I can't recommend this place because we paid 120€ for 3 people. We got ramen 3 times and sushi 2 times. We roughly rounded everything up and it would have been 80€ rounded up but it was 40€ more even though we rounded up with the price he just ripped us off.

The seller ripped us off. We counted it could be max. 100€ but he took 120€

I ordered sushi, but it arrived 30 minutes late. The sauce on my fried chicken sushi wasn't tasty at all. I also found a hair in one of my sushi pieces. They also brought the wrong drinks. Absolutely not recommended.

Why does something have to hang on the doorframe touching your hair when you want to go and wash your hands? That's extremely uncomfortable. Who knows what's stuck to it and touching my head... :-(((((

Favorite sushi restaurant! We love coming here or ordering food to our home. I especially like the ramen; the broth is excellent and the noodles taste like homemade. I also love sushi, rolls, and kimchi! By the way, as a Korean, I can say the kimchi is really good! All the fish is very fresh! The only thing I miss is real crab meat, but it's hard to find in Germany. However, I would be willing to pay more for sushi with real crab meat. ...

I ordered for take-out. Staff was extremely nice and had a nice chat with them as I waited. They told me to expect some of the best ramen I’ve ever had, and they were not lying! By far the best in the region that I’ve had.

This is not the first time we order delivery. The sushi is fresh, the taste is incredible. Prices are moderate. We also often taste miso soup - 4 euros.

First the positive: the sushi is good. The ambience is ok. The negative: the delivery service is so bad! We ordered online twice. The first time the online order apparently didn't go through. I found out when I asked over the phone. The second time I had to order online again because I couldn't reach anyone by phone. After 20 minutes I got through and the order was confirmed. But after 1.5 hours there was no delivery. And then I tried to reach someone there by phone for 30 minutes. But in vain. Therefore: Never ever. Too bad

Insanely delicious ramen and sushi. You should take some time when ordering and eating out. Mainly because the kitchen takes the time necessary to ensure quality, even when it's busy. Service is nice and professional. The atmosphere is bright and friendly. The tree dummies and the large wall mirror make the room appear larger and at the same time radiate calm. The food was not only great but a real highlight.

How overwhelmed can you be? Tokyo Sushi House: Yes! It's now 8:40 p.m. after we ordered at 6:06 p.m....spoiler: and still haven't received anything. We always enjoyed ordering there. Then they left the ordering platform - everything should be better - and came back. And since that first departure, people there have - in my opinion - been completely overwhelmed with running a restaurant/delivery service... 2 - 3 hours of waiting time without any communication with the customer is very unpleasant. If you ask (twice) by phone, you will be put off for another 40 minutes. No apologies, no offer of compensation - just very unprofessional. And should you pay the full price? When we place our next order, we should now state that we had problems with this order... but there will be no next time from us.

Been there many times and ordered a few times. The sushi is generally really good, as is the ramen. But time management and organization are too often poor. In the past you had to wait for a relatively long time, even when there wasn't much going on. But well, if the food tastes good, you accept it. But today was not acceptable. It took over 1.5 hours for the food to arrive. And 2 out of 3 crunchy sushi rolls were not warm but cold. When paying, we asked the boss, who was in no way understanding that a waiting time of over 1.5 hours was impossible and that we would like a discount. Only after hesitation was there a discount of around €5 on a bill of almost €80. A boss who runs his shop like this no longer receives a euro from us. Simply unprofessional!

So, I haven't got an issue with my food it was okay. But one of my colleagues had. I have ordered a chicken dish and she ordered fish(with coconut) and she has allergies with meat. But they gave the dish to her what I ordered as well. And initially we thought he made a mistake and took the wrong one even though we told him two times that she has an allergy to meat and meat contained food. And we explained to him again but he brought the same food and added extra fried prawns. And we explained the "same story" then he removed the chicken pieces and brought the same dish again. Then we had to leave the place since he didn't respect our request and kept lying. This is not the place for the people who have allergies or something.

If you often eat unusual sushi, you shouldn't expect too much here. In terms of taste and presentation, it can't be compared with sushi shops in Frankfurt, for example, which have the same concept... But it's not that expensive either! The sushi wasn't a highlight in terms of taste, but I still think it was solid, although I would have expected a little more based on the website and the obligatory dry ice when served. Unfortunately I didn't like the atmosphere at all. There were dirty dishes on the tables and the drinks crates could easily be removed from the dining room. In general, in my opinion, there was a lot standing around. Order and hygiene should be the top priority, especially in a sushi shop. The service wasn't very attentive but still nice. Overall, you don't have to completely reject the store and you can definitely go there or have something delivered and I'm still happy to have it in town.

First of all: The sushi is great and I have been a regular customer to this day. Pay cash, tip well. For work reasons, I order online and have it delivered to my home. A few weeks ago I got a call after waiting almost 2 hours and asked if I could pick up my food since they were so busy. I was already slightly pissed off. Today's big hit: I ordered food online almost 4 (!!!) hours ago. Confirmation received. Tried to call there after 90 minutes. Mailbox. No call back. The contact form appears to be deactivated and did not send my question about the order. Another call. No chance. So I'll never order there again and of course I won't recommend it anymore. And there were quite a few! An outrage!

I've been to Japan a lot for work and I know exactly how everything has to be! Unfortunately I can't get there anymore. The sushi was of excellent quality and the ramen was really good too. The pork is not as fatty as in Japan, but suits the German taste better. I still have two points of criticism: the edamame were cooked too long and were too soft and too salted. I know that when you do it yourself, you don't pay attention for a minute and they're too soft. However, in a restaurant kitchen I expect more from this standard item. The Ebi Tempura were frozen goods, tiny compared to the original and that's how they tasted... But at least they were crispy... But they had to have a tempura sauce and not the Chinese sweet sauce with chili in it! Takes getting used to, but okay. I wouldn't order these again, I'm too spoiled. The service was a bit slow when the restaurant was empty, but extremely friendly! I don't need a newfangled atmosphere, what matters to me is the quality of the food. I would be happy to come back and look forward to the excellent sushi.

Delicious and cozy with great service. I haven't eaten anything so nice and relaxed in a long time. It was wonderful outside. Misu soup was fresh. Mango rice for dessert was heavenly and not too much. During my next visit, I waited around 1 hour at the table for the sushi I ordered from the waitress. Lieferando deliveries had priority... quality was only acceptable. Apparently there are 2 chefs with different skills.

We have already ordered and picked up online several times. In the past, deliveries were even made to Usingen, but this always worked. We like the sushi fantastically. The way it is served is very appealing; as we all know, the eye eats with it. We can only recommend the sushi restaurant. 5 stars from us.

I was also told that the sushi is excellent. I also think the prices are completely fair and you get what you pay back.
