Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Well done!

We missed trying the brunch buffet at The Reed on our last visit to Berlin. Unfortunately this is no longer available, only breakfast a la carte. This was tasty but nothing special and above all not commensurate with the high prices. You can't go wrong here but we wouldn't come again.

Looks very inviting and very high quality culinary as well as regional dishes, breakfast and brunch recommendations from good friends. Staff note very friendly eat very good ambience paradisiacal and unique. There's only one thing I had to say... Best regards

Benedicts were perfect in everything. The hollandaise sauce was slightly less sour than usual and the bread was so flavourful. Top.

Had breakfast here. Fancy and slightly nightclub-like interior. Good soft chairs and sofa. Good Eggs Benedict. Pancakes a hit with the kids! They also made a special with only Bacon and bread for one of the children. Flat White with almond milk. Pleasant service, good English.

The breakfast at THE REED was excellent. The selection isn't very big, but they do what they offer well. 10/10 I would visit again!

Very tasty food and large portions, prices rather high. But: the service is really slow! We waited almost an hour for the food.

Excellent breakfast! I recommend the American style or the avocado toast (I ordered it with an extra egg), all fresh. The facilities are very nice, they treated us very well, 100% recommended! They have very delicious protein shakes, we will return, thank you.

Staff at Entrance and assigning the tables was rude, i honestly have not experienced this kind of behavior before - no excuse from boss and/or staff. Also: one bottle of water is 7€?! the brunch itself is good, i’ve been before but probably won’t return after this visit

Delicious food, but quite small portions for breakfast. Placing an order took a little longer because the tray wasn't loaded... Overall okay, but nothing special either.

Showed up a little before 2 for a late lunch, but got turned away because the kitchen was already closed. Pretty strange, because they’re open until 3.

Its a nice place with very kind and helpful service. The menu is quite limited. For the price point I would say you can find better and tastier options in Berlin. The atmosphere is very modern and clean.

In general it was good but definitely not on my list of the favorite places for brunch. Very limited choice of dishes with just a few positions on the menu. Also the location is not great due to proximity to the railway station.

The interior was very unusual and nice. We loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. The food was okay, but tbh it wasn’t something I would go for again.

🍽️ The Reed offers great food, but where's the brunch? What a disappointment. The service is friendly with a nice welcome. My advice: Update the website to reflect the absence of brunch. The eggs benedict were very good. It's good, but bring back the unlimited brunch in the upstairs room... it was fantastic. 🥚

It was good and very tasty, but somehow you had the feeling that there were only two dishes for brunch. In general, this is not meant negatively at all, there is too much unnecessary excess anyway. But you should know when you come here. 🫶

If you are both a cappuccino lover and a dessert guru, THE REED is the place to turn. The atmosphere is particularly pleasant, the service is top notch and the location is not to be despised either. Recommended!

Amazing and delicious breakfast menu,loved the enterier and the athmosphere. There was a very cozy smoking lounge also which surprised me the most.

Nice atmosphere and nice waiter. Food (bread with poached eggs, bacon, salmon, avocado bread and pancakes) were delicious. Maybe write in the menu that the bread comes with salad. Flat white tastes great. Mimosa is also delicious. Top. Sometimes you have to wait a bit, but it's okay. When the door opens there is sometimes a draft, but that is because people stop at the entrance.

You sadly cannot pay CASH, very few things in the menu and overall not so amazing food. You definetly could find something better

It's a shame that you can't order anything to take away, unfortunately there is no packaging. It's definitely worth it.

We came for lunch to this place however they stopped a few months ago to serve lunch. They only have very few breakfast options. They are good though but we were a bit disappointed as here in google you still see the pictures from the clients of the variety of lunch menu from before. The place certainly changed! The service understood 70% of our order wrong - probably because of lack of German. I suggest that he simply speaks with guests English then. Would have been no issue at all and the drinks and food might have been arrived correct and wouldn't have brought us into a problem timewise.

