China Haus 小食代 in Frankfurt am Main

Die Jahreshauptversammlung des Vereins fand hier statt. Das Essen war von sehr guter Qualität und die Preise waren recht günstig.

Sie werden in Frankfurt kein traditionelleres Sichuan-Restaurant finden. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen! Bringen Sie nach Möglichkeit Bargeld mit; Kartenzahlung ist zwar möglich, Bargeld wird aber bevorzugt. Sie werden es nicht bereuen, hier gegessen zu haben – aber Sie werden es bereuen, es nicht getan zu haben! Es ist außerdem blitzsauber und offensichtlich neu eingerichtet.

Ich habe Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt, die Entfernung beträgt weniger als 2 km, und die Lieferung hat 50 Minuten gedauert. Das ist schon schlimm genug, aber sie haben den bestellten Reis vergessen! Was soll ich denn jetzt essen? Wenn man ein Restaurant betreibt, sollte man doch die Bestellung überprüfen, wenn bei einer Abholbestellung der Reis fehlt, oder? Wer nicht mal so eine Kleinigkeit hinbekommt, sollte kein Restaurant führen.

Hier gibt es original chinesische Gerichte. Wir sind immer begeistert, dass alles super lecker schmeckt. Es ist einiges sehr scharf, aber wenn man das mag und verträgt ist es großartig. Die Bedienung und die Köche sind Chinesen, sprechen aber auch deutsch. Es ist zwar nicht so gemütlich wie manch andere Restaurants, aber so ursprünglich und einfach gut. Wegen der großen Beliebtheit ist es ratsam, zu reservieren.

Als langjähriger Kunde war meine Bestellung eine Katastrophe. Ich hatte einen Freund zum Essen eingeladen und über Uber Essen zum Mitnehmen bei diesem Restaurant bestellt. Auf WeChat hatte ich ausdrücklich erwähnt, dass ich drei Portionen Reis benötige. Die Lieferung dauerte anderthalb Stunden, und als ich das Paket öffnete, war keine einzige Portion Reis darin. Ich rief an, um mich zu beschweren, und die Ausrede des Restaurants war: „Wir waren mit einer Ausstellung beschäftigt und haben vergessen, den Reis zu bestellen.“ Dann bot man mir beiläufig an, mir beim nächsten Mal drei Portionen Reis als Entschädigung zu geben, bevor man auflegte. Als Stammkunde wurde ich so abweisend und extrem ungeduldig behandelt, nur weil ich ein Problem hatte. Soll ich etwa „nächstes Mal“ auf mein Essen warten, wenn meinen Freunden die wichtigsten Lebensmittel fehlen? Diese Art von Service und Umgang mit Notfällen ist inakzeptabel, und ich werde dort nie wieder bestellen.

Dies ist eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants. Am frühen Abend ist es aufgrund häufiger Firmenveranstaltungen recht laut, aber nach 20 Uhr kann man hier in relativ ruhiger Atmosphäre essen. (Die Beleuchtung ist sehr hell.) Empfohlene Gerichte: Unter den Vorspeisen ist die Sojasauce mit Mu-Err-Pilzen, gewürzten Tausendjährigen Eiern und weichem Tofu ein absoluter Genuss. Gebratene Knoblauchsprossen mit getrocknetem Tofu und Fleisch – ich hatte das kürzlich und es war köstlich. Kohl-Schweinebauch-Suppe – im Winter ein Muss; sie schmeckt wie Tonkotsu-Brühe. Geschmorte Lammrippchen – mein absoluter Favorit, aber Geschmackssache. Darüber hinaus gibt es viele weitere einzigartige Gerichte, die man unbedingt probieren sollte, wie zum Beispiel den Eintopf mit weißem Meeresfrüchte-Tofu und die Blutwurst-Kuttel-Suppe. Erreichbarkeit: Das Restaurant ist sehr praktisch, da es nur 5 Gehminuten vom Westbahnhof entfernt ist. Reservierungsempfehlung: Eine Reservierung ist unbedingt erforderlich, da es oft voll wird. Ich empfehle, nach 20 Uhr ohne Reservierung vorbeizukommen. Hinweis: Das Essen wird in der Regel schnell serviert. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, aber an dem Tag, als ich dort war, stand die Tür offen, daher war es etwas warm. Die Besitzerin ist unglaublich nett, sodass ich nach dem Essen immer zufrieden bin. ☺️

