Das Essen ist perfekt auf den vietnamesischen Geschmack abgestimmt. Ich liebe dieses Restaurant! Die Bedienung ist schnell, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist köstlich und die Atmosphäre hat einen schönen europäisch-asiatischen Stil. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Essen war lecker! Ich habe gar nicht selbst in die Speisekarte geschaut, da meine Freundin alles für uns bestellen wollte :) Es war jedenfalls mein erstes Mal vietnamesisch und ich fand es gut :)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend im Ngon Ngon , das Restaurant ist modern eingerichtet hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir aßen mehrere Vorspeise und zwei Hauptspeise, alles war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Ganz besonders der Tee Zen Garden war der Hammer. Wir waren begeistert von dem Aben und werden wiederkommen.

Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend und authentisch vietnamesisch. Ein großes Lob geht an Thuong, unsere Kellnerin. Sie ist super freundlich und hat uns den Abend mit ihrer herzlichen Art noch schöner gemacht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr leckeres Essen, auf jeden Fall ein Besuch Wert. Wenn man in den Laden kommt, könnte man denken, man ist gerade in Vietnam, sehr authentische Dekoration. Sind von Düsseldorf extra gekommen um dort zu essen und werden in Zukunft öfter dort essen. Macht weiter so!

Wir waren mit dem Essen super zufrieden.... die Ambiente macht das Experience noch besser, als ob man in Vietnam wäre. Ich würde definitiv nochmal zurückkommen.

Wir sind hierher gegangen, weil es veganes Essen anbietet. Die Speisekarte wirkte authentischer, da sie ungewöhnliche Gerichte enthielt, die wahrscheinlich nicht auf westliche Gäste zugeschnitten sind. Das Lokal hatte kein richtiges Ambiente. Es war kalt, dunkel, leer und hatte kein erkennbares Konzept. Der Kellner war sehr langsam und reagierte kaum. Positiv war seine Freundlichkeit, aber er hatte Schwierigkeiten, sich mit seinem gebrochenen Deutsch zu verständigen, was zu Verwirrung bei der Bestellung führte. Das Essen war durchwachsen. Die Vorspeisen waren durchschnittlich oder nicht besonders schmackhaft, und die Portionen waren für den Preis klein. Das Hauptgericht mit Erdnusssauce und Garnelen war zwar lecker, aber nichts Besonderes. Da ich westliche Essgewohnheiten habe, bevorzuge ich die beiden anderen vietnamesischen Restaurants, die deutlich besser besucht sind. Eines befindet sich gegenüber, das andere direkt daneben. Beide bieten die gleichen Gerichte an, die ich gegessen habe, jedoch besser zubereitet und in einem viel angenehmeren, gemütlicheren Ambiente. Wer aber Gerichte mit Kutteln oder Hühnerfüßen sucht, ist hier vielleicht richtig.

Das Essen und die Getränke waren ungenießbar. Das Restaurant sollte nicht so viel Werbung machen, sondern sich lieber auf die Verbesserung des Essens und des Personals konzentrieren. Eine wirklich schreckliche Erfahrung.

Wir haben via Uber Eats bestellt. Das Essen kam nach knapp 2 1/2 Stunden an. Kalt! Somit leider eine absolut schlechte Erfahrung und wir würden nicht wider bestellen. Die Qualität des Essens konnten wir leider nicht bewerten. Knapp 20€ für eine Pho sind definitiv überdurchschnittlich teuer. Der Service des Personals, mit welchem wir 4 mal telefoniert haben, war unfassbar schlecht.

Essen: Das Wichtigste zuerst. Ich hatte Nummer 85, Bun Thit Nuong für zwei Personen. Es war unglaublich lecker, besonders die Fischsauce. Alles auf dem Teller war so lecker, wie es aussah. Ehrlich gesagt hätte ich den ganzen Teller alleine verputzen können (ich war wirklich hungrig). Die Bedienung war sehr ruhig und freundlich. Und die Atmosphäre war fantastisch. Es hat mich total in die vietnamesische Zeit der 70er Jahre zurückversetzt. Es gab so viele liebevolle Details. Es war auch nicht überfüllt, was mir persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat. Dieses Restaurant verdient mehr Aufmerksamkeit!

Das Bánh mì hier ist wirklich hervorragend: außen schön knusprig, innen weich und luftig. Der Geschmack ist perfekt abgestimmt, nicht zu stark und sehr angenehm. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung – ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ich war schon mehrfach bei Ngon Ngon 1970, sowohl zum Essen vor Ort als auch zum Abholen, und bin jedes Mal rundum zufrieden. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist angenehm und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und zuverlässig und bisher hatte ich immer einen Tisch, selbst zu Stoßzeiten. Das Essen ist frisch, lecker und authentisch zubereitet – die Gerichte kommen zudem schnell auf den Tisch, was besonders praktisch ist. Absolut empfehlenswert, ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

A very underrated restaurant. We've been there twice now. Every dish we had was absolutely delicious. The tea is also highly recommended, and the staff is incredibly polite and friendly. Prices are very fair too. Highly recommended!!

