Das Essen war unglaublich lecker! Es war mein erster Besuch, aber ich bin mir sicher, dass es nicht mein letzter sein wird.

Es war mal wieder ein wunderschöner Abend mit sehr leckeren Bowls (dieses Mal tatsächlich ohne Sushi 😳). Die Portion ist immer ausreichend, geschmacklich ist für Jeden etwas dabei und bei der wirklich großen Auswahl fällt es manchmal schwer, sich zu entscheiden. Und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist in keinster Weise zu beanstanden. Fazit: Für uns ein gelungener Abend in einem schönen Ambiente mit leckerem Essen - wir kommen bald wieder!

Ich habe dieses Restaurant durch Zufall gefunden, da ich meine Schwester auf Kur in Bad Kissingen besucht habe. Das Essen hat uns so überzeugt, dass wir direkt zwei Tage hintereinander dort bestellt / gegessen haben. Auch der Bubble Tee war sehr lecker. Einmal im Restaurant und einmal zum Mitnehmen. Schneller und super netter Service. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker und wird frisch zubereitet (das kann man auch im Restaurant sehen). Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder. Preis Leistung einfach unschlagbar.

Bestes Sushi in ganz Bad Neustadt

Wir waren hier eher spontan zum Mittagessen, nachdem ich meine Freundin in der Stadt besucht habe. Über Google Maps haben wir einfach einen Sushi-Laden ausgesucht – und wir wurden wirklich positiv überrascht. Das Sushi war sehr lecker, frisch und schön angerichtet. Der Service war schnell und freundlich, sodass wir nicht lange warten mussten. Auch die Getränke waren angenehm groß, was man nicht überall bekommt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich extrem gut – für die Qualität absolut fair. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung und definitiv eine klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hatte eine Bento Box mit Lachs plus Oktopusbällchen beides war sehr lecker und die Portion war auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Der Lachs war absolut On Point, das Gemüse knackig und die Teriyaki Sauce war sehr lecker. Außerdem gibt es eine große Auswahl an Sushi. Das Personal war sehr professionell, nett und alles ging relativ schnell. Bei der Bento Box hätte ich mir zwar einen Seetangsalat gewünscht und da ich gerne mit Stäbchen esse ein paar hochwertigere Stäbchen aber alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Leckeres, schnelles Essen, aber sehr laut und keine Trennung von vegetarischen Gerichten zu Fleisch-Gerichten. Sushi fiel auseinander.

War zwei mal in der Sushibar und hatte sehr angenehme Aufenthalte. Unsere Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Wir wurden nie vergessen. Wir mussten auch nicht lange aufs Sushi warten. Das Angebot war nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig. Beim zweiten Besuch saßen wir ohne Reservierung draußen. Es begann zu regnen und die Chefin konnte uns noch einen freien Platz zuweisen. Das war eine mega schöne Aktion und somit konnten wir im Trockenen unser Sushi futtern. Allgemein gesehen eine klare Empfehlung von mir! 😊

Wir haben einen Tisch für 9 Personen reserviert, aber bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, dass der Tisch nur für 2 Personen reserviert sei. Mit mir sprach ein Mitarbeiter mit Akzent, der sich geirrt und den Tisch für 2 Personen eingetragen hat. Ich verstehe einfach nicht, wie man 2 und 9 verwechseln kann. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns außerdem die Bedienung verweigert, mit der Begründung, dass bei ihnen alle Deutsch verstehen und das Problem bei uns liege. Der Mitarbeiter, der mit mir gesprochen hat, hat am Ende weder die Uhrzeit noch die Anzahl der Personen noch das Datum bestätigt.

Nach 8 min die Reservierung aufheben, geht für mich gar nicht und ist denke ich auch gar nicht erlaubt

Sehr enttäuscht!! Über eine Woche vorher reserviert. Nach 8 Minuten Verspätung die Nachricht, dass der Tisch bereits vergeben wurde.

Sehr schlechter Service. Der Kellner hat auf meinen deutschen Versuch ständig auf Englisch geantwortet, was direkt zu einem falschen Mojito (mit Alkohol) geführt hat. Anstatt das professionell zu klären, begann er lautstark zu diskutieren und lief sogar zu anderen Gästen, um zu „klären“, wer recht hat. Währenddessen wurde mein Essen kalt! Der Umgangston war respektlos und unangenehm, auch vom Chef. Ich habe trotzdem auf eigenen Wunsch 50 % für den Mojito bezahlt. Die Atmosphäre war komplett zerstört, sodass ich mein Essen einpacken musste und das Restaurant verlassen habe. Absolut unprofessionell – ich komme nicht wieder. und ich habe Maracuja bestellt, aber Mangosaft bekommen) absolut inakzeptabel

Das ist mit Abstand die beste Sushi Bar, die wir bisher getestet haben. Geschmacklich sehr gut und die Preise sind fair und auf üblichem Niveau. Das Ambiente passt auch. Alles in allem nichts zu meckern und damit glatte 5,0! :)

Wie jedesmal bisher alles bestens.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, schön angerichtet. Da isst das Auge mit, Leider war der junge Mann der uns zum Platz brachte wohl gerade im Stress, ich fand ihn sehr unfreundlich und war froh das seine Kollegin eine sehr nette Höfliche Bedienung uns zu geteilt war.

