We only came here to have a drink. It took a very long time before someone came to us to order. Then it took a very long time for the drinks to be delivered. The beer was also brought first and the cocktail only 5 to 10 minutes later. The music was quite loud and there was a very large group sitting at a table shouting very loudly at each other. Finally left after 1 drink.

Nice tent! You ask a waiter for a table for 3, he shows you one, another sits down and the waiter walks away. Then we walked in and asked, we were given a table somewhere else that were all put together. After 25 minutes we were tired of waiting and asked to order while the people after us had already ordered. The gentleman arrives with the message that ordering food can take longer than an hour! Furthermore, it was warm inside and the music was very loud and we had to shout to hear each other.

We were here for dinner and ordered burgers because we were told there was a Thursday special for €15 per menu. After OVER AN HOUR of waiting, the burgers finally arrived, and what happened? My husband's burger wasn't even cooked through!! Before that he had to change his cola because it TASTED LIKE SOAP! We asked the waitress about it and she said she would talk to her boss about it. After 20 minutes of waiting, we asked her about it again and her answer was: "Sorry, I forgot." I'm sorry, what? HOW can you simply forget about a customer whose food is inedible?! The boss just said: "Sometimes something like that can happen, we can't do anything about the price." In the end we paid €45 even though we were told a menu costs €15! 1. My husband didn't get full because he couldn't eat the burger. 2. We were not accommodated in any way. 3. We ended up paying even MORE than we were supposed to! Absolutely disgraceful store! Never again!

Had ordered a table for 7, arrived an hour later and still found space. Ordering and eating went quickly and everyone was happy.

It's a shame, the four of us would have liked to eat there, but the service was suddenly no longer there and even when we pointed this out when paying, the rest of the staff were pretty indifferent (we left after drinks because our waiter never returned, which we also said) . In order: Four of us came there on a Saturday afternoon - and no, it wasn't full, not even half. Our waiter took the drink order, we agreed that we would also order food. Someone else brought drinks, everything was fine so far. Then nothing for over 20 minutes - the waiter came every now and then to nearby tables, but never looked at us (although two of us waved with both arms - several times), because it was because of... As the TV was loud, we couldn't and didn't want to shout to him (peripheral awareness of his area in a restaurant that's not even half full should be a tool of the trade). Then he talked at length several times with three other colleagues at the bar, not looking at his area (and we weren't sitting there alone, there were two other parties sitting right next to us). When he finally took drink orders from a group that arrived long after us and now came to them to order food, we had enough. We went to the bar to pay. Sitting there at the bar, a gentleman busy with his cell phone asked politely what was going on. I said matter-of-factly (you could definitely see that I was annoyed) that we would be happy to pay because no one simply ever came to take orders to record. You expect a customer-oriented “Oh, sorry, that was stupid, where was that?” and if necessary, something that shows that you are valued. I'm not even talking about reparations for customer loyalty. But what happened? An “Oh!” from him, a waitress scurried over to the corner where we had been sitting (but where we were no longer sitting, of course). That's it. The waiter in charge wasn't called either (or he ignored that because he didn't come to me). Nothing. I just stood there. He then joined the man at the bar (I was standing next to him, the waiter positioned himself so that the man was between us) and chatted with him for several minutes, the other three of us who were standing there were also complete ignored (by the entire staff there, by the way) until I said (visibly annoyed) that I would really like to pay. No asking if everything was okay, just cashing in. Hey Three Sixty, it works in Bochum, what was that in Oberhausen? Not having a half-empty restaurant under control and then reacting to it on all levels with even more indifference when you draw attention to it? Your food (in Bochum) was always good, but with service like that I don't want it anymore. Not in Oberhausen, and in Bochum I don't feel like it either. Being overlooked for a few minutes is a gift. Being overlooked for twenty minutes - someone should rethink their job choice. The entire team doesn't respond professionally - that's not worth the customers' money and doesn't deserve the Three Sixty brand.

The location is great and the staff makes an effort.

Were there yesterday to watch football. We had specifically written in the reservation that we wanted to watch football and were then seated under the screen so that we had to look across the room at the small TV. First fail of the day. Then there was probably a concert by the Böhse Onkelz in the arena. Of course, the restaurant can't be blamed for the fact that it was so abnormally loud that you had to shout your order to the waiter, but we did have to wait 40 minutes for our drinks. The price for the quantity is really a joke. The glass was maybe 0.2-0.3 and then 6.60 for a bit of tea with syrup. Our starter came after the main course. I understand there was a lot to do but it was just a disastrous experience and the prices are just way too high for the quality and quantity. 16€ for a wrap that consists of 80% iceberg lettuce, for example. We then fled at the beginning of the second half because the sound of the football was no longer turned on, but Onkelz music was playing. And that's over €70 poorer for 2 small drinks, a wrap, nachos and wings with fries.

The location of the restaurant is excellent. We ate and drank there before the Böhse-Onkelz concert. The outdoor seating is very nice and cozy. The service staff was very friendly and accommodating, but... It is incomprehensible why, with so many guests, only two service staff were assigned to the outdoor area. They were completely overwhelmed by the mass of people. They did their best, kudos for that. But in such a situation, no one would be able to keep an overview and provide good service. The taste of the food and drinks was okay, but the prices are in no way justified. Maybe I'll visit the place again when there aren't so many Böhse-Onkelz fans there. The promenade is really very beautiful.

