I've eaten here several times when I'm in Duisburg from Berlin. It's quite good for a snack bar. However, the prices are quite high...not necessarily value for money for all dishes. The staff is neutral, except for one waitress who is very friendly. Definitely recommended for such a troubled part of town.

We traveled from Belgium to try the cuisine of the famous "Thomas Grill." Everything is amazing; we haven't had such delicious food in a long time! The food and staff deserve more than 5 stars! Everything is perfect! ❤️❤️❤️

It's delicious there, and the gyros plate is especially delicious. I like eating there, and the most important thing for me is that they always have clean restrooms.

We enjoy coming here regularly. Simple but delicious. Service is very friendly. If you want typical Ruhrpott food, this is definitely the place to go.

Best pizza outside of Italy 🍕 It might sound exaggerated, but it's true. For us, it's a reason to drive from Meerbusch to Duisburg. The manager and the staff are extremely accommodating and friendly.

Of course, inflation has also done its work here and prices have risen noticeably in recent years, but that is not a point of criticism that only affects this snack bar. The staff is very nice and even though it's busy at the end of the day, every order is processed quickly and you can pass the time watching TV while you're waiting. Pizza and fries are super tasty and the cucumber salad is also recommended. You can also pre-order.

My son was ripped off like ice cold!!! 1 salad gyros fries and 1 small skewer and steak they asked for 21€ but the platter and the salad should cost 12€... Where do you get 9€ from????!!!

Most of the time you have gristly meat when you order schnitzel, the gyros consist mainly of wobbly fat, the service is ok unless it's busy then the service is mediocre. The ambience is modern but unfortunately it doesn't give you the feeling of wanting to stay longer, more like a chip shop.

We were there last night and had Jägerschnitzel with us. So 30 minutes later I threw up and my couseng doesn't have such a bad stomach ache anymore. Yes, definitely be careful what you are and the quality has deteriorated. I can no longer recommend them

After several recommendations, I went there myself and tried the “mega” shish kebab. Has nothing to do with shashlik, powder tomato sauce with an old skewer. There's nothing to it, no peppers, no onions, nothing. Incomprehensible. Fries also make you want to vomit, they've probably already encountered the fat 5 times. I don't understand why so many people are crazy about it

For us (from Berlin) this type of snack bar was new. We were very pleasantly surprised at how delicious the gyros were. I have never eaten such good gyros at home. The staff is friendly and helpful. Next time in Duisburg we will be there again.

You can eat deliciously from gyros to liver and you can get many other dishes such as pizza, pasta, schnitzel, fried potatoes, rice, and of course fries and salads. Closed on Mondays.

Nice food, welcoming environment, very polite and friendly staff! We eat constantly from this restaurant, just yesterday we sat there together with 2 families.

Seldom eaten so badly. The fries tasted like nothing and were soggy on the inside. But the worst was the shish kebab. The skewer, which initially looked bland and unappetizing, also tasted the same. Simply boiled the meat in water with a few onions and in a sauce that also tasted indefinable. Just a disaster. So this was the last time we ate there. There are better Greek chip shops. The staff doesn't bat an eyelid, but no matter who... There is another way.

Gyro platter with fries - unfortunately the tzatziki already costs €1.50 extra. The salad is simple with canned green beans. Overall, based on the reviews here, I was hoping for more.

Erste Bestellung und mit Abstand die schlechteste Napoli und Roma Pizza die ich jemals gegessen habe. Sehr stark versalzen und ölig. Kein Knoblauch Geschmack wie beschrieben. Sardellen haben komisch gerochen und geschmeckt. Eig schade !

Zwei Gyros-Teller zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Extra betont mit Curry-Soße! Zuhause angekommen hat man die Curry-Soße vergessen! Ohne Curry-Soße hätte ich die beiden Gyros-Teller nicht gekauft. Curry-Soße ist deshalb so wichtig, weil sie sehr, sehr lecker ist. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Schade.

Ich habe einen Thomas Grillteller bestellt! Das Fleisch war voll Sehnen und Hart ! Und dafür knapp 15 € ! Als ich später zu Hause gewesen bin musste ich mich übergeben! Meine Begleitung hatte eine Pizza, gegessen und ihr ging es danach auch nicht gut ! ! Ich werde diesen Grill nicht weiter empfehlen!

Ich muss meine Rezension von damals leider zurück ziehen. Die Preise sind erhöht worden und das schlimme dabei ist das die Portionen nicht einmal ein Kind satt machen würden. Die Portion Pommes ist eine Frechheit für den Preis egal ob bei der currywurst mit Pommes oder andere Gerichte mit Beilage. War sehr oft dort das essen ist gut Preis Leistung eine Frechheit, da gehe ich lieber um die Ecke zur Dönerbude und bekomme für weniger Geld das doppelte an Fleisch Pommes und Salat noch dabei, und man ist den ganzen Tag satt. Auch die Preise von 9.50 euro inzwischen für einen Grillteller haben nichts mehr mit Inflation zu tun das ist alles ausbeuterei der Kunden da bekomme ich in einem normalen Restaurant für den preis mehr zu bieten. Diese heimlichen Üreis Erhöhungen um zu sehen wie viel die Leute bereir sind zu zahlen sollten verboten werden. Ich habe es noch nie erlebt das man soviel Geld für etwas zahlt und dann mit mehr hunger raus geht.

Der Lader ist nicht gerade sauber. Meine Meinung zu den Frauen hinter der Theke ..Vorsicht...Kunde droht mit Kauf. Das was auf dem Teller war ,schmeckt auch nicht gut.Schade...ich bin früher gerne zum Essen dort hingegangen.

Sehr gutes Lokal. Man kann dort essen oder bestellen und mit nach Hause nehmen. Leider kein Lieferdienst. Bisher war dort alles Top. Gyros ist fettarm und sehr lecker genauso wie die Schnitzel. Portionen sind groß. Qualitativ kommt kaum ein Imbiss/Schnellrestaurant hier ran. Klare weiterempfehlung.

Kann ich nur empfehlen, gutes Essen schnelle Bedienung und es ist sehr sauber auch was die Toilette betrifft.
