Schachtbaude "Pannenkoek" in Muldestausee

Wir waren im Schachtbaude Pannenkoek essen und sind rundum zufrieden. Das Essen war hervorragend, frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Besonders die Pannenkoeken sind absolut empfehlenswert. Außerdem waren alle Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, wodurch man sich direkt willkommen fühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

War alleine hier essen. Gurken waren lecker. Ich bin mit Zug angereist.

Essen sehr lecker und auch schnell am Tisch! Die Besitzerin hat sehr viel Respekt vor Menschen und ist sehr freundlich. Der Kiosk bzw. Imbiss ist auch immer einen Besuch wert! Immer wieder gerne!

Alles super .Essen gut Personal sehr nett .Tolle Aussicht auf der Terrasse . Für mich der einzige Nachteil das Hunde 🐕 nicht in die Gaststätte dürfen .

Wir haben hier in einem kleinen Holzbungalow übernachtet. Quadratisch, praktisch gut. Sehr sauber und mitten im Wald ... Natur pur. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt, Frühstück im Restaurant. WLAN vorhanden, moderner TV, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sind da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, netter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service + Gastgeberin. DANKE

Die Wartezeit aufs Essen war sehr sehr lang. Die Limonade zwar als selbstgemacht ausgeschrieben, aber ein zuckriges künstliches Gemisch. Der Zahlungsprozess dauerte schlussendlich dann auch eine halbe Ewigkeit, um dann festzustellen, dass das Kartengerät auch noch kaputt war.

Wir hatten heute bei strahlendem Sonnenschein leider kein Glück. Die Terrassentische waren entweder besetzt oder reserviert. Und im Gartenimbiss stand EINE Person für die Auftragsannahme, Zubereitung, Ausgabe und Kasse zur Verfügung. Die Wartedauer in der Schlange war ungewiss, da sind wir wieder gegangen. Es sah aber alles sehr gemütlich aus, wir waren wohl etwas ungeduldig.

Man würde es mitten in Ostdeutschland nicht erwarten, aber unser Lieblingsessen aus der Weihnachtszeit stand tatsächlich auf der Speisekarte! Super leckere Pfannkuchen, sowohl vegetarisch als auch mit Fleisch. Dazu noch ein freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren zum Osteressen. Es war zwar etwas teurer (was an Ostern klar ist), aber das Essen war super. Sehr lecker. Der Kellner war auch freundlich, schnell und auf zack. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pannenkok süß oder herzhaft mit Blick auf den See ist einfach schön. Eine richtige kleine Auszeit kann man hier genießen.

Also abgesehen von der wunderschönen Lage, ist auch der Service sehr angenehm und das Essen ist einfach lecker! Es ist also eine absolute Empfehlung von mir und die Möglichkeit sowohl mit dem Auto direkt dort hin zu gelangen, als auch von Puch oder anderen Orten aus wandern zu können ist einfach wundervoll

Wir waren heute mit 5 Personen hier Mittag essen und ich muss sagen, es war TOP. Sehr leckeres Essen, vorzügliche Bedienung, nettes Ambiente...kann ich nur empfehlen!

Wir waren am 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag hier essen mit einer 8-Personen Gruppe. Es war sehr sehr gut! Leckeres Essen, tolle Auswahl, gute Getränke, ein sehr freundlicher Kellner, gute Atmosphäre. Hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir direkt für 2026 gebucht haben.

Sehr leckere Pannekoeken, auch das Schnitzel war frisch und saftig. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Hirschleber mit Kartoffelstampf war ein echtes Highlight perfekt gegart, wunderbar zart und richtig aromatisch. Der Kartoffelstampf dazu war cremig und hausgemacht, genauso wie man es sich wünscht. Man schmeckt einfach, dass hier mit Liebe gekocht wird. Auch der Service war super und die gemütliche Atmosphäre lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren heute ganz spontan in der Schachtbaude zu Gast. Zunächst wurden wir mit den Worten: „Haben Sie reserviert? Beim nächsten Mal melden Sie sich aber erstmal bei uns bevor Sie einfach Platz nehmen. Damit wir einen besseren Überblick haben.“ begrüßt. Das war eigentlich schon der erste Grund sofort wieder kehrt zu machen. Bestellung ging flink und die Getränke kamen zügig. War ja auch kaum was los. Es standen auch keine Reserviert-Schildchen auf den Tischen. Warum dann also diese leicht genervt/gereizte Begrüßung? Die Speisekarte war sehr überschaubar. Was ja dann auf hohe Qualität bei den Speisen hinweisen sollte. Die Portionen waren ein Witz. Gut, es sollte zwar Vorspeise sein, aber dennoch kann man eine vernünftige Scheibe Brot servieren. Auch die Leber, die man aufgrund der übertriebenen Menge an Balsamico überhaupt nicht erkennen konnte, war sehr überschaubar. Die Bruschetta war eine absolute Katastrophe. Das Brot schmeckte nur nach kaltem Fett. Die Tomaten waren absolut lasch. Zudem kein Fitzel Basilikum, oder etwas Pfeffer, nichts. Lieblos drei Bröckchen auf den Teller geklatscht und das war’s. Lobend zu erwähnen war als Einziges der Wein. Das war tatsächlich ein schönes Tröpfchen. Vor vielen Jahren, ich glaube 2008, durfte ich einer Geburtstagsfeier beiwohnen. Damals hat man sich noch auf klassische, deutsche Küche in einem solch urigen Restaurant, welches schon alleine durch seine Lage besticht, konzentriert. Da war das Essen preislich im Verhältnis zu Geschmack und Portionsgröße. Heutzutage leider weit gefehlt. Selbst ein kleines Mädchen am Nachbartisch fragte ihre Eltern, ob es bei den Pannkoeken noch einen Nachschlag gibt. Das gibt leider alles keinen Grund für einen erneuten Besuch.