We had a southern waiter, poor tattooed. Unfortunately, he was more interested in the women's group 2 tables away than in work or serving the other tables. After our first drink was empty it took half an hour for him to come with a new order. When we looked for him, we spotted him sitting two tables away in the women's group. He sat there most of the time and flirted. After asking several times, he came annoyed to take our order. I have never experienced such bad service in my life. That's just annoying. We won't be coming back.

And even the fries, which were actually quite good, were unfortunately more like children's fries in terms of portion size. So 2 burgers with fries and 2 cokes and everything for 56 € I thought was a lot because you could see more of the bottom of the plate with the fries alone.

Unfortunately it got really bad. Today the young woman who served us was unfortunately very unfriendly and listless. In front of us and behind us there were 2 groups that had already left the terrace because no one came. Unfortunately, the wrap I had wasn't tasty either, there were two strips of chicken in it and the rest was just mixed salad from the bag. Otherwise nothing! For 16€ (+1.90€ for the sauce!!!) I will definitely not come here again.

I was there for the European Championship game. The food tastes okay, but the price/performance ratio is not that strong. But mostly it's about the service and the ambience. I understand if it's a little crowded for such an occasion. But if you order a cola, it can't happen twice that it takes 25 minutes. Until it arrives. Then you order a dish that turns out absolutely wrong. In addition, you can't enjoy the game at all because you don't get any atmosphere because you don't hear anything about the game, be it the fans in the stadium or the commentator. It was so bad in my opinion that I had to leave sooner. So I would never go there again.

While the football game is being broadcast, the music is turned up so loud that you can no longer hear the football - until suddenly the music is drowned out by the goal celebration. The highlight is the conversation between two customers who farted at the urinal and talked about their sexually transmitted diseases.

Auf unser Essen haben wir 40 Minuten gewartet, ander Gäste,die nach ins kamen,bekamen ihre Gerichte vor uns. Dann waren Pommes waren leider nur noch lau. Und wenn die Salatgarnitur auf dem Teller bunter ist als der Inhalt des Weizenwraps (mit 5 frittierten Hähnchenstreifen, zu wenig Soße und ausschließlich Eisbergsalat), ist das für 16€ leider nicht nur traurig, sondern preislich auch noch echt frech. Alles in allem leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wie es an ruhigeren Tagen läuft kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Good evening, We had dinner with them today around 7 p.m. and we had to ask three different waiters if someone would come over to set our table, but we still had to eat at the table with the dirt from the previous ones. The sad thing is that we were promised that someone would come, unfortunately no one came to clean the table. We also had to collect our cutlery from the front ourselves because no one brought us cutlery. This really disappointed us as we enjoy coming to eat with them. Unfortunately, our needs were more than just ignored today.

Highly recommended for watching football, unless you're unlucky and have a place where a pillar or something else blocks your view. The selection of dishes is very diverse and despite this the quality and taste is also good.

Starters are way too big. Normally these are just meant to whet your appetite, but one starter is enough for the whole table. The salad (as decoration) and also the coleslaw were old, dry and no longer edible. The main courses were delicious and there is a very diverse selection of different dishes. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The ones served are not immediately at the table and you have to ask for one to get one! I don't think it's okay.

There is a very large selection, such as burgers, pizza and also vegetarian/vegan dishes. The service is very good and very customer oriented. The toilets are clean and tidy.

The Three-Sixty offers different promotions every day where the food is very reasonably priced. Even without these promotions, the restaurant is one of the cheapest on the Centro Promenade. In my opinion, the burgers and spare ribs are recommended, but the pizzas are not. The service stands out. Always in a good mood, attentive, advising and even open to a joke. One drawback, however, is the loudness indoors during football games. It's so loud that it literally hurt my ears. Any form of conversation other than sign language and facial expressions is not possible. Conclusion: Points deducted for this ear-damaging loudness. It's best to make sure before taking a seat whether and when a transfer will take place and then avoid the restaurant if in doubt.

As a group we ordered spare ribs, burgers and chicken wings. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing for the price. If you expect to find a sports bar like in the USA, you won't get your money's worth here.

So TK product. The date menu cost €29. Plus the side dishes of around €5.90. My burger menu was actually far too little. For just under €18 you got a slightly larger burger than at McDonald's, but not much more. The salad side dish consisted of an iceberg lettuce stalk. But without doing much advertising. Things haven't gotten much better at Café Extrablatt, it's similar. So, as you can see, people are saving money at every turn. Drink prices are also slightly overpriced, but it's okay, it could be worse. Noise level was also enormous after a while when there are a lot of people in there but you also have to see. It's a sports bar not a fancy place. But at the end I also have to say that the woman who served us was very, very nice and helpful. But there is one thing we have to mention and that is that the wait for the main meal easily lasted over half an hour. The frozen mozzarella sticks were quick and easy because you only have to use the microwave.

Unfortunately, the three sixty has deteriorated extremely in recent years. We just waited about 30 minutes for 8 beers. Likewise, almost every beer was under the calibration mark. I'm really not fussy in this regard, but if you get around two fewer beers out of 8 beers, that's something to complain about. It seems as if the restaurant is on the one hand understaffed and on the other hand staffed with non-professional staff.

Staff are mostly friendly and easy to access. Food as always delicious and fresh, just a little expensive.
