Leckeres Essen, gute Auswahl (Mittagsangebot) Und es wird wahrscheinlich mit wenig oder gar keinen Zusatzstoffen gearbeitet. Da ich nach dem Essen keine Verdauungsprobleme habe.

Eine große Auswahl an qualitativ hochwertigen Gerichten. Der Service ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das ist mein absolutes Lieblings-All-you-can-eat-Restaurant in Wiesbaden! Die Auswahl an Speisen, Gemüse und Desserts ist riesig und ideal für Fleischesser, Fischliebhaber und Vegetarier. Für nur 25 Euro bekommt man frisch zubereitete Gerichte. Man kann sich Fisch, Fleisch oder Meeresfrüchte aussuchen, die gegrillt werden sollen, und sie werden zum Festpreis frisch zubereitet. Nach dem Grillen bringt ein Automat das Essen. Eis, Dessert, Grillgerichte, Sushi, Meeresfrüchte und Fisch – so viel man will! Ein absolutes Muss! Ich liebe es tausendmal und werde nach meiner Gewichtsabnahme bald wieder hingehen.

Die Chinakrone ist ein hervorragendes Restaurant für alle, die asiatische Küche in großer Vielfalt genießen möchten. Besonders das umfangreiche Buffet überzeugt mit einer großen Auswahl an chinesischen, japanischen und weiteren asiatischen Spezialitäten. Die Speisen sind frisch, schmackhaft und werden ansprechend präsentiert. Das Restaurant ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre für Familien, Paare oder größere Gruppen. Auch der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass man sich von Anfang an willkommen fühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die große Auswahl, bei der wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungenes Restauranterlebnis mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Klare Empfehlung, ich komme gerne wieder.

Es ist sein Geld wert, groß, sauber und der Service war nett, schnell und höflich. Das Essen war super lecker. Und es ist auch kinderfreundlich. 🌹🌹

Ich schreibe gerade eine Bewertung für dieses Restaurant. Ich gehe oft in asiatische Restaurants, und dieses hier hat sie alle übertroffen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Einrichtung ansprechend und das Personal ausgezeichnet. Besonders angetan war ich von der Kellnerin Natalia. Ehrlich gesagt war ich positiv überrascht. Sie ist eine so freundliche und herzliche Person. Jetzt komme ich jeden Montag mit meinen Kindern hierher.

Restaurant sieht nicht so modern aus. Aber das Essen war lecker und Preis war gut. Große Wahl zum grillen und ein Robot bringt das Essen an den Tisch.

Ich war in diesem Restaurant und insgesamt war ich zufrieden: Das Essen war gut und der Service war in Ordnung. Ich möchte jedoch einen kleinen konstruktiven Hinweis geben: Die Eistruhe war ziemlich schmutzig, besonders die Scheiben, und es sah so aus, als wäre sie schon länger nicht gereinigt worden. Ich habe auch ein Foto gemacht und hoffe, dass der Verantwortliche entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreift. Ich erwähne das nur, um die Erfahrung weiter zu verbessern, denn das Lokal hat definitiv Potenzial.

Das Restaurant ist sehr großzügig und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Speiseauswahl am Buffet ist umfangreich und unterscheidet sich nicht wesentlich von anderen asiatischen Buffets, der Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, soviel zum positiven. Negativ ist, die warmen Speisen sind zum Großteil nicht nicht heiß genug, speziell die frittieren Tintenfischringe, die Frühlingsrollen, die gebratenen Nudeln usw. Des Weiteren sind die Speisen entweder sehr scharf oder total geschmacksneutral abgeschmeckt. Sushi wird in zahlreichen Varianten angeboten, hat mich aber auch nicht überzeugen können. Der Dessertbereich besteht aus fertig Backwaren, zahlreichen Eissorten der untersten Qualität und Obst das zu 90% aus der Konserve ist. Ein vorhandener Schokoladebrunnen war nicht in Betrieb. Für mich auch nicht nachvollziehbar nach 3 Stunden anwesendheit am - all you can eat Buffet - wird eine Nachzahlung von 2€ p.P verlangt, habe ich noch nie so gesehen. Die Hygiene ist auch so la la die Bestecke stehen so auf den Tische das sie von jedem Gast zwangsweise angegriffen werden müssen, der Boden speziell unter den Tischen müsste öfter mal gereinigt werden und die zahlreichen Spinnenweben im Deckenbereich geben auch zu denken. Fazit für mich so schnell werde ich dieses Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen, aber jeder kann seine Erfahrungen dort selbst machen, die Angabe spiegelt nur meinen persönlichen meine Meinung und Eindruck.