Die Pannenkoek sind super lecker!

Wir waren Fahrrad fahren und haben dort gerastet. Sehr Fahrradfreundlich. Der Imbiss am Restaurant hat leckere kleine Speiseangebote. Hat geschmeckt. Soljanka ist zu empfehlen! Alles für nen schmalen Taler. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir durften am Wochenende eine wunderschöne Hochzeitsparty am Muldestausee auf dem Gelände der Schachtbaude feiern – und wir sind absolut begeistert! Die Location ist traumhaft gelegen und bietet eine wunderschöne Kulisse direkt am Wasser. Die Bungalows sind zwar schlicht, aber sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Essen war ein echtes Highlight – frisch, abwechslungsreich und einfach fantastisch zubereitet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Team der Schachtbaude: Alle waren unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, sodass man sich rundum wohlgefühlt hat. Alles war perfekt organisiert und wir konnten den Tag in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir können die Schachtbaude uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

A fantastic location with excellent service and fine food.

We had dinner at the Schachtbaude today. The service was quick and friendly. However, the food was poor quality. The fried potatoes were soft and tasteless. The schnitzel was also not very good. (Everything tasted like it had been quickly reheated.)

Very tasty food and fast service. Beautiful location, perfect for a stroll. We'll be back.

We were there from August 4th to August 8th. Pure relaxation. We rented again for a short break. Breakfast has to be booked separately.

We celebrated my granddaughter's first day of school there yesterday. It was wonderful. From the ambiance, the decor of the venue, which was appropriate for the event, to the service, the waitresses, and the delicious food. Thank you so much again.

We had a family celebration, and unfortunately, we weren't impressed. Long waits, the food was very limited, and what was on our plates was overcooked! And it was way too expensive!

Today I walked from Heide-Camping to Schachtbaude and back. It was about 3 km there and back. 🚶‍♀️🌳😊 I had a very good meal there and the service was friendly. 🍽️👍😊 The terrace is very comfortable, and you have a view of the Mulde Reservoir. 🏞️😎😊 Highly recommended! 💯😊👍

I recommend the Schachtbaude (Schachtbaude Inn). It's located on the Mulde reservoir between Schlaitz and Friedersdorf. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The small Dutch flag on the dish indicates the owners. We thought it was 👍👍👍. The service was fast, attentive, and friendly. A walk in the immediate vicinity is recommended. The old coal mining equipment is interesting. The "Haus am See" (nature center) is only 1 kilometer away. A bike ride with a stop at the Schachtbaude is also recommended.

A modern restaurant surrounded by greenery. The menu is concise, but there's something for every taste and age. A small playground next door is great for kids.

Great concept with the pizza-style pancakes. However, one thing that should be changed is that the salad and dip are placed on top of the food. If three people are sharing the same meal, there should be a separate tray with the ingredients.

Our stay was a special experience. We had lunch with our children and grandchildren. Absolutely fantastic. Our grandson's fish fingers were exquisite. Our food was also like something from a Michelin-starred chef. The drinks weren't frozen solid, but perfectly chilled. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will visit again. We celebrated our wedding here, in this location nestled in the forest and picturesquely situated by a lake. They also offer small, simple bungalows, which are perfect for guests who have traveled from far away. Clean and quiet, with modern and spacious bathrooms. The restaurant also offers a small but fine menu. The staff are extremely friendly and charming. The interior was decorated appropriately for the wedding. I thought it was a great success and would happily recommend this location.

Incredibly delicious pancakes! The ones with bacon, apples, and goat cheese are a dream! Thanks to the lovely waitress, who kept a smile on her face despite the stress.

