If you want to eat from the buffet, you can, but not from the menu. The service was rude, and then they asked for a tip at the end.

It was near the end of the day, so the food wasn't as fresh, and that is entirely understandable. Service was really nice, fast and polite. Food options are not as big as some other buffets, but good all in all, also some very nice tiramisu was part of the dessert options. We had dinner on a Thursday evening I believe and it was not too busy.

The price is ok, considering that it is "all you can eat", but after the sushi trays were emptied, they were not refilled, so basically, you have to eat "what's left". If it's still a buffet, the customer must eat what he likes, not what's left. I can confirm this as I have eaten elsewhere at Chinese and the trays were regularly refilled with food. Unfortunately, for sushi lovers, I can't recommend it.

Solid Asian restaurant with buffet. Reasonable prices during the week. Selection is ok. You can try it out quite well. Unfortunately there was no tofu and the sushi offered was not good. Otherwise it's ok - you can always do it.

Disappointing experience when paying - despite good food The two of us went to the China Krone restaurant. The food was mostly good, but unfortunately some of the meat was raw - a clear negative point. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was initially friendly. However, what really marred the entire experience was the behavior when paying. The price of €63 for two people was still okay for the selection on offer. However, we were really harassed when paying. The waitress immediately asked, "What about tips - do we prefer to tip in cash or with a card?" and repeated this question several times in an unpleasant manner. We found this to be intrusive and inappropriate. It's a shame that what was actually a nice evening ended up having a bitter aftertaste due to such unprofessional behavior. We probably won't come again.

Here you are being watched. We were in this restaurant for the second time and had the same experience: actually everything was fine. Price/performance is average, the service staff are friendly. But; I don't understand why the guests here are always watched by an employee. Other guests also noticed this behavior and found it annoying. A man with a black/red T-shirt walks around there, looking at what you're eating. Absolutely terrible.

Good day! I rated the food and service at 4. The last time the sushi looked and tasted not very fresh. In general, the service is good, but there was a problem with the reservation of a table for 7 people - my name was not found on the list. Fortunately, we were given a table after all. I also really don't like the fact that waiters constantly come up and try to take away supposedly empty plates — it's annoying. But in any case, I recommend this city for a visit.

Barrier-free access, including to the toilets, made it possible for me, as a physically impaired person, to go out to eat with my friends. Unfortunately, when we ordered, the disability-friendliness was over. My friends ordered food from the buffet. Since I can only walk with a walker and can only walk with difficulty and with pain and cannot stand freely, I wanted to order a menu for myself. I got the answer that this wasn't possible because a buffet and menu mixed at one table was not allowed. That was like a slap in the face for me. So having to rely on help again, less independence again. Those responsible for this decision would do well to put themselves in the shoes of someone affected and let humanity prevail over greed for profit. There is certainly a fear that someone who had the menu could unjustifiably have something else brought from the buffet. I can't explain this arrangement any other way. It's a shame that this makes life even more difficult for disabled people...

As always, the food was extremely diverse and delicious. Especially as an Easter menu. But what annoys me beyond measure, and will also mean that we will no longer visit the restaurant, are the buffet prices for children. There may be some who take full advantage of the offer, but that is probably the minority. The Easter menu was charged €19 for ages 5 and up and the full €29 for ages 11 and up. I just think that's absolutely outrageous, especially since it wasn't possible to eat a la carte. These were the most expensive fries of my life. Therefore an absolute no go in the future.

It's well attended, so it seems to appeal to a lot of people. It's not really mine. Personally, I understand something different when I visit a Chinese restaurant. Why I was there... my 18 year old daughter loves it 😅

Very good cuisine. I recommend the Mongolian version as it is very flexible and very tasty.