Ich fande es sehr lecker, ich habe 6€ für ein All You Can Eat To go bezahlt.Eine person neben mir hat sich sich sicher 1 kilo Chinesiches essen genommen für 6€.Das war halt das restliche essen von der Rechten seite des Buffets, vor der Mittagspause von denn Mitarbeitern. 4 sterne fürs essen war weil es bishen Kalt war, Service kann man nicht bewerten weil man sich das essen selber Rausholen sollte. Aber die Mitarbeiter dort habe auf Chinesich manchmal geredet und auch manche Personen ausgelach wie zumbeispiel mich weil ich mich bei der anderen Buffet Seite erkundigen wollte, und zum ersten mal da war. Ich fande aber schade das mal für Holz besteck 50ct ausgeben sollte aber es ist ja nicht viel.

Mittagsbuffet ist ok. Man nimmt/isst mehr als man braucht, weil man vorher nicht weiß, wie es schmeckt. Ich denke, jeder findet etwas, und wird satt.

Schönes Restaurant, viele leckere Sachen zum Auswählen (all you can eat), nettes Personal und genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ehrlich gesagt, warum verdient Dece nur 2 Sterne? Ich war an einem Sonntag dort, das Menü kostet 25 € pro Person, aber das Essen lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es war viel zu trocken und viel zu fettig. Ich meine, ich habe zwar gegessen, aber mir war übel, weil es so fettig war.

Das Essen war naja, der Mongolengrill hat alles noch herausgerissen. Es war super laut, wir haben sehr lange gewartet auf die Bedienung egal ob Bestellung oder kassieren. Es waren kaum Teller da, dafür war das Buffet gut gefüllt, weil keine Teller da waren. Alles wirkte sehr unorganisiert. Die Saucen war leider ohne Geschmack. Dafür war es echt mega teuer da die Qualität vom chinesischen Buffet absolut nicht gut war. 3 Sterne gehen an den Mongolengrill der war echt super lecker und richtig schnell fertig.

Das Buffet ist ganz okay. Der Service auch u d recht freundlich. Ansonsten hat das schon was von Grosskantine.

Bis auf die ältere Dame die das Geschirr abräumte und sehr freundlich war waren wir erschrocken über die unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter. Getränke wurden nicht abgestellt sondern mit einem sehr bösen Gesicht auf den Tisch geknallt. Früher alles freundlicher und sauberer, heute lustlos und unfreundlich. Für einen Tisch mit 20 Personen und dementsprechend Umsatz solch schlecht gelauntes und mißmutiges Personal, unmöglich Für alle am Tisch war klar hierher kommen wir nicht wieder. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Top Buffet Restaurant für alle Gruppengrössen und Geschmäcker. Must Go in Wiesbaden.

