Sehr leckere handpulled noodles. Hatte die chinesische Bolognese und war viel Fleisch und Nudeln echt der Hammer.

Mega! Für mich beschlagen die besten chinesischen Nudeln außerhalb Chinas! Ambiente und Service wäre bestimmt gut, ich habe leider über uber bestellt.... Trotz der Lieferung war das Essen perfekt und das Ambiente im Hotelzimmer kann sowieso nicht übertroffen werden und die uber Fahrerin war sehr nett ❤️

Wow, ehrlich gesagt mit das beste Essen, das ich je in Wiesbaden gegessen habe! Die Qualität ist hervorragend und die Auswahl an asiatischen Gerichten riesig. Die Schärfegrade sind perfekt abgestimmt und gut gekennzeichnet – hier gibt es richtig leckere, scharfe Speisen! Wir hatten mehrere Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte, und alles war fantastisch. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Essen kam schnell, aber in angenehmer Abfolge. Es gibt viele vegetarische und vegane Gerichte. Auch für Menschen mit Laktose- und Glutenunverträglichkeit ist es bestens geeignet. Das Restaurant befindet sich in der Galerie im zweiten Stock. Es gibt viele Sitzplätze, daher ist es auch für größere Gruppen gut geeignet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Gute Portionen für den Preis – aber nicht die beste Qualität.

Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich vor sechs Monaten eine positive Bewertung abgegeben habe, diese aber heute gelöscht habe und einen erneuten Besuch plane. Was mich absolut davon abhält, dieses Restaurant jemals wieder zu betreten, ist das unverschämte Anstarren von Frauen durch drei männliche Angestellte in der offenen Küche. Fast alle meine Freundinnen reagierten genauso, sodass ich mich dort überhaupt nicht wohlfühlte. Sie starren einen so lange an, bis man ihnen am liebsten den Mittelfinger zeigen möchte. Wow, köstliche Nudeln! Wir haben drei Sorten bestellt und alle drei waren superlecker. Besonders toll ist die offene Küche, wo man zusehen kann, wie die Nudeln zubereitet werden. Die Portionen sind ausreichend und der Service ist zuvorkommend bis sehr freundlich.

Ich war dort mit Freunden zum Mittagessen. Das Essen war hervorragend, die Getränke ebenfalls. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sehr nettes Personal und zubereiten die Nudeln vor Ort. Die Gerichte sind sehr lecker. Besonders zu empfehlen sind Crispy tofu.

Schwer zu finden, weil auf Google falsch eingestellt. Im ersten Stock des Einkaufszentrums gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofes. Sehr nettes Ambiente Frisch zubereitete Nudeln Leider komplett fade und die Fotos entsprechen nicht den gelieferten Gerichten Die gegrillte Ente hat leider auch eine weiche Haut

Die Nudeln waren sehr lecker und die Portion auch sattmachend. Vielleicht sind die Standard-Nudeln etwas zu lang 😂 aber ansonsten gibt es nichts zu merken für die Preise. Das Einzige, was wirklich gestört hat, war der Tisch mit den Metall-Stäben unten drunter. Wir haben uns andauernd die Beine gestoßen! 😡

Es war wirklich fantastisch! So authentische Sichuan- und Chongqing-Snacks habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Der Tofu war knusprig, die kalten Nudeln ebenfalls sehr authentisch, und das Ambiente war toll. Ein wirklich schöner Ort, perfekt, um meinen Heißhunger zu stillen und zu entspannen. Die chinesischen Kellnerinnen waren sehr zuvorkommend. Großartig!

Man hat sich fast wie in China gefühlt. Schöne Ambiente mit Sicht direkt auf das Personal, das live die Nudeln ziehen! Die Tee-Eier könnten aber deutlich stärker gewürzt/ eingelegt werden. Sehr große Portionen, vegane Gerichte vorhanden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und auch die Filiale in Frankfurt testen 😋

Wirklich sehr geschmackvolle Suppe mit vorzüglichen Nudeln. Sehr preiswert. Man wird von einer Portion definitiv satt - auch als Person die viel isst. Das Restaurant ist visuell sehr ansprechend.

Absolut großartig und einzigartig die Bolognese chinesische Nudeln.

