Tommy’s Braterei in Bad Kissingen

Top burgers, nice service, reasonable prices. Unfortunately, it was very warm and stuffy at the time of my visit.

The food tasted great. Had a pizza burger, fresh prince and curly fries. Everything tasted fantastic. To drink there was homemade mango-passion fruit lemonade, which was too sweet for our taste, but still delicious. There was also a dismissal, which tasted very good. But the food and drink were the only good things. After you walk through the door, you are directly surrounded by other guests next to the tables, as everything is quite narrow. The service itself was very nice, but you may have to wait a while to express your next request, as the room is L-shaped and you don't have a direct overview. Maybe the waitress feels the same way. Music leaned heavily on TikTok, which we didn't like that much. Otherwise it is very nicely decorated.

The food is good. If you love burgers, you've probably made the right choice here. So you really can't complain, but I personally was absolutely impressed by another restaurant in the town. I also think the prices are pretty cool. You just get the burger, if you want any side dishes like fries or salad, you have to pay a lot.

We discovered Tommy's by chance while strolling and stopped in without registering. Even though all the tables were reserved, we were still able to get a table. The staff really tries to make everything possible, which is really rare these days. The service was very friendly and special requests (burgers without buns) were also possible, so we were even asked if we had an allergy, which wasn't the case. The food came quickly and was excellent, very tasty fries, perfectly grilled burgers, very attractively presented. Highly recommended, we will come back and then we will definitely make a reservation.

2 stars for anything. I don't even know where to start. I had the most expensive dish on the menu. The Battle- Something. I would like to advise against this location. Dry and tasteless 🤢

The restaurant was actually good, but when you have to sit at a table of 6 with 8 people, it's anything but relaxed. Hence only the 4 stars. The concept of additional payments if you want to change the side dish to the dish is not really guest friendly and the prices are already high anyway. Then there's this money cutting... very, very borderline. We all have to see where we are staying, but ripping off guests is not a good way to go. We have to thank you for the fact that the side dishes are available in the kitchen for other dishes anyway and don't have to be purchased separately. So dear owner, please think again.

Service unfortunately inattentive. I would have easily had 2 more cokes and my wife would have had another spritzer. Very friendly, no question, the food is outstanding! But if 3 people walk past you more or less the whole time and don't notice that the glass is empty... but well, that's complaining at a high level. But I would like to at least have the 1 star deduction explained. LG and we'll be back

Super cozy little restaurant. The service is great, but the food is sensational. That was probably the best burger I've ever eaten, excellently seasoned patty and super fluffy burger bun. My girlfriend ate the chicken schnitzel with fries, the fries were homemade and perfectly salted and the schnitzel was excellently fried and the perfect size. People definitely eat here ❤️👍

Everything is fine so far, very attentive and friendly staff... The burger selection is large, the rest of the menu is also appealing, unfortunately the burgers and the patties are very dry, probably frozen, if not, fried for significantly too long...

The food is very good, especially the sweet potato fries are awesome🤩 The service is good, we were warmly welcomed and were always addressed very attentively. Ambience is nice but small, not so much space for many but still very nice. The next time we are in Bad Kissingen we will come back here

Since we were visitors to the Adventure Allrad, we went into town to get something to eat and of course everywhere was full but we were then allowed to sit outside and eat and drink and it was sufficient and good

Great restaurant. Unfortunately I only discovered it on the last day as I was in town for 3 days on a business trip. But you should reserve!

Absolutely disappointing service experience Unfortunately, I have to share my extremely frustrating experience with this burger joint in the hope that no one else faces such an unacceptable situation in the future. Our attempt to place a simple order turned out to be an outrageous waste of time and a prime example of terrible customer service. Despite a total of 27 call attempts within a short period of time, which in itself was an unmistakable sign of our patience and determination, the staff did not manage to pick up the phone even once. The situation became even more bizarre when, after a brief pause of just a minute, we called again only to find that the line was suddenly busy. How can a business whose existence depends on customer satisfaction and service allow itself such ignorance? Our time is valuable, and the half hour we wasted trying in vain to place an order is time we will never get back. The situation was not only annoying, but also put us in a difficult position as we were under a lot of time pressure. I'm far more than just annoyed - I'm pissed off and deeply disappointed by the indifference and lack of professionalism this burger joint has shown. I strongly advise everyone not to venture into this store unless you have time and nerves to waste. To the operator: Customer service means being there for your customers, especially in an environment as competitive as the restaurant industry. Your inability to perform a basic requirement like answering phone calls speaks volumes about your business model and your attitude towards your customers. A thorough review and improvement of your services is urgently needed. This review is intended to reflect your experience while giving other potential customers an insight into this burger joint's service.

The food was really good and the service was pretty fast. But we came at the opening hour which was calm so we could sit without a reservation but after that it is hard to find a place to sit.

Went here for dinner yesterday. Very great atmosphere, the staff is very friendly and the selection of drinks and food is good. Price-performance is completely right. Had the Kraftburger with curly fries and the lemonade with passion fruit/mango or strawberry/lemon. We enjoyed it very much and the portions were more than sufficient. Be sure to reserve so that you are guaranteed to get a spot. Clear recommendation from our side. Top!