The food is very tasty, there is a lot to choose from so there is something for everyone, especially when the Mongolian grill is included. The food always appears very fresh. The refills are usually very good, except for the sushi. Unfortunately, these are always sold out very quickly and Petsonal is always busy and I don't think they can keep up with them very well. However, if you ask them nicely, the matter will be investigated and you will get what you want! The staff is generally really nice, except for the ladies who clear the dishes. Unfortunately, they don't understand German, which isn't a bad thing in itself, but you can tell that they aren't exactly happy in their job. The ambience is very large, but nicely decorated and you can still block out the background noise and the many people. The price for the whole thing is completely reasonable. If you come for lunch, the grill is closed on some days but the food is cheaper. Overall, I always enjoy coming back and the staff remembers you or is so confident that it seems 😂 you feel comfortable.

We used to affectionately call the place the Vollfressrestaurant and still call it that. I didn't find the staff as unfriendly as often described. But somehow I used to like it better there. It's still funny, but the Chinese crown is certainly not suitable for a nice dinner.

I only recently moved to Wiesbaden from Luxembourg and have already visited a few Chinese restaurants and then last Saturday my friends suggested the "Chinakrone" in Wiesbaden Biebrich and I decided to order something there. And the end result was very positive. I received a warm welcome, all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Was also very surprised at how big the buffet in the restaurant was. Therefore also very suitable for groups. I also really enjoyed the food. The ambience is also very welcoming and inviting :) I will definitely probably end my birthday here :) Very very good restaurant. I would even give the Chinese crown more than 5 stars. Unfriendly if you visit the local and then want to order, the Börner comes, no drink costs 1 euro extra, what's the point and then please only 45 minutes otherwise the dish costs 16 euros until 2:30 p.m. then costs 25 euros per person, that's a rip-off of the very best kind

We got a table spontaneously, even though the location was quite full, very good. Ambience good, maybe too much “food temple” flair for some people, I thought it was good. Food for me personally had a bit of a lack of taste, perhaps not unusual at a buffet, but a bit too "bland" for me. It certainly depends on the choice of food. When it comes to service, a big plus point for all “geeks” and “nerds”: Autonomous robots that drive the meat and vegetables you have left for grilling to your table. The whole thing paired with funny faces on the display. My inner geek jumped for joy. All in all recommended.

Very loud. The food is good, but it should be refilled, especially when the restaurant is full. Unfortunately, I repeatedly notice that the behavior of some guests leaves a lot to be desired. All-you-can-eat doesn't mean you can go to the buffet with a fork and start eating on the way to the table, losing half of it and dirtying other guests. What a shame...

This was my second time there and I was very disappointed with the service. The staff were very rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful. They wanted us to pay immediately when we sat down, without having eaten anything. So, in terms of staff, absolutely zero stars.

A completely normal Chinese buffet. The robot waitress is funny. MSG is certainly plentiful. Anyone expecting haute cuisine is in the wrong place, but as an all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant, it's quite solid.

Pretty amazing Asian buffet. Lots of fresh vegetable, seafood and meat options as well as your standard fried fare. Went at dinner time on a Saturday. There were a lot of people so the food was really fresh. The fresh fruit with the chocolate fountain was an added bonus at the end.

We used to eat here regularly for lunch a few years ago. After a long absence, we ate there again today. The first thing we noticed was that dogs are no longer allowed in the restaurant. The lunch menu was disappointingly lacking in variety compared to before, and missing items were replenished very slowly. My wife doesn't drink anything with her lunch. As a "penalty," the meal cost a euro more, and I received double the amount of cider. Even though the menu only lists 0.25 liters, I was served and charged for 0.5 liters.

I was there today for the lunch buffet. It was very tasty and there was a large selection from fried chicken to shrimp to sushi. I'd love to come back soon!

Large restaurant with friendly staff. The ambience is modern with Asian decor elements. Choosing from the extensive buffet is not easy. Everything tasted good and dishes that were running low were refilled promptly. If we are in the area again, visiting the restaurant again is not out of the question.