Die Nudeln haben leider überhaupt nicht geschmeckt und sind definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Die Tiefkühl-Frühlingsrollen waren mit 5,50 € für gerade einmal fünf Stück völlig überteuert und geschmacklich ebenfalls enttäuschend. Zudem war das Essen auch noch kalt. Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

Sehr enttäuschend. Die Nudeln waren trocken und klumpig. Die Speisekarte ist zudem sehr einseitig – fast alle Gerichte werden mit Rindfleisch angeboten. Die Frühlingsrollen als Vorspeise für 5,50 € waren ebenfalls enttäuschend: Es gab nur sechs kleine Minirollen, die wie aus dem Tiefkühler wirkten. Insgesamt leider kein gutes Erlebnis – für mich das letzte Mal.

Waren heute zum ersten Mal dort. Wir würden direkt sehr freundlich begrüßt und platziert, auch ein Hochstuhl für unser Kind wurde schnell herbei geschafft. Nachdem wir bestellt hatten, kamen Getränke und Essen sehr schnell, und es waren auch wirklich ordentliche Portionen. Ich hatte eine Suppe mit Rindfleisch, meine Frau die chinesische Bolognese - beides war sehr lecker. Highlight waren auch die vor Ort handgemachten Nudeln, die überall enthalten sind. Am Ende kamen wir noch kurz ins Gespräch mit unserer Kellnerin - alles wirklich sehr angenehm! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Essen sehr lecker, hatten diverse Kleinigkeiten und zwei Hauptgerichte. Leider hatten wir uns in der Menge selbst überschätzt und mussten einen Teil mitnehmen. Kommen aber bestimmt wieder.

Die Suppe war sehr gut. Man schmeckt direkt, dass die Nudeln frisch gemacht sind und kann sogar dabei zu sehen. Mal was anderes und sehr lecker :)

Maximal feine Nudeln! Zum Mittagessen mit einer Kollegin zu Besuch gewesen, werden wir bestimmt wiederholen. Leider wurden nur anfangs Getränke aufgenommen, den Service hat man dann erst wieder zum Bezahlen gesehen. Davon abgesehen sehr zu empfehlen.

Gehen hier oft und gerne essen, weil man hier auch einfach Mal Speisen bekommt, die es in anderen Restaurants nicht gibt. War immer sehr gut und lecker.

Das Highlight sind die frisch hergestellten Lanzhou Nudeln. Es gibt 8 verschiedene Varianten die man zu den angebotenen Gericht auswählen kann. Den Köchen kann man bei der Zubereitung auch zuschauen. Die Karte ist überschaubar ... aber hat für jeden was dabei. Die Qualität der Speisen ist gut und man schmeckt die frischen Zutaten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Allerdings muss man sie darauf aufmerksam machen wenn die Getränke ausgehen. Preis/Leistung ist absolut okay. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einer Shopping Mail, im 1. OG, direkt am Bahnhof. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug. Das Ambiente ist schlicht aber nicht ungemütlich. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und ein Parkhaus in direkter Umgebung.

Eines meiner neuen Lieblingsrestaurants! Authentisches Essen, sehr individuell anpassbar. Wirklich schönes großes Restaurant. Wirkt nicht so vollgestellt wie die meisten anderen Restaurants und läd dadurch zum Runterkommen ein. Ich werde wieder kommen!

Ein guter Ort, das Essen ist lecker, und das Personal asiatischer Herkunft war immer freundlich. Aber dieses Mal sind wir auf andere Mitarbeiter gestoßen – der Umgang war schrecklich. Sie kamen überhaupt nicht an den Tisch, waren unhöflich und haben uns sehr unangenehm empfangen. Wir sind immer gerne hierher gekommen, aber es ist schade, dass sie nun irgendwelche inkompetenten Leute eingestellt haben. Wir werden nie wiederkommen.

Das Essen war einfach mega – jedes Gericht hat super geschmeckt und man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe gekocht wird. Der Service war ebenfalls mega gut: super freundlich, aufmerksam und trotzdem entspannt, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat, dass es eine richtig große Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen gibt, sodass wirklich jede Person etwas Passendes findet.

