Ramen do have flavour, i would say choose the special, it was great. Their chicken karage was yum. Staff were great there, they explain the menu if you have any doubts. And this place is first come first serve basis. Take your time and enjoyy the ramen

We were there on Saturday evening, just the two of us. Unfortunately, we had to wait in line, but we were served relatively quickly. The food arrived promptly, and apart from the pasta, it was very tasty. Both broths were excellent, and the spiciness was just right.

Believe it or not, I can make the same flavor using instant noodles.

The vegetarian options were very limited - just ramen broth, few vegetables and noodles, no tofu, eggs or other vegetarian protein in the dishes, though the price was still around 19/20€ for the vegetarian ramen

Unfortunately, the service was very unfriendly and inefficient; we had to wait outside for 15 minutes, even though several tables were free. But the food was delicious, as always.

Munich prices, but the food is pretty good – nothing mind-blowing, but a high standard for this city. €8 for five meager takoyaki balls is a disgrace. But don't worry – you won't get them any better in Munich. The ramen is good, and the portions are huge. The service is friendly.

The restaurant has an appealing, modern ambiance, but unfortunately, the food wasn't impressive. The portions were small for the price, and the flavors seemed unbalanced—some dishes were too salty, others bland. Service was polite, but slow and unattentive. For the price, I expect more consistency and flavor; at this point, I wouldn't recommend it.

Unfortunately, you can't make reservations, but that works surprisingly well. I haven't had to wait long yet. The ramen tastes great; I've never been disappointed here.

The food was delicious. We were there after the typical lunch hour, so we were able to sit down right away. The waitress was nice. The food came quickly and efficiently. Children's plates and cutlery were immediately placed for our child before we even ordered.

The ramen actually tasted okay, but not comparable to the ramen at other Takumi shops in Munich. It's hard to put your finger on what, but something was missing. The menu is also smaller, and the selection of vegetarian ramen is very limited. However, the service was nice and friendly, and the food arrived quickly.

I went to this ramen restaurant in Munich with my fiancée – and it felt like a little trip to Japan. The ramen was so authentic that I immediately remembered my time there. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was a dream, and the cozy ambiance made the evening perfect. If I ever come back to Munich, one thing's for sure: I'll definitely be back :)

The best ramen that I had in Germany so far. Food is good and the ambient looks mostly like a real japanese ramen shop. Will surely come back to taste some different broth.

Very delicious, good quality, authentic. If you want to eat ramen in Germany, this is the place to go. Just kidding, but in Munich, this is the only place that has authenticity. The shop is cute, there aren't many seats, you have to stand in front of the shop for 10-20 minutes to wait for a table. I recommend going alone or with a maximum of 4 people (because this shop can't reserve a table). The staff are also super cute. Another thing is that this shop only accepts cards, they don't accept cash.

My favorite Hokkaido ramen in Munich, the soup is rich, the noodles are fresh, the dining environment is excellent, and their Dandan noodles are my favorite, so delicious😋

Very good ramen shop. Authentic ramen with a very nice terrace. There were two of us there and we had the Tantan-men deluxe and the special miso ramen (I highly recommend it). The service was generally good, and the drinks, appetizer, and ramen arrived relatively quickly. You're informed right at the beginning that only card payments are accepted, so beware of those paying with cash :) We arrived relatively early and had a short wait, leaving around 6 p.m.

A really great Ramen place located not too far from centrum. Tan Tan Men was very delicious with a rich broth and strong sesame flavor, which, for some people, may be too strong. What is withholding me from giving this place 5 stars is the price. Strongly recommended lunch place!

An authentic ramen restaurant. Anyone who loves ramen will know Takumi. And for good reason, because the ramen is all truly delicious. The ambiance is a bit less cozy than at the old location, but rather emphasizes the everyday character that ramen has in Japanese culinary culture. Since reservations aren't available, you might have to wait a while. This is usually moderate due to the relatively short wait time. Conclusion: A clear recommendation for ramen fans!

Totally overrated! Naniwa is an example of the large group of pseudo-Japanese restaurants riding the ramen wave. Luckily, in Munich, it's enough to be hip and offer a stylish ambiance – no one here can judge the quality of the food! In Düsseldorf, with the largest Japanese community outside of Japan, such a place would go bankrupt within a week – the broth (miso) is unbearably salty, the noodles rubbery like a horror version of Korean instant noodles, the sparse, unloving decoration with instant fried onions (is that even possible?). The pork is only recognizable by its texture, devoid of any flavor – it would be difficult to push any flavor through this mountain of salt. The outdoor area is a smoking lounge, where they're endlessly clever. How a restaurant can sell high-end olfactory and taste experiences and then open a smoking terrace is a complete mystery to me. Giving this 2 stars is very respectful and generous!

