mentioned experiences, I wasn't here again. That was 3 years ago now. Instead of the operator dealing with the customers' criticism in order to improve the offer, I am now being threatened with legal action. Why? Because I described my experiences openly and honestly? My experience described above is what I experienced there with my family. It is not my intention to violate the personal rights of the operator. It was my first and last visit to this restaurant. My review is a personal experience that reflects my disappointment. That's why I only gave it 3 out of 5 stars. After threatening legal action, I reduced this to 2. Because in my opinion this is not a way a company should deal with criticism.

Wir waren außerhalb der Saison zur Kaffeepause und bekamen ein kleines Stück Tiefkühl-Kuchen mit Sprühsahne. Für die anspruchsvolle Location und dem Preis ein “no go“

Mein einziger Besuch in diesem Restaurant liegt nun drei Jahre zurück. Die Anfrage des Betreibers, meine alte Bewertung zu ändern, da diese ansonsten innerhalb von sieben Tagen gelöscht würde, veranlasst mich dazu, meine Erfahrungen von damals erneut zu betrachten. Es war ein heißer Sommertag, und trotz einer Reservierung mussten wir fast 15 Minuten warten, bevor wir überhaupt am Empfang beachtet wurden. Als wir schließlich Platz nehmen durften, wurden wir direkt in die pralle Sonne gesetzt, obwohl wir extra darauf hingewiesen hatten, dass eine schwangere Person in unserer Gruppe war. Die Bitte um einen schattigen Platz wurde nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen nur widerwillig erfüllt. Der Service war leider ebenso enttäuschend. Das Personal schien überfordert und gestresst, was zu einer spürbaren Unfreundlichkeit führte. Unsere Anliegen wurden eher abgefertigt als ernst genommen. Besonders enttäuschend war dies, da wir eine schwangere Begleitung dabei hatten, die meiner Meinung nach und angesichts der Temperaturen etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdient hätte. Die Speisen waren zwar akzeptabel, aber die negativen Erfahrungen mit dem Service und der Platzierung haben den Gesamteindruck erheblich getrübt. Es ist bedauerlich, dass der Betreiber statt Verbesserungen vorzunehmen, mit rechtlichen Schritten droht, um Bewertungen zu beeinflussen. Ich möchte ausdrücklich betonen, dass es nicht meine Absicht ist, die Persönlichkeitsrechte des Betreibers zu verletzen, sofern dies geschehen ist. Meine Bewertung basiert ausschließlich auf meinen persönlichen Erfahrungen und meiner Unzufriedenheit mit dem Service und der Behandlung der Gäste. Alles in allem war mein erster und einziger Besuch in diesem Restaurant nicht überzeugend, und zwei von fünf Sternen spiegeln meine Enttäuschung wider.

Vor 3 Jahren war ich hier Gast, nun zwingt mich der Betreiber über Google meinen Bericht zu ändern/ zu entfernen. Hier nun also mein geänderter Erfahrungsbericht: Der uns als Gast betreuende Mensch war höchst unmotiviert und der verbalen Kommunikation nicht gewillt. Die Getränke schmeckten etwas wässrig. Das Essen war OK. Lieber Betreiber, ich hoffe, dass Sie sich durch meinen geänderten Erfahrungsbericht nun nicht mehr in Ihrem Persönlichkeitsrecht verletzt sehen und bitte vielmals um Entschuldigung. Danke Sehr 😉

Das Ambiente, die Lage, das Personal und zu guter Letzt das Essen war alles absolut perfekt. Super nettes Personal und das Ambiente waren vom Feinsten. Das Essen Weltklasse, toll angerichtet und sehr sehr lecker. Absolut empfehlenswert. Achtung ⚠️ unbedingt vorbestellen!❗️❗️❗️

Das Ambiente ist toll, der Blick auf den See unbezahlbar. Das Personal freundlich nur leider zu wenig, obwohl es nicht sehr voll war. Dadurch entstehen sehr lange Wartezeiten. Zwischen Getränke und Speisen lagen fast 1,5 Stunden. Das Essen war leider nur noch lauwarm und geschmacklich relativ nüchtern, also wenig Würze. Auf ein Glas Wein oder Aperitif auf der Terrasse gern wieder.

Anlass 60 Geburtstag Danke von uns und unserem Gästen für den wunderschönen Abend. Personal ,Essen und Ambiente waren toll. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich pudelwohl und war beimPersonal herzlich willkommen.