Gastfreundschaft absolute Katastrophe! Heute habe ich das 2. Mal eine Bestellung zur Lieferung bei Noodlemaker aufgegeben und zum zweiten Mal ist es eine absolute Katastrophe. Das erste Mal über Uber Eats kam das Essen massiv verspätet, eines von 4 Hauptspeisen fehlte und bei einer Vorspeise kam eine Menge, nicht mal so groß wie eine Handfläche. Der Versuch einer telefonischen Reklamation scheiterte daran, dass niemand dort deutsch oder gar englisch sprach. 2 Jahre später habe ich nun über Lieferando einen neuen Versuch starten wollen. Nachdem die angekündigte Lieferzeit überschritten war, habe ich in die App geschaut und mit erschrecken festgestellt, dass dort weitere 40 min Lieferzeit angekündigt waren. Ich rief umgehend bei Noodlemaker an, diesmal wurde zwar einigermaßen gut deutsch gesprochen, der Kundendienst allerdings eine Katastrophe. Mein Essen sei schon längst fertig, es wäre aber kein Fahrer gekommen. Als ich ihn dann um ein Storno bat, lachte er dass ich mich selbst kümmern müsse. Er könnte mir auch nicht sagen, ob ich das Essen überhaupt noch bekommen werde. Ich sagte dann, dass es ja dann auch kalt wäre: das sei ihm egal und nicht sein Problem. Ich fragte ihn dann, ob er mit seinen Gästen immer so umgeht und dass ich mir unter Gastfreundschaft etwas Anderes vorstelle, woraufhin et erwiderte dass ich nicht sein Gast, sondern der Gast von Lieferando wäre. Ich wies ihn darauf hin, dass ich durchaus auch Gast vor Ort bin und er als Gastronom eigentlich darauf bedacht sein sollte, dass die Gäste zufrieden sind. Er sagte mir dann erneut, ich solle mich selbst kümmern, er müsse jetzt weg und beendete das Gespräch. Tut mir leid Noodlemaker, aber das ist wirklich so ziemlich das Letzte an Gastfreundschaft was ich je erlebt habe. Das Essen war sonst immer echt lecker, aber mich werden sie nicht mehr wiedersehen. So ein unprofessionelles Verhalten...Wahnsinn! Eigentlich hätte man nach der im Verbraucherfenster kommunizierten Hygieneprobleme dort sowieso nicht mehr bestelle sollen, dies war mir eine Lehre

Very friendly, good food and very fast service. Plus, beautifully decorated!

Not the first time here. Even though I stay at a different city, I still visit this place very often in the winter time. Nothing can compare with the warm noddlesoup in the winter:) the taste is original without try to match westerners taste;)

The rice portion was ridiculously small, only 5 large spoonfuls – way too much for €13.50 – and the service was incredibly unfriendly. Never again!

The place was large, but the noodles didn't seem to have much flavor. The restaurant wasn't full, but the ordering process was incredibly slow. The waiters didn't interact with us at all and wouldn't say a word more than necessary.

The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the environment was clean and well-organized. I was satisfied with the service, and the dishes came in quite large portions. It was my first time trying this particular dish; while it wasn’t exactly to my taste, I really appreciated the fact that the noodles were handmade and the dish had a fresh flavor.

I always order Lu Lamian (vegan), noodles in broth with (what feels like a measured amount) potatoes, cauliflower, wood ear mushrooms, tofu, and carrots – unfortunately, the amount of tofu is very small compared to the other vegetables. I'd prefer fewer noodles, but consistently four pieces of tofu instead of one or two. Sometimes the broth is also very salty, and other times it's very mushy.

The food was not really my taste, but asides from that it's okay.

The place was clean. Noodle and soup were authentic, and it felt just right to have hot soup when it was 2C outside. Service was not that quick, although they did not have a full-house. I was left waiting at the table for more than 5 minutes until menu was provided. No one took my order until almost 10 mins after. However, the food came out quickly.

The ambiance and the food are good and met my expectations. However, I have found the service to be very poor on several occasions. The staff are not very attentive. Furthermore, after I've been asked to find a seat, I'm arbitrarily moved without any explanation. Then, other people are allowed to sit at the table where I had been sitting. It wasn't reserved. I have to ask for help far too often before I'm served.

The food was delicious and tasted very similar to what you'd find in China. So, if you're looking for authentic Chinese cuisine, this is the place for you (I was in Xi'an this year, and you can find these dishes everywhere on the street there). There's a wide selection of vegan and vegetarian options.

We come once a month and haven't been disappointed yet. The food and atmosphere are excellent. We love this place!

The service was excellent and attentive, the drinks were okay, and the soups were delicious. The appetizers were also good, with a wide selection. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy the meat in the Bolognese, but the pasta was tasty. The "fries" were far too sweet and cold; they didn't impress us either.