Highly recommended for a day trip. Located right on the Mulde Reservoir. You can also stay overnight in one of the six bungalows. They have GDR charm, but everything is clean and tidy, and has a terrace.

I'm reviewing the snack bar behind the hut! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious. (We had solyanka and shandy.) You sit more or less comfortably on snack bar benches and get your drink and food right away—what more could you want? Thanks to the entire team, we'll be back!

We've always wanted to go here because it's been highly praised. Finally, we finally made it, and were immediately disappointed. The ambiance is very nice. The surroundings are also impressive. We had planned to eat something there. However, after having to wait a full 36 minutes for our coffee, which we had ordered in advance, we decided not to eat. 36 minutes only because we had to remind the waiter that we were still there. The coffee we had was very tasty, though. We assume the food there is also delicious. We're only giving it two stars because of the wait. 36 minutes is simply too long. And it wasn't even that busy. The two employees should have easily managed that. The service therefore needs improvement.

Great destination, but unfortunately no dogs allowed. Disappointed considering the journey was over 600km.

You can recommend the Schachtbaude with a clear conscience. Located away from the main road and in the middle of the Düben Heath. Only a few meters to the lake, with a beautiful swimming area. Ideal for children and also dogs. Food was great and the staff was very attentive.

We had a birthday party at the weekend, coffee table, dinner, overnight stay and breakfast, everything was well organized and the food was very tasty. Requests were addressed. We had a wonderful weekend, the guests were happy and of course we were too. Thank you very much and see you again soon.

You feel comfortable there. Staff quick and very friendly. But the food was cold, the meat was tough, my fish 🐟 was very good. My mashed potatoes were mashed and cold. The starter was good.

You can visit when the weather is nice. The Easter menu was a bit limited and the parking lot was full of puddles today. It's about a 30 m walk from the car park to the restaurant. There is a playground and snack bar behind the restaurant.

A very idyllic place to relax, beautiful. Here you can unwind and unwind. There are enough parking spaces and your physical well-being is also well taken care of. And you can hike very well.

We had the bikes with us and wanted to eat by the lake! At the neighbor's table there were only measly portions, and the place was far too expensive, so we went to the next kebab shop and at least we were full!

The food was delicious, we also tried the pancakes. The service was nice but discreetly forgetful/inflexible. We wanted an appetizer for 5 people, not too much, but just something to taste. It wasn't possible, either everyone had one or not. We then ordered 2 portions and passed the plate around. A drink came instead of water. Sprite was quickly corrected. Once dessert was forgotten, then it was given later. Staff still friendly, a bit stressed but nice. We would like to try it again, perhaps during the week when there are not so many crowds. From our perspective it was manageable since we all work in service. But without question and complaining it's delicious, you're happy to wait for the food and it's freshly prepared.

The soul could recharge. It was nice.

Were there today and wanted to eat in the restaurant. Unfortunately, even though there wasn't much to do and there was enough staff, it took a long time before you got the menu. Guests who arrived later than us were served first. We then drove to another restaurant. It's a shame because the atmosphere was very appealing.

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed there and that's why we won't be going there again

It's a shame, the atmosphere promised a good time and the menu read very well too. Unfortunately, the two young waitresses weren't exactly very friendly; the greeting from the kitchen was first carried halfway across the restaurant and then delivered to us with an incomprehensible mumble. After an hour, my husband asked if our food had been forgotten. 10 minutes later the plates were in front of us, quickly warmed up again in the microwave. That's exactly how it tasted. It's a shame I can't recommend it.

What a great restaurant. The whole house is beautifully furnished, the service is first class, very committed, courteous and insightful. The food is highly recommended. Even the simple salad is a poem. Delicious, followed by wonderful pancakes with bacon and apple, crispy bacon, delicately sweet apple and a fluffy dough. Plus the authentically real Strop from NL. The way it has to be. My companion had schnitzel with peas and fried potatoes. Also great. Compliment from a picky eater. Thank you very much. Gladly again when the opportunity arises.

If you are looking for a nice restaurant with specialties where you can relax after a hike, this is the place for you. Reservation highly recommended.

A nice atmosphere for a spontaneous trip

Such a beautiful terrace with a good view but then there is forever or no service at all ;( it's a shame! 3 stars because it took longer on the first visit but the food was delicious. This time we left completely ignored after 30 minutes. A few words To the guests, due to the lack of staff, please order in-house today and it would have been good, but everyone would understand, but simply ignoring it is bad, according to the reviews. Otherwise a chic location! So we thought we would do something new on Saturday, but on Saturday the whole thing presented itself again. We asked if we could at least order inside and then enjoy our food outside in the sun. Unfortunately, the three graces who were standing behind the counter, looking a bit bored, gave us an answer that made us leave. They said no, that shouldn't work go to the snack bar next door. ;( well, it'll never happen again! We've never experienced such work-shyness anywhere. VERY PATH!!!