I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant. The service is terribly bad. Every time I order here my order is made incorrectly. Even though I repeatedly said that I wanted my food without being spicy, every time it was made with jalapenos (every time I mentioned that I wanted my food without being spicy, I was mocked and felt like I was being made fun of). The cherry on the cake was when I ordered without meat (I always order without meat and expressly say I only want vegetables) it was ordered with meat. Unfortunately I couldn't eat it that easily, which is why I called them again to explain the problem. Then they blamed me instead of apologizing. I went there again to pick up my meal without meat. The second time I went there, they simply snatched the bag with the wrong food out of my hand and then put the new food in the bag and just said goodbye without apologizing to me. I think that's an absolute disgrace. Of course you can make mistakes, but not apologizing and reacting rather annoyed about a situation like this doesn't help at all. I put up with so many things, but I don't tolerate this kind of cheeky behavior. I will never come here again and I can recommend you to be more personable if you want to keep your customers. Because that's absolutely not you.

The restaurant is very big. It was extremely crowded that day (International Women's Day), which led to long lines at the buffet. The food was okay, but not a highlight. The robots that bring the food are cute. The atmosphere is cool and was very loud yesterday (due to the high number of visitors).

The staff is very nice and very service-oriented. The choice of food is basically large, but: Unfortunately, it is not well labeled as to what contains animal products and what does not. Information about allergens is completely missing. Some of the vegetables even had moldy spots (the Chinese cabbage) and were poorly cleaned, e.g. brown spots on the lettuce and broccoli. There were various types of meat. Chicken, pork, beef, kangaroo, deer, zebra, turkey, lamb. There are also various sea creatures. I really missed tofu as a meat alternative! When I prepared it on the grill, my vegetable plate also had an octopus arm, a piece of chicken and a 5 cm long gray hair with it because the food is not separated cleanly on the grill, which is simply a large plate. Afterwards I couldn't really enjoy the food and was disappointed. When it came to ice cream, I also didn't know whether there was a variety without milk. Very unfortunate. I don't think I'll be able to come back here any time soon.

Price, performance, quality, selection, freshness and service convince me to go there again and again.

The food is good and there is something for everyone, BUT the prices are not right! For 2 adults and two children including 1 drink each €98! I can understand it for an adult, but I think it's a disgrace to charge a child €17, which is full after a plate of fries!

Even before the lockdown, we went there regularly and were always satisfied, the service was friendly and the food on offer was incredibly large (buffet). It's nice that they're open again and the quality has improved a bit. Thanks to the China Crown.

The food was very good and we tolerated it very well. Can only recommend it.

Everything in itself is great. Unfortunately, when it's very busy, you have to wait longer until the buffet is refilled. During the last visit, some dishes that should have been hot/warm were quite cold. But as I said, this is actually only the case when it is “overcrowded”. Otherwise you can't say anything for the price and you'll definitely be full. Would love to come back.

March 2023 review: The food is good, but the quality varies depending on the number of visitors. Compared to before, it is more and more reminiscent of mass processing and it seems annoying that the waitresses are constantly driving around with trolleys and collecting everything. It's also a shame that the ambience suffers (for example, the aquariums are no longer filled and some of the bulbs in the ceiling lamps are broken). One would wish that there would be a little more attention to detail than focusing on sales and high guest numbers. Above all, the service is subpar when the house is full. Sometimes it takes 1 hour for drinks orders. Savings are being made in the wrong place. Update (02/09/2025): After being a loyal customer there for years and eating there today with my family, I have to say that the quality of the food has suffered greatly. The buffets are now set up carelessly and tastelessly, the lack of cleanliness everywhere is obvious and the guests only serve themselves for quantity instead of quality. The staff is bored and can't even force a smile even when you're being brought to the table or collecting your plates. The service is sometimes hard-working but above-average unfriendly. It now looks more like a school cafeteria than a restaurant. Since the food here also suffered, it was my last visit and I can only recommend that to everyone. For the money per person per menu you can eat much better elsewhere. Nothing has changed in the ambience, on the contrary - everything is the same and really old and outdated. No money has been invested here in recent years. The serving trolleys are in the way and the constant squeaking of the clearing trolleys is annoying. Nothing remains of the beautiful restaurant from a few years ago other than mass production at a high price level. Too bad

The restaurant could be decorated and lit a little nicer, it is more cool than cozy. Food is okay, but I would only go there in the evening as the selection is much larger. The fresh food is delivered by robots, which is nice... but sometimes it takes too long and then arrives cold. It's best to avoid toilets, of course the employees don't leave the toilets like that, but then you just have to look more closely.

