Sehr lecker und nett. Preis super, sogar unser Hund 🐕 durfte mit rein.

Wirklich eine schöne Erfahrung und auf jeden Fall eine Fahrt nach Bad Homburg wert. Die Salmon Teriyaki Bowl und die Chicken Teriyaki Bowl waren beide extrem lecker. Das Personal wärt sehr nett und es ist allgemein ein sehr schönes Ambiente. Gerne wieder :)

Das Sushi ist gut, der Service leider nicht auf dem gleichen Niveau. Wir waren bereits häufig dort und hatten bisher nie Probleme – bis gestern. Da ich persönlich keinen Thunfisch esse, habe ich höflich gefragt, ob es möglich wäre, den Thunfisch gegen einen anderen Fisch auszutauschen. In der Vergangenheit hat dies immer problemlos funktioniert. Gestern wurde mein Wunsch jedoch abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass es für die Küche zu aufwendig sei, Sonderwünsche zu berücksichtigen. Ich konnte diese Entscheidung nicht nachvollziehen, da es sich aus meiner Sicht lediglich um eine kleine Anpassung gehandelt hätte und vergleichbare Wünsche in anderen Restaurants üblicherweise problemlos umgesetzt werden. Dies habe ich ruhig und höflich angesprochen. Nach erneuter Rücksprache mit einem anderen Mitarbeiter wurde mir anschließend jedoch mitgeteilt, ich sei „ausgerastet“ und hätte mich respektlos verhalten. Diese Darstellung entspricht nicht meiner Wahrnehmung und ich kann sie nicht nachvollziehen. Ich war zu keinem Zeitpunkt laut, unhöflich oder respektlos. Enttäuschend war daher nicht nur, dass der Wunsch nicht berücksichtigt wurde, sondern vor allem der anschließende Umgang mit mir als Kunde. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kommt dieses Restaurant für uns nicht mehr in Frage. Ich hoffe, dass der Umgang mit Kunden sowie die Flexibilität bei nachvollziehbaren Wünschen künftig noch einmal überdacht werden. Diese Erfahrung werden wir selbstverständlich innerhalb unseres Netzwerks teilen. Reaktion auf die Stellungnahme: Wir haben nach der Erklärung ihrerseits die getroffene Entscheidung selbstverständlich akzeptiert. Wir haben die Bestellung auch genau so hingenommen, wie sie im Menü steht. Deswegen waren wir ja so verwundert, dass man uns, nach Rückfrage mit dem Servicechef mit diesen Worten am Ende des Gespräches beschrieben hat. Am Ende sind es zwei Wahrnehmungen und es ist schade, dass wir als häufige Kunden diese Erfahrung machen mussten.

Ich liebe den Laden sehr! Gefühlt sind wir seit der Eröffnung jedes Wochenende dort. Hier gibt es unserer Meinung nach das beste Sushi im ganzen Umkreis! Frisch, lecker und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist auch top! Am liebsten essen wir die Bento-Boxen - da hat man von allem ein bisschen. Leider muss man aber manchmal mit langen Wartezeiten rechnen. Auch bei Abholungen. Wir durften gestern über 30 Minuten auf unsere Online-Bestellung warten..Das muss echt besser werden! Wenigstens bekamen wir eine Entschuldigung. Und ich vermisse den Thai-Eistee sehr! Der war unheimlich gut!! Dennoch große Empfehlung!

Es überrascht mich, dass dieses Restaurant gute Bewertungen hat. Wir hatten Ramen und Mangoreis. Die Ramen schmeckten überhaupt nicht nach Ramen und wir hatten am nächsten Tag Bauchschmerzen. Der Mangoreis war eine Enttäuschung; wir dachten, es wäre ein Geschenk des Hauses und das eigentliche Dessert käme erst später. Er war buchstäblich so groß wie ein Löffel und enthielt keine Mango (sondern stattdessen eine seltsame Marmelade). Sehr enttäuschend angesichts der guten Bewertungen.

Wir haben da zum ersten Mal bestellt gehabt & sind leider etwas enttäuscht. Die Qualität von den makis waren sehr schlecht. Wir hatten das Gefühl dass sie eine sehr gummiartige Konsistenz hatten. Viel zu wenig wasabi und Ingwer. Nach dem Essen haben wir auch beide Bauchschmerzen und Übelkeit. Kann ich aufjedenfall nicht empfehlen!

Leckeres Sushi. Die Crunshy Sushi sind super lecker. Die Garnelen waren mega. Die Takoyaki fanden wir nicht so gut. Service war sehr aufmerksam. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Abend.

