Thune-Aue in Paderborn

Manchmal findet man auf einem Campingplatz ein nettes, kleines und geschmackvolles Restaurant: Dieses hier ist so eins! Wir haben abends in der Sonne auf der Terrasse gegessen. Köstliche Gerichte und speziell zum Valentinstag eine Panna Cotta für die Damen. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dieses Restaurant ist auch dann sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht auf dem Campingplatz übernachtet.

Immer wieder gerne! Waren letzte Woche bei dem schönen Wetter dort gewesen , haben draußen gesessen einfach Urlaub feeling ☀️ Essen war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet . Der Service Top ! Freundliches Personal . Man ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen, keine lange Wartezeiten aufs Essen . Der Weg aus Salzkotten hat sich definitiv gelohnt , wir kommen wieder !

Wir haben im Rahmen unseres Campingaufenthaltes dort zu Mittag gegessen. Bestellt haben wir die Schnitzel mit Ananas, überbacken mit Käse und Preiselbeeren. Es war wirklich sehr lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Preise moderat. Von uns gibt es eine Empfehlung.

Wir waren gestern auf dem Campingplatz und zum Abendessen im Restaurant. Es war einfach nur Super. Der Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war reichlich und sehr lecker. Ich hatte schon lange nicht mehr ein so gutes Schnitzel. Ganz frisch gemacht, und die Sauce war der Hammer. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Ich war bei Thune-Aue am Lippesee und fand es echt richtig gut. Die Nudeln waren mega lecker und schön cremig. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle total freundlich, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Essen kam auch ziemlich schnell, musste nicht lange warten. Der Weg von Altenbeken hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Vor allem draußen auf der Terrasse bei gutem Wetter ist es einfach richtig schön. Ich werde nochmal kommen.

Ein sehr tolles Lokal Mega leckeres Essen,alles frisch zubereitet. Es wird auf Wünsche eingegangen. TOP Service,wirklich alle Mitarbeiter da freundlich,Höflich und Zuvorkommend Wir komme gerne dorthin trotz weiterer Anfahrt.

Das Essen ist wirklich super lecker, frisch und man merkt, dass sich hier Mühe gegeben wird. Was ich auch mega finde: Man muss nicht ewig auf sein Essen warten, selbst wenn es gut besucht ist, geht alles zügig. Der Weg von Lippstadt hierhin lohnt sich auf jeden Fall jedes Mal. Man kann hier richtig schön und entspannt sitzen, die Atmosphäre ist angenehm ruhig und man kann sein Essen einfach genießen. Preis-Leistung passt hier absolut — für das, was man bekommt, ist es mehr als nur fair. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall immer wieder gerne hierher und können das Restaurant wirklich nur weiterempfehlen! Zudem mir noch sehr wichtig zu erwähnen, ist die gastfreundliche Atmosphäre die hier geboten wird.

Ich hatte einen wirklich großartigen Besuch in diesem Restaurant! Die Bandnudeln mit Hähnchensahnesoße waren einfach ein Traum, perfekt gekocht, wunderbar cremig und geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt. Man hat sofort gemerkt, dass hier mit frischen Zutaten und viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Kann ich mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!!!!! Danke nochmal an das liebe Servicepersonal, dass auch sehr aufmerksam war.

Neuer Inhaber. Das Essen ist top. Die Karte hat sich ein wenig verändert. Wir hatten einmal ein Schnitzel und die Lammkoteletts. Beides sehr lecker und die Portionen sind Groß. Der Service war top. Wir kommen wieder.

Unserer Erfahrung vor 1 1/2 Jahren war: Die Küche macht ein super schmackhaftes und individuelles Angebot; auf Wünsche wird eingegangen; Gerichte werden kreativ jedes Mal etwas anderes angerichtet und kommen dabei klasse zur Geltung. Sogar für die Hundegäste ist auch drinnen appetitlich Bestens gesorgt. Auch der Service bezüglich der Weinberatung ist spitze. Für jedes Herz ist da etwas bei und mit einer Reservierung (da schnell ausgebucht) absolut zu empfehlen. Es macht den Campingaufenthalt am Lippesee zu einem mehr als besonderen Erlebnis! Gerne wieder! ❤️

Wir sind richtig überacht... Die Personal sind richtig toll und nett... Der Koch ist echt super, sein Essen war super lecker und saftig.. Immer wieder gerne...Koch hat aber 5 Sternen ferdint 👍