In any case, if there isn't enough choice here, it's your own fault. Very attentive staff

I was there on a Monday evening during the week. Definitely not recommended if you're there for the ambience. I have no comparison to how it looks on the weekend, but I could still imagine that it looks better at weddings. The lights were terrible. Bald and clinical. I know from restaurants, especially Asian ones, that they use warm, yellow, calming lights for the ambience. But here, as I say, only clinical and glaring ones. Even though it was Monday and there was hardly anything going on, the replenishment of food at the buffet took far too long. The taste didn't blow me away either. It was okay. However, the cat robot that brings you food was cute and a highlight

Food is very tasty. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for our drinks, but otherwise the service was perfect. And well it doesn't look super modern in there but it doesn't look run down, just a bit dated.

As always, delicious food with an adequate selection. Definitely worth the money. But if you like ambience, you're in the wrong place here. Overall, you have more of a feeling of traveling by bus. The staff are attentive and if you bring nice company you can have a nice time here.

Unfortunately the food has deteriorated because we always enjoyed going to the buffet there. The food was almost cold and the chicken dishes had an off taste. My girlfriend had stomach cramps afterwards and I had diarrhea. We won't eat there anymore.

We were there for the first time. Everything was great.

I had several pieces of sharp metal in my soup and injured the roof of my mouth, causing my mouth to bleed! Even though we told several employees, no one cared and the soup wasn't replaced either! There was no apology or discount or anything like that. We received the wrong plate for the fried dishes. We ate it anyway. When an employee came a short time later, she took the plate, which was already 1/4 eaten, away from under our noses and brought it to the correct table. The rice was empty almost the whole time and the chocolate fountain was no longer there either. I have to say that I used to enjoy being here. Just this today?! That was definitely my last visit. This is no longer worth money to me. In the picture you can see a small piece of metal (we gave the others to the employees to show them because we didn't feel like they understood what we were trying to convey to them). One of the pieces was twice as long.

In the usual good quality, it's not a high-flyer but it's all good so far. However, the prices for children are high. Everything else is fine.

It is a beautiful experience, worth trying, you pay at the end, the consumption costs 24 euros and you eat as much as you can, you can find a varied range of food, from chicken, pork, to seafood. The robots walk among the tables and bring the food that you want them to cook it for you! An interesting experience!

Went there for an all you can eat lunch on Christmas Eve and I was full after 3 plates. The constant request for drinks was a little annoying, otherwise the price was good and there were enough parking spaces on site.

It was better, we were there for lunch at the buffet and also had Mongolian food, there is a lot of choice for the food but everything tastes the same somehow, the breading on the fish was over salted, I would say the quality has decreased, but that's not the case every day the same maybe we had a bad day

We always ate there often. Recently we are no longer allowed to bring our small dog with us. Whatever the reason, he's lying under the table and sleeping. Apparently you earn so well that you can choose your customers. We wanted a table for 6 people - then we'll just go somewhere else where dogs are welcome. The restaurant saw us for the last time!

I visited the store with 5 friends. Was a big mistake. If you leave out the strange types of meat like camel, kangaroo etc, which were probably transposed for weeks and are already inedible. And ignored the incredibly unsympathetic employees who watched us the whole time we were committing a crime. The store is actually quite good. €4 for 500ml of water is also clearly exaggerated. We also found hard objects in food, which shouldn't have hard objects in it... If you have gastrointestinal problems and are in a bad mood, this shop is highly recommended. If you want to eat something delicious you should PLEASE visit another shop or simply buy ready-made pasta from Rewe. Worst visit of my life, never again!

Just dimensions instead of class..wallpaper is coming off the walls..food is under the tables..dirty appearance..super loud..guests are behaving in an impossible way, leaving behind fully loaded tables and no behavior...We were invited... private, no thanks

We arrived and were shown to our table. Afterwards we should pay directly without eating or drinking because that is normal. But we were the only ones who were treated like that because we have dark skin. After consulting with the employees, this is normal for non-regular customers, but we only observed this in our case. Food wasn't particularly good and the atmosphere was very bad. I won't come back here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We were there for the buffet lunch. To put it simply, the selection was slim. The glass that my Coke came in had leftover lipstick from the previous user. The waitress reacted in an annoyed and unfriendly manner and I was given the same cola poured into another glass. I didn't drink these. We still had to pay them... The food wasn't good for a buffet. Lukewarm, not a particularly good taste and, as already mentioned, not a large selection. We definitely won't go there again.