Wir waren durch Zufall in Wiesbaden und wollten Buffet essen, da meine Freundin Geburtstrag hatte. Sind durch Google auf Chinakrone gekommen. Sehr herzliches Team . Wahnsinns Buffet. Sowas hab ich noch nie gesehn beim Asiaten. Alles was das Gourmet Herz höher schlagen lässt. Fisch in allen Variationen, Fleisch.....etc. Auch die Desserts.....Wahnsinns Auswahl. Haben Wir jetzt schon im Bekanntenkreis weiter gesagt. Absolut zu empfehlen !!!! Ein singender Roboter kam auch an den Tisch zum Geburtstagskind. Es war ein gelungener Abend . Dankeschön :-))

Absolut rassistisch und ein katastrophaler Kundenservice. Ich hatte einen Tisch für acht Personen für mich und meine afroamerikanischen Freunde reserviert. Eine Dame namens Chen war sehr unhöflich und weigerte sich, uns einen Tisch zu geben. Sie sagte zu uns: „Geht weg!“ und dass sie in Deutschland das Recht habe, Kunden des Lokals zu verweisen. Ich werde dieses Lokal nie wieder unterstützen.

Ein großartiger Ort für alle, die eine große Auswahl und ein All-you-can-eat-Angebot schätzen. Gestern Abend kostete es 24 €, und dafür konnte man eine riesige Vielfalt an Gerichten probieren: Garnelen, Muscheln, Tintenfisch, Lachs, Sushi, verschiedene Sushi-Rollen, Fleisch und einen riesigen Holzkohlegrill, auf dem der Koch alles direkt vor den Augen der Gäste zubereitet. Die Speisekarte wechselt ständig, die Speisen sind frisch, und die Meeresfrüchte waren ein besonderer Genuss. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, die Teller werden schnell abgeräumt, und der Service ist aufmerksam. Das Interieur ist wunderschön, mit vielen dekorativen Elementen, und die Atmosphäre ist angenehm. Die Getränke sind nicht inklusive, aber die Auswahl ist gut. Insgesamt hat das Restaurant einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen – ein toller Ort für ein Familienessen oder ein Essen mit Freunden. Ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Schneller und freundlicher Service, hervorragendes Essen mit großer Auswahl.

Das Essen war okay, denke ich. Es ist ein All-you-can-eat-Buffet. Nachdem man sich das frische Fleisch/die Meeresfrüchte für den Koch ausgesucht hat, bringt es einem eine Roboterkatze an den Tisch. Nur beim Bestellen und Bezahlen kommt ein Mensch zum Bedienen, ansonsten muss man sich selbst um alles kümmern. Beim Bezahlen wird man dann aber nach Trinkgeld gefragt 😑, und wenn man mit einer ausländischen Kreditkarte zahlt, muss man extra zahlen 🙄. Deshalb habe ich letztendlich kein Trinkgeld gegeben, weil ich nicht verstehe, warum das in Deutschland so üblich ist. Vielleicht verlangen sie nur von ausländischen oder nicht-deutschen Gästen Trinkgeld, was ich aber nicht in Ordnung finde.

All you can eat vom Buffet. Gut wie immer

Kurz vorweg, wir waren mit 6 Personen an einem Sonntag Abend vor Ort und stellten uns am Buffet das Essen zusammen. Essen: Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und übersichtlich gestaltet. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an frischem Fleisch und auch Gemüse, welches vor Ort für den Kunden gebraten wird. Die Standardgerichte wie gebratene Nudeln oder Reis gibt es ebenfalls. Auch eine gute Auswahl an Früchten und Nachtisch ist vorhanden. Service: Der Tischservice (Bringservice für das Fleisch vom Grill) der Mitarbeiter wurde durch Roboter (die durch das Restaurant fahren) ersetzt. Ich konnte für das voll gefüllte Restaurant lediglich 2-3 zählen welche bei weitem nicht ausreichen um das Essen effizient an den Tisch zu bringen. Ich habe knappe 15-20min auf mein Fleisch vom Grill gewartet und dann stellte sich auch noch heraus, dass zwei Mal das Essen vertauscht wurde (trotz der Klammern mit der Tischnummer am Teller). Das heißt ich musste meine Bestellung erneut am Buffet zusammenstellen und am Grill abgeben. Da kann man sich vorstellen wie enttäuscht ich war, als meine Freunde, mit denen ich den Tisch teilte schon lange vor mir aufgegessen hatten und sich bereits dem Nachtisch widmeten. Die Kellner, die uns die Getränke gebracht haben und auch den Bezahlvorgang abwickelten waren immerhin freundlich. Ambiente: Das Restaurant sieht typisch asiatisch von innen aus und bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Es gibt runde sowie auch eckige Tische im Saal. Ab und zu war die Lautstärke etwas hoch.

