I've eaten a lot of noodles, including in China, but yours are definitely the tastiest I've ever tasted! I especially recommend the triangle noodles; they're simply amazing. Keep it up, I'll be back!

I opted for the Chinese Bolognese, but unfortunately, it was served without potatoes and cucumbers. The server also didn't ask me which type of noodle I'd like. The portion was okay, but I was hoping for a bit more. When the server finally arrived, I tipped her at the end, but she didn't say "thank you." She pocketed it without a word. At that moment, I regretted tipping her. Therefore, it was my first and last time there.

Very disappointing. The waitress hardly spoke any sensible German sentences, only a single word, and only answered “yes” or “no”. Important questions about allergens such as gluten or glutamate were not understood. Food full of flavor enhancers, hardly eaten. No apology or demand. just quietly cashed in In addition, the round table smelled strongly of fresh paint, which was very unpleasant. Unfortunately not recommended.

We ordered a mix of noodles and skewers — everything was delicious! The cumin lamb stir-fried noodles were my favorite. Spicy, aromatic, and full of flavor.

Super delicious food at fair prices. There were four of us here and we all ordered something different. Various varieties made in-house, mostly as a soup. Sometimes with meat, sometimes vegetarian. We were all thrilled. The food looks very tasty in the beautiful Asian bowls. And it tastes the same too. I had wok noodles in a soup with beef, slightly spicy. Cost just under €15. The portion was enough to fill you up. There is nothing to complain about in terms of service.

Was visiting Wiesbaden and went to The Noodlemaker for lunch because of the wok menu offered. Did not like the experience much. Beef wok did not taste like a dish prepared in the wok at all. Plain noodles, little meat, raw vegetables, almost no sauce. My friends ordered two beers among other things. They got a short instead of tall for one. And had to remind twice before they got the second one.

Absolutely love the hand-pulled noodles here! Tried the Original Lanzhou Lamian — the beef broth was rich, and the noodles had that perfect chewy texture. Will definitely come back!

Great variety of noodle dishes. I had the Mala Lamian — spicy but flavorful, just the way I like it. The beef was tender and the pak choi added a nice crunch.

If you're into dry noodles, try the Youpo Lamian! Wide, chewy noodles with garlic and chili oil — so simple yet so addictive.

The food was really tasty, I really enjoyed it! The portions were a bit large, and unfortunately I couldn't take anything with me, or at least it wasn't offered to me. But overall everything was great! A little note: it would be nice if the staff asked how the food was. I would have liked to have said it on the spot that it was really good!

The soup arrived cold and partially spilled in a plastic bag, which was a mess to take out. Unfortunately, the taste was a complete flop, too over-seasoned and the noodles stuck together and were hard to get apart without using a knife.

A lovely restaurant with a great idea. Unfortunately, the appetizer was an overcooked, brown, tasteless egg, extremely sweet fried tomatoes (should it be like that), and poorly prepared gyjos. I wouldn't recommend the noodle soup. The noodles were tasty, but unfortunately, the noodles were just wobbly and flavorless. The service was very friendly, though. It was nice to be able to watch the noodles being prepared.

The food is incredibly delicious every time. For me and my family, the hour-long drive there is always worth it. There are many different ways to enjoy the noodles. We usually go for the classic Lanzhou Lamian with different noodle widths, depending on everyone's preference. The drink portions are a bit small, but that's not a problem, since you can just slurp the soup.

Was a bit lost in the Mall. We called them, ask where to find the store. The chef even came downstairs and picked us up. In terms of noodle, it’s just high quality. Comparable to what you get in China. We can baby chair and cutlery. The chef asked several times if we need anything. I feel warm welcomed. Highly recommend.

Better than the one in Frankfurt!

First and last time. Ordered lamian wok dishes and cucumber salad. Positive: The noodles, great consistency. Otherwise, 15€ for a portion of butter noodles, there was no hint of Asian taste. The cucumber salad was simply half a cucumber chopped up in a clear, sweet sauce, like sugar water. Not inedible but nothing more.

The taste is authentic and overall better than Fran's. The chef of the ramen is attentive, the thickness of the ramen is exactly as described, the cooked noodles are well cooked and the portion is full. The boss is very enthusiastic. We couldn't find a seat and called to ask, but the boss came to pick us up personally. The store has a clean and tidy environment with beautiful decoration. It is much more spacious than Fran's store, so there is no pressure at all when taking children to eat. The only drawback is that the soup is a bit salty and it feels like a little too much MSG is added. Overall, I give it a 4.5.

