Very pleasant, food excellent - as always!

An absolute must on every visit to Görlitz. Delicious fish dishes, friendly staff...but be sure to reserve a table.

...a trip into the past for us...I had dinner here with my parents...the restaurant survived the fall of communism...the food is still just as delicious...an insider tip for all Görlitz travelers. ..we come from the coast and haven't had a restaurant there for a long time where the price is right...

Consistent quality for years, always delicious, even for people who don't necessarily eat fish. Price and performance are okay. If possible, get a table at the aquarium.

This restaurant is definitely a restaurant I would like to come back to for a second time. The food is very delicious and the price is very reasonable. All the waiters’ services are also perfect. I asked them what kind of meal this is with the photo. Yes, they were very happy to tell me that I must highly recommend this place👍🏻 Believe me, you won't regret coming here.

Had dinner there with family, reservation worked great, food was delicious and the price was reasonable. The restaurant has a nice, loving atmosphere. For non-fish lovers, there are even two or three dishes without the delicious sea creatures. But.... the friendliness of the waiter has room for improvement (you shouldn't ignore a guest just because something doesn't suit you, you have to be able to stand above it in service and treat every guest the same) and you should consider whether a little nightcap for 10 minutes before closing with the words “We are now closed”. That didn't leave a good impression and we had our nightcap somewhere else.

Went to the Banquet of the Sea again today (1:00 p.m.) and ordered. The restaurant was completely booked despite the many guests, the food came very quickly. As always, super nice staff and again a great halibut fillet with fries and a side salad. Thank you, it was another highlight

The banquet of the sea has a long-standing tradition in Görlitz and has always been one of the restaurants that people have enjoyed visiting again and again. The menu is extremely extensive, the quality is really good and the staff tops it all off. Whenever I visit Görlitz, the banquet is a must. A reservation is definitely recommended - especially if there are several people.

Very good, seasonal cuisine, full plates and tasty. Price appropriate to the quality or even cheap. Very friendly service. Unfortunately it is a bit noisy in the dining room. Unfortunately, when we were there and several tables were occupied by more than 2 people each, the conversation became somewhat noticeable. Maybe go somewhere else for a tetàtet.

Yummy. Some shortcomings, hence the two stars less, food was served very quickly, really very quickly. You can go out with a lot that is pre-cooked and kept warm. The fish was overdone, which only affected the mouthfeel. However, what bothered me the most and that is the biggest drawback is the included peaches. It is assumed that these come freshly prepared from the oven. Instead it was 2 halves from the can and still cold. Since I am very critical when it comes to food, I would normally only give it 2 stars. Thanks to the taste 3. The owner needs to work on her appearance and facial expressions.

All in all, good food. The dining room at the back isn't really comfortable. Nice aquarium but I always feel like I'm sitting in a hall.

I think it was around 40 years ago when I was here for the first time. And what can I say, it has become modern and still remains true to itself. Food beyond any doubt. Delicious delicious again delicious. Well prepared. Big portion. Pre-ordering makes sense. Full 5 stars in all areas. Prices are very surprisingly cheap. Thanks to the whole team. My plate is the squid strips. Plus fries and herb sour cream.

Es war wie immer super und lecker, als ehemalige Görlitzer kennen wir es ja auch gar nicht anders. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung und sehr penible Einhaltung des Hygeniekonzeptes. Kontrolle Impfstatus bzw. Test, Registrierung mittels Luca oder Papier, Reinigung der Tische und Speisekarten. Selten so konsequent erlebt und wir waren in letzter Zeit urlaubsbedingt in einigen Gaststätten des Landes. Hut ab und alles Gute für das Team, bitte weiter so 👍👍👍Eine Gaststätte zum Vorzeigen 👍👍👍

Sehr lecker und super nettes Personal. Immer wieder gern ein Besuch mit der Familie. Hatte heute Forelle und Fischragoutfin, extraklasse! Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren spontan vor Ort und bekamen durch den sehr freundlichen Service auch gleich einen Platz am Aquarium. Das war alles sehr sehr toll. Von der Speisekarte die sehr reichhaltig ist über das tolle Essen bis hin zum Service. Sehr empfehlenswert

Leider läßt es sehr nach, nur noch Pommes und Pommes und nochmal Pommes. Die guten Bratkartoffeln kann heute leider keiner mehr braten. Der Senior hat es sehr gut aufgebaut, Jedoch die neue Generation.........Immer noch sehr laut, keinerlei Schalldämmung im Raum. Schade

Wir waren auf Empfehlung eines Freundes hier essen und empfehlen sehr gern weiter. Tischreservierung unbedingt notwendig. Es waren alles Tische belegt, Speisen und Getränke kamen dennoch recht flink. Alles frisch zubereitet und handwerklich wie geschmacklich top. Nettes Team.

Sehr nettes Personal, man wird sehr nett empfangen und an einen Tisch gesetzt. Ausgewogene Speisekarte, Essen hatte nicht lange auf sich warten lassen. Alles sehr frisch und gut angerichtet.

Obwohl wir keine Reservierung hatten, wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und nach ca 2 Minuten zu einem sehr schön hergerichteten Tisch geleitet. Die Bedienung war sehr höflich und die Bearbeitung unserer Bestellung ging super flott. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch von Görlitz, ist ein Essen in diesem wunderschönen Ambiente schon heute eingeplant.