Das vertig zubereitete Essen ist ok (Cüry ist leicht verwässert) könnte alles ein bisschen mehr gewürzt sein. Und das Zum Braten Lassen ist aber Gut. Auch Schön das man die Saucen Sorte mit einer Klammer abgibt und nicht auf den Teller gibt so kann es besser gebraten werden 👍

Ich muss euch unbedingt etwas zeigen… Ich bin gerade bei ChinaKrone in Wiesbaden und ganz ehrlich: Wow! Schon beim Reinkommen fühlt man sich wie auf einer kleinen Reise. Die Atmosphäre ist super schön, modern, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Man merkt sofort, dass hier richtig viel Liebe zum Detail drinsteckt. Und das Essen… Leute… einfach unglaublich! 😍 Die Auswahl ist riesig – von frischem Sushi über asiatische Klassiker bis hin zu warmen Gerichten, die einfach nur mega lecker sind. Alles sieht nicht nur gut aus, sondern schmeckt auch richtig hochwertig und frisch. Egal ob man mit Freunden, Familie oder zu zweit hier ist – es ist einfach der perfekte Ort, um gemeinsam zu genießen und eine gute Zeit zu haben.

Hallo an alle. Da ich mich erniedrigt habe,nochmal in dieses "Restaurant" zu gehen,obwohl es vor 5 Jahren schon schlecht war ( nun noch schlechter), muss ich mich nun doch mal laut ärgern. Das Essen,qualitativ so schlecht, dass es ungenießbar war.Das Sushi im Vergleich zu sämtlichen Lebensmittelläden 1000 mal schlechter. Bei Edeka,kann ich das sogar genießen und in einem Restaurant 0.0. Es war schlichtweg nicht essbar. Mein Sohn mit 5.. isst nix,müsste aber dennoch 16 Euro fürs Buffet bezahlen,da er dabei sitzt. Man kann froh sein,wenn man nicht danach Dauer-Durchfall bekommt. Ich hab mit meinen 3 Getränken 77 Euro in den Sand gesetzt für ein unterirdisches "Essen"...wirklich noch nie,selbst in allen Ländern, in denen ich war,schlechter gegessen als dort und deshalb habe ich auch alles liegen lassen müssen. Ich musste das echt mal loswerden.

Ein besonderes Erlebnis🌍 anders, einzigartig und absolut empfehlenswert!

Es gibt sehr, sehr wenige Bioprodukte, alles wird frittiert, fast alles wird gebraten in der Platte zubereitet, gekocht wird fast nix... ein Pekinsuppe und Reis.... Obwohl wir wissen, dass die chinesische Küche sehr umfangreich, schmackhaft und vielfältig ist, wird nur sehr wenig nach chinesischen Rezepten zubereitet.

Für alle Hunde verboten Auch Assistenzhunde haben keinen Zutritt.

Relativ großes Auswahl am Buffet. Man kann sich sein Essen frisch zubereitet lassen, verschiedene Fleisch und Fisch Sorten und sich seine Soße dann dafür aussuchen. Das Essen wird im normal Fall dann von einem kleinen fahrenden Roboter gebracht. Wenn der Roboter zu voll war, kommt eine Bedienung an den Tisch. Der Roboter ist sehr vorsichtig und fährt um die Menschen herum oder bleibt stehen. Er zeigt an in welche Richtung er abbiegen will und ist insgesamt ganz lustig anzusehen. Die frisch zubereiteten Gerichte haben auch sehr lecker geschmeckt.

Bestes essen. Mein lieblingsresteurant.