Wir waren an einem Dienstag um 13 Uhr zum Brunch da. Der Laden war ziemlich leer. Die Einrichtung ist stimmig und stylish, evtl ein wenig unruhig. Auf der Karte finden sich nicht viele Gerichte, die Getränkeauswahl war auch mager. Umso enttäuschender fand ich es, dass der Home Made Eistee, eins der wenigen Getränke, die kein Wasser, Café oder Cola ist, aus war. Der Service war nett, allerdings etwas verpeilt, nachdem unsere Kaffees zuerst vergessen wurden, war aber alles in Ordnung. Jedenfalls haben wir pochierte Eier, Avocadobrot und Rührei bestellt. Die Präsentation der Speisen ist gelungen, der Geschmack war im Mittelfeld. Da ich die pochierten Eier gegessen habe, kann ich nur diese kritisieren. Das Brot war entweder Tiefkühlware oder ein billiges Brot aus dem Supermarkt. Die Qualität war jedenfalls mittelmäßig. Des Weiteren war mir das pochierte Ei zu sehr gewürzt, fast jeder Biss hat nur nach rosa Pfeffer geschmeckt. Dieser hat alles übertünscht. Am Salat war zu viel Dressing. Meiner Meinung lohnt sich a la carte brunchen hier nicht.

Tolle Location. Sehr nettes Personal. Leider war der Hauptgang entweder öfter kalt oder nicht durchgegart (Ente). Aber beim nächsten Mal bestimmt. Schöne Weihnachtszeit an alle.

Great all you can eat breakfast including Prosecco for a decent price (35 €). Good quality of food & fast service! You have to book weeks in advance to get a spot. However, when we where there, some spots were empty as people did not show up. Therefore, you could try to just show up without a reservation and ask for empty spots.

Das Essen ist wie immer nice und schmeckt gut :) das Personal ist auch super freundlich nur leider nicht sehr schnell / serviceorientiert :// Was mir bei meinem letzten Besuch sehr negativ aufgefallen ist: angeblich waren wir zu viele und durften daher pro Runde nur 2 Sachen bestellen was ich komplett sinnlos finde, da im Endeffekt die Anzahl an Menschen im Lokal gleich bleibt. Außerdem kamen manchen Sachen aus den Runden garnicht an und selbst nach zweimal nachfragen und ewig warten kam nichts. War echt blöd. Highlight ist wie immer der Prosecco und das tolle Ambiente ✨♥️🫶🏻 Trotzdem sehr schade, dass der Brunch eingestellt wird.

Leider gibt es keinen Tapas Brunch mehr, sondern nur noch Buffet. Die Qualität ist weiterhin ganz gut, aber für einen normalen Buffet Brunch kann man auch in jedes beliebige andere Restaurant gehen und weniger zahlen.

Zum Glück hören sie auf mit dem Brunch. Das war heute ne absolute 0-Nummer zu dem was die vorher geboten haben. Absoluter Müll für den Preis. Das Steak komplett durch, kein Kartoffelbrei - nur Buffett. Schlimm, bei dem Preis.

Wir waren zum All-You-Can Eat Brunch im „The Reed“. Man muss rechtzeitig einen Platz für einen der Zeitslots buchen. Nach der Ankunft wird man zum Speisesaal geführt und bekommt einen Platz zugeteilt. Das Ambiente ist wirklich sehr schön. Man kann in jeder Runde 3 Speisen auswählen. Es gab über 30 Optionen die man bestellen konnte. Von Rührei, Bacon, Lachs bis zu Steak. Weiterhin gabs es Desserts wie Kuchen. Viele Optionen haben uns gut geschmeckt. Leider gab es einige „Lunch“ Optionen wie das Steak und Lachs mit Teriyaki Sauce, welche einfach kalt waren und geschmacklich nichts besonderes. Zusätzlich zu den Speisen gab es eine Prosecco Flatrate. Die Kellnerinnen waren sehr aufmerksam und wirklich sehr nett. Etwas gestört hat mich der 2 Stunden Zeitslot.Das ist bei einem Brunch nicht so entspannend. Inzwischen habe ich auf der Website gelesen, dass es den Brunch auch nicht mehr lange geben wird. Schade!