Das Essen war in Ordnung. Schien alles sehr autentisch, Fleisch das man als Westeuropäerin nicht unbedingt bevorzugt (was aber keine Kritik sein soll), das meiste pikant - sehr scharf. Allerdings sehr wenig vegetarisches. Ich hatte nur Rührei mit Tomate und Reis mit Gemüse gefunden; Hatte mich für zweites entschieden. Mit verbundenen Augen hätte man es jedoch auch für Nr.26 vom China Imbiss am Hbf galten können. Toiletten sind sehr sauber.

Das Essen hier ist wirklich sehr lecker! ✨ Die Chefin war super freundlich! Ich liebe ihre 白斩鸡 & 麻辣香锅 (ich bestelle sie immer etwas milder) 😂 Die Portionen sind riesig! Ich war um 12:05 Uhr da, direkt nach der Öffnung, und das Restaurant war schnell voll. Für Gruppen empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. ——— Update nach 2 Jahren (jetzt 2026 😂) Schmeckt immer noch super! 莲白炒粉丝 und 土豆牛尾煲 sind momentan meine Favoriten! Die Chefin ist wie immer total nett!

Wir hatte die Nummer T3 (Fischplatte, eine Art Hot-Pot) und K15 Schweinehaxe was wir uns zu zweit geteilt haben. Der Hotpot war gut gefüllt und es gab noch extra Beilagen. Für den Preis auf jedenfall fair. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und hat geschaut ob wir Hilfe brauchen was allerdings nicht nötig war. Wir kommen wieder, Danke.

Würzige, aber subtile Menüauswahl mit vielen Köstlichkeiten und einigen überraschenden Highlights.

Ein tolles kleines Restaurant: aufmerksamer Service, frische Zutaten, große Auswahl, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und hohe Hygiene.

Die Portion ist etwas klein, aber es ist schön, verschiedene Dinge probieren zu können.

Authentische regionale chinesische Küche. Ich habe fünf Jahre in China gelebt und kann nur sagen, dass sie dem Originalessen in China sehr nahe kommt. Es lohnt sich, sie zu probieren, aber man findet sie nicht oft in europäischen Restaurants, die an den chinesischen Geschmack angepasst sind.

Der gegrillte Fisch ist sehr zu empfehlen; die Portion für zwei Personen reicht locker für drei. Er wird mit Wolfsbarsch zubereitet, der kaum Gräten hat und zartes Fleisch besitzt. Dazu gibt es reichlich Beilagen. Wir haben die leicht scharfe Variante bestellt, die dem Geschmack der Südchinesen entspricht. Der Service war ausgezeichnet; Kreditkarten werden akzeptiert und wir bekamen sogar einen Parktipp (90 Minuten kostenloses Parken beim Lidl gegenüber). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Bis heute das beste und leckerste chinesische Restaurant, in dem ich gegessen habe. Ich habe in vielen Städten gegessen, aber hier war es besonders hygienisch, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen frisch. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

authentisch fantastisch geschmack

Am Sonntag waren wir zum zweiten Mal hier zum Mittagessen. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die Qualität der Speisen im Vergleich zu unserem ersten Besuch deutlich nachgelassen hat. Wir bestellten drei Gerichte und waren von allen enttäuscht. Das Di San Xian 地三鲜war sehr ölig und gleichzeitig geschmacklich flach. Auch das Yu Xiang Rou Si 鱼香肉，die typischen süß-sauren und leicht scharfen Aromen kamen kaum zur Geltung. Der Rindfleisch-Eintopf mit Tofuhaut 腐竹牛腩煲wurde nicht in einem heißen Topf serviert, es fehlte Sauce, das Fleisch war trocken und die Tofuhaut schmeckte ungewöhnlich. Insgesamt war das Essen so wenig überzeugend, dass etwa die Hälfte der Gerichte nicht aufgegessen wurde. Bei unserem ersten Besuch am 30. Dezember letzten Jahres hatten wir einen sehr positiven Eindruck und hielten die Küche 川菜 für authentisch. Umso enttäuschender war das heutige Erlebnis. Die starke Schwankung in der Qualität lässt Zweifel an der Konstanz der Küche aufkommen. Das Personal war freundlich, entschuldigte sich und kam uns preislich etwas entgegen, wofür wir dankbar sind. Dennoch können wir das Restaurant aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen. Diese Bewertung soll anderen Gästen helfen, eine informierte Entscheidung zu treffen.