Leider sehr nachgelassen. Buffet nur lauwarm, geschmacksneutral und nicht knusprig. (Neue Kochstrategie oder Rezepte ? 🥴) 2 von 4 Personen hatten nach dem Essen mit Übelkeit zu kämpfen. Getränke / Cocktails auch sehr nachgelassen. Preis/Leistung passt nicht mehr - da hilft auch kein Roboter 🤖. In Zukunft wieder zum "richtigen" Asiaten !

Gutes, vielseitiges Essen mit vegetarischen Gerichten und allen möglichen Fleischsorten, sowie Fisch/Meeresfrüchte. Auch Leute, die asiatischen Gerichten nicht viel abgewinnen können, sollten hier genug Optionen für sich finden. Für Salat ist genauso gesorgt wie für etliche Dessert Varianten. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Die Kellnerin mit den kurzen Haaren ist sehr frech. Werde nie wieder hingehen.

Als das noch Kaiserkrone hieß sind wir schon oft hier essen gegangen. Ich bevorzuge das Mittagsbuffet montags oder dienstags da gibt es das Standartbuffet ohne das mongolische Buffet, dafür ist es günstiger. Sehr tolles Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Einige der Bedienungen sind schon sehr lange dabei und die sind auch alle nett und freundlich. Das Buffet ist sehr vielseitig und es wird auch immer neues Essen gebracht. Ist halt ein großes Restaurant und die Atmosphere ist halt eher die von einem Buffetrestaurant. Es gibt hier mehrere Nebenräume, ich bevorzuge den Raum ganz hinten, da ist die Atmosphäre besser. Es wird hier halt mittags gut voll. Die machen schon 11.30 Uhr auf, ich gehe immer möglichst früh hin.

Das war unser erster Besuch, und wir sind hierher gekommen, weil der Vater eines Freundes Stammgast ist. Es ist schon ewig her, dass wir in einem Buffetrestaurant waren, und dieser Laden ist wirklich beeindruckend geräumig – vorne gibt es sogar Spielautomaten für die jüngeren Gäste! Das Buffet bietet eine fantastische Auswahl an Fertiggerichten; besonders das scharfe Sichuan-Hähnchen hat mir geschmeckt. Beim mongolischen Grillgericht befestigt man einfach die Tischnummer und einen farbigen Clip (für die gewünschte Soße) an seinem Teller mit den rohen Zutaten. Ich war total überrascht von den exotischen Optionen wie Känguru, Pferd, Zebra und Lamm – so eine Auswahl habe ich noch nie gesehen! Das Essen war köstlich, aber ehrlich gesagt habe ich so viel gegessen, dass mir am Ende der Bauch weh tat. Ich bereue es definitiv ein bisschen, so viel gegessen zu haben! 🤣

Very clean and friendly staff. Food was good and there was an abundance of options for all diets. We were a table of 10 people.

A few years ago I gave it 5 stars, but unfortunately the price/performance ratio has declined significantly, and the ambiance isn't as pleasant anymore. The aquariums have been out of service for a long time, and no improvements have been made to reduce the rather high noise level. Despite the now high prices, the wide selection remains. It's good for spontaneous business lunches, as there are large round tables, and usually only the tables for 4 or 6 people are occupied.

Perfect. Extensive buffet – always replenished. The robotaxi was a cool feature, and the assembled plate was superbly prepared. Prices were reasonable. It wasn't cozy due to its size, but it was a great place to eat and relatively quiet.

Don't come here unless you want an excuse from school or work. The sushi was dry, I mistook it for something else. The meat was okay, but it seemed like they just reheated the leftovers from a 5-star restaurant.

Upon entering the restaurant, I unfortunately encountered only disorganized and unstructured walkways. You constantly had to dodge other customers or risk collisions. The food simply tasted like leftovers; the meat quality at any kebab shop seemed better than in this restaurant. The sushi tasted like it had been made five days ago and stored in a smelly backpack. The sauces were definitely from a flea market. Nevertheless, the waiters were very friendly, and their accents were quite amusing. There was a lot of food for the price, but the quality was very poor. Afterwards, my stomach seemed to have some issues.