Great meal. I really like that you can already see everything cooked and put in as much as you need and what you want. Or take it raw and the chef will cook it in front of you, and then the cute robot cat will bring it to you. We love visiting this restaurant with the whole family.

When R2D2 brings the food, the younger guests are particularly happy. We like to come by every now and then because the price/performance ratio is right here! The buffet is well stocked and leaves nothing to be desired for us.

Absolutely last shop! We enjoyed being there for months and were loyal regular customers. Due to my daughter taking new medication, she has no appetite and therefore doesn't want to eat anything there. Nevertheless, I had to pay the full buffet price of €17 for them, saying they couldn't control it! An impudence and zero child-friendly! We were always put in a separate room away from everyone because our two small children would be a nuisance. We were also given a broom so that we could sweep up anything our little ones dropped ourselves! We will never leave a cent there again!

We have been regular customers for months and have always been satisfied, but when they only saw us we were always greeted unfriendly. Today was the first time we had something to complain about with the food. Staff very unfriendly. Children undesirable. The broom and shovel + a wet rag were always provided at the table. We had to pay the full price for a child even though he hadn't eaten anything. That was the last time China crown!!

We arrived early on a Wednesday evening and were surprised at how busy the restaurant, which had opened just minutes before, was with its €24 all-you-can-eat buffet. Two cold drinks were ordered from the friendly service and then we went to the very extensive buffet. And here I waver a little in my assessment of the quality of the food. The selection is very large, but with such a large selection the quality of the food sometimes falls by the wayside. The salad selection was fresh and tasty, and we also enjoyed the sushi preparations. The breaded treats tasted quite good, but that is often the case with well-breaded food. Mine was chicken with pieces of cartilage. Otherwise, there is a huge selection of cuts of meat and fish that you can have prepared. Whether you have to eat shark or zebra in Wiesbaden remains to be seen. We didn't have any meat prepared, but made do with warm dishes at the buffet. I would have liked a little more flavor in the main courses. I couldn't eat dessert because I was so full. But here too the choice was tempting. The visit ended with a fortune cookie. Very large, bright and clean dining room. The sanitary facilities were also clean, but it is always a bit unpleasant that you have a strong smell of food in your clothes after visiting restaurants like this, which is of course due to the open grill. Everything was fine and for the price the restaurant leaves a lot of people full and happy.

Correct place and everything according to the price

Unfortunately very disappointing!! There were very few options and the food wasn't tasty. a lot of fried frozen goods. There is no dessert such as ice cream and cake in the lunch buffet. Unfriendly staff, no feeling of welcome.

Better for lunch than dinner as the lunch price is great. Large all you can eat buffet with many different Asian dishes as well as sushi.

We've eaten here several times now. The food is always very tasty and sufficient, but unfortunately it is no longer warm enough. The service isn't that friendly either. You are pressured into giving tips because it is supposedly common practice. But it's nice and clean and there are enough parking spaces.

We were there for a buffet lunch on a Friday. It was nice that the grill was on, we personally wouldn't have needed it at lunchtime. It was a shame that there was no ice cream for the kids. We were satisfied with the taste. The delivery of the grilled food was a highlight for the kids, but it took a little long. We are happy to recommend Chinakrone, even if there was no fortune cookie or nightcap.

Snapshot Oct 24. There for the lunch buffet. €16 including Mongolian grill. That's from Wednesday to Saturday. On Mondays and Tuesdays there is a buffet for €12. The selection of warm dishes is more than sufficient. There is also a nice selection of desserts. Everything in the premises is as you would expect if you enjoy Asian cuisine. Sufficient parking spaces are available for barrier-free access and the restaurant can be reached in just a few steps.