It's one of the best Chinese restaurants in Frankfurt, very authentic, good quality dishes. Can only speak about the food as only using delivery (well over 10 times), have never eat at the restaurant though. Typically I would rate it at 4-4.5 out of 5, but I ordered food today on 01.01.26 and have to say it was particularly good 5/5, looks like a new year resolution for the cook or something like that in a positive sense.

I ordered fried pork with sweet and sour sauce. It looked a bit burnt but the taste wasn't affected much, also the portion was quite big and perfect for sharing if you have smaller stomach. The sauce was balanced and suited my palate well, more sour than sweet (as it should be). I really like the packaging with pork in the thermal bag. After about 45' it was still warm and crispy. Overall i give the dish 8.5/10:) i will gladly order it again. Hope it will be fried in the perfect amount of time next time. Thank you China Haus.

Spicy Sichuan cuisine, very good Lively, bustling atmosphere

I've been a regular here over the past few years. However, I have to say that the portions have gotten smaller and smaller, and the prices have increased considerably. I also feel like the restaurant's taste has declined. Unfortunately, I won't be eating here again.

My new favorite spot in Frankfurt. Easily the best Chinese I’ve had here—spicy, flavorful, and just right. The chicken, lamb, and eggplant dishes are top-tier. Super menu, will be back!

The atmosphere is friendly, the service is excellent, and the food is fantastic. I've rarely found such authentic Chinese food—and such a wide selection, too. The braised beef belly was fabulous, and I'll definitely order the cucumber salad again. You'll also find culinary specialties here that aren't usually available in Germany. For those less interested, there are also delicious generic dishes that are packed with flavor. I'll definitely be back!

I used to enjoy coming here for lunch. The food is delicious, and the service was very friendly at first, but it has declined somewhat over time. Food containers were stored on the floor, which are usually placed on the work surfaces during the work process (meat box with beef). Meat was stored so that it was directly in the meat juice (beef). When storing perishable foods, the manufacturer's temperature specification or the product-specific maximum temperature was exceeded (beef packaged/floor - measured temperature + 16.7 °C, beef unpackaged/double sink - measured temperature + 20.3 °C, beef cooked/double sink - measured temperature + 41.1 °C, saladette, sliced ​​cucumbers - measured temperature + 16.7 °C). The floor was particularly dirty in the edge and corner areas as well as under and behind the facilities (rodent droppings were also found). A consumer item was stored in unsanitary conditions (cutting board was stored on the floor). A container with stored food (rice) was contaminated. Food was produced, processed or distributed in such a way that it was not protected from contamination (food was stored in the double sink (beef) and contaminated guest dishes from the previous day were stored immediately next to it). We always like the food very much. The boss is very nice and friendly. You can recommend the restaurant. It's best to reserve a table in advance.

First food was very good and anthentic. Service was questionable. They serve very slowly and they are disorganized. People came later would get dishes before earlier guests. And we ordered one dish without spice and it came out super spicy, which was fine at that point. We asked them if they can remake it, guess what? They insist it’s not spicy! The China Haus Restaurant impresses with authentic, freshly prepared Chinese dishes and a cozy atmosphere. The menu offers a wide selection and the service is friendly and attentive. The prices are fair for the quality and portion size. Perfect for a relaxed evening with delicious food.

The food is served slowly and the master chef keeps making takeaways. The dine-in experience was very average. The hand-shredded cabbage served at the end was almost completely raw, which was not pleasant. The overall taste is bland, not spicy at all, and the food is not salty.