Ngon Ngon is definitely worth a visit. The decor and furnishings are reminiscent of small alleyways in Vietnam—a bit kitschy, but authentic. We were especially blown away by the vegan tuna and shrimp. The taste was fantastic; I really felt like I was eating shrimp. The texture was also spot on. Overall, we found all the dishes quite authentic, and whether vegan or pescatarian, everyone was satisfied. We also thought the portions were absolutely fair in relation to the price. The staff was polite and efficient.

We were not satisfied with the staff's attitude. What happens when there are four people but only one meal? We ordered grilled meat noodles for four, but when we brought it, it was only for three. We had to ask the staff twice. And then they just brought out more barbecue and spring rolls. It's really not worth it for four people. I'll never come back :))

The food was delicious, nothing to complain about! They also have another menu with authentic Vietnamese dishes. It's not always available, though, and it's in Vietnamese.

The food is incredibly fresh and delicious. I can't even put into words how good this restaurant is. The waiter is also super nice. I would love to come more often, but I live 5 hours away :(

The server was really super nice, and the fried chicken wings were delicious. The Vietnamese coffee was also one of the best I've had. Unfortunately, the Vietnamese platter with offal was very expensive and simply not up to the quality you'd expect. The banh mi was good in itself, too. But for the size and amount of filling, 9x is simply too much. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio here isn't quite right for me. But tastes differ. You really have to choose the right dish here, and then you'll be happy.

Today I happened to pass by and saw the restaurant was crowded so I stopped by to try it, it turned out to be a great choice! The space has a comfortable, familiar feeling, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is authentically home-style, just like my mother's cooking :)) The drinks are quite good, the price is mid-range compared to me Give it a light 9/10 and will definitely come back!

Compared with several nearby Vietnamese restaurants, the taste is better and less salty, which is more suitable for Taiwanese tastes. The main dishes are really big. You can eat as much as you want.

I ordered via Uber Eats and was supposed to receive the following: - Pork sandwich - Some kind of spring rolls (I was supposed to get 12 in total instead of 6 because there was a promotion) But I only got 6 of the rolls. The little delivery guy said something about "confirming on your phone." I had no idea what he meant. I handed him my phone, he made 2-3 finger gestures, and that was it. It wasn't until later that I realized he had given himself a good review, even though they weren't honoring the Uber Eats 2-for-1 promotion. He was probably afraid I'd notice. Since the little guy took away this option from me, I'm writing a review here. Incredibly cheeky! I really hope he stubbed his toe this morning. I've never been so ripped off with deliveries. What I have to admit is that the food was really delicious.

We ordered via Uber Eats. The stated delivery time was 20 minutes. After an hour and a half, I tried calling the restaurant. After more than 15 attempts in 20 minutes, I finally got someone on the phone. They told me it would take another 20 minutes. That, of course, wasn't true. Unfortunately, further phone calls didn't help either, as no questions were answered. After almost 2 and a half hours, we finally received our order... What terrible customer service!! I strongly advise anyone not to order from this restaurant.

Very disappointing... We ordered food and unfortunately received the wrong order. I don't eat meat, only seafood, so I ordered a dish with shrimp – but I received a meat dish. I immediately called to report the error and request the correct dish. I was even willing to pick it up myself, but they simply told me that wasn't possible. The reason given was that the chef didn't speak German. That's not an acceptable reason for me – in the end, I didn't have anything to eat, even though I had paid. Very disappointing and absolutely not customer-friendly service.

Ngon Ngon is always worth a visit. A good atmosphere, reminiscent of the small alleys in Vietnam. The light in the capital, Hanoi, is also known as the "Quarter of 36 Alleys." Great food, beautifully presented. The price is right – two starters and one main course each = filling. For two people, including drinks, €60 is perfectly acceptable!

We came here spontaneously because it looked very nice. The ambience was great, the service was friendly and the drinks and appetizers were delicious. However, the main course wasn't that tasty, my curry was very fart and we didn't like the vegan duck at all. Additionally, unfortunately, three out of four people experience stomach pain and nausea next door. It's a shame because it was actually a great location and great service.

Completely raw food. Ancient tofu. In the picture of the frass there is supposed to be something with peanut sauce. But it's not. All that dirt has never seen a wok. The shittiest food I've seen in Cologne in the last 5 years. Straight for the trash can. Absolute warning!

