Time For Sushi in Stuttgart

In my opinion, the taste of the sushi is in the upper league. The prices are accordingly - but there are also fresh ingredients and delicious sushi. We have never been guests in the restaurant and have only ever had it delivered or pre-ordered the sushi and picked it up ourselves. On Saturday evenings it can take 2 hours for the food to arrive. Complaints are processed and delivered quickly. The staff on the phone has always been friendly. However, the staff on site were incredibly unfriendly on my last visit - they neither greeted nor said goodbye; you feel like you are more or less ignored.

I ordered from Lieferando. Unfortunately, it wasn't really good sushi - we didn't eat a lot of it...

The fish is not fresh, the rice is dry.

We waited 2 hours for delivery (even though it was stated 30-50 minutes) There wasn't even an apology or a price concession on the phone. The quality was so-so. The fried ones were very pale of course cold.

5 stars The best sushi I've had in a long time! Super fresh, deliciously prepared and lovingly packaged. I was particularly happy about the little extra – I even got mochi received as a gift! Really sweet and thoughtful, thank you for that! I'll definitely order again.

The sushi used to be good, but now I have to say that it's really bad. My friend and I left more than half. The fried “crunchy” sushi was already completely soaked and had hardly any filling, far too much rice. The chicken didn't taste good either. Unfortunately very disappointed the last few times.

Delivery took well over two hours. It's impossible to inquire over the phone because calls are simply ignored. No matter how often you call or how long you let the phone ring, this is simply unacceptable. The quality of the food was rather subpar. The crunchy rolls, for example, had completely fallen apart and you could practically only eat them with a spoon. Not again. There are plenty of alternatives that deliver much faster, taste better, and are cheaper.

Solid, delicious sushi. I've ordered from here several times and have always been satisfied. The delivery drivers are friendly, and delivery is usually prompt if you order directly from them. Delivery via third-party providers is a bit difficult during peak times.

We ordered via Lieferando. Unfortunately it really didn't taste particularly good and didn't taste fresh at all. Especially not the fish. And that's one of the most important things about sushi. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. :(

Waiting time too long! Aimed at 60 minutes, still no food after two hours!

We ordered via Uber Eats, we should have gotten €10 off. This was not deposited but simply debited more. The “Ebi Tempura” prawns were really a joke, they were prawns again and not Ebi tempura. It wasn't the driver's fault at that point, his shift only started there, but it's just not possible for us to wait 2 hours for sushi. When we canceled it, nothing was refunded, it was delivered and we had to pay in cash. So that long for a 15 minute route? I don't understand. I'm really disappointed, we don't order there anymore. “Sake sashimi” means sashimi salmon, why do we always get a bowl instead??? It's a shame - a refund would be the least. The restaurant could not be reached by phone either

Order never arrived, money hasn't been refunded yet and no one answers the phone. I've called over 10 times and no one answers. On ubereats it says that the order arrived at 12:51, but it is now 10:30 in the morning. If a store lets something like that get away with this, everyone there should lose their job and starve like I did yesterday. You have to put your trust in this shop and not trust it. 1 star is still too much

We ordered for the first time on Sunday and the delivery came after about 1:20h. The food was delicious, although part of the order was missing, but then the driver left again. No response to phone or email. Apparently you have to check every order now, very annoying..

Disastrous service. I ordered from Lieferando and they said the food would be there in 50 minutes. We ended up waiting for 2 hours and after I called and asked about my food, I was bullied on the phone as to why I would complain that it was “only” 1.5 hours and the driver would be right there. The driver finally arrived after another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I waited for 2 hours and were treated disrespectfully on the phone

We ordered food via Lieferando. Despite the stated delivery time of 45-60 minutes, we had to wait almost 2 hours for the food. When we called, we were told that the driver was on the way and would arrive in 12 minutes. In fact, the food didn't come until about 40 minutes later. Further calls were ignored by the restaurant. Unfortunately delivery is not recommended. Sushi is okay, but nothing special.

Went to “time for sushi” for the first time today. The two of us ordered a vegetarian platter with maki, etc., edamame and vegetarian, fried rolls. All in all, good all around and highly recommended!