The noodles were delicious, I'll add a star! But the service was really strange. When the restaurant was still quite empty, we were immediately berated by a server as soon as we entered. She yelled, "How could you just walk in like that?!" "You'll upset the foreigners!" "Don't you see the sign outside?!" We were completely confused, wondering what we had done. Then we saw two foreign customers standing at the door, looking around. Oh, they were two "foreign" customers waiting in line. Let me ask you this: 1) With the restaurant so empty, who would have thought those two were waiting in line? 2) Since you're personally greeting the guests, why didn't you do your job properly? Chatting with the chef neglected the customers, leaving them standing there unsure what to do. 3) The two foreigners didn't say anything, yet this server immediately started yelling at us, accusing us of upsetting them. 4) After talking to other staff, we learned that your restaurant has many "uncivilized" Chinese customers who like to cut in line, upsetting foreigners and damaging the image of Chinese people. Have you ever considered that perhaps there's something wrong with how you've placed your signs? When there aren't many people in the store, who would expect to have to queue? Many restaurants have customers who come in and find a seat themselves. Are you just assuming that all Chinese people like to cut in line?

Delicious! The price is reasonable too, just over 20 RMB per person. First time here, ordered the dishes shown in the picture. The pickled bean curd sheets were the best I've ever had at a Chinese restaurant in Germany. Perfectly soaked and mixed, with just the right amount of saltiness. A perfect side dish (Düsseldorf's Zhuge Grilled Fish should definitely learn from this!). The beef noodles tasted exactly like beef noodles. The oil-splashed noodles would be even more appetizing with a little vinegar (personal preference). The braised egg wasn't cracked open, so it was a bit bland. The roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) was amazing! Full of braised flavor without being too salty, you could taste the meat and the braised sauce. The meat had skin, meat, and tendons, and the taste and texture were just like in China. Unfortunately, the small flatbread was too chewy; I had slightly weak teeth and couldn't bite it a bit. Even so, I could eat here every day.

I love the selection of handmade noodles – just my taste! My kids especially enjoy sitting at the front of the glass wall and watching the noodles being freshly prepared. Great concept, superb quality, and a lovely atmosphere – highly recommended!

The best Chinese noodle restaurant in Germany, and even Europe. The taste, ambiance, and service are all top-notch. The chefs in the central kitchen hand-pull the noodles. The flavor is authentic, and I love the broth! The prices are reasonable, but the atmosphere is elegant and quiet. ❤️ Highly recommended 👍👍 (The owner is also very handsome ☺️). Side note: I've seen some European reviews that are quite unfair: these noodles don't come with any vegetables. If you want the kind with carrots and broccoli—sorry, that's not authentic Lanzhou ramen.

Good noodles, portions are very large, service is nice

The food was delicious, but the service was extremely unfriendly. Very pushy. She came to take the check while we were still eating. I was still chewing my food and was asked to pay. After I pointed out that I was still eating, she still stood at the table and watched me chew. A terrible experience!

The noodle soups are delicious and authentic. Unfortunately, the fried noodles with shrimp were almost unseasoned and far too oily. The service was very attentive, and the restaurant is child-friendly. So, if you stick to the soups, this restaurant is a good choice.

First-class hand-pulled noodles – I've only had better ones in Berlin. Highly recommended!

The noodle was really good and fresh made The broth itself was also super nice after a long drive from train 🥹 And the fried tofu must order!!!!

Their ramen is really delicious. I've been eating there for a few years and I can say it tastes better than many ramen restaurants in China. I highly recommend the standard beef noodles or spicy beef noodles. The chef's hand-pulled noodles are very tasty and even the soup is delicious. I've seen the price go up from 11 to 13 per bowl. 😭 But compared to their side dishes, they taste just average.

We ordered two noodle dishes and the cucumber salad via Uber Eats. The Lamian wok with beef tasted like a neutral oil. The Chinese Bolognese was also rather mediocre and tasted like a pre-made seasoning mix. The cucumber salad was delicious, but too expensive. I really wish I could write a better review.

Unfortunately, this restaurant's service is very slow, even for Germany standards. The beef skewers were dry and chewy, the mushroom skewers were undercooked. Over 30 minutes to order for our party of 3 is unacceptable. The potential for being exceptional is there but the service was below standard.

