I ordered a third time, turning a blind eye to the problems... but I, the woman, had already lost interest in the delivery service after the second time. Spoiler alert: it was the last time. The food wasn't really hot, and the man on the phone couldn't understand me or tell me why the food still hadn't arrived after an hour. The prices are outrageous for what was delivered. What a shame. I can't recommend it.

For LoungeKey and Priority Pass customers, San Pino is an alternative with better food than the HAM VIP lounges, even superior to Lufthansa's Senator Lounge. For those with unlimited access to the aforementioned programs, or access to VIP lounges by status or class flown, San Pino is still a good option before and after visiting the VIP lounges. As for the pasta, I believe they could pay a little more attention to the doneness, as I have tried dishes that were overcooked; on the other hand, the freshly made pizzas are excellent.

Although it's just a small, open-air restaurant in the middle of the AEZ shopping center, they consistently serve delicious food. Really tasty, and the icing on the cake: top-notch service every time! Thank you!
