The noodles are homemade and really delicious. I often eat here during my lunch break and am satisfied every time. There is also plenty of seating so you can always find a spot. It's also busy here in the evenings, which speaks for the quality of the restaurant.

There is no place to stay longer than to eat. Sometimes no staff came for several minutes, despite requests, even though there were 4-5 people walking around. Open kitchen is a plus. My food was declared not spicy and I couldn't eat it after 2 forkfuls. Furthermore, I ordered it without cilantro, but my dish came with cilantro. Afterwards we ordered another supposedly non-spicy dish, WITHOUT coriander. Of course it came back with coriander, which I had to down and put aside. This one was actually pretty good 8/10. When I pointed this out to an employee, a gentleman from the restaurant came a short time later and asked briskly where the coriander was on the dish. He simply reached into the plate with his fingers and looked for the coriander in it, which we picked out (as written above) and had placed next to the plate. He just said grumpily that we were wrong and shouldn't say something like that and left. Some dishes were very good, some an average 5/10. In the evening we both had severe stomach pains and my wife also had diarrhea. We won't come again.

The service is underground. Waiting times of 45 minutes. You can't enjoy warm food together here. Orders are ignored.

Know this restaurant from Google Maps. Very delicious, the noodles are freshly made, and if you sit at the bar and eat, you can watch the noodles being made. This is my second time visiting this restaurant! If you come to Frankfurt for business again, you will definitely eat here! The service attitude is also very good. Because the wrong meal was delivered, they sent a correct meal for free. Although I didn't mind the wrong meal, it was also delicious😋 Lanzhou Beef Ramen is delicious, and you can choose the type of noodles yourself, although I didn’t understand the names of the types of noodles😳 The restaurant is air-conditioned and very clean :)

We had dinner there a few days ago. I ordered #1 on the menu with #7 as the type of pasta. First of all, I think it's very cool that you can choose your own type of pasta from 7 options, which makes the taste experience extremely customizable. I have nothing to complain about in terms of the taste itself. The soup tasted great and tastes similar to Vietnamese Pho (in a good sense). The size was excellent and really filled me up perfectly. Not too much and not too little. What's also cool about the restaurant is that you can watch the chefs making your own pasta. Unfortunately the service was a little strange. The waiter who served us seemed like he didn't feel like serving us, which was either due to his own manner and that it just seemed a bit strange to us or he actually didn't feel like it. There was nothing wrong with the rest of the service team.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!! ALL PLEASE READ. The waitress at this place was one of the rudest and rudest people I have ever dealt with on my trip to Frankfurt. First of all, he didn't even have the decency to accompany me and my friends to the table that we booked a few days ago, secondly, he even told us through really terrible English that we only had one minute to order food, the good thing is that she came by to take the order after at least 30 minutes. The menu is really poor, but the ramen was quite good. Be careful they put flies in there.

There are deductions for the following points: The employees are friendly, except for the young gentleman who also worked on Saturday (July 27th). Totally unfriendly and definitely not customer and service oriented. Questions are answered sloppily and he lacks any motivation whatsoever. Doesn't work at all! Tables were not wiped properly (crumbs and hair).

I didn’t expect to eat such authentic Lanzhou ramen on my first night in Germany, and the kelp shreds also tasted great! It's right downstairs in our hotel, which is really good news for Chinese people living abroad. The waiter who is from Lanzhou was super enthusiastic and gave us delicious tea duck eggs, which was perfect with a manual thumbs up 👍. I will definitely eat here again when I come to Frankfurt again.

As a Lanzhou native, it is really touching to be able to eat familiar beef noodles abroad. The taste and service are great. It is already the restaurant I frequent most in Frankfurt! I have been taking it for two years, and it is really good.

It was my first time to visit Noodlemaker. We advised to take a window sit at first, but all of sudden a small glass wearing man called us and have a sit on the corner next to the storage. The noodle was delicious but the attitude was bit rude.

The recommendation was very worthwhile (at least for someone who eats meat). It was ready super quickly and very tasty, and above all, filling. The price was reasonable and everything tasted really fresh. The ambience was also pleasant with a nice view. I just didn't find the toilets to be particularly clean.

