Das Essen in der Lötlampe ist hervorragend, sowie das Personal. Dazu wird das Essen sehr schnell zubereitet. Man muss nicht lange warten. Die Atmosphäre gefällt mir sehr und die Lage ist gut mit dem Bus, sowie zu Fuß erreichbar.

War dort schon >25 mal Burger essen. Am meisten bestellt über Uber Eats. Ich bleibe dabei das es geschmacklich der beste Burgerladen in Paderborn ist und ich die Smashbuger liebe. Was ich in der letzten Zeit gar nicht liebe sind die Preise. Ich sehe es inzwischen nur noch ganz selten ein 18,50€ für einen Burger ohne Getränk und mit eher unterdurchschnittlicher Pommes bei Lieferando oder Uber zu bezahlen. Da gibts günstigere Alternativen die auch solide sind. Ich hoffe diese Bewertung kann da was verändern, ich würde gerne wieder mit gutem Gewissen bestellen. Damals war sie etwas „teurer“ als der Rest, jetzt wird’s aber wild

Ein Pflichtbesuch für Burger-Liebhaber in Paderborn! Als Burger-Fan aus dem hohen Norden war ein Besuch in der Lötlampe während meines Kurzurlaubs in Paderborn absolute Pflicht und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Ambiente & Flair Der Laden ist urig und hat einen angenehm rustikalen Charme. Es kann zwar mal etwas lauter werden, wenn es voll ist, aber das unterstreicht eigentlich nur das gemütliche Wohnzimmer-Flair. Ein echtes Highlight (und eine positive Überraschung zum rustikalen Rest): Die Sanitäranlagen sind extrem modern und top gepflegt. Food & Drinks Die Karte ist fokussiert: Smash Burger, tolle Beilagen und eine feine Auswahl an frisch gezapften Bieren vom Fass. Die Burger: Geschmacklich auf sehr hohem Niveau! Frisch zubereitet, heiß serviert und herrlich cremig, da hier definitiv nicht an Sauce und Käse gespart wird. Der Preis: Ja, wir bewegen uns hier auf Großstadtniveau (Paderborn ist ja inzwischen eine 😉), was absolut durch die Qualität gerechtfertigt ist. Beilagen-Tipp: Die Sexy Danish Fries mit Remoulade und Röstzwiebeln haben das Ganze perfekt abgerundet. Service mit Herz Der Service war mehr als zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Als es wegen zwei Großbestellungen kurzzeitig etwas länger dauerte, wurde uns proaktiv Bescheid gegeben und wir bekamen als Trostpflaster eine Portion Mozzarella-Sticks aufs Haus. So fühlt man sich als Gast wirklich willkommen! Zwei kleine Profi-Tipps von Burger-Liebhaber zu Burger-Liebhaber (Meckern auf höchstem Niveau): Wenn ihr das Ganze zur absoluten Perfektion treiben wollt: Die Schnittflächen der Buns vor dem Toasten mit flüssiger Butter bestreichen und auf der Plancha karamellisieren lassen. Die Patties nach dem ersten Wenden einseitig mit Salz und grobem Pfeffer bestreuen. Das wäre das absolute i-Tüpfelchen auf euren sowieso schon grandiosen Burgern! Fazit: Eine echte Perle in Paderborn. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

„Preis-Leistungs-Katastrophe und falsche Versprechen“ ​Bewertung: ⭐ (1 von 5 Sternen) ​„Eines vorweg: Wir haben heute zum ersten und definitiv zum letzten Mal bei der Lötlampe bestellt. Für einen 4-Personen-Haushalt (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben wir knapp 60 € hingeblättert – was wir dafür bekommen haben, ist schlichtweg eine Frechheit. ​1. Die 'Super Crunchy' Pommes-Lüge: Auf der Karte werden die Pommes als 'Super Crunchy' angepriesen und kosten über 4,5€ pro Portion(Chilli Cheese 7€). Die Realität? Ein trauriger Haufen labberiger Kartoffelstäbchen, die vor Schwitzwasser in der Styroporbox nur so triefen. Von 'Crunch' keine Spur – das war eher eine weiche, feuchte Angelegenheit. ​2. Der 13-Euro-Burger-Witz: Ein Burger für fast 13 €, der lediglich aus einem Bun, einem Patty und etwas Chili-Cheese-Sauce besteht? Das wäre ja noch verkraftbar, wenn die Qualität stimmen würde. Aber: Der Burger kam eiskalt an. Durch die Alufolie war das Brötchen komplett durchgeweicht und 'verschwitzt'. Für diesen Preis erwartet man frisches Handwerk und keine matschige Enttäuschung, die schmeckt, als läge sie seit einer Stunde unter einer Wärmelampe. ​Fazit: 59,03 € für kaltes, matschiges Essen, das seinen eigenen Werbeversprechen in keinster Weise gerecht wird. Wir sind maximal unglücklich und fühlen uns ehrlich gesagt über den Tisch gezogen. Wer Lust auf knusprige Pommes und einen heißen Burger hat, sollte sein Geld lieber woanders investieren. Wir haben superschnell einen Tisch bekommen dazu ist das Essen supergut und nicht gerade teuer , die sitz Möglichkeiten sind bequem und die Musik ist auch super. Wir müssten sogar alle nochmal bestellen weil es so gut war die Bedienung hat dies auch schnell umgesetzt . Am Ende muss ich sagen der Laden ist eine 10/10

