Thüringer Bratwurst in Markkleeberg

We ate very well in wonderful weather, everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. The service was very nice and attentive.

I regularly stop there during a bike ride. We had a solyanka and a sausage salad. The solos were a sad sight at first glance. No sour cream or anything similar noticeable on the soup. When asked, there were none. In retrospect, it wouldn't have made much difference in terms of taste. The soup was watery. Almost just sausage strips. Just carelessly mixed together. My friend had a sausage salad that was 2/3 swimming in sausage water. The onion strips were cut way too thick. These are all simple foods. Unfortunately, you notice that there are no professionals in the kitchen.

Addendum: Honestly, anyone who sells a fried meatball as a burger should be ashamed of themselves. The customer in front of me was still being served and then it was suddenly time for me to call it a day. The cigarette was probably more important than the customers, but if you're just an employee that wouldn't interest me. Unfortunately I can't say what it tastes like, but to be honest I don't even want to find out as motivated as the employee was.

Very good home cooking and friendly and quick service. People like to stop by there, even if it is, as is usually the case, busy.

We have been customers for a long time and often order in advance by phone and then pick it up. Food is delicious. Staff friendly. We like to eat there.