Certainly one of the best noodles in Frankfurt. The texture and chewiness is perfect. The mild spices does tinkle your taste buds. I like the 7 different types of noodles you can chose from and each one is unique to themselves. The service is pretty decent. No hangups there.. Their menu option is very limited, especially for Ramen. Hope they can add on to that. Pricing is apt for the quality, quantity and the ambience.

Excellent Chinese food restaurant located in Gallus. The noodles are homemade and you can see the process right there. The portions are very large, and the prices are very friendly. It is recommended!

The noodles with soybean paste are too salty. Maybe Germans have a strong taste. If you like something lighter, I suggest you ask in advance. Has the saliva chicken been marinated for too long? It was also salty and felt like takeout that had been sitting in the refrigerator for a day. I was a little disappointed. I recommend eating Pho. If there is one nearby, you will not be disappointed.

Choice of vegetarian food very sad. The soups are all with meat. The pasta I had was mixed with carrots. I couldn't taste much except spicy. The food looked very sad. Not a good choice for vegetarians/vegans. The restaurant wasn't really comfortable either and the service staff had a lot to do.

The noodle is total awesome and handmade ! very chewy 🤤 the noodle soup is very authentic and I have not eaten such a traditional noodle in Europe. You can also sit in front of the chef and watching him making the noodle

Chinese noodle dishes at a good level. The homemade noodles stand out and you can choose from noodles of different widths. It doesn't quite come close to Japanese ramen, as the broth is richer and tastier. Although Chinese lamian may have existed before ramen. Still a good alternative and recommended. The food was ok. The outside tables are carelessly placed. Service was catastrophic. Drinks forgotten but still on the bill. The individual dish jugs are quite staggered. Not a nice place.

I ordered Lanzhou Beef Ramen. The noodles are freshly pulled and cooked. The noodles are quite chewy and the beef slices taste good. However, the soup is too salty and I couldn’t stand it after a few sips. I don’t think it’s so salty in China, maybe here. It's such a strong taste.

Noodles were handmade in front of us, which was amazing!!!! However, the food lacked luster. I don't understand how there was no chicken for the ramen/ noodle soups. The entire menu has only "Rindsfleish" and only one meal was chicken which was not an option for the soup. That chicken was an appetizer. So, if you like chicken, there's no main dish with chicken option. The vegan dish I had was noodles, peanut butter and cucumbers and was really nothing impressive. The restaurant was very clean btw.

The food was good, a bit expensive and surprisingly arrived within 10 minutes. However, my friends and I were very dissatisfied with the service! My friends had just finished eating while I was still eating. The waiter came and asked to pay, even though we said that I was still eating (30-40 minutes before lunch). A few minutes later the next one came and wanted to clean up the dishes without asking if it was okay (which isn't actually that bad) and saw that I was STILL eating and wanted to take away/clean up my food straight away! There was no apology and the waitress walked away with the other dishes. We were very speechless and left afterwards!

The servers are super rude, even for Germany! I asked for an extra bowl and I was initially refused because apparently this is the Great Depression and washing an extra bowl will be the tipping point for an apocalypse. The noodle are fine. Don’t sit too close to the exhaust or you will experience free sauna with all the vapour from noodles being boiled. I wish the ambience and service was better because I do like the food. Anyway as soon as more such restaurants open up, I will stop going here!

It was so big that I couldn’t eat all.. But it was really delicious;) The noodle was soooo chewy!!!

We were in ffm for two days and ate here both evenings because we could have really indulged in the noodles. Vegetarian options are available, even if there are only a few (but they are all very good!!) especially for the price, for 10€ you get a fairly large portion (we had to have almost half of it packed both times). From the inside, the restaurant is visually appealing, the tables are clean and the atmosphere is bustling (there's no better way to describe it)

Very easy to find, great service and particularly delicious noodles! The broth was perfectly seasoned and the meat was tender😋 Price-performance was great! Would come again and again. Ps: the chili sauce is very spicy 🥵 🌶️

Absolutely excellent... The pasta is freshly made on site and only slightly boiled. This makes them wonderfully al dente and has a wonderful aroma. I had the vegetarian wok and the fresh vegetables are really more of a side dish, which is completely okay because the focus is on the noodles. In terms of ambience. Thanks to a large seating counter, it is very suitable for business travelers.