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 14 Personen da und es hat uns super gefallen. Die Schnitzel wurden frisch geklopft und zubereitet und waren sehr lecker. Auch die anderen Gerichte waren sehr lecker. Alle waren sehr gut zufrieden, so dass wir uns gefreut haben uns am nächsten Tag nochmal verwöhnen lassen zu können. Der Service war wirklich toll. Sehr bemüht, schnell und immer freundlich. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe mit 14 Campern in der Thune-Aue zum Essen! Schon gleich beim betreten wurden wir vom super freundlichen Service empfangen, dem auch im Verlauf der 2 Abende kein Wunsch zuviel wurde!! Das Essen lies ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen! Sei es Lachs, Steak, Schnitzel, oder Nudeln, alles wurde frisch zubereitet und war einfach nur lecker! Den gegrillten Ziegenkäse, als Vorspeise, kann ich ebenfalls mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen. Schlussendlich ist die Thuna-Aue ein Lokal in dem Preis/Leistung und Qualität passen und wo mit Herzblut gekocht und bedient wird. Eins ist sicher: Wir kommen wieder 👍🏽

We ate at the restaurant for the first time on October 10, 2025. The atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly. The service was super friendly. The food, a tarte flambée and tagliatelle, arrived quickly. Our meal was delicious, and the tagliatelle was perfect. We were very pleased and will definitely return. The price/performance ratio was reasonable.

I'm more than thrilled with this restaurant. Everything is just perfect, and you feel well looked after by the service staff. And if you're still a camper on the site, you'll always enjoy stopping by, even if it's just for a coffee.

The Thune Aue restaurant is simply an absolute highlight! You can immediately taste the love and passion that goes into the cooking here. Every dish we tried was superbly prepared – fresh, aromatic, and simply unbelievably delicious. The entire team is incredibly welcoming and creates an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. It's precisely this mix of great service and fantastic food that makes every visit special. Last night was busy, and of course, if it's busy, it might take a little longer, as the chef is currently managing everything alone in the kitchen. But that's exactly what makes the difference: The food here is fresh and truly handcrafted – and I'm happy to wait for that! Good quality takes time. In conclusion: A restaurant with heart, passion, and top quality. I highly recommend it to everyone. Keep up the good work – you're top-notch! I just had to get this off my chest; it was on my mind 😉🍀

We ate here for the first time yesterday. The schnitzel, side dishes, and salad were excellent and very tasty. No frozen processed meat, as is unfortunately common in many restaurants. Super friendly service. Highly recommended!

Very, very inflexible. The kids wanted ice cream, but the ice cream freezer was broken. The kids were disappointed and were offered an apple spritzer. We didn't get that because everything was reserved. We would have liked to have a small apple spritzer as consolation while standing at the bar, but apparently the waitress just wasn't in the mood. I was really, really annoyed about it and won't go there again. I thought a beer garden would be flexible if you just wanted a drink.

Reservations are a MUST; if you don't make a reservation, you can't even grab a quick drink at an empty table because... it's reserved. It's a shame the ice cream freezer is broken. It happens, maybe next time we'll make a better impression.

Disappointing – unfortunately, not what it used to be I ate at the restaurant at the Thune-Aue in Paderborn last Wednesday and was very disappointed. The food tasted nothing like traditional German cuisine. The quality was significantly worse than on my previous visits. A server told me that the previous head chef no longer works there – I really hope that's not true, otherwise this restaurant will lose what once made it so special. It's a shame, because this place used to be really good.

We ate there yesterday and were pleasantly surprised. It was delicious and fresh, and the prices were reasonable. The service was very friendly and attentive.

Super friendly, and even though the kitchen had been closed for a quarter of an hour, the chef was kind enough to make us something else, which was absolutely delicious! The service was also very, very friendly. You feel completely at home here, thank you for that and the great service; that's not something you can take for granted anymore. Keep it up! Coming off the highway, we chose this restaurant based on its good reviews and were not disappointed. True to the motto "don't judge a book by its cover," the Thune-Aue is an absolute insider tip. The waitress was absolutely charming, and the food was clearly prepared with love! The restrooms were also remarkably well-maintained! In short: A 10/10

The food was good, the schnitzel was fresh, but the portions were unfortunately too small for me. A second portion of fries was kindly brought out free of charge. Unfortunately, the service was slow, which meant there were long waits. Single card payments proved difficult. The ambiance inside is very well-kept, but the outside could be improved (cleaning the pavement joints of dandelions would be a good start). All in all, there's still room for improvement, but the service was very friendly.

Today's visit was a complete disaster. We called ahead to see if it was full/if the four of us could come. We were told a group would be arriving later, but earlier (until 12:30) was no problem. We arrived at 12:30, and the table had to be set first. No problem, we waited briefly. We ordered. Drinks arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the indoor play area was no longer available, and the outdoor playground was wet from the rain. Two people at the next table ordered after us but received their food first. The group arrived (as expected). People at the next table had finished eating. After an hour of waiting with two small children, we were told that the group would unfortunately receive their food first. We would then have to wait another 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we didn't have that much time due to another appointment. So, after an hour of waiting, we had to leave and figure out how to feed our children quickly. On previous visits, we found the homemade schnitzel, etc., delicious. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend the restaurant due to the poor organization. Very disappointing!