Waited 2.5 hours and forgot half of it

I've ordered there a few times and it always came very late but the food was always very tasty. Unfortunately, it happened that the food didn't come at all. Good taste is no longer of any use. Maybe good for eating on site but never have it delivered. Most unreliable delivery service I've ever experienced and that's why I won't be ordering from them again.

The sashimi was incorrectly cut and not of good quality. And we waited 1:20 hours for that. Really not recommended.

Waited almost 2 hours for my food to arrive. Spring rolls were cold! Everything was cold... very disappointing despite calling after more than an hour, the lady said it would come after 12-15 minutes. The food came over half an hour later. Paid 46 euros and what we got, unfortunately it didn't taste good. We are very disappointed. Quality is out of place here.

I ordered collection by phone on November 30th at 9:20 p.m. Since it was very tight, I had to take a car2go. When I arrived at the restaurant (9:50 p.m.), I was looked at questioningly until an employee said to me, oh sorry, the kitchen is already closed. That was SOOOO annoying. I took a car for free and rushed so that no one would call me and then I would be left without food. The "apology" was also very sobering... I was just thinking about ordering something again because the food is actually good, but thanks to the experience I decided not to I'd rather...not be left in vain again.

Super delicious sushi! But the long delivery time was almost an imposition. Instead of the announced 40 minutes, it took 2 hours. That was really a shame! We asked several times by phone and were always informed in a friendly manner about the status of the delivery. The food was really good and left us reconciled at the end.

I ordered from this restaurant today via Ubereats, according to the app, the delivery was supposed to come from the restaurant itself and after ordering it would be there 1 and a half hours later. When the time came and the food wasn't there yet, I called the restaurant directly and the woman on the phone assured me Very unfriendly to me that the food arrived within 10 minutes. After another 50 minutes of waiting, we called again and made the same phone call saying the food would be with us in 10 minutes. That wasn't the case again. After calling again and asking to cancel the order and send the money back (since it was paid with Paypal), the woman on the phone was very unfriendly and abusive and explicitly asked again to send the money back and to cancel the order she simply hung up without an apology Help. Very cheeky. Called again several times and was no longer picked up. Absolutely not recommended!!! If I could give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible.

I had the food delivered. I ordered it the day before and it was delivered on time. The food came very nicely packaged and with a pair of chopsticks. The summer roll with shrimp was delicious. Recommended for anyone who wants some greens with their food. The freebie (fried salmon roll) was special and also very tasty. The sushi selection contained plenty of wasabi, ginger and soy sauce. The sushi tasted like sushi is supposed to taste. Overall, highly recommended.

After my last order on November 14th. I had to share my thoughts and opinions here. First of all, the food tastes okay. The fish is fresh. However, I think the quality has deteriorated a lot compared to 2-3 years ago. I also think it's cool that you get a free Crunchy Roll with your order on the site. So much for the positive. The delivery was a complete disaster. The last 3 times I ordered there, the food didn't arrive until 1:30 to 2 hours after ordering and I live 16 minutes away from the store. After a call asking where the food was, they said that the drivers were having problems and they were stuck in a traffic jam. At 8 p.m. Within Stuttgart. Do two people make deliveries throughout Stuttgart? Oh well. Accordingly, the food was cold, soggy and had a rubbery consistency. Especially the spring rolls and the ebi tempura. The crunchy rolls weren't even cut properly and were still half hanging together. The entire sushi had fallen apart. The whole thing was swept under the table over the phone as if it were nothing. However, it looks like I'm not the only one who finds the waiting times getting on their nerves. There were no napkins & ONE small soy sauce bowl for 5 sushi boxes ;) Really a shame. I used to really enjoy ordering from you because I thought the price-performance ratio was pretty good, but now I would really advise against Time for Sushi. Maybe new owner, no idea - but you really won't find any fans that way.

