The mandu in the soup were still frozen, and the noodles in the soup were too hard and stuck together. The miso soup was oversalted. The service was friendly and they rectified the situation when we asked. However, we still had to wait quite a while before we could order. The ambiance is nice.

The driver was very nice (the woman on the phone was very rude), but the food was a disaster. We ordered from here a second time and were disappointed both times. The sushi was bland, fell apart, and our shrimp were extremely mushy. On top of that, the taste was nonexistent. We have never eaten such bad sushi!

We (a group of five) waited 20 minutes before the server even came, and then we had to wait a total of one hour for our drinks and food. And the restaurant was almost empty; there were only two other guests. The appetizer didn't arrive at the beginning, but long after we had already received our main courses. Furthermore, the sushi platters didn't arrive at the same time, but one after the other, so some of us waited much longer for our food while others had already finished their main courses. On top of that, the owner's child ran screaming through the restaurant the whole time, switching the lights on and off. The entire restaurant smelled of chlorine and was quite cold. At least the food was tasty, and they accidentally gave us an extra bowl of edamame. Still, I wouldn't recommend it, even if they offered a free dessert for the review.

It was very disappointing! We (5 people) had to wait a full half hour before the server came. Then we waited another 60 minutes for our order to arrive. Even the drinks took ages to arrive. Then the main courses arrived even though our appetizers hadn't even arrived yet. They only came after most of us had already finished our main courses. Furthermore, the main courses arrived at very staggered intervals, so some people had to wait even longer for their food while others had already finished eating. The drinks were also very small. At least we received a free dessert for the review, which was very tasty. The food was at least good! Besides us, there were only two other guests in the restaurant. The owner's child ran around the restaurant screaming the whole time, turning the lights on and off. And it was very cold in the restaurant. All in all, the food was good, but not worth it considering the long wait and the freezing temperatures. Not recommended!

The order arrived 1.5 hours late and in such a state... When I called the restaurant, some guy lied to me, saying it would only take 10 minutes. It was another hour. Soy sauce had leaked out and all the boxes were soaked. Very disappointing. 2 stars because at least something edible arrived.

I've ordered from here several times before and generally really like the sushi. Unfortunately, these delivery problems aren't the first time I've experienced them. 7:15 PM: Order placed. Estimated delivery time: 7:55 PM–8:15 PM. 8:07 PM: First call to the restaurant. They stated that the delivery times displayed on Uber Eats are generally too optimistic and aren't adhered to internally. 8:47 PM: Second call. They said the driver was on his way. 9:06 PM: Third call. During the call, they called the driver. 9:19 PM: No callback, still no clear information. 9:25 PM: Food arrives – cold. Over two hours of waiting, conflicting information, no feedback, and ultimately cold food are unacceptable – especially when this isn't an isolated incident. It's a real shame, because the sushi itself is good. Under these circumstances, I will unfortunately have to order from elsewhere in the future.

I ordered from this restaurant via Lieferando and am very disappointed. Of the two "Time Roll Shrimp" meals I ordered, only one was delivered, even though I was charged for both. The delivery driver left immediately, so I couldn't resolve the issue right away. On top of that, I had to wait 80 minutes for the delivery. When the food finally arrived, the sushi was cold and of poor quality. Shortly afterward, I received a call from the restaurant, and they even accused me of having already eaten the second meal. No solution was offered – in my opinion, this is a very unprofessional way of handling complaints. Overall, the experience was disappointing: long wait, incomplete delivery, poor quality, and no customer service. 🤫🤫🤫🤫

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with my Lieferando order. Although I ordered and paid for the "Time Roll Shrimp" meal twice, only one meal was delivered. The wait was a full 80 minutes, and the sushi was already cold and didn't taste very good. The restaurant then called me and accused me of eating the missing meal. No clarification or compensation was offered. Very disappointing – both the service and the quality. 😑😑😑

Delivery took twice as long as stated (120 minutes instead of 59). There was no information about whether it would arrive or if it was delayed. The driver was offended that he didn't receive a tip. The sushi in the boxes looked like it had been shaken up. Many rolls had come apart. When we called to inform them, the restaurant quickly became abusive and advised us not to order from them again. Apparently, the messy condition of the sushi is normal for them. There was no apology, and they canceled the order on Lieferando, so we couldn't leave a review there. We would give zero stars if we could.

We were there in November. It was terribly cold in the restaurant. That's probably why we were the only guests. The food was okay. The service was good. The problem was that there was no beer, wine, coffee, or tea. Only lemonade or sparkling water.

By far the worst delivery service I've ever experienced. We ordered sushi today at 4 PM and waited two hours for the food. Then we called to complain about the delay. We were told the driver would arrive in 30 minutes. After waiting another 45 minutes, we'd had enough and called to cancel the order. Then they said the driver would be here in five minutes. Again, we let them talk us into it, and the driver simply didn't show up. After a total of three hours, my wife received a WhatsApp message saying the delivery was canceled. I've never experienced anything so underhanded and outrageous. How can a place like this, with such behavior, still exist? We were completely ripped off. If you can't deliver, just cancel the order in the first place and be done with it! I will never order from this disreputable company again. We also complained to their app. That's a disgrace!!!