The evening buffet was plentiful and varied. Good starters, main courses, and desserts. I was very satisfied!

Sorry, never again. I can only agree with the 1-star reviews. Very unfriendly, the buffet food didn't look appetizing, the food had little flavor, it was cooked without care, the dressing was from bottles and sticky, the cola was flat, etc. Well, all in all, unfortunately, never again. Sorry, but they were friendly at the checkout. The boss must be pleased with that, hence the 1 star, because one has to be given. Thanks for nothing.

Nice place. Plenty of parking and a wide selection of food

Typical Chinese-Mongolian all-you-can-eat restaurant. The food is very appealing and there's a good selection. I'd gladly come back again.

The food was delicious. The buffet was promptly replenished, so there was always plenty to go around. The chocolate fountain was a big hit with the kids. And the tiramisu (with alcohol) was absolutely delicious, in my opinion. The service was always attentive. Plates were cleared promptly, and we were frequently asked if we needed anything else.

We chose this restaurant after visiting a Christmas market. We hadn't made a reservation and politely asked if they had room for three people. The response was a very direct "Come in here!" And we were immediately led from the reception desk into what looked like a storage room. Since this didn't meet our expectations for a cozy restaurant experience, we left after a quick look around.

The food was much better a few years ago, and so were the prices. It's quite nice overall, but everything's getting old.

We went to the Chinakrone restaurant in the evening and left completely satisfied – so satisfied, in fact, that I immediately felt compelled to write a review. From the moment you walk in, you get the feeling that a well-coordinated team is at work: friendly, attentive, and organized – and despite the full tables, nothing feels hectic or chaotic. This is exactly how you want a relaxed restaurant visit in the evening. The absolute highlight for me is undoubtedly the large, abundant buffet. And by that, I don't mean "just okay, you can find something," but a truly impressive selection where you immediately realize that they've made sure everyone finds something they like – whether you prefer classic dishes, are adventurous eaters, or are simply very hungry. The selection of appetizers alone is so extensive that you almost have to restrain yourself to leave room for the rest. From crisp salads and a variety of small bites and finger foods to typical Asian appetizers – everything looks fresh, is neatly presented, and is constantly replenished, so the buffet doesn't look "empty" even later in the evening. The same high standard continues with the main courses: many different dishes, various sauces, and different meat and vegetable options – and not just seasoned the same, but truly diverse. I especially appreciated that everything was at a pleasant temperature, the food was cleanly arranged, and you could tell that regular checks were being made. This might sound like a small detail, but at a buffet, it makes a huge difference between "mass catering" and "we're making an effort." The grill station is also really cool: you can select raw meat directly from the buffet and hand it over to be freshly grilled. This is not only delicious but also adds a bit of an experience to the whole evening. I love this combination of a "sample buffet" and "freshly grilled to order" because it offers both variety and freshness. Our grilled food was juicy, cooked perfectly, and had that typical grilled flavor you'd expect. And then there's another element that made the visit truly special: the serving robots! Yes, you read that right – robots bring your grilled food to your table. It's not only convenient but also kind of funny and simply fun, especially the first time you experience it. Despite this, it doesn't feel like a show replacing the service, but rather a modern addition. The staff were still present, friendly, and helpful – the robots simply provide a little "wow" moment and ensure everything arrives quickly. Finally, I have to mention the dessert selection, because it was also excellent. It's not just "a bit of fruit and that's it," but a lovely selection, allowing you to end the evening with something sweet. That's exactly what I like: first something savory and hearty, then something light or sweet – and you can put together everything in small portions without it being too much. All in all: Chinakrone is a top buffet restaurant for me in the evening – a large selection, well-organized, a fresh grill station, friendly service, and then the robots as a modern extra. We felt comfortable, ate well, and would go back without hesitation. Highly recommended!!