I went here for the famous weekend brunch buffet. It cost €35 per person. This price included their famous prosecco. The quality of the food served was top-notch. Everything was fresh, and there were plenty of options to choose from. I recommend the egg benedict. The variety of sweets and desserts was also overwhelming, and almost everything we tried exceeded our expectations. The chefs preparing the food were friendly and accommodating in the few interactions that we had. If you get a chance to reserve, then I do recommend this brunch!

Leider waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Das "alte Modell" hat uns wesentlich mehr überzeugt. Qualität und Geschmack der Speisen nach wie vor gut. Jedoch waren einige Gerichte nicht mehr richtig warm oder auch nicht mehr verfügbar, da sie nur zeitlich begrenzt angeboten wurden. Obwohl nun weniger Personal benötigt wird und die Auswahl kleiner geworden ist, hat sich der Preis auf 35€ erhöht. Nach wie vor inklusive Prosecco Flat. Weitere Getränke kosten extra. Unsere Kellnerin war leider sehr unfreundlich. Die Toiletten waren nicht sauber und es hat sehr unangenehm gerochen.

Das Essensangebot ist abwechslungsreich und das Ambiente stilvoll. Ich empfinde den Preis für das Proseccofrühstück allerdings zu hoch mit 35 Euro

Zum Geburtstag einer Freundin waren wir Brunchen. Es ist sehr schwer scheinbar einen Tisch zu bekommen, der Preis für das Buffet finde ich persönlich auch knackig. Der Preis versteht sich zwar in Kombination mit einer ProseccoFlat, was für mich als Schwangere natürlich raus ist und die Alternative ist dann EIN hausgemachter Eistee (kalter Tee mit bisschen Obst drin). Da hält sich die Waage nicht. Die Auswahl, die man am Buffet geboten bekommt ist super, das Essen war lecker. Das Personal ist "ok" - typisch "Berliner Freundlichkeit". Weitere Getränke sind extra zu zahlen.

The all you can eat brunch is okay, and there is a nice atmosphere at this place. It also includes unlimited prosecco wine. However, I would say that overall the food was only marginally better than a continental breakfast, and hence not worth the 35 euros it cost. There are limited vegan options, and it's unhelpful that dishes aren't clearly labelled with whether or not they are vegan, or their allergens. What is disappointing though, is that drinks (outside prosecco) are not included in the 35 euro cost. You will have to also pay for a glass of tap water. This, I believe, is not only unconscionable from the perspective of value for money, but from a public health standpoint: customers are provided an unlimited supply of alcohol early in the morning, but will be expected to pay for every glass of water. As there are many other better options for brunch in Berlin, I'm sorry to say, unless there's a major improvement, I'm unlikely to return.

The breakfast here was amazing and was available until 1pm. I think it was also one of the best coffees I’ve ever had (well actually it was so good I had 2)!!

Brunch à 35e original avec DJ et bon mais tout de même cher. Prosecco à volonté et buffet mais si vous souhaitez un café, un jus, ou même de l'eau(!), tout est en supplément.

Super leckerer Brunch mit einer riesen Auswahl.

An sich ist das ein tolles Ambiente. Vor allem das Mittags Angebot ist gut. Jedoch beim ersten besuch gleich einen schlechten Eindruck vom service. Getränke wurden vergessen, Essen wurde vergessen, Dann war das essen nicht wie gewünscht. Außerdem war das Steak nicht so toll und hat auch sehr fad geschmeckt. Daher leider nur 3 Sterne.

Mich hat das All-you-can-eat im “The Reed” leider enttäuscht. Das Personal ist super freundlich und die Location hat ein tolles Ambiente. Die Frühstücksauswahl war zwar vielfältig, allerdings nicht wirklich hochwertig. TK Muffins, TK Torte, TK Macarons, Cornflakes, und nur eine sehr kleine Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten Gerichten. Im Endeffekt einfach ein kleineres Hotelbuffet für 35€. Bei der längeren Einführung hätte man meiner Meinung nach auch darauf aufmerksam machen können, dass alle Getränke (außer Sekt) nicht inklusive sind. Mit einem Kaffee + Saft kommt man schon auf eine Summe von über 50€. Das muss man in einem schönen Berliner Café erstmal schaffen. Kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen :(

Der Brunch am Weekend war ausgezeichnet! Am Empfang wurden wir sehe herzlich in Empfang genommen, der Service im Restaurant war eher Durchschnitt. Das Ambiente ist cool und Musik gut (wenn nächstes mal Hiphop R‘n‘b ist noch besser).

