Very tasty food, friendly staff. The burger is highly recommended.

The value for money is absolutely terrible. The room was tiny, with no special extras, and the bathroom was just as tiny. There was black mold on the shower grout, the shower had a curtain, and the water drained very slowly. The breakfast was nothing special; everything came from the fresh produce section, and a lot of it came in tiny packages. On top of that, we had to pay €10 per dog per night. For what?! For tap water? €450 for 3 days is too much; the Steigenberger was actually cheaper...

This was my first time here. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service staff was friendly. My pinsa was okay. The price-performance ratio is on the higher side. I'll come again.

The food was great, but the delivery time was outrageous. We were told on the phone that delivery would take 45-60 minutes, but after 90 minutes we called to check on the status and were told, "We're leaving soon..." Not even a word of apology or anything. That's really unacceptable.