A very chic and beautiful restaurant for families, couples or business meetings. Plenty of parking spots at the entrance, clean toilet and polite staff make this place stand out. There is a good variety of different types of meals suitable for all dietary choices.

For €12, expectations were already low, but were unfortunately still disappointed. The food was reluctantly replenished and some of it even tasted musty. There was no fish in the sushi, the beef dish consisted only of onions, and the chicken was completely misshapen and gristly. The toilet constantly smelled unpleasant, and unfortunately, it's not far from the buffet… no thanks!

The restaurant is quite large and not very cozy. Not everything tastes good, but the sushi is good. The staff is very friendly. It's just too crowded, loud, and overrun.

Not recommended (and no, I'm not from the competition, which doesn't even exist in Nordenstadt). We hadn't been here in ages, and the price was the first shock. 19 euros for the main course (no. 99) and 7 euros for the inedible summer roll with prawns. I'm happy to pay a bit more if the quality is good... but it wasn't. The summer roll (no. 2) was unseasoned and dry, and the peanut sauce was oversalted and tasted awful. The main course was spicy (it wasn't mentioned on the menu), and the rice was hard and dry... an experience I definitely don't need to repeat.

On Saturday evening, I went to the China-Krone restaurant in Wiesbaden with my family (there were five of us, including a small child), and it was truly the worst experience I've ever had there. I found a large, sharp piece of plastic in my mouth, right in the middle of my food! I immediately stopped eating, took my plate and the piece of plastic straight to the bartender, and wanted to report it. His reaction was unbelievable: he just laughed at me and said, "Well, what am I supposed to do about that?" When I explained that it was dangerous and that I had almost cut my tongue, he just kept laughing. Then he even claimed it wasn't plastic, but fish, even though I don't eat fish and the dish had nothing to do with fish. I have a strong aversion to fish, and it definitely wasn't fish, but a piece of plastic. This wasn't the first time something had gone wrong there. I've given the restaurant several chances: • On my first visit, there was a hair in my food. • The second time, there was suddenly fish in the dish, even though I had explicitly ordered it without fish. • And once, I was even forced to order a drink for my toddler because he had his own water bottle – otherwise, we wouldn't have been allowed to sit there. I was really patient for a long time, but after this weekend's experience, I've finally had enough. When paying, I explained the incident to the waitress, and her "compensation" was a small plastic toy – as if that could make up for the disgust, the danger, and the complete failure of the service. We paid a lot of money, no one was full, and I went home with a bad feeling and a piece of plastic in my hand. In short: Disrespectful treatment of guests, zero sense of responsibility, poor hygiene, and absolutely no customer service. After three bad experiences, all I can say is: Never again! I hope management finally takes such complaints seriously before someone gets seriously harmed.

The food could be improved, as could the rather unfriendly staff. I can't recommend this place. There are much better Chinese restaurants out there.

Unfortunately, groups are forced to choose between ordering from the menu or the buffet; mixing food and drinks per table isn't allowed. A cynic might suspect a hidden agenda. Service and atmosphere were okay. The menu food was more of a Western-style Chinese dish.

This was our favorite restaurant for many years, and we celebrated many special occasions there. But after our visit yesterday, I'm very disappointed. The dishes had no flavor other than salt. After the meal, even the cola didn't taste sweet anymore. Why did they do that? Perhaps to encourage people to order more drinks and eat less from the buffet? I suffered from nausea all night. Although I didn't eat that much, I apparently exceeded my salt tolerance many times over. It's a real shame—the food used to be really good here.

Not good if you're a vegetarian. The food is mediocre. There are better Chinese restaurants. The staff are super friendly and quick, though, and the robot waitresses are, of course, a real attraction.