My friends and I only eat sushi here. Never been disappointed. Always very fresh and delicious. Prices are completely acceptable considering that it is much more expensive in the city. Best store in all of Stuttgart for delivery and on site. We like to eat there every now and then, but there is one thing. It would be nice if the drinks were filled to 0.4l and not 0.2l. The drinks are way too expensive for such a small quantity. Please sell larger drinks in the future.

I ordered via Lieferando. I'm amazed at how delicious this is. 10/10 😍 I also called and asked if the meat was halal, and it is halal. Can only recommend it, especially the price-performance ratio is simply great

We have ordered several times from the new branch in Remseck-Hochberg and were very satisfied. Quality and taste are very good, delivery was on time. Very friendly service. Last time a product was forgotten and was delivered within a very short time. Our guests were thrilled.

We ordered a family set of rolls. The sushi was a bit dry, but overall 50/50, not bad. We did home delivery, the only thing was that we had to wait a long time, an hour and a half.

It's such a disgrace! You always wait so long for your order, but today the bird was completely shot. I ordered around 6:30 p.m. The food was supposed to be there an hour later, but it didn't come. I then called the site twice, half an hour apart, and we were always told that there was a lot going on and that it was coming. Now 4 hours have passed, no food in sight. The shop has been closed since 10 p.m. and no one can be reached anymore. No food anywhere. This is really outrageous and so damn annoying!!!!!!

We ordered via Lieferando and received our food differently than ordered. When we asked, we were told that the actual order of the salmon tartare was simply made as a salmon taco. The tuna tartare consisted of 2 small pieces and otherwise just lettuce and a little avocado. The dessert of sesame balls was not even fully prepared. We won't be ordering here anymore because we paid €25 per person.

I can't say anything about the premises on site. Deswgen 3 stars. I ordered sushi on a Sunday afternoon for €50 and I really enjoyed it. Delivery time was said to be 30-40 minutes and that was also the case.

I really enjoyed ordering there during Corona, but unfortunately the quality has declined significantly, especially in the last few months. The rolls were smaller, some of them didn't hold together and there was only some fish in the ends. Unfortunately I also got a slight upset stomach right after eating. I specifically asked to leave out the ginger and wasabi, but unfortunately this was not followed... So the rolls tasted appropriate next to the ginger... since I don't like the taste of ginger, it was really bad. If you already have a box with ordering instructions (or something similar), please read and follow it too! In addition, the meal didn't take 60 minutes as stated, but 80-90 minutes. For me it was the last time I ordered here.

We ordered 3 sushi rolls and a bowl. There was enough ginger and soy sauce for one roll. Some sushi were too small or covered with rice on almost all sides (5 out of 6 sides), although the pictures in the restaurant do not show this

I ordered sushi and waited almost two hours for my food. Several calls went unanswered, so I didn't know if my food would even arrive. Because I was hungry, I ordered a burger, but the sushi delivery guy still came. Luckily I was able to cancel the burgers. Coming two hours later and not even calling back is really rude. Next time I will definitely order somewhere else.

No sign of friendly customer service… The food was supposed to be delivered between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. At 8 p.m. it still wasn't there!!! I contacted the restaurant several times, but was always fobbed off with cheap excuses... There was no apology or anything similar in any of the phone calls!!! The employee was just annoyed on the phone and unfriendly... Absolutely no recommendation!!! We will NEVER order from this shed again!!! An absolute disgrace!!!

This shop is a disaster. After two hours it delivers 30 degree hot fish which is absolutely unacceptable and I've never heard of a cold chain. Not to mention the unfriendly customer service. The owner refuses to refund the amount due to the total failure of his business. Stay away from dubious supplier with high risk of food poisoning.

It has diminished very very very much, the owner used to be always there, everything was juicy with lots of sauce and everything. I'd rather pay more and enjoy it. Today I was there again and got some fried sushi. The oil was so old that you could taste it.

A very great restaurant with very great employees :) I can't understand the negative reviews at all... Everything was perfect, thanks for the great food, I'll be happy to visit the shop again and again! PS: If you are intolerant towards people who still have problems with the language, you shouldn't eat dishes that have nothing to do with your own culture (small note to B.'s racist review) ... just saying 🎀