Hongshao, a hearty beef soup with pak choi, spring onions, and beef, and the great taste of the homemade noodles for €14.80 was sensationally delicious.

We've been there twice and eaten something different each time, always coming home full and happy. The staff are very friendly. Everything is served very quickly and tastes extremely good. Everything is very clean – even the restrooms.

Extremely good and authentic food and very friendly service. Card payments via NFC, including tips, are easily accepted.

The food is okay, tasty, but nothing special if you frequent Chinese cuisine. Our visit was moderate, and the food is also something where you're hardly served because everything comes out at once. However, it must be said that there's hardly anything else in Wiesbaden that's as authentic as this Asian restaurant. It's more of a quick bite to eat between meals, and a nice place if you want to chat.

Dear Sir or Madam, On Monday, August 11, 2025, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, I had a very disappointing experience with one of your service staff members in your restaurant. It was a woman who was responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and cashing that afternoon. Unfortunately, her behavior toward the guests was extremely unprofessional. She gave the impression that people owed her something personally, rather than being welcomed as a paying guest. During working hours, she frequently stood around idly or chatted extensively with colleagues instead of attending to guests. This type of behavior not only harms the service experience but can also significantly impact the reputation and revenue of the establishment. As a guest, you expect attentiveness, friendliness, and respect—not indifference or even rudeness. I would therefore like to ask you to take this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to improve the quality of service in your restaurant. I like that more and more Lamian restaurants are opening, and The Noodlemaker is definitely among the top. During my visit, it wasn't busy, so there was plenty of space, it was very quiet, and I was able to sit by the window. The food arrived very quickly and was exactly as expected, with a very diverse flavor, unlike many other restaurants, yet still familiar if you've indulged in Chinese cuisine outside of buffet Asian restaurants. (Nothing against buffet temples, they're just unfortunately very one-sided.) What I really like is that you can choose the type of noodle you want to go with your noodle dishes, and extras are also readily available. The menu offers a lot of variety, and you can decide whether you want to enjoy a special, a large main course, or many smaller side dishes. I opted for a mix and had absolutely no regrets; the fried tomatoes may sound simple, but they're guaranteed to explode with flavor in your mouth. All of this was rounded off by friendly service, very quick and courteous, as well as a not too intrusive ambiance, which takes you away from your everyday life for a moment.

There are four adults and two children in our group. We ordered two bowls of braised beef noodles, one bowl of Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles, and a few small dishes. The braised beef was very tender and delicious, and the preserved tofu was tasty too. It was amazing—we’ll definitely come back next time!

The food was really tasty, I really enjoyed it! The portions were a bit large, and unfortunately I couldn't take anything with me, or at least it wasn't offered to me. But overall everything was great! A little note: it would be nice if the staff asked how the food was. I would have liked to have said it on the spot that it was really good!

I usually come during off-peak hours and it's nice and quiet. The service is really excellent then. The food is ready super quickly and always tastes really good. I love the aloe vera juice. Unfortunately, the chairs are incredibly uncomfortable.

Holy crap, we have tried so many noodle shops in germany and the states. It's not a michelin star restaurant but damn does it have the best noodles we've ever had so far. We're definitely coming back more often and will highly recommend this place to our friends!! Thank you to the staff! So worth the stop in.

I was here for the first time today and I'm absolutely thrilled! The food was delicious. The service was super friendly and attentive—I felt completely at home.

I've been going there on and off for years, and I've ordered from there several times. The quality and uniqueness of this restaurant continue to impress.

I love this place so much. First, the atmosphere. I love how spacious and cozy it is, especialy when you can people watch from the full glass windows overlooking the ground floor of the mall. Secondly, the food. I tried several dishes, but I love their Youpo Lamian (with 3D noodle) with beef the most. My second favorite is their newly limited spicy beef noodle soup. I hope they make this dish permanent to the menu. Also in 3D noodle. I tried their other noodle types but 3D suits me the best because it has some interesting texture and bite to it. The noodle soup is not the best I’ve tried in my life, but the beef inside the soup is amongst the most tender it can get. But the Youpo lamian is better than other dry lamians I’ve tried. I also especially love how affordable the food is yet one portion can fit almost 2 people.

Delicious hand-pulled noodles in a variety of variations. The various delicious appetizers are also highly recommended. Always good and, above all, reasonably priced.
