The food is delicious, especially the sushi, which is of high quality. The service is friendly. The ambiance is charming and the atmosphere relaxed. Highly recommended! Parking is also available.

We waited two hours for our food. Part of the order was missing, the food was freezing cold and didn't even taste good! I can't call because the restaurant is already closed. I demand a refund.

I ordered from this restaurant via Lieferando and am very disappointed. Of the two "Time Roll Shrimp" meals I ordered, only one was delivered, even though I was charged for both. The delivery driver left immediately, so I couldn't resolve the issue right away. On top of that, I had to wait 80 minutes for the delivery. When the food finally arrived, the sushi was cold and of poor quality. Shortly afterward, I received a call from the restaurant, and they even accused me of having already eaten the second meal. No solution was offered – in my opinion, this is a very unprofessional way of handling complaints. Overall, the experience was disappointing: long wait, incomplete delivery, poor quality, and no customer service. 🤫🤫🤫🤫

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with my Lieferando order. Although I ordered and paid for the "Time Roll Shrimp" meal twice, only one meal was delivered. The wait was a full 80 minutes, and the sushi was already cold and didn't taste very good. The restaurant then called me and accused me of eating the missing meal. No clarification or compensation was offered. Very disappointing – both the service and the quality. 😑😑😑

I ordered food at 7:30 pm, it's now 8:40 pm. My food still hasn't arrived, and I'm starving at home. I even called the restaurant, but... no one can tell me anything. I wouldn't recommend it. I'd like to review the food, but I can't because I don't know what it tastes like. Best regards.

Delivery took twice as long as stated (120 minutes instead of 59). There was no information about whether it would arrive or if it was delayed. The driver was offended that he didn't receive a tip. The sushi in the boxes looked like it had been shaken up. Many rolls had come apart. When we called to inform them, the restaurant quickly became abusive and advised us not to order from them again. Apparently, the messy condition of the sushi is normal for them. There was no apology, and they canceled the order on Lieferando, so we couldn't leave a review there. We would give zero stars if we could.

The order arrived after 1.5 hours, okay, we waited, everything was fine. :) But then the delivery guy supposedly didn't have any change? I mean, that's his job! In the end, I paid €40 for an order that was supposed to cost €31.29. What a cheek! Because I only had €40, he complained, and in the end, I thought, "Yeah, right..." But in the end, the food didn't taste good either, so I'm never ordering from them again. :) Also, I selected "call" instead of "ring," but the guy rang the phone quickly.

Never again!!! We've been waiting for over 1.5 hours now and the food still hasn't arrived. We were given incorrect information on the phone, that the driver was already on his way.

We were there in November. It was terribly cold in the restaurant. That's probably why we were the only guests. The food was okay. The service was good. The problem was that there was no beer, wine, coffee, or tea. Only lemonade or sparkling water.

By far the worst delivery service I've ever experienced. We ordered sushi today at 4 PM and waited two hours for the food. Then we called to complain about the delay. We were told the driver would arrive in 30 minutes. After waiting another 45 minutes, we'd had enough and called to cancel the order. Then they said the driver would be here in five minutes. Again, we let them talk us into it, and the driver simply didn't show up. After a total of three hours, my wife received a WhatsApp message saying the delivery was canceled. I've never experienced anything so underhanded and outrageous. How can a place like this, with such behavior, still exist? We were completely ripped off. If you can't deliver, just cancel the order in the first place and be done with it! I will never order from this disreputable company again. We also complained to their app. That's a disgrace!!!

I ordered sushi here and waited over two hours for my delivery. When nothing arrived, I called to cancel the order. The first employee said that was fine and simply hung up. Shortly after, a colleague called and claimed that cancellation wasn't possible and that the food would arrive in 12 minutes. After another 20 minutes, I suddenly received a WhatsApp message saying that the order had been canceled after all. Absolute chaos, zero organization, and completely contradictory information! This is no way to treat customers. If a restaurant can't deliver reliably, it shouldn't accept orders anymore. Never again!

We ordered, but the delivery didn't arrive for two hours, even though the Uber app already showed that the order was "almost there." The phone call with the restaurant was very difficult; it was clear that the two women on the phone weren't interested in helping. They only offered us a refund for one item. The in-house delivery driver also ignored delivery instructions, such as "please call instead of ringing the doorbell – because of sleeping children." Instead of ringing our doorbell, he simply woke up all eight apartments in the building. I wouldn't order from here again. The staff seemed unpleasant and unfriendly and made us feel like we were to blame for the delayed delivery – with the explanation that "that's just how it is in Stuttgart."

The table is dirty... plates and glasses are not brought... only when you ask for them.

We ordered the food at 7:09 PM and it arrived at 9:40 PM. We were never informed that it might take longer. The website stated 60 minutes. We tried calling several times, but the phone was constantly busy. When someone finally answered at 9:30 PM, they said they had left 5 minutes earlier. It's a real shame. I really enjoyed ordering from here. But I'm certainly not waiting another 2.5 hours. There wasn't even a small compensation offered.

