For a restaurant in a spa the food is actually quite ok. Prices don't match the ambiance but there is no other option anyway.

I don't really understand the bad reviews here. The food isn't as good as you'd find in a Michelin-starred restaurant, but for a spa restaurant, there's a really good selection to choose from, not just fries. My order came super quickly and was delicious! Compared to other spas, it's great! Also because it's not as cold as usual, and you can choose to sit inside or outside. And the staff didn't seem unfriendly at all; they just seemed focused. There wasn't a lot of small talk, but they patiently answered any questions I had.

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was anything but convincing. The food, both visually and tastefully, was on the level of convenience foods – carelessly presented, uninspiring, and lacking in freshness. A particular highlight was the pepper cream sauce, which was filled with whole black peppercorns – a first for me, but not one I'd want to repeat. This bold interpretation of a classic sauce felt more like a culinary safari, something better avoided. The presentation of the offerings is misleading in my opinion. The so-called "special plates" differ neither visually nor qualitatively from the regular menu, but give the impression that you're getting more – like two portions for the price of one. In reality, however, they are simply a single, regular-sized plate at a supposedly attractive price. This practice seems designed to subtly squeeze every last euro out of the guest's pocket. The drink prices are mid-range, but the food overall is significantly overpriced – especially considering the quality offered. Bottom line: I don't recommend it. There are certainly better alternatives in the area that offer more honest and more appealing food.

Yesterday, I combined my visit to the Caracalla Baths with a longer stay and also ate in the spa restaurant. Unfortunately, the situation was a bit unfortunate at first: The free tables hadn't been cleared yet, so we had to choose the cleanest spot ourselves. After we sat down, we had to ask other guests if it was self-service – which it was. We found the prices for food and drinks to be rather high. When our food arrived, including a spaghetti dish, we would have liked some Parmesan cheese on the side. We were all the more surprised when the waiter asked us to get back in line and order it there. After waiting almost ten minutes and paying an additional €2.50 for a very small portion of Parmesan, we were finally able to continue eating. Our conclusion: The food was okay for a spa restaurant, but in our opinion, the price and the service provided were not a good balance. We hope for future improvements.

Nice service, but the taste was awful. Ordered two spaghetti dishes, which were unfortunately presented carelessly and lacked flavor. The sauce tasted absolutely nothing. The spinach and garlic were practically nonexistent. It's a shame there was potential here. It's far too expensive for the dish.

6€ for a portion of fries plus ketchup 0.80€ mayo 0.80€ or 7.60….. what’s more they were horrible

Yesterday we ordered a cheeseburger, a flammkuchen, a yellow smoothie and a beer. The taste of burger was strange. After few hours ( less than 4 hours), my boyfriend showed symptomes of food poisoning ( Diarrhea, stomack pain and cramp) and we were on our way to Paris. Then at night he had 38.7°C fever+ chill. It's bacterial food poisonning, and sth in your kitchen is wrong : Not maintaining cold chain, bad hygine of staff, bad hygine of the facilities, using expiring items. Since the poisioning is very severe, probably you have affected lots of people on a such a busy weekend!!!

Absolutely spotless. Very beautiful, even better in the dark with the LED water lighting. Totally romantic. 100% recommended.

It is simply unacceptable to serve a lukewarm archive potato boiled and reheated from the day before as a baked potato! With a filthy cream on top, as well as a horrible shrimp salad of canned shrimp on a wooden pick, a drink for 6 euros and 3 euros deposit, a coffee for 40 euros!!!!!!!! This is unthinkable! I'm just happy not to have any poisoning, a shame because the thermal baths themselves are great, but the restaurant, go for a cake and coffee and a pretzel, it's ok, count on 15 euros all the same but those are the prices, everything is very expensive in Baden Baden, especially water, at the thermal baths 4 euros for a small glass of water and 3 euros deposit

J'ai mangé une sorte de tarte flambée. J'ai été malade toute la nuit et pourtant j'ai un estomac en béton. Ils sortent le plat du four et ensuite posent les tranches d'oignon finement découpées mais crues. Une abomination !

The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, but... the waiter (F.) was very rude and quite unprofessional. There's no description of how the service/ordering process works. You don't know whether you should order yourself or whether the waiter will come. Service 1, food 4.

We were there spontaneously for breakfast today. It's a nice restaurant overlooking the swimming area. The food was good, the service very good. We'd love to come back!

A great place to grab a meal while at the spa. They have a light hearted menu, and offer a 3 course menu. You can eat on the patio, or in doors if already in the spa.Or, you can enter the resturant next to the spa entrance, which is a bit more formal. Both sections are separate. They offer VIP packages from time to time, so if you book a VIP package at either of the two spa locations, they will give you a free voucher for a meal at this restaurant.

Le serveur est en dessous de tous il ne vous écoute pas, la bouffe parcequ'on ne peut pas appeler ça autrement est un désastre servie sans amour, le cuistot est un pro salamandre et micro onde, bref le prix a vous étouffer 60€ pour un steak, une soupe sachet, un spaghetti bolognaise un crepe un Fanta deux eaux gazeuse, a ce prix la le sourire et la sympathie vous repasserez.

Très relaxant, propre, rien a dire , je recommande.

Great food and not too expensive in my opinion. Very convenient if you are spending time in the therme. The italian salad was excellent and the flamen kuchen was pretty good as well (see photo).

Lieu de remise en forme idéal, plusieurs choix d'activités, bassin extérieur et restauration sur place.

Healthy and fresh spa focused food. Breakfast and lunch we're very good and not too expensive.

Stark verbesserungsbedürftig. Über Monate hin ist die Kaffeemaschine defekt und es konnte keine Milch aufgeschäumt werden. Echt peinlich für den Anspruch der Caracallatherme.

Мы обедали в этом ресторане ежедневно в течение 6 дней.Меню на 3 языках, приемлемые цены и достаточно большой выбор. Качество и вкус весьма хороши.Можно посетить прямо в купальниках, не возбраняется.

Es ist total praktisch, wenn man nach dem Besuch in der Therme gleich zum Essen dort einkehren kann. Man sitzt dort sehr schön mit Blick auf die Therme. Es gab auch saisonale Gerichte, die ebenso lecker waren. Meiner Meinung nach ist dort für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat sich auch persönlich Zeit für uns genommen. Im Vergleich zu den sonstigen Preisen in Restaurants in Baden-Baden ist dieses zudem günstig.

Das Essen und Trinken ist gut, aber teuer. Von Burger, Salate, Pasta bis zu Frühstück ist alles dabei. Man kann sowohl außerhalb als auch innerhalb der Therme (im Sauna-Bereich gibt es zusätzlich einen Tresen an dem man etwas zu trinken bekommt) Essen und Trinken bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind größtenteils freundlich, bei größerem Andrang in der Therme kann es schon mal etwas länger dauern, bis man Essen und Trinken bekommt.

Ein Ort um einen kleinen Imbiss zu nehmen vor oder während des Besuchs der Caracalla Therme. Bis 11 Uhr gibt es das Thermen-Frühstück für 5,90 Euro inkl. Kaffee und Orangensaft, jedes weitere Warmgetränk 50 Cent. Das lohnt sich.

Ambiente Kein normales "Schwimmbad Imbis", sondern sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant. Lockere und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Bedienung Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Essen Die Salate, die wir probiert haben warten super lecker, reichlich und frisch. 100% Weiterempfehlung!