I was very disappointed with this place. First of all, they forgot to bring me my beer, but they still charged me for it. I paid in cash, but never received a receipt. Be careful! I ordered a portion of noodles and skewered meat. The noodles were a large portion, but the meat was so thin that it was almost transparent. It looked like there was a lot of meat, but in reality, there was barely any. The broth was decent, and that’s the only positive thing I can say. The skewered meat was absolutely terrible. I haven’t had such tough, overly spiced meat in over 10 years. It was almost impossible to chew. The worst part was the service. No one apologized for forgetting my order, and they didn’t even ask why I left most of my food untouched. I wasted 20 euros and left hungry and angry. I absolutely do not recommend this place! Think twice before coming here.

This noodle shop is just outside Sbahn. It is on the second floor of the shopping mall. The noodles are all freshly pulled. You can choose the texture you like, thick or thin, and very chewy. The beef skewers are very tender, and the snowflake fries are the children's favorite. The cucumbers are very refreshing. Their waiters are very friendly and enthusiastic. If you like noodles, I recommend their fried noodles and fried noodles. You can choose beef noodles for soup noodles.

If you want to enjoy really good Asian cuisine, this is the right place for you! Highly recommend the saliva chicken. The chicken is very tender and cooked just right. It is an authentic cooking method.

A somewhat mixed experience. At first the service ignored us for some time until we drew attention to ourselves by waving very strongly. Unfortunately, a (vegetarian) dish that most of us wanted was no longer available. The food came extremely quickly, the portions were huge. Unfortunately, the taste of the dishes was mixed, the noodles for example. Sometimes very dry and stuck together in lumps. A lot of chili oil helps those who like spicy food ;-) the tofu was great. Ambiance corresponding to a (closed) restaurant in the shopping center.

The noodlemaker at Lilli in Wiesbaden has a good selection of freshly pulled noodles and sauces. The dishes are freshly prepared and it is also possible to watch the noodles being pulled. The noodles can be ordered in different thicknesses. The service was attentive but sometimes a bit overwhelmed given the busy restaurant. The atmosphere is that of a shopping center.

Compared with any Lanzhou ramen restaurant in China, it is substandard. The ramen didn't spring at all and the soup didn't taste right. Really unauthentic.

Noodles where overcooked and the dish was dry. No sauce at all. When I tried to say something I was ignored for 20 minutes. Dumplings lacked flavor and were raw. I ve had the same dish in their Frankfurt Location and loved it. Totally different experience

I've been to the location in Frankfurt multiple times and loved it. This was my first time in at the Wiesbaden location. I was beyond disappointed. My mom and I both ordered the bolognese and both were completely dry! My noodles were also over cooked. When we asked the waiter if we could take my moms to go he just took the dish before we even finished talking. We wanted to tell him that we didn't like our dishes but he barely acknowledged us. When we left my mom threw out her dish cause it wasn't worth it because of how rude the waiter was. It'll be a long time before we go back to the Wiesbaden location.

BEST CHINESE NOODLES IN TOWN‼️🤤

Unfortunately, my visit to this Asian noodle restaurant was a disappointment. The service was disastrous - the staff were inattentive, disinterested and we were forced to get the menus ourselves. Not a word of apology or even a small sign of effort to accommodate the guests. Unfortunately, the food itself was equally disappointing. The noodles were unseasoned and unappetizing, the flavors were bland and not authentic. The dish was barely edible. When we gave our feedback to the service, there was no accommodation or understanding. Only a smiling look down, no apology or offer of a solution. When I asked if I could choose a different dish or if I could only pay part of the price (since I hardly ate any of the dish) the answer was immediately no, without consulting the manager. The poor quality of the food and poor service contributed to an overall negative experience. All in all, it was a visit that I will certainly not repeat. There are many other Asian restaurants in the city that offer both quality food and much better service. Very disappointing. What a shame!

Many violations of sanitary standards were observed: 1. Waitresses who lay out forks, spoons and chopsticks, take money in their hands, and then place the cutlery in the holder with the part they eat with, not hold. The forks and spoons themselves do not look clean enough - if you look closely at the spoons, you can see dirt 2. The staff who prepare food behind glass commit gross violations. They rub their faces with their hands, for some reason rub their hands on their hair as if they have a cleanse, and pick their ears with their fingers, then put vegetables and meat in the finished noodle soup. I never noticed anyone washing their hands. Also, none of the employees wear hair caps. If they allow themselves such unsanitary conditions in areas accessible to visitors, it’s scary to imagine what happens in a closed kitchen The service is good, the food is also delicious, but for us the main thing is hygiene, so we will not visit this establishment again

Ordered the soup and got a giant bowl of noodles and some beef. Customer service is non existent.Asked for a separate bowl for my son and the waitress never returned. Overall very poor experience wouldn’t recommend.