Es war ein Fest! Sehr höfliches Personal. Essen mit Liebe gemacht! Uns hat's total gefallen! Auch die Qualität des Essens war sehr gut! Wie werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Obwohl wir keinen Tisch reserviert hatten ging es relativ schnell einen zu bekommen. Es war eine Freude das emsige Treiben der Mitarbeiter zu beobachten. Das Restaurant war voll und riesige Mengen an Speisen gingen noch an Abholer . Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und können es nur weiter empfehlen

It was our first time in Bad Kissingen, and Moon was on our must-visit list for our second evening. Everything is perfectly timed, and they make optimal use of the seating times, which is great for those without reservations or who call at the last minute. The restaurant's popularity is absolutely justified. The service is very attentive and always friendly. You immediately feel welcome. The only thing that tops it is the food. The sushi is exceptionally delicious, and the hot dishes are a culinary delight. The portions are generous, and they don't skimp on high-quality ingredients. Despite this, the visit remains quite affordable. For a total of four drinks, two sushi dishes, and two hot dishes, just over €60 is more than fair for this quality. The ambiance is modern, tidy, and clean. It gets a bit noisy further back, but it's fine at the tables for two near the front. You can still have a conversation. We'll be back – that's for sure.

Beautiful new restaurant. The sushi was freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The price-performance ratio was good. Appetizers and dessert were very tasty, and they accommodated requests. The service was very friendly. Highly recommended. However, you can only book time slots. Today we had booked from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, but at 7:15 PM, a server we didn't know approached us and asked us to pay. I didn't appreciate this; we were aware of the time and would have left at 7:30 PM. It detracted from the overall atmosphere and the relaxed ambiance. It's a real shame, as the server even told the manager that we had complained. This situation could have been handled much better. First, the server assigned to us was unacceptable. Second, they could have simply said, "Your time slot is ending soon, I'd like to prepare the bill, and ask how you'd like to pay." I felt somewhat unceremoniously dismissed.

This was my second time there. The first time was with my wife, and the second time was with a good friend to mark the end of his rehabilitation. It was heavenly. The sushi is of excellent quality. You can watch it being prepared in the open kitchen. Truly fresh ingredients. The hot dish (bento box with duck) was also a highlight. Crispy, juicy, and enormous. The staff were all attentive and very friendly. You really feel welcome and comfortable there. Five stars in every respect.

Beautiful atmosphere – both inside and, in the summer, outside in the courtyard. We love it and are happy regulars!

For me, this is the best restaurant around Bad Kissingen! The dishes (even those without sushi) are fresh, creative, and delicious – but what really makes "Moon" special is the exceptional friendliness of the team. You're always greeted warmly, served attentively, and immediately made to feel welcome. This warm atmosphere combined with the great food makes every visit special. Highly recommended!

Anyone who likes sushi will love this place. A must-visit. We've been there a few times now and have never had any reason to complain. It's beautifully and upscale, the staff is friendly, and the prices are fair. What bothers me sometimes, but I can't blame anyone, is that you don't get much luck if you book at short notice. Unfortunately, like anywhere good, you always have to make a reservation. We were very lucky and managed to get a spot last time, but you shouldn't count on that.

What a wonderful, positive, and lovely vibe! Fantastic! I came without a reservation, even though the hut was full, and they still managed to find a spot for me with a smile. Fantastic! I immediately felt comfortable and welcome. It was like that the whole time – reservations are definitely recommended! The food came very quickly and was delicious… highly recommended, I'd love to go back!

First of all, I have to say that the atmosphere is really beautiful. You come in and immediately feel at home. The service was always friendly and very competent. And when it comes to food, I don’t even know where to start!! It really sounds like it's out of this world. Not only does the food taste phenomenal, it also looks very good - everything fits. The composition on the plate is unique. A clear recommendation to everyone! (Even if you don't like sushi, there are so many different culinary pan-Asian dishes!!)

Highly recommended. Wonderful sushi, very tasty dishes. Unfortunately, it's often very busy and you have to make a reservation in advance, even during the week. A little crowded, but it's okay. The only thing wasn't quite my taste was the mango spritzer. Otherwise, we've been there four times in three weeks. Simply excellent. If you're late with your reservation, you might only have an hour. That's the downside, says my husband. The service is busy and friendly. Definitely the best sushi house in the greater Würzburg area, including Würzburg. The mango sauce dishes are a dream. The octopus balls, dumplings, and mochi are truly delicious. The salmon was tender and flavorful... We can hardly decide what to order. So far, there hasn't been anything we didn't like. A small complaint was immediately resolved, and it was fine. The sushi is also very fresh, appetizing, and delicious. The fried appetizers and sushi are not at all greasy and very crispy. Super!

We had lunch with 11 people (a table was reserved) at Moon for a delicious meal. The friendly service, the selection of dishes – which came in various variations – and their preparation were remarkable. The food was prepared at the same time, so we could enjoy the delicious dishes together.

If you're really craving delicious sushi, Moon Sushi Bar is the place for you! The food was truly top-notch – fresh, flavorful, and very generously portioned. My dish felt like a whole kilo of fish on my plate – it's almost impossible to keep up with the food (but that's not a bad criticism, of course!). The staff were super friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. They gave competent advice and made you feel welcome. There are some drawbacks, however, regarding the ambiance: The room is very noisy, and the tables are so close together that you're practically sitting on your neighbor's lap. It's not really suitable for a quiet dinner – but if you don't mind that, you'll be rewarded with delicious food. All in all: Fantastic sushi, great service, but if you value comfort and privacy, be prepared for a somewhat lively experience.