We visited Tommy's Braterei yesterday, you can only get a table with a reservation at prime time. Nice ambience but still a decent volume in the front area. If you sit near the door, it can draft and get cold. I decided on the pyre. Good portion but very, very powerful. I think next time I'll eat the ribs or a classic burger. Conclusion: Olay but nothing special

I went for the best (not reserved) and got a place quickly despite being reserved. Praise to the wait staff 👍🏼. Ordered a burger with fries - what can I say: very delicious 😋. Praise to the kitchen. Conclusion: I'll come back the next time I visit BK (it's still 500km😣)

There were two of us at Tommy's and we just managed to get a spot spontaneously. The atmosphere was very appealing, the staff was great and the food was also great. The cocktails and lemonades are also great.

Sometimes it takes luck to get a free seat. I recommend everyone else to make a reservation! Very friendly staff who are very on point. The ordered food was served after a short wait. Absolutely delicious! One star deduction for the ambience; it's incredibly loud in the restaurant.

What can I say, the burger was great, everyone at the table was very happy. I had rump steak, top quality meat, fried to perfection. It doesn't actually get any better. As a tip, leave out the kind of fried onions, make your own instead. The desserts were also really tasty. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the waiting time was completely reasonable. A clear recommendation from me. I will come back.

Top! Nice staff, super friendly boss and great burgers. As a boss, Tommy even sits down with the guests and asks for their opinions and responds to the guests' needs, which is rare these days. We recommend!

Wir hatten am heutigen Tag unseren behördlichen Nachzügler Betriebsausflug!!! Zum Abschluss sind wir in Tommy‘s Braterei eingekehrt. Was soll man sagen… alles, aber wirklich alles war absolut zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Essen, Service, Gastfreundschaft, usw… und so fort… es hat schlichtweg alles gepasst! Das Lokal ist absolut empfehlenswert. Ehrliche Gastronomie zu ehrlichen Preisen! Immer wieder gern! Und der Chef? Der beste!!!

Ich war zum 1. Mal hier, trotz vollem Lokal und reservierten Tischen hat der tolle Service einen Platz möglich gemacht. Das Essen kam zügig, es war sehr lecker! Beim nächsten Besuch in Bad Kissingen komme ich ganz bestimmt wieder zu euch!!

Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Freundliches und sehr bemühtes Personal. Ohne Reservierung, wurde trotz der Fülle eine Möglichkeit geschaffen für uns noch ein Plätzchen zu finden. Auch die Wartezeit bis das Essen fertig war, kam uns sehr kurz vor, obwohl es so voll war. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leckere burger in tollem Ambiente!

Einrichtung sehr schön, Burger waren gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Die eine Bedienung war freundlich, die andere eher schnippisch. "Sie wollen essen? Geht aber nur noch Burger" Kunden die später kamen konnten auch noch anderes Essen bestellen. Fanden wir nicht kundenorientiert.

Ich habe kürzlich die Gelegenheit gehabt, Tommys Braterei zu besuchen und möchte nun meine Bewertung teilen. Die Location dieser Braterei ist definitiv klein und eng, was dazu führen kann, dass es etwas überfüllt wirkt. Allerdings ist dies auch ein Zeichen dafür, dass die Burger hier sehr beliebt sind. Trotz der begrenzten Größe des Lokals habe ich festgestellt, dass die Burger wirklich frisch und lecker sind. Es ist offensichtlich, dass das Team in der Küche viel Wert auf Qualität und Geschmack legt. Die Brötchen waren frisch gebacken und die Patties saftig und gut gewürzt. Die Beilagen wie Pommes und Salate waren ebenfalls frisch und schmackhaft. Obwohl die Braterei klein ist, arbeitet das Personal effizient und sorgt dafür, dass die Bestellungen so schnell wie möglich bearbeitet werden. Man muss vielleicht etwas Geduld haben, um einen Platz zu bekommen, aber das Warten lohnt sich definitiv. Alles in allem würde ich Tommys Braterei aufgrund der frischen und leckeren Burger definitiv weiterempfehlen, auch wenn die Location klein und eng ist.

Uriges, schickes Restaurant mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Essen war wirklich gut... Preis und Leistung stehen in einem wirklich guten Verhältnis. Man merkt, dass hier noch mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird.

Haben gestern spontan ohne Reservierung zu zweit einen Platz bekommen. Ein sehr schönes Lokal, das Team sehr freundlich und das Essen sehr lecker. Wir werden dieses Lokal während unseres Aufenthaltes in Bad Kissingen auf jeden Fall noch mal besuchen.

Essen Top. Super Nachspeisen. Personal vom Service bis zum Chef super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort und waren vom Essen sehr begeistert. Der Service war auch sehr freundlich.

Im Februar 2022 war ich paar Mal dort als Wiederholungstäter 😉.Einfach spitze 👍. Mir wurde sogar das spitzen mäßige Essen 2 mal gegenüber serviert. Der sehr sympathische und absolut spitzenmäßige Koch macht sein Job aus Leidenschaft. Ich hoffe nochmal in der Gegend zu sein und das Essen wie auch das Restaurant genießen zu können. Weiter so !