The noodles were really nice, the seats are around the working area so we can see how the noodles were made by the master. The soup of noodles itself was however plain and the tea egg was too salty to me.

The ambience isn't really my thing and the waitresses are very busy so it can take a few minutes but the food came super quickly and was a blast! The cucumber salad could have been better but was OK. I would come again!

Clicked on the “Menu” field online. There were the opening hours, payment options and that you could only pick up food, but no menu. I was actually looking for a place to eat. And if I'm lucky, I won't drive there from outside, not even to pick it up.

Great food for decent prices. We had the Chinese Bolognese and another other one with meat. The noodles are made just before being cooked and I recommend seating inside so you can watch the noodlemaker at work.

The most authentic Lanzhou ramen I have eaten in Germany is comparable to that in China. The lady boss is very enthusiastic. It’s great.

Today we went to The noodlemaker in the Europaviertel. The way to the restaurant can be reached in under 5 minutes from Skyline Plaza. The restaurant is modern but won't win any awards for being stylish. Unfortunately, the outside area is too small. Here the tables are so close to each other that the chair of the person behind sits in the back. The menu is small and manageable, there are hardly any drinks. Unfortunately there are only bottles of beer. After we opened the menu and were still reading the first page, we were asked what we wanted to eat. After the waiter asked again, we ordered our food, once No. 1 and once No. 4. The food was on the table within 2 minutes, which really surprised us. Unfortunately, the food was not satisfactory; the ramen contained noodles, broth with chili and 3 pieces of meat. So this dish didn't taste like anything. After asking for salt and pepper, the staff was completely overwhelmed and brought it to us on a small plate, which means there wasn't even a shaker for the pepper. The Chinese bolognese was also not well seasoned, but better than the first meal. After we seasoned it with salt and a little pepper, the noodles were edible. But this meal also only tasted like chili. The meat was okay. Our conclusion is that we don't stop by again, we weren't even asked if everything was OK and the spices on the table were so dirty that we didn't want to use them. (See pictures) It's a shame, but still a year with lots of sales!

My absolute favorite restaurant in Frankfurt!!! Always worth a visit and my go-to-place since 2020. Their Mala lamian (beef noodle soup) is the best and every time I enjoy the food!!! Please open a restaurant in Berlin 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😩

Interesting layout with kitchen in the middle where you can see the noodlemaker in action. Quite big and modern but simple design with lots of places at the counter. It's a good place for groups and eating alone. The broth was super delicous, the beef tasty and tender but for my taste the noodles were too thick and too al dente. But a good portion of noodles!

This restaurant did not meet my expectations. I was excited to eat here since the reviews sounded good but it was the total opposite! The food was hard to enjoy, the food was not something a 4.5 restaurant deserves. The bowl was full of noodles, with barely meat, and no flavor! And the server was grumpy. We asked for still water, and he came back with sparkling water. I was quite disappointed, although the place was nice, and decorated nicely. Overall 1 star.

I ordered the dish with beef and I thought it tasted pretty good. Portion size was also good, I was full. Overall, I found it a bit too oily and the consistency of the noodles was changed a bit by the oil. It looked a bit like noodles that had been kept warm in oil for a little too long. Unfortunately I have to deduct another point because I have really enjoyed visiting Aunty Zhongs for years and the lamian there are simply worlds better.

After the restaurant was hyped on various social media, we tested it. It was ok, but not so bad that I absolutely had to go back. It is very simply and uncomfortablely furnished. Not necessarily suitable for a cozy evening with friends. Service was ok, but here too you could ask if anyone would like another drink. Food was OK. The noodles were good, but they were very heavy on the stomach. When ordering, we were all told that each dish only works with standard noodles, so choosing wasn't really an option.