We've been enjoying going here for several years now. It's not a fancy Asian restaurant where you can get everything from Korean to Vietnamese and sushi to Chinese, but it's also not a cheap Chinese takeaway. This is an honest, very good Chinese restaurant, ideal for families. There's a small outdoor dining area in the back courtyard, but it's not very romantic. The food is consistently delicious, and for a Chinese restaurant, they serve surprisingly good wine. The service is attentive, fast, and friendly. It's great that you can park in the courtyard. Please note that the restroom is in the basement and therefore not wheelchair accessible.

Large Chinese restaurant! Great buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. The restaurant itself, however, doesn't have the most cozy charm. It's located right in a shopping area. Plenty of parking is available. Very friendly staff. Plates are cleared quickly, and drink orders are also taken very quickly. A fantastic selection of food (hot, cold, sushi, dessert, etc.). You can also have something freshly prepared and cooked. The food is then brought to your table by a robot! Dinner buffet price: €24

Never again. One star is still too many. We wanted to go there today as a small group of five people to celebrate my mother's 82nd birthday. We were initially very politely invited to our table. As my mother has stomach problems and the buffet isn't worth it for her because she can't eat much, she, like me, opted for an à la carte dish. Not really a problem... We've done that several times in other Chinese restaurants. But apparently that's not allowed here. My mother and I would have had to sit at a different table away from our family because it was apparently not permitted to sit together with the family serving the buffet. I find that absolutely outrageous. I wanted to speak to the manager, but he apparently didn't have time for us. We used to eat at this restaurant with friends once a month, but we will definitely never set foot in this place again.

If you like quantity, this is the place for you. The selection is huge and there's a bit of everything. Everything is served buffet-style. What I found to be fair is that if you fill your plate senselessly and don't eat, you have to pay extra. Otherwise, I would rate the food as average.

We ate there yesterday (Saturday) for €16. I was last there five years ago and had fond memories of the "Chinakrone"! What's happened since then??? What was on offer was, with all due respect, a complete disgrace! Not to mention the selection! The food was cold! No matter what you chose... cold! At the "big" dessert buffet, there was nothing to be seen except fruit! The quality and taste of the food were abysmal! The sauces tasted like water with a bit of powder on it! Everything was completely unseasoned and a monotonous mess! When paying, we said it wasn't good and everything was cold! The waiter said, "Then you should have stirred it!" Sorry, what a stupid statement that is, and how do they treat customers there! The whole thing wasn't even worth €5! Never again! 😡

Delicious all-you-can-eat restaurant. Always fresh and delicious. Large selection and friendly service. I've been going there for many years for special occasions and to meet up with friends and family. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine doesn't always work.

I was a guest at this hotel this week. Highly recommended; I think they have really reasonable breakfast prices and a solid breakfast for that. Dinner in the hotel's own restaurant wasn't great in terms of service on three different evenings. On one occasion, I was overlooked for about 20 minutes; on another, instead of specifically requesting two "more" croquettes, I was served only two croquettes, and I still got the salad I canceled. On the third evening, I specifically asked for more sauce and more croquettes, and I got a completely normal plate, just like the day before... Communication with the wait staff was only semi-professional, as they didn't speak German very well. The food was OK! The swimming pool and especially the sauna area could do with some renovations. It feels dated! It's also dark and gloomy there, at least in the evenings. I also find the fact that the smoking table is right in front of the main entrance and the central area, reception, elevator, and bar, unpleasant for non-smokers. Otherwise, a good hotel! The reception staff was very nice. The online check-in process, advertised by email, didn't work at all! The email complaint received only a one-liner response, with no real solution to the problem.

Rich and delicious. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the way my plates were prepared. My sauce requests weren't taken into account twice! The meat/fish I chose was simply seared, and that was it. The finished dishes were absolutely delicious. I'd be happy to come back.

All you can it type of meal with a huge variance. Very nice selection of special "steaks" with different types of souces, the service is just nice as for an all you can it type of restaurant. The food counters replaced regularly and they taking care of the food be always available.

My first time at an all-you-can-eat restaurant, and I have to say I was absolutely thrilled. The selection and options for food and desserts are simply enormous. 10/10, I'll eat here again!
