To80 Vegan in Köln

Ate from the daily menu, it was extremely tasty. The meat substitute picked us up straight away, I've never eaten such tender Seitan beef strips anywhere and the deep-fried breaded chicken was perfectly crispy. Everything was super fresh, the request to leave out mushrooms was easily fulfilled, really aromatic sauces, very nicely prepared. A normal sized portion for €13 + drink is absolutely worth it. Small bowls cost €6.90 and larger ones cost around €12.90. If I remember correctly, I don't remember how much sushi costs. The waitress was quick and friendly, it was relatively empty in the early afternoon on a weekday. There was chart-sounding music playing and it was nicely decorated.

The MY CAY soup was amazing! The best and spiciest ramen soup I've ever tasted! Plus nice service and a cozy atmosphere! Gladly again!

Just spectacular. Firstly we were welcomed very friendly and seated very fast even though it was Friday night and it was full of people. Then the choice was very big and everything we ordered was prepared perfectly. Very fresh, tasty and very well organised. The service was super fast. The thing that really surprised me was the dessert a sticky rice, banana, peanuts and coconut milk - very light and delicious. I absolutely recommend this place, it is a must visit!

Recommended visit! (with small restrictions) Ambiance is TOP! Furnished with love and a cozy Asian atmosphere is created. I don't know much about Vietnam, but the decoration and the whole ambience seem authentic. Service deserves a special award. Nice, polite and well-groomed appearance. Nothing is better than making a customer feel good. I have! Like the rest of the restaurant, toilets are clean and, like the rest of the shop, lovingly furnished. Top. Eat I got my food quickly. - Kim-Chi (a special salad) was tasty, but definitely seasoned way too European-German. Now that's a matter of taste: I just don't like this style. Not spicy enough, not seasoned enough. - Lunch vegetarian beef with basil: The portion is large and tasty! A matter of taste: far too little seasoning for me! The garlic and spiciness were very German. That was a real shame. -Dessert Black rice with mango/yoghurt. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. Neither the rice nor the sauce tastes good. Relatively bland and no particular taste of the rice or sauces. You can definitely save the €5.50! All in all: -Cleanliness and great service. -Food (according to my taste) is way too bland and boring when it comes to spices. -I can still only recommend a visit because the ambience is great and the food is aimed at a wide range of people. I will definitely come back with friends and try more dishes!

The typical Vietnamese with the typical selection of dishes. It was good, but nothing special. Unfortunately I wasn't 100% happy with the sauce. The service was friendly. We got a table on a Saturday evening even without a reservation.

Super nice and really delicious food! Something different in taste. They bowls are great. The drinks were also delicious and the service was quick and very friendly! The restaurant looks great too! It's a bit old and it's not that comfortable to sit in. It also gets very loud in the back room, but that's actually not that bad. It's definitely worth taking a look there :-)

Large portions for a good price. The sushi was excellent! We would have liked a little more sauce on the bowls, but we were still happy with the food. The service was also very friendly and attentive :)

A great vegan Vietnamese restaurant, centrally located on Rudolfplatz. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the food was exceptional, fresh and incredibly tasty! We tried different dishes and were very impressed with them all! The drinks are also delicious and imaginative! The prices are absolutely ok! We would love to come back!

Very nice restaurant and delicious food! Suchi roll was excellent and freshly made, the bowls the same. Large portions, especially for the small price you have to pay. We only had to pay €65 in total for 2 people, starter, main course, dessert and drinks.

Fantastic restaurant. Delicious dishes. And that too for me, who likes meat. The food tastes very, very good. For newbies: it's best to allow for 2-3 small bowls per person. Or just one small and one large... that's a rough guideline :-) I'll be happy to come back. It was great 😋😋😋😋

Delicious vegan bowls. There are only vegan dishes here, which I really like. The small portion is really small but still fills you up. The cocktails were also very tasty. The service was very motivated and always friendly. The restaurant is cute and authentically decorated. The highlight was the music, which really set the mood.