All menu items with soup are beef broth and there are not many vegetarian options, but it is clean as it is in a large shopping mall and the hand-made noodles are really delicious :) ————————- Every time I go, the taste and quality changes slightly. There are times when everything tastes the best. There are times when the cooking is a little different and there is a fishy smell, and I think it's probably because the chef who cooks it is different every time.

People, don't listen to TikTok, it's not as good as everyone says. Everything tastes like nothing, the soy sauce tastes like chlorinated water, and the crispy tofu is weird, too.

The beef noodles here are good, with different widths and thinnesses. The cold noodles are thicker and taste average. However, one of the waiters wore purple rubber gloves to clean the dishes, and then wore the same gloves to serve the dishes (cleaning foam was still visible on the fingertips). This kind of hygiene awareness made me curious about the hygiene conditions in the kitchen.

I go there sometimes to eat, but the Ranjou Ramen was a little salty but edible, but the other bibim noodles are too salty. It seems like it was pickled with salt. I think I should ask them not to make it salty when I order. The young people were originally friendly, but the old woman I saw for the first time was so rude. It seemed like they only smile at customers they know. The taste was good before, but the most recent noodles were so salty!

The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We arrived without a reservation, but we were still greeted warmly. My meal could have been a bit more seasoned, and some more vegetables would have been nice. But that's the only negative I can say.

Two stars for the ambiance, the rest not a good value for the money. Service slow, the kitchen passed late that one of the ordered dishes was sold out. Meanwhile, the rest sat on the counter waiting until the server would bring it out together. 4€ for a cup of jasmine tea, asked for hot water to top of the small glass, the charge for that is another €1. I won't be returning for awhile.

I went there on a recommendation and unfortunately I have to say nothing really blew me away. You had to wipe the table first so as not to get your clothes dirty. The skewers were completely over-seasoned, so much so that I had to scrape down the dry spices to see the very dry beef on the skewer. The edamame were quickly partially warmed up in the microwave, there were a few warm ones to be found among the ice cold ones!! The main course - ramen - was hard to beat in terms of lack of imagination and the bok choy that was brought in was unwashed and raw. The iced tea came from a 1.5 liter plastic bottle (when asked, it was declared fresh). The sluggish service staff was completely uninterested in criticism. Well, you become smart from experience. I cannot and will not recommend this restaurant.

There were four of us eating there and someone warned us that she didn't like the food. But 4.6 stars as a review attracted us. Unfortunately a disappointment. We had several side dishes, fried rice, two noodle dishes and meat kebabs. UNFORTUNATELY NOTHING WAS DELICIOUS! Noodle extremely oily and strange flavors. But we seem to be the exception with 2 stars. But as our daughter said “Every Asian snack is better”… I would say that too now.

The food has been greatly improved since we last visited. However, we waited for a long time until we were asked to order though the guests came after us were offered to order before us. However, the male waiter was very friendly, delightful and devoted. We were not asked how the food was though. Nice atmosphere and ambience. There was something wrong with the speaker. Sometimes it was very silent and suddenly very loud.

I have been coming here regularly since this place has opened. The noodles are always nice and bouncy. All the La-mian soup dishes are delicious and even the dry noodles with lamb is really tasty. I haven’t had a bad experience here. The service is polite, quick, and food is consistently good. RECENTLY, they added liang pi!! I used to have liang pi when I lived in NY and this place hits that craving. It is a vegetarian Chinese cold noodle dish that is packed with flavor! It isn’t 100% legit, but it is still yummy! It’s hard to get good Asian food in Germany, so for Germany— this liang pi is definitely a winner! I ordered two dishes of the liang pi because it looked “small.” The reality is that it’s probably the same amount of noodles as the soup dishes, except it’s not swimming in soup. One order of the liang pi and an appetizer will be good enough to fill someone up!

It was our first time at this restaurant. The atmosphere and service were delightful. We ordered 2 different soups, which were really delicious until … we both experienced food poisoning around 1h after leaving the restaurant. I’m really shocked as the food tasted great. We had different dishes but the noodles seemed to be the same so I’m guessing that was the problem. I’ve tried to contact the restaurant about the issue, before writing the review, but unfortunately I was ignored. Thus I’m forced to publish a bad review of the restaurant. Shame..

In retrospect, the service decreased a bit as soon as there was more going on; we were basically forgotten. Nevertheless, the food was super tasty, super fresh. The selection isn't big but it's still good. You can decide which noodles you want, from extra fine to thick. There is something for everyone. Otherwise, I also found the location nice, with traditional/modern furnishings. Very interesting.