The restaurant is nicely presented and is reminiscent of a Vietnamese street food scene. Unfortunately the food was bland, but looked good. The service was friendly, but unfortunately didn't understand German well enough to answer my questions about the dishes. Maybe next time it will be better.

There were three of us there and I already knew the restaurant. Again I wasn't disappointed, we love the ambience and the service was really friendly. The food is absolutely authentic and there are also a large number of vegetarian and even vegan alternatives. All dishes were super fresh and aromatic. The interior design is based on a street food scene in Vietnam. We were here with 3 generations from 5 - 62 years. The 2 students in their 20s are both vegan. Everyone meets their own taste here. Super tasty Vietnamese tapas or complete meals. Even the drinks are lovingly prepared. The service is perfect, friendly and fond of children. We would be happy to come here again.

The food is delicious, there are beautiful and super friendly staff, unfortunately there is no old vermicelli with tofu and shrimp paste anymore, the rest of the dishes are delicious, the price is okay, I think I give it 0 points, but there is no point to criticize. :)) The restaurant has beautiful decor, good music, near the pier so it's easy to get around. Ordered from Uber Eats and it was a huge failure. The spring rolls were fried to death and just tasted greasy. The main course was watery and had little flavor, except a bit spicy, nothing of cinnamon and anise. No fresh spices or toppings. Peanuts, basil and lemongrass were missing. Mushy rice. With the Mango Sticky Rice I had unripe, green mangoes and the dessert was the best part of the carelessly cooked meal. It's a shame, I would have expected more.

The restaurant is delicious, 9.5/10 points. Standard Vietnamese taste. Standard Northern pho, although the flavor lacks depth. Coffee and pate bread are delicious. Cheapest price among Vietnamese restaurants I've ever eaten at. The space is spacious and the staff is friendly. Payment has girocard swiping function. Mastercard has not. For me, this is also a plus point because many shops ask me to pay Bargeld.

Angry Bird with red curry and chicken was delicious. Tapas mix for two was disgusting. Overall, the quality of food is questionable. Looks like they freeze the products, so they are not perfectly fresh.

My family booked a table in advance and went to the restaurant on Friday night. The restaurant was quite crowded but the space was still spacious enough. I ordered a portion of blood sausage, la Vong fish cake, snails with tamarind sauce and 1 mango salad to quench my boredom, plus 1 fried spring roll, chicken wings for the kids. Quite impressed with the restaurant's La Vong fish cake, which is very flavorful and also quite unique, the sausage and snail dishes are okay and ok to eat. As for the two dishes for children, I found that my children quite liked the chicken wings and fried spring rolls. I tried them and found nothing special. To summarize the meal for the whole family, I find the price quite reasonable with the space and quality of food provided. Hope the restaurant can maintain the quality of food and service, and will come back to experience it again.

Last Saturday, I booked a table at the restaurant to gather for a meal with my family. Before that, I also saw a few bad reviews about the restaurant, but the food is different for everyone, so I still decided to choose the restaurant to experience it. . First of all, the restaurant space is decorated quite eye-catching and clean, the staff that day my family came to visit and take care of the guests very well. My family ordered 2 special large hot pot sets for a total of 10 adults and 3 children, added 3 extra plates to eat (shrimp, beef) and also ordered fried chicken wings, fried rice and stir-fried noodles with beef and mustard greens. you guys.
My family was all very satisfied and pleased with the hot pot meal that day. There was nothing to complain about the fragrant, sour and spicy hot pot dipped in meat, vegetables and fresh seafood (I have included photos below). My family has a pretty strong appetite, so we order an extra plate of dip. If we have less appetite, just the food in the set is enough because the plate of dip in the set is actually super big and full. As for the extra dishes for the kids, the fried rice is fragrant and crispy, the fried noodles are chewy and chewy with beef, which the kids really like, and the chicken wings are probably a little too fried, which I also gave the restaurant some feedback at the end of the meal ( I don't have any pictures because the kids were a bit hungry so I didn't have time to take a picture until the food was served.) I found the restaurant when I had the opportunity to visit Cologne with my friends. The restaurant space is quite eye-catching and spacious, the food is beautifully decorated and quite suitable to my taste. If I have the opportunity, I will come back to eat again.

I was invited by a friend to eat at the restaurant. First of all, I have to say that the restaurant space looks quite nice and cozy. Our group ordered 1 hot pot and a few additional side dishes, but the most impressive thing was still the special hot pot with a deliciously seasoned broth and a plate of mixed tripe that was clean and not smelly, but the dish was still delicious. Again, I think it's okay and beautifully decorated. I'll come back to try other dishes.

I had the Green Lake vegan dish with “chicken”. It was super tasty. The service was very attentive and super friendly. The service was quick and tidy. The ambience matches the name. The walls are decorated in sections like different storefronts.
