Price-performance ratio fits. Unfortunately there was no roast duck. The quality of the food was better. Some dishes are brought to the table by robots. This is a highlight for children.

Very nice to eat there. We love the evening buffet, it has the largest selection. My son likes the robots that bring the fried food to the table. It's usually very full, so it's always a good idea to make a reservation.

We went to the Chinakrone Restaurant for lunch, but we weren't satisfied. The grill area was not what we expected, and Nutella, sweets and ice cream were not included in the lunch menu. The quality of the grill area and the unfriendly service also did not meet our expectations. The restaurant is therefore not recommended.

Our favorite restaurant, eating there twice a month is a must. Huge selection at the Mongolian buffet, even with the before and after meals you are always faced with the question, what am I eating today... the staff is super friendly “Especially Ms. Yi,” who always greets everyone personally and always has a kind word to say. I'm just saying it's bad. You can't call it a buffet. Everything was empty and still wouldn't be filled after half an hour. When nuggets came after 30 minutes, people jumped over it because there was nothing there again. In the end we didn't eat anything and still had to pay full price. Unfortunately, I find the restaurant very unkempt the last few times. At 12 o'clock the floor around the tables was dirty and there was leftover food lying around! 😲 The tables weren't clean either. I picked up something there twice via “Too good to go”. Pickup window 2:35-2:40 p.m. The first time I was yelled at because I was there at 2:30 p.m. the last time because I was late and wasn't there until 2:44 p.m. People yell at you and the food (just the leftovers from the buffet) wasn't worth the €6 either. It's a shame because last year I ate here a few times with colleagues during my lunch break, but after these experiences I'll let that go. Food is usual Chinese lunch buffet. Overall it's okay, but even if you arrive at 12 p.m. you can see that some things have been under the heat lamp for a while. Some "fresh" things that were not fried or cooked had clear signs of decay, rotten spots or something similar. Price-performance is okay for the buffet - completely exaggerated for too good to go.

I've been to a few all-you-can-eat buffet restaurants nearby, but none of them have as good a quality as China Krone. Above all, the sushi always tastes super fresh and delicious 😋 I can really recommend it

Staff were not friendly. Nudeln were very old. Forks and knives were dirty 🤢 even small bones were sticked to them . Not recommended.

We went to the Chinakrone for a lunch buffet on a Wednesday. Due to the fact that two coaches with Asian travelers were there at the buffet at the same time, the buffet was partially empty. Refilling always took a while. Nobody could have known that there were so many people on the buses. If you know buses are coming, you should stock up the buffet a little beforehand. The selection at the buffet was huge. We've had much worse buffets. And if you saw the signs for the dinner buffet, there are plenty more there too. Personally, I don't find the ambience that nice. It is more reminiscent of the train station hall. The food at the buffet, when it was there, was delicious. However, the meat from the Mongolian grill was sometimes very tough. But there was also a lot of activity here due to the 2 buses. Maybe something went wrong because of this. We will definitely go there again and hope it is better next time. Next time we will go in the evening and enjoy the large buffet. And then we'll take a look and reassess. It's supposed to support the staff, the new robot world, but personally I would prefer to be operated by people. I find that more personal. But for cost reasons, the robot will probably continue to operate. Card payment is possible.

Very nice clean place. Friendly service. A robot brings the freshly prepared food to the table. Fresh produce - beautifully presented. Everything your heart desires. Not too loud, you can have a conversation at the table.

If you love the buffet style, it's a great place to meet. Celebrating or having a conversation, it has the advantage that there is something for every taste and there is enough peace at the table so that agreements can be made easily. Recommended

The food in the counter was dried out and old, the grilled items weren't inviting, the fish was soggy, the meat was dark, although there was the more expensive buffet from 5 p.m I would prefer not to even give 1 star I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone

The prices at the buffet, especially for children, are exorbitantly expensive, but children under 12 really can't eat much. In our case the children are 7 and 9 and you pay around +/- 30€ plus drinks, which is no longer proportionate. I think with families you have to come up with something!

Coming since approx. 10 years over and over again. The food tastes good, the waitresses are very nice. Of course, it's an all-you-can-eat restaurant and you don't need to expect 5-star cuisine. If you shovel 1 kilo of food onto your plate and only eat half of it, you shouldn't be surprised about penalties as long as there are no complaints about the food. Some of the employees don't speak perfect German, but overall I'm always happy to recommend the store. There is a lot to choose from, from salads, sushi, fried finger food, fruits, sweets / chocolate tower / ice cream / cakes but also the Mongolian buffet, which you put together yourself and then get freshly fried. I've been to a few Allyoucaneat stores but this one is the cleanest and it's often restocked. The quality is always the same good. Only the price, which has increased over the years, especially in the last 2-3 years, is a star point deduction for me.