We always enjoyed being there Even with the previous owners, we were always happy to stop by. However, last weekend on Saturday, February 11th, we were very disappointed!! 😞 The restaurant...was almost empty in the afternoon and we “just” wanted to have a coffee... Unfortunately EVERYTHING was reserved and upon our request.... At what point were we turned away because everything would be “fully booked” after 5 p.m. (?) Only that there would still have been more than an hour until then and that would definitely have been enough for a coffee....(?) We didn't understand that and are totally disappointed to see that it's obviously no longer necessary or was it in the end “just” a lack of staff? Absolutely NO recommendation!! Never again !!

*Dogs are welcome. But only on the outside.* We should then sit outside in rain, wind and storms as well as in the cold season. No thanks! 👎🏻

The three of us arrived today without a reservation and were immediately greeted in a friendly manner and given a nice seat. The restaurant is beautifully located and there is plenty of parking space. The service was very friendly and quick. The food is very tasty and the price-performance ratio is good. Everything is also very well maintained. Highly recommended!

A very nicely located place, right on the lakeshore. Very good service, an interesting offer. I never imagined how to make pancakes, or as my wife said, Dutch pizza. Delicious

The men did not like the meat dishes. The egg tarts for the children were very good. But when we didn't order dessert right away, we were threatened that the kitchen would close immediately. We had to wait longer for the drinks in between. The waiter only came after several calls.

We stayed in the bungalows for 2 nights and I have never had such a dirty room/bungalow. Spiders and webs everywhere, the beds are not clean, the water in the shower is difficult to drain, when you flush the toilet the water comes up the drain. And now for breakfast: Breakfast costs €12.50 and you don't get any egg or pastry dishes, no muesli, 3 different types of sausage. For what we got it is overly expensive, with the money I can stay in a star hotel and as a big surprise they also require a final cleaning which I believe has never been or will be carried out on these bungalows. Very disappointing and a shame about spending money on something like that.

I discovered it through a trip, but it's very nice, unfortunately I can't comment on the food and service yet as there was a wedding that day. Will definitely visit this place again

A wonderful excursion restaurant where the bratwurst probably tastes good and you can easily stop for a snack. The service was very nice. Unfortunately, the food in the restaurant didn't convince us. We were 9 people. I had lamb chops and my husband had the rump steak. Both meat was fried to death, the rosemary potatoes lacked the rosemary flavor, my baked potatoes were on a tasteless salad that had neither dressing nor any other seasoning. There was also turkey steak that was like the sole of a shoe and two egg tarts that tasted pretty good. The children were also very happy with their ice cream. For me there was a missing thread in the menu and the wait for the food was too long because there wasn't really much going on. If it's called a pancake house, maybe just very good pancakes with a larger selection would be a good idea?! Conclusion for us... a beer or a bratwurst is ok, but unfortunately not for dinner anymore! However, the Easter fire was very good and we would love to come back Addendum Second attempt started because we wanted to try the pancakes. Unfortunately, on a Friday at 4:30 p.m. there was only one coffee menu and only a hearty pancake was on offer. We then got up and left because we were hungry. Unfortunately, this limited offer is not clearly visible on the website. Above all, we asked ourselves why egg tarts with apple and bacon were possible, but someone else wasn't?! I understand that there are no meat dishes, if the chef doesn't start until 5 p.m.... but pancakes are pancakes, right?!

Here you can sit comfortably and have a view of the lake. The food was delicious. Prices for this are reasonable. There are pancakes (Dutch "pannekoek"). Worth a visit. Also suitable for walking dogs.

The snack bar has a pretty strange and creative currywurst. I can now accept bratwurst as currywurst, but the curry sauce was a tomato soup without the typical taste. So if you want to eat a currywurst at the snack bar and expect a standard currywurst, you will be disappointed. The price of the currywurst was quite high. If it had been a normal currywurst, I would have been able to accept the price. At least the requested curry powder was free :D The fries and the raspberry soda were great. But even then the price was high. For 4 adults and 2 children around 70 euros (there was also an ice cream, Italian and it was also good) I think is really too much The playground should also be mentioned, it's really good :)

Today I was on the circular route with my bike. Here I stopped at the snack bar in the “beer garden”. At first it looked pretty good. Unfortunately, all I got with the delicious cake was cheap spray cream from a can and the coffee was only lukewarm... as we all know, the taste is debatable. The price 6.40 euros. I also have to say that I also expect cups and plates in a beer garden. To achieve a better taste and also avoid waste.

Wanted to have coffee on Sunday in great weather. The staff seemed totally overwhelmed by the moderately busy building. Cake was limited, coffee came later, slight problems with billing. Unfortunately only recommended to a limited extent.