Sehr gutes, sogar fabelhaften Essen mit guter Auswahl und sehr Variabel. Wir hatten das All you can eat Buffet wofür man leider relativ früh buchen muss, aber das war es wert. Leider wurden immer wieder Kleinigkeiten von der Bestellung vergessen. Ansonsten aufjedenfall ein Besuch Wert.

Wir sind nur für einen schnellen Kaffee vorbeigekommen. Nico, unsere Servicekraft, war einfach wundervoll! Wir haben noch nie (vor allem in Berlin) einen so positiven, ehrlich freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Servicemitarbeiter getroffen. Man spürt, dass er seinen Job liebt. An seinen Chef: tu alles dafür, dass er bleibt! So einen Mitarbeiter lässt man nicht gehen. Danke Nico! Du hast uns wirklich den Tag versüßt!

War eine sehr schöne Ambiente, es gab einen DJ . Brunchen ist die beste Möglichkeit aus allem das beste auszuwählen. Es gibt kleine Portion Du wirst zufrieden sein. Du solltest aber vorher reservieren . Der Service war mega 😊 waren zu zweit

Wir waren zum Brunch hier und waren sehr begeistert von dem All You Can Eat Angebot direkt am Tisch. Die Qualität des Essen war sehr gut und der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Es ist mit 35€ pro Person nicht gerade billig, aber auf jeden Fall eine einmalige Erfahrung und eine Prosecco Flat, sowie ein Live DJ ist dabei ja auch inklusive. Wir würden wiederkommen.

The concept is to pay a fixed fee for all food from the menu, we were told we could order two dishes at a time. Was definitely not enough, since the dishes are indeed very very small and we should have waited quite a while until the waitress would come again to take a new order, so you couldn’t just relax and enjoy, since you had to think what you order again and then wait, then eat, and start again this cycle. You have 2 hours for your “shift”, so since the waitress wasn’t coming so often, 35 eur was too much for the food we could get during this time. Some dishes were great (Japanese dumplings, almond cake, potato mash, salmon) some not (steak, tuna tartar). Definitely recommend for visiting at least once, but would not come back again.

Wir waren heute zum Sonntagsbrunch da. Man muss Wochen im Voraus einen Tisch reservieren also sind die Erwartungen auch groß. Vorab war das Ambiente wirklich schön und ein Hingucker. Das Essen ist gut, aber auch nicht mehr. Man kann in Berlin deutlich besser für weniger Geld essen gehen. Der Service hat leider sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Wir haben öfters nicht das bekommen, was wir bestellt haben und die Portionen sind sehr klein. Da man nur 2h hat um zu essen, muss man wirklich hetzen, wenn man sich durchprobieren will. Am Ende wurden wir aufgefordert zu gehen, weil die Zeit rum war.. für diesen Preis ehrlich gesagt eine Frechheit. Fazit: einmalig ganz nett, aber den Hype und vor allem den Preis nicht wert.

This place is simply AMAZING! Have been there twice so far for a bottomless brunch, and, ooooh boooooi, on both occasions, I came out very satisfied (and tipsy 😀). Satisfied with the quality of the food, the service, and overall experience. Let's start with their menu - everyone will find something that they like there. They have veggie, vegan, and meat options. Their poached egg on brioche, fried chicken, Spätzle, roasted pumpkin, brownie with raspberries, apple pie are ON POINT. My favourite is the strawberry sorbet in prossecco though. My goodness, what a combo. The staff is just lovely and friendly. Everyone very attentive, but not strident. The music is always a great vibe there. The interior is decorated with an intent, you can clearly see it. A REAL VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY (probably shouldn't be writing that as it might result in getting reservations there even more difficult, but what the heck! Enjoy, people!!! 😀)

Went for breakfast. Super coffee. Great taste and it was Hot ! Love that . Breakfast was super tasty and reasonable price for such a great atmosphere. Fabulous lady who served us. Defo go for breakfast if you can’t get the brunch which is always booked up.

