I am speechless by this wonderful restaurant. The staff, the ambience and the top quality of the food...more than a 1 with tons of stars. It's definitely worth taking a look here. It's so cozy, you don't want to leave 😌 pleasant music, the service is really great. I'll definitely come back often with my family 🙏🏻🫶🏻. Thanks alot

I was in Neuss for professional training. Accommodation in this hotel was booked through our company. The room and especially the bathroom were in dire need of renovation. Breakfast would only have been possible from 8 a.m., which was impossible in my time frame, so without going to training. The access to the hotel via the beer garden is so poorly lit that there was a risk of accidentally stumbling. All in all: Never again in this "hotel", absolutely not recommended. You should have read the reviews beforehand. Even one star is too much here at €139.50 per night.

Christmas 2023 How lucky we were with our Christmas dinner! We got an appointment at short notice, the food was amazing! The price of starter soup, The main course and dessert were absolutely justified and the portions were generous. The service was very attentive and friendly, the ambience was tasteful. Thank you for relaxing hours. Addendum Christmas 2024: Again nothing was missing. We can only recommend the Zons ferry house! 🤩

The rooms are tidy and well equipped. The food (menu) at Christmas was very good!!!! 😋 The only downer: the bakery opposite was closed and so there was no breakfast or NO COFFEE!! 😵‍💫 Otherwise, happy again

Super tasty kebab! Very fresh salad, delicious sauce. Fries in a very large portion. Recommended without exception!