Restaurant Thune-Aue is worth a visit because the staff is so friendly and nice, the cuisine is top notch, it is very tasty, lovingly prepared (you can see and taste it) The ambience... cozy and lovingly furnished. The young woman in service, I think the owner or co-owner, is so nice. I was blown away, don't get me wrong. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Everything is very fresh, served well and tastes delicious. Price and portions are right. Whether for children or older people, everyone will feel comfortable there.

Were there for Easter. The food was really tasty and the salad was highly recommended. Gladly again.

Very nice welcome. We were given a place to sit on request so that the dogs didn't have to lie in the sun. The conditions politely asked if the dogs would like water. Food was very tasty. Terrific !!!!!! We have a plot at the campsite and eat here every now and then. So it tastes wonderful to us every time. The plates are deliciously decorated. Lovingly ! And in terms of taste... very, very good. No matter whether it's hamburger, schnitzel or crab salad. Plus freshly tapped beer from the keg 🍻🤩. So delicious! Keep it up ! We'll be back very hungry 😉

Food very tasty and well prepared. Price-performance ratio is right. Staff very friendly and helpful. Menu not very large, but there is something for everyone.

In the Thune-Aue you can get delicious and freshly prepared food. There were four of us there, everyone had something different. The schnitzel was very tender and juicy, the Thune-Aue burger was something completely different, and the chicken was unbeatable with the herb sauce and vegetables. The staff is nice. All in all a successful evening. We will come back.

We got there by accident. Because we were nearby and wanted to eat schnitzel. It is a restaurant on a campsite. Service was very friendly and implemented special requests immediately. Our schnitzels were both mega tasty and the plates were beautifully prepared. Reservations are recommended because you are not always lucky enough to get a spot straight away like we were.

Der Koch ist mit Leib und Seele beim Zubereiten der Essen, was man am Ergebnis merkt. Von mir bekommt er 5 ✳. Der Service ist auch super! Sowohl die Mitarbeiter als auch die Chefin haben uns erstklassig und bestens behandelt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!! Hier ein paar von den 😋 Gerichten!

Sehr lecker, Schnitzel wurden frisch zubereitet, man konnte hören wie sie geklopft wurden und dementsprechend erst nach der Bestellung paniert und gebraten! Schnitzel und Pommes waren wirklich top, richtig gut und die Pommes waren auch super, frisches Fett und dick geschnitten, wenn es TK Ware war dann eine sehr gute, sonst würde ich fast meinen selbstgemacht! Die Schnitzel waren auf den Punkt gebraten und kein bisschen trocken! Die Nuggets für die Kinder waren auch super, auch hier meine ich selbstgemacht und frisch zubereitet, wenn es TK Ware ist hätte ich die gerne auch zu Hause! Preise völlig ok für frisch und selbstgemacht, absolut zu empfehlen! Für die Kinder gab es sogar noch eine Kugel Eis aufs Haus, sehr nette Bedienung und Kinderfreundlich. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal dort essen, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Von außen eher unscheinbares Restaurant im Campingplatz, innen aber sehr gepflegt mit Außenterrasse. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Am besten man bestellt Bandnudeln mit Spinat, dann bekommt man die mit Räucherlachs 😅, bezahlt aber nur die bestellten und kriegt noch einen Espresso zusätzlich (zur Entschuldigung). Der Salat war ein Gedicht! Und das Personal ist äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Restaurant ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Sowas Gutes erwartet man nicht auf einem Campingplatz. Der Koch kann was, alles sehr lecker und ansprechend. Die Bedienung war super lieb und man fühlte sich sehr heimisch.

Sehr, sehr leckeres Essen und wirklich guter und zuvorkommender Service! Portionen sind mehr als ausreichend und wir können sowohl den brotlosen Bürger als auch die Hähnchenbrust sehr empfehlen. Etwas ungewöhnlich zu erreichen, da es direkt auf einem Campingplatz liegt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und Preis- Leistung einfach klasse. Die vernünftigen Schnitzel ( durch die man nicht durchsehen kann und die nicht nur aus Panade bestehen) werden frisch zubereitet. Das gibt es längst nicht mehr überall. Wir sind die ganze Zeit in angenehmer Atmosphäre sehr herzlich betreut und versorgt worden. An dem vorbildlichen Umgang mit Gästen/ Kunden können sich andere ein Beispiel nehmen. Macht nächstes Jahr bitte weiter so und erholt euch gut in der Winterpause. Vielen Dank.