Shortly after, a colleague called and claimed that cancellation wasn't possible and that the food would arrive in 12 minutes. After another 20 minutes, I suddenly received a WhatsApp message saying that the order had been canceled after all. Absolute chaos, zero organization, and completely contradictory information! This is no way to treat customers. If a restaurant can't deliver reliably, it shouldn't accept orders anymore. Never again!

We ordered, but the delivery didn't arrive for two hours, even though the Uber app already showed that the order was "almost there." The phone call with the restaurant was very difficult; it was clear that the two women on the phone weren't interested in helping. They only offered us a refund for one item. The in-house delivery driver also ignored delivery instructions, such as "please call instead of ringing the doorbell – because of sleeping children." Instead of ringing our doorbell, he simply woke up all eight apartments in the building. I wouldn't order from here again. The staff seemed unpleasant and unfriendly and made us feel like we were to blame for the delayed delivery – with the explanation that "that's just how it is in Stuttgart."

The worst sushi I've ever eaten. The taste was absolutely nothing! Do you have to add your own seasoning? The sauce on the Crunchyroll was only on one half, and it was extremely thin. We had a large plate with it. The wasabi and ginger each came in a micro-packet! When you consider that you'd order it again for 1.50 more, it's really a joke. I counted... There were a total of 3 mini pieces of ginger in the package. For a large plate for 2 people. Absolutely not recommended.

Ordered sushi on Sunday evening. Good value for money. Delivery arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes. (The delivery time was 60 minutes, but the driver called and informed me that it would be a bit late; very friendly.) The food tasted good, not premium, but it was okay. The spring rolls were cold, though. The fried rolls were still warm. There was enough ginger, but I think there could have been a bit more soy sauce. (I also asked for it when ordering.) I think I'll order from here again. Because I was satisfied with the value for money, but if I'm hungry in a hurry, I don't think this is a good option, or I should pick it up myself.

Delivery took a long time (1-1.5 hours). One gyoza noodle soup contained exactly one gyoza (price €9) – I think that's cheeky... The soup was placed on top of my sushi, which caused everything to splatter. The sushi is often packaged too hot and then sweats in the packaging. I've ordered a few times now, but unfortunately, something different has bothered me almost every time (delivery time, quality, etc.).

However, they still delivered with cucumber, which is significantly cheaper than avocado, and they charged me the same price. We went to Time For Sushi for the first time today. The restaurant is very simple but nice and clean. The food was very fresh and delicious. The service was friendly. All in all, it deserves 5 stars and is highly recommended. We'd be happy to come back.

Sushi arrived after over two hours. The sushi was warm and had shrimp instead of chicken, and the edamame was cold! Both tasted of nothing and looked absolutely unappetizing. The driver was completely unfriendly, and the customer service on the phone was just as unfriendly, even after repeated inquiries. It couldn't be worse. No refund and no explanation whatsoever. Never again!

We ordered at 7:00 PM, and delivery was scheduled for 8:30 PM. At 10:00 PM, there was still nothing! We called four times – each time they said, "The food will be here in 10 minutes." That was a complete lie. Such unreliable and disrespectful service is simply unacceptable. Never again!

Unfortunately, the sushi didn't taste good at all. The rice was very mushy and the avocado was brown. I've ordered bowls before, which are always delicious, but I won't order sushi there again.

!Please read my review before ordering! Welcome to "time for sushi," or should I call it "time for throw up"? Where do I begin? If I could, I would give it zero stars. The "restaurant" simply disgusts you as soon as you walk in. Everything seems run-down, and an unpleasant smell greets you. The service was unfriendly and unprofessional. The waitress was wearing pajamas. There were two small children in the store, whom she was looking after in the pantry. The children screamed and tumbled all over the restaurant. The food arrived at the table, and we were greeted by a hair on the gyoza :) No apology or anything. Almost everything was fresh from the freezer, so I wonder why I should go to a restaurant when I can make it at home for less than half the price? The crowning glory was the restroom. It also served as a pantry. There were garbage bags lying around with piles of dirty clothes and shoes. Thinking back, I just feel sick. 🤢 Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, I heard the employee on the phone begging for good reviews and promising a gift in return. 🙂 All in all, it was a complete disaster. The health department really should take a look at this place!!

Ordered food at 8:30 p.m., received it at around 10:20 p.m. It was delivered completely incorrectly, but I was charged for what I ordered. The food looked like it came from garbage and went straight into the trash. €39.97 for food that should only be given to pigs. I also filed a complaint with Lieferando immediately.

We went to this restaurant yesterday and were not impressed with either the service or the food. The sushi fell apart and was completely tasteless. We practically had to hunt for the waiter. They didn't even bring us plates—we had to ask for them. The atmosphere has absolutely nothing to do with a sushi restaurant. It's a real shame; in my opinion, even one star is too many.

By far the best sushi in the area. Nowhere else can you get such good value for money. Superb quality and absolutely delicious. I've been a customer here for years and can highly recommend this place to anyone who likes sushi. You definitely won't be disappointed.

Stumbled upon this little gem on a late Sunday night. Went with a friend but it could easily be a cute date night place! The pho was FIRE! The Stuttgart roll was very good too!