It's actually quite good, but I don't get how they can be so stingy with the sauce, especially when you specifically order it and then it's missing. P.S.: I often order the sauce separately, and out of ten times it's been missing at least three out of four times.

The worst sushi I've ever eaten. The taste was absolutely nothing! Do you have to add your own seasoning? The sauce on the Crunchyroll was only on one half, and it was extremely thin. We had a large plate with it. The wasabi and ginger each came in a micro-packet! When you consider that you'd order it again for 1.50 more, it's really a joke. I counted... There were a total of 3 mini pieces of ginger in the package. For a large plate for 2 people. Absolutely not recommended.

Ordered sushi on Sunday evening. Good value for money. Delivery arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes. (The delivery time was 60 minutes, but the driver called and informed me that it would be a bit late; very friendly.) The food tasted good, not premium, but it was okay. The spring rolls were cold, though. The fried rolls were still warm. There was enough ginger, but I think there could have been a bit more soy sauce. (I also asked for it when ordering.) I think I'll order from here again. Because I was satisfied with the value for money, but if I'm hungry in a hurry, I don't think this is a good option, or I should pick it up myself.

The nice gentleman even met me in the stairwell, although I always tell them to leave it at the door to save myself the hassle of climbing so many stairs.

Delivery took a long time (1-1.5 hours). One gyoza noodle soup contained exactly one gyoza (price €9) – I think that's cheeky... The soup was placed on top of my sushi, which caused everything to splatter. The sushi is often packaged too hot and then sweats in the packaging. I've ordered a few times now, but unfortunately, something different has bothered me almost every time (delivery time, quality, etc.).

My husband and I ordered the family platter. We wanted to try everything and thought it might be a bit too much, but the sushi was so delicious that we ate it all. Highly recommended.

I ordered here and immediately asked for salmon instead of avocado, both by phone and in writing. They even confirmed this over the phone. However, they still delivered with cucumber, which is significantly cheaper than avocado, and they charged me the same price. Losing a customer who's ordered there regularly because of a small amount of money... Well, what can I say? When I called about it, the response on the phone was extremely rude. They had zero interest in finding a solution. I'm definitely not ordering from there again and can't recommend it to anyone.

The driver was completely unfriendly, and the customer service on the phone was just as unfriendly, even after repeated inquiries. It couldn't be worse. No refund and no explanation whatsoever. The "restaurant" simply disgusts you as soon as you walk in. Everything seems run-down, and an unpleasant smell greets you. The service was unfriendly and unprofessional. The waitress was wearing pajamas. There were two small children in the store, whom she was looking after in the pantry. The children screamed and tumbled all over the restaurant. The food arrived at the table, and we were greeted by a hair on the gyoza :) No apology or anything. Almost everything was fresh from the freezer, so I wonder why I should go to a restaurant when I can make it at home for less than half the price? The crowning glory was the restroom. It also served as a pantry. There were garbage bags lying around with piles of dirty clothes and shoes. Thinking back, I just feel sick. 🤢 Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, I heard the employee on the phone begging for good reviews and promising a gift in return. 🙂 All in all, it was a complete disaster. The health department really should take a look at this place!!

The sushi is really good and less expensive than the competition. They occasionally offer a free drink or dessert, which is really thoughtful. The delivery time could be a bit shorter, but it's still reasonable and probably due to the high volume of orders. A definite recommendation for anyone who likes sushi and doesn't want to spend a fortune.

We placed a large order. The confirmation email said the food would arrive in about an hour. After waiting a full two hours (after calling once to ask where the food was), only half of the order arrived. After calling a second time, we waited another hour for the rest to arrive... all cold! Unfortunately, that was the last time. What a waste of €70.

I ordered sushi. My order took over two hours to arrive, even though it was promised to take 30 minutes. The salmon sushi menu didn't include sushi ginger, as advertised in the picture. The sushi itself was the worst I've ever had.

We ordered nine dishes. A full two hours later, five of them arrived. When we asked where the rest was, we received an apology and the information that the rest would be delivered later. Another full hour later, even warm dishes arrived completely cold, with no apology. Frustrated, we throw stale, cold dishes right into the trash after delivery. We could have burned the money...

In my opinion, the taste of the sushi is in the upper league. The prices are accordingly - but there are also fresh ingredients and delicious sushi. We have never been guests in the restaurant and have only ever had it delivered or pre-ordered the sushi and picked it up ourselves. On Saturday evenings it can take 2 hours for the food to arrive. Complaints are processed and delivered quickly. The staff on the phone has always been friendly. However, the staff on site were incredibly unfriendly on my last visit - they neither greeted nor said goodbye; you feel like you are more or less ignored.

The fish is not fresh, the rice is dry.