We had 'Vegan to 80' cater our wedding and were more than satisfied. The food came on time, it was beautifully prepared, the employees were super nice and everyone enjoyed it. Absolutely recommended.

One of my very favorite Japanese restaurants in cologne. Always very friendly staff and super clean. I love the yen Sushi Ramen it’s one of my very favorite dishes. The sushi is also very fresh and delicious. In addition to the great food and nice place, the place is very magical and fantastic decorated. A feeling of Japan in the heart of cologne :) It’s full of interesting Japanese paintings. I love and enjoy going there every time and all my friends are the same opinion as mine :) well done 👍🏼

It's too loud outside on the street to sit comfortably, but inside it's very nicely decorated. The food is okay, but sometimes tastes stuffy, old and not seasoned enough compared to other restaurants with similar dishes

Crazy in 2024 , lunch time restaurant is empty , for to eat they request only payment by cash . It make not sense . No reason for do not accept customers they have not cash but credit cards

Delicious, fresh, vegan food! The restaurant was clean and tidy, the staff was very friendly and also accommodated our requests not to be served nuts.

Very, very tasty food with a large selection. We decided to order 5 starters and share them like tapas. So we were able to try a lot. The dessert (baked banana in a sticky rice coating with peanuts in coconut milk... etc.) is an absolute recommendation. The service was totally on point and super nice and friendly. The food came very quickly, even though the place was full. We were really excited and will definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely evening with you.

I ate there last night because of the many good reviews. But I think it's absolutely mediocre... and honestly even a little below that. There weren't even all the ingredients in the meal. Instead, it was a sticky standard sauce without a great taste and the salad in the bowl consisted of two large leaves on the edge... But: employees were friendly.

Charming restaurant. Super delicious food. Fresh and diverse. There is something for everyone! The restaurant is charmingly decorated and you are immediately noticed and served. The waitress was very friendly. Despite the somewhat remote location, the restaurant was quite busy. The food was absolutely delicious. It is well seasoned. The curry was spicy, but not spicy. In addition, the bowls were filled with a variety of fresh ingredients and every bite was slightly different. My companion doesn't normally like tofu, but since it was fried so lightly and crispy, she liked it. We were well fed. The prices are fair. I would love to come back at any time and ideally try my hand at the menu 😍

We had a very nice visit to this Vietnamese restaurant. Everything was very authentic, there were interesting drinks, cocktails and dishes on the menu that we tried our way through without regretting an order. Super nice experience in the middle of Cologne. Immediately after entering the store you get a wonderful flair of the Vietnamese restaurant. Very pleasantly decorated and well maintained with nice seating and a few things to discover. The menu is tidy and well structured. In terms of content, everything your heart desires at a good price-performance ratio. We really enjoyed the visit and will be happy to come back. Full recommendation.

I came from Berlin to find a good, vegan restaurant and I have to say, I have never been so positively surprised! A super nice, fast and attentive team. Wishes were unconditionally fulfilled! Edit: The operators reacted very quickly to the criticism that they had non-vegan products on their menu and removed them. To80 Vegan therefore receives high praise from me and a clear recommendation 👍👍👍. [This was my previous post: The food was delicious, but the shop is NOT VEGAN despite its own name. They serve coffee with condensed milk and some dishes are labeled with milk as an allergen. As long as it stays that way, our animal rights activist group will definitely not come back again. If you cause unnecessary animal suffering, you can't call yourself vegan.]

As the name states, you can only eat vegan food. I liked that they have large portions and small ones, so you can try two or three dishes per evening. There are no complaints about the staff, service or cleanliness. Separately, as a plus, I would like to note that the room was warm. One of the few restaurants where I didn't freeze.