The food was really delicious. Our table was so sticky that I put a napkin under the plate. The staff used to come to the table straight away and take the drink order. That doesn't work so well anymore. The mechanical helpers are a funny gimic. But they do not replace the staff

Rating for the China Crown: Unfortunately our visit to China Krone was disappointing. Even though we didn't choose the all-you-can-eat option, it took an unreasonable amount of time to even get served. When we were finally able to order, my chicken breast was served much earlier than my pasta, resulting in a long wait. The quality of the noodles left a lot to be desired and despite repeated references, this was not addressed. The service was unfriendly and even urged us to leave before closing time. I felt very uncomfortable and will not come back.

Our new regular Asian when it comes to eating out Chinese. I think that says it all. Mega selection, delicious and it is constantly replenished, as it should be. There is also a serving robot here. We met someone like that at a Chinese restaurant in Oberhausen and thought that we didn't have anything like that, but here we were proven wrong. Mega good ! It's worth a visit and I can highly recommend this restaurant. When I read these 1-star reviews, it comes close to absolute character assassination for me. I've been there 10 times in the last 2 years and today I'm going there again. Luckily, I tested the restaurant myself rather than being told or influenced by people with sensitive stomachs and others who talk about mass processing. Apparently many of the complainants don't understand that Allyoucaneat is mass processing and of course I want to gorge myself and overeat myself for little money, to put it in the same language. Maybe you should first look at a picture of the premises on the Internet before you go there and only make negative comments. Drinks sometimes take a really long time, I can agree with that, but I've never experienced waitresses who scream at you etc... and I've been there at least 5 times as often as those who complain so loudly here. Such people should simply stay away and the restaurant is right when it says that they are not dependent on one or the other.

April 3, 2024 Stocked with a wooden clip from the table and selected from the fresh counter: beef loaves, shrimp, broccoli and various other green vegetables...place the clip on the plate at the cooking counter 😇 I continue to take a plate loaded with various appetizers and take a seat at the table. Taking the food controls an R2D2 model on my table no. too, pauses and I take my freshly fried food from him. The food was ok, BUT… You are pressured to pay even though you are still eating and it was such a disaster - the lady insisted on a tip. We said we would pay for everything with the card and the question we asked was how much everything would cost together. Then she showed us her display and said how much should I type? No tip or anything? That was really bold...

A clear grade of 6 for child-friendliness. The request to be able to order something from the menu for a child (6 years old) was denied in the evening menu. So the children's buffet had to be ordered for 16 euros, whereby the child, which was predictable, only ate a small plate plus 1 ice cream. From a small menu one would have expected e.g. B. you can have something packed up. Very annoying. We certainly won't repeat this again!

The service has become really bad. The service was never outstanding there, as is often the case in large buffet restaurants. But when we were there more often in the past, it was definitely better and we actually enjoyed going there. The food is good, but the waitresses are now unfriendly and don't really behave in a customer-oriented manner. After I injured myself in the restaurant due to an object that wasn't properly fastened and fell on my head, no one there felt responsible and responsible for checking on me. They preferred to stand in front of me and argue with each other in their own language and just leave me there and go. They didn't even ask how I was doing or whether they could do anything for me. That doesn't work at all!! Never again !!

The large buffet was really good, but the fried meat from the Mongolian buffet, brought to the table by a robot cat, was shoe sole. The atmosphere has the character of a canteen. In my opinion, €25 without drinks is too high for children aged 10 and over.

Great buffet restaurant, it's best to go there when you're very hungry. I've been there several times and have always been very impressed. The selection is very large, there is something for everyone. No matter whether sushi, fish or meat. There is also a wide selection of desserts. 1 star deducted for the ambience as it is very loud when it is full. Please note that the buffet only opens at 5:30 p.m. However, the restaurant opens at 5:00 p.m. What I particularly like is the fight against food waste! If you return a plate with more than 200g leftovers, you have to pay for it! That's right! So it's better to go more often.

Everything from the cheapest. Too greasy and salty. The fish was prepared twice. The first plate was salt with fish. On the second attempt the fish was fried for too long until it was too dry and hard.

The price-performance ratio is not right at all, everything is overcooked and not fried as advertised. We were there with 16 people and it was very dissatisfying. The staff was completely unfriendly and annoyed and in the end assumptions were made, misunderstandings happen and everything can be clarified and there is probably a lot of abuse with the buffet, but the sound makes the music. Yelling viciously at guests is not acceptable. We made a lot of sales today because everyone drank quite a bit and you still had the feeling that you were being processed to make as much money as possible. We've had several family gatherings there for several years and it just kept getting worse. We're not coming anymore!

Nice restaurant, good to reach by car and public transport, parking lots in front of it. Accessible with wheelchairs. Service is okay. We needed to order a drink three times until it was served. A smile would help to get the 5 stars here as well ;-) Food was very tasty, the buffet was frequently filled up and one really cool thing is to be served by one of their service robots, which make music and bring whatever you wanted from the Mongolian BBQ to your table. They also have a chocolat fountain and a soft ice cream machine. We will be back.

We have already been to this restaurant 3 times, this is a fantastic place, my favorite restaurant, which means that by paying for the entrance you can eat as much as you like, there are 2 main visiting times: morning-lunch, lunch-evening.