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Es ist klein, aber unglaublich gemütlich und versprüht sofort eine authentische, warme Atmosphäre. Der Service war super freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Essen war schlichtweg fantastisch – alles wirkte extrem frisch und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Besonders die Rahmnudel Gerichte kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Wer authentische japanische Küche in familiärem Ambiente sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Super leckeres Sushi, sehr geschmackvoll angerichtet und Mega nettes Personal

Ich habe das Restaurant mit meiner Familie besucht. Das einzig Positive: Sushi war gut. Allerdings waren das Udon und das Ramen eine komplette Enttäuschung – ehrlich gesagt nicht einmal dann essbar, wenn sie kostenlos wären. Beim Ramen handelte es sich defintiv um Instantnudeln; man konnte die Nudeln erkennen und den typischen Geruch der Instant-Mischung sofort erkennen. So etwas in einem Restaurant als „japanisches Ramen“ zu verkaufen, ist wirklich lächerlich. Wir haben die Bedienung darauf angesprochen. Sie meinte, sie würde es überprüfen, aber eine Rückmeldung haben wir nie erhalten. Insgesamt war der Service „okay“, aber auch nicht mehr. Obwohl es ein Montagabend war, wirkte das Personal völlig überfordert. Wir mussten immer wieder darauf hinweisen, dass etwas fehlte. Ein zusätzlich bestelltes Getränk ist nie angekommen – wurde fairerweise aber auch nicht berechnet. Wenn man dieses Restaurant besucht, sollte man beim Sushi bleiben und jegliche Udon- oder Ramen-Gerichte meiden.

Wir waren hier kurzfristig zum Valentinstag essen und es war eine super Entscheidung. Gemütliches Ambiente in einem historischen Fachwerkhaus. Hauptsächlich auf kleine Gruppen (2er Tische und 4er Tische) ausgelegt und etwas eng bestuhlt. Da wir den Hund dabei hatten wurde uns kurzerhand ein Tisch in einer geeigneten Ecke frei gemacht. Sehr nett! Misosuppe, Wakamesalat, Sashimi, Gunkan... Alles wirklich auf sehr hohem Niveau! Preise dafür angemessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sushis leider sehr groß gerollt. Geschmacklich ok. Service dauerte Abends (19:30) sehr lang. Ambiente ansprechend chick. Bestellung wurde leider nicht richtig aufgenommen. Ein Sushi fehlte und eins hatte fälschlicher Weise doch Gurken drin. Die Bedienung musste das reklamierte Sushi auch erst in der Küche Vorzeigen, bevor es neu gemacht wurde. Zudem waren viele Fruchtfliegen im Restaurant. Alles in Allem eher unterer Durchschnitt, bei eher überdurchschnittlichen Preisen.

The food is okay, but the quality doesn't justify the price. Unfortunately, they have a tough competitor in the neighborhood, Miga Sushi, whose food is simply better. What's really extremely annoying is the place's utter disorganization. It's impossible to reach them by phone—they blame it on problems with their internet provider. Today was their worst day. No one answered the phone again, so we drove there in person to order, only to find a sign saying the place was closed for vacation. Thanks a lot—a note on the answering machine and/or the website really wouldn't be too much to ask, would it? As far as we're concerned, this place is dead to us.

Very good Japanese restaurant in Bad Homburg

I haven't had such delicious sushi in a long time! The portions are fantastic, the selection is fantastic, and the variety is amazing! And the rice-to-filling ratio is perfect. You know what it's like when you only have a ball of rice on your plate, with the fish just swimming past it, but here it's excellent. The service is very attentive, and the food arrived promptly (Monday evening). We will definitely come back and try the omakase (multi-course menu based on the chef's recommendations) :)

We came to eat today, ordered 6 dishes. There were four of us. They brought us one roll and we sat for half an hour looking at it, the four of us, and didn't know what to do. Then they brought us 4 more dishes and took away the cutlery, I thought that you need to eat with your hands. They forgot about the last roll. An hour later we reminded them about it and they brought us another roll 10 minutes later, but not the one we ordered. When we pointed this out, they rolled it up for us in two minutes. But again, they took away my cutlery. Then the waitress came up to me and said, do you need cutlery? Probably the guests in this establishment eat with their hands. The food was delicious, but it was the worst service in my life.

The only thing that could perhaps be improved would be one more restroom. But it really is a fantastic restaurant with superb quality! We'll definitely be back!

Ordered through Lieferheld, two meals, and gyoza. It was supposed to take 30 minutes, but it took over an hour. Even after calling, we still had to wait 15 minutes. Either they specify an hour wait time upon delivery, or they exchange better information. I love Japanese food and sushi. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression.

The worst sushi in all of Europe. The location is ok, the service is ok, but the food is a disaster. When you take the first bite of food you will think it is your last day to live. They also know what food they serve and they did not take my money for it. I wanted to pay he said it was ok and that you should not. Avoid this place!!!!

I'm truly disappointed. There was a dead fly in my food – absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. This should never happen in a restaurant/delivery service. My appetite was completely gone afterward, of course. Even though something like this can happen, I expect at least an apology and professional handling in such a case – both of which unfortunately weren't forthcoming. I sincerely hope that thorough improvements will be made here regarding hygiene and quality control. Unfortunately, this was the last time for me. Never again.

Thank you for the incredibly delicious sushi! The Philadelphia and salmon rolls were particularly delicious – fresh, tender and simply perfect. We were impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the harmonious combination of flavors. A big compliment to the excellent service - the friendly and attentive team made our evening even better. We'll definitely be back!