Ich hatte Essen zur Abholung bestellt, dabei ist leider ein Fehler unterlaufen, die Lötlampe hat aber super fix reagiert und mir eine Ersatzlieferung gemacht, da ich nicht nochmal vorbeikommen konnte. Das Essen war lecker, der Service wirklich verblüffend gut!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und sind absolut überzeugt. Der Laden ist zwar klein, aber genau das macht den Charme aus – es ist richtig gemütlich und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Ein großes Lob an das Team: Das Personal war super herzlich und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Burger waren das absolute Highlight – frisch, saftig und geschmacklich einfach top. Das war garantiert nicht unser letzter Besuch, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Für Spieleabende ideal - Burger sind überragend und es gibt wechselnden Biere vom Fass!

War an einem Dienstag zum MTG spielen dort. Preislich war alles im Rahmen und die Bedienung schnell und freundlich. Mir persönlich ist der Laden zu verschachtelt und die Platzeinteilung etwas unangenehm. Ansonsten völlig zufrieden

Ich war negativ überrascht, sowohl vom Ambiente bis hin zum Burger. 12,90€ ein Burger den es anderswo für 1,49€ gibt. das Fleisch war gut, sonst war aber nichts auf dem Zuckerbrötchen drauf. Hatte wenigstens etwas Gemüse erwartet. Ich hätte locker 4 davon essen müssen um in die Gegend vom Zustand "satt" zu kommen. Schade

You have to say, Bodo makes the best smashburger! Great burgers plus super hearty sides. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere and interaction with the guests are always a delight. I'd love to come back to the blowtorch…🫶

We recently went to the blowtorch and actually came here to drink beer. In addition to the beer, we also ordered a few burgers and they were delicious. I can highly recommend the smash burgers, the fries are more of an accessory.

The restaurant advertises on its packaging that if the food was “crap,” you should be happy to report it. When we ordered, we received a burger that looked as if a herd of elephants had trampled over it. Nice email written down. Received a cheeky reply. This was noted accordingly in a review at Lieferando. I then received a long, even cheekier email telling me that I should order somewhere else in the future. No problem - lots of people can fry minced meat and put it in a roll. If you write on your packaging that you should express criticism, you should also be able to criticize accordingly. Oh well, the food was good so far and the delivery was quick too. 13 euros for a burger that looks exactly like we received it is questionable. None of the three burgers we ordered looked anything like the pictures we posted. Had something from Falling Down ;-) Edit: and this snippy, bitchy answer shows exactly how you behave towards customers who dare to criticize the shop "that is proud of its burgers"... (when you have nothing else to be proud of). Unfortunately, this miserable copy that I am now adding has nothing to do with what you present in the pictures. Be proud of such burgers? Just WOW! Relaxed atmosphere and a very, very nice lady at the counter 🌞 One of the best smash burgers I've ever eaten (and I have, since I work all over Germany 😂). The roll is fluffy and juicy, the meat is well seasoned and slightly crispy, and the cheese is perfectly melted. I hope I can work in Paderborn again soon so I can come and eat here again :-)

Damn delicious burgers and fries. Rolls and meat taste uniquely good, super fresh ingredients. We are very excited and annoyed that we only tried these burgers now. We had the Green Smash Cheeseburger. The fries are also special, significantly wider and crispier than the usual fries you usually get. WOW! If you like smash burgers, you should definitely order here, for me personally it's the best smash burger in town! Soft bun, incredibly juicy, nice melted cheese, just the way it should be. You can order this burger traditionally, but you can also enjoy it in a spiced-up version, for example with fried onions, chilli cheese, with salad or even vegan. I was really excited. I also ordered fries with truffle mayonnaise. Also very tasty. The price is a bit higher than I'm used to, but I can overlook that because it really is a culinary delight. I also received a note with a lovely message, so great service too. I can really recommend it to everyone.

We ordered here today through Lieferando because of the good reviews. We then had another query and called briefly and were immediately helped in a friendly manner. The burgers were really tasty and the fries were also crispy and very fresh. We will definitely order here again.

WOW! Paderborn has been lacking a good burger for years, but HERE it is! Well mashed, great cheese and Martins Buns! I also don't see the nice note that self-critically noted on the packaging as a problem. I find that the burger tastes even better after a few minutes in aluminum foil. Clear recommendation!

We meet once a week at the blowtorch. In the meantime, people have really taken the shop to their hearts. Cozy and inviting! The staff is very friendly and the chef is a blast! The burger with fried onions was the best burger I have ever eaten. The meat is of great quality and the taste of the burger was simply perfect. A huge compliment to the chef! This won't be my last visit to the blowtorch. Price/performance was also more than fair.