Der Brunch war sehr vielseitig und durch die Tapasportion konnte man auch "neue" Sachen probieren ohne Angst zu haben, dass was weggeschmissen wird. Die Bedienung und Service waren wirklich ganz ganz toll - ein großer Dank an Elena, super freundlich und engagiert. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Food is good. Kitchen & service is very slow and erratic (orders forgotten, never received or coming out of order from when they were asked). You do also get straight up ignored at times.

Man wartet viel zu lange auf seine Bestellungen dafür, dass es zeitlich limitiert ist. Ebenfalls werden teilweise Bestellungen vergessen. Immerhin waren alle freundlich. Update: Wie sich herausstellt fehlten manche Zutaten. Entsprechend handelt es sich um eine Misskommunikation. Dies wurde ehrlich kommuniziert

From all dishes we tried, the Gazpacho stood out as amazing! The rest was OK but felt a bit like fast food. The all-you-can-eat & drink concept corroborates the fast food feeling. The atmosphere is rather unusual for a restaurant.

Ultra retro-neon stylish interior, which is true to feeling of 80s. And during the evening or night, must be quite a show. But even the meals are quite good. Staff is excellent, the lady was so nice, that she even let me charge my iphone during our lunch. Not too many options for the lunch, but still enjoyable experience.

Sehr guter Service und sehr höflich und auf Zack! 35 EUR absolut Wert. Coole Location und alles schmeckt sehr gut. Mega entspannt einfach zu sitzen und auswählen zu dürfen!

Wow! Gå hit på brunchen! All you can eat och många goda rätter! Man beställer max 3 per gång så man hinner äta i lugn och ro. Sen är det bottomless prosecco! Riktigt trevligt. Cevichen och teriyakilaxen var godast! Trevlig och snabb service, men fick ibland säga till flera gånger då de glömdes bort.

Der Brunch ist ein empfehlenswertes Erlebnis. Man muss weit im Voraus reservieren, das Warten lohnt sich! Interessantes Ambiente und live DJ. Musik war, für meinen Geschmack, etwas zu laut für einen Brunch. Brunch inkl. Prosecco Flatrate: Viele verschiedene und leckere kleine Gerichte von denen man so viele bestellen kann, wie man will (bzw. essen kann), süss und salzig. In Kombination mit dem Prosecco sollte man danach einen ruhigen Nachmittag planen ;)

Das Frühstücksangebot (all you can eat) am Wochenende ist zu empfehlen. Die meisten der auszuwählenden Speisen schmecken sehr gut (besonders der Lachs). Preis Leistung stimmt hier auf jeden Fall. Der Service war schnell, aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit dort! Waren hier als große Gruppe an einem Samstag essen und trinken. Das Essen war lecker und der Service großartig. Mitarbeiterin Caro hat uns den ganzen Aufenthalt nochmal mehr versüßt. Obwohl wir etwas angetrunken und chaotisch waren, hat sie uns super Service geboten und noch bessere Laune verbreitet! Wir kommen wieder! :)

We visited from London and decided to have brunch at The Reed. The food was very good and it was an amazing value for money: all you can eat and bottomless Prosecco. A special mention goes to our waitress Paulina. She was very attentive and super friendly making the whole experience very enjoyable.

Good music. Good food. Good service. It is very hard to get a table so think about reserving 6 weeks in advance. All in all I would say relatively expensive but definitely worth the visit !

Wir sind jetzt zum 3. mal im the reed und das haben wir nur Umit zu verdanken. Er hat uns den besten Mädelstag bereitet und wir sind sehr traurig, dass er nicht mehr da ist. Das Essen ist lecker und die Prosecco-flat ist wirklich super, aber ohne Umit ist es nur halb so lustig. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder.