The food and the atmosphere was good. Only downside was the service. It was kinda crowded so it was hard to get waitress' attention. But other things were perfect. Recommended

I wanted to become a customer here on July 8, 2023. But it didn't work because I was turned away at the door because I didn't have any cash with me. A week ago, legal action was taken against my original review and it was removed. The lack of card payment options in 2023 or 2024 is a poor service, which entitles me to rate this one with one star. Food was ok, unfortunately nothing more. And more to the level that you can cook it at home with roughly the same quality. The sushi was delicious and we would probably be happier if we had just eaten that. The starters are a bit expensive for the quantity/quality. The service was nice. The toilets were mediocre to poor. There were cobwebs hanging on the ceilings, there was a strange smell and the woman wanted as little contact as possible with the toilet seat. The ambience/interior design is ok, but it also seemed a bit dingy and as if there hadn't been a thorough cleaning in a while. We probably won't eat there again.

Very nice, cozy, lovingly furnished rooms (including the toilet). The food is fresh and delicious. If you have any dietary restrictions, simply inform the staff. The service staff is very friendly and accommodating. Leftovers can be packed to take away. Price performance is great! Thanks see you next time.

I don't quite understand the extremely positive reviews. The air was musty, no card payments, cards adjusted with Edding. Sushi was very good, the rest was average. Service was very hectic. Wouldn't come back.

Very nice looking restaurant with a kind waitress and fast service. However, the daily special of the pho with vegan chicken was more than disappointing. Flavorless, vegetables were just boiled and without seasoning, noodles were incredibly bland. Broth was murky and just tasted like stock cube. Very disappointed since I was looking for a hearty soup to pick me up on a cold day. I did get a free appetizer which I appreciated. I hope I was just there on a bad day.

Went there for the first time and weren't disappointed. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, delicious food. Music weighs you down a bit over time, a few happier sounds would improve the mood. Caution: Mochis are served warm. So if you expect ice cream, you will be disappointed. A few dishes that are still listed online are no longer available on the local menu. All in all, we will definitely come back again!

The ambience is great. It's fresh ingredients and genuinely friendly service. Unfortunately I didn't like the food at all, but that's due to my taste and not the restaurant. The price performance is great and everything looks fantastic.

My best friend and I ate here for the first time today with her 2 year old son. We felt very comfortable, the food was really tasty and the waitress was super nice! When the little one hurt himself, the waitress brought him sweets and quickly calmed him down. Great service!

Super Essen, 5 Sterne, kommt schnelle, schmeckt super. Ich gehe hier seit einem Jahr essen. Seit acht Monaten ist allerdings eines von zwei Pissoirs im Herrenklo defekt. Seit nun sechs Monaten frage ich die Angestellten (weil es oben im Restaurant stinkt wie sau), ob es denn in ganz Köln einen einzigen Betrieb gibt, der das reparieren könnte. Mit einem freundlichen Lächeln löst sich das Problem nicht. Vielleicht tut es eine Google Bewertung. Also lieber Leser, super Essen, aber dieser Geruch, ab der Tür und im Restaurant, nach Monaten, sind absolut unerträglich.

Super Auswahl, alles mega lecker und für jeden was dabei!

Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist großartig und der Geschmack hervorragend. Auch die Präsentation ist klasse, sodass wir nicht nur wegen des Geschmacks gerne hier immerwieder essen möchten. Ein kleiner Plausch mit der Inhaberin war sehr angenehm und hat uns das Leben in Vietnam ein kleines bißchen näher gebracht.

Uodate Dezember 2024: ACHTUNG!!! Keine Kartenzahlung mehr möglich!!! Im Jahr 2023 nicht zeitgemäß. Was soll das? Auch sind die Speisen nicht mehr ganz so gut, am Gemüse wird leider gespart. Sommer 2022: Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir waren 4 Personen und haben uns quer durch die abwechslungsreiche Karte bestellt - bisschen Suhi, kleine Bowls jeder noch eine große Bowl. Alle Speisen waren liebevoll auf schönen Tellern/Schalen angerichtet und sehr köstlich! Die Karte bietet eine super Auswahl an bekannten Speisen und neuen Kreationen. Favorit: Ca Bung! Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Kartenzahlung möglich.