For the tonkotsu the broth was really good, but the noodles are maybe a bit to thick for a creamy tonkotsu. It dosent include Ajitama which surprised me, and there is not scallions aswell in any of their ramen. This is a preference thing, but the ginger that was included is something I would not have again in ramen. The miso special was very tasty, but had the same problem with the noodles that it was to thick. The Ajitama that was included was also dry, and not creamy.

Everything was delicious 😋 We had gyoza and fried chicken as appetizers, and both special ramekins. The broths in both ramekins were superbly seasoned and very flavorful. The beer was also delicious, and the food came very quickly. The waiters were also super friendly. We'll definitely be back again 😁

The worst Ramen I’ve eaten in my life. Literally tasted like ramen packs. I had been here a couple other times and it was nice, but this experience was horrifying. I’m still paying and I’m already sick needing to throw up. We were 3 people and none of us finished it even halfway because it was so repulsive. It tasted like pure artificial flavors with a disgusting result. The eggs of the ramen were fridge cold, which was absolutely disgusting and when I kindly mentioned it to the restaurant’s team they said “that’s how it is” Even if you liked it before, is not worth going unless you want to leave straight to throw up.

As always, I found it incredibly delicious. Personally, I just prefer the takumi at the Viktualienmarkt. But you can't go wrong here.

I stumbled upon this place by chance and can only recommend it. It was packed, but I managed to get a seat at the counter by myself. The ramen is super delicious. The service is fast and extremely courteous.

I was worried that we'd have to queue based on reviews read, but we were lucky and the restaurant wasn't busy at all! Perhaps it was due to school holidays and many people were out of town, or we chose the perfect early afternoon time on a Sunday. The food and dessert was very good, but my favourite was the Yuzu lemonade. So refreshing and it had great taste! Personal opinion is that the veggie Ramen bowl could have a bit more veggies in. Waiters were very friendly and attentive so wr had an overall pleasant experience.

TAKUMO as its best. Japanese staff and original Japanese cuisine. The restaurant does not offer reservations, so make sure you come and bring some time. On some days, there is a queue outside. I still hope that German visitors will adopt japanese etiquette and don't block tables for too long. In Japan it's common to eat and leave. The only food I am now missing in Munich is good Tsukemen. Maybe TAKUMI opens a Tsukemen restaurant next? ^__^

Broth rather light and chashu rather disappointing but overall not bad. Noodles are solid, however. Nothing special overall but ok for quick ramen craving fix.

Takumi is of all the ramen shops; in which I have been before; By far the best for me. From the selection of ramen, appetizers and drinks to the service you get on site. I also like to leave a tip because I think it's so great. 10/10 recommend it to everyone.

Best Ramen in Munich. I went there many times during my stay in Munich! Not only the ramen but also the pork bowl is delicious. There are German staff and Japanese clerks who can speak English, so you can rest assured. On Saturday, there was a line starting around 6:30 pm, so it's a good idea to get there early.

Ate super ramen soup in a typical Japanese setting. Not cheap, but delicious!

Definitely not worth it. I don’t how and why this place is hyped. We ate ramen. Not a delicious broth, not enough protein, probably instant noodle and too expensive. We asked additional egg, they didn’t bring and they added into check. Not worth to wait in line or dine in!

We went on Sunday at 3pm, had to wait aprox. 30 minutes. We order the grilled Gyozas and Takoyaki, both were absolutely delicious and would recommend to try them. As for the ramen, we ordered the Signature Takumi. It was really delicious, the broth was really flavorful and silky. I would recommend that before eating the egg you do submerge it in the broth as they are a bit cold. Really recommend the Ichiban Beer if you’d lile to have a drink with your food. Absolutely splendid experience, a must do in our Munich tour.

I was in Japan for 3 months and I have to say it was the first time I've eaten delicious ramen since then. The takoyaki and karagee were also super tasty. My Japanese friend shares this opinion! Stuff is very friendly and accommodating! I can only recommend everyone to visit this restaurant!

To be honest, it's way too expensive for the price and quality. The broth was good, the ramen noodles weren't top quality either and the toppings were absolutely standard without much effort...3 stars The ambience was very good, you felt very comfortable there. 5 stars Service just good. Very friendly service, but to check out you are asked to come to the cash register yourself. It was in the other corner of the restaurant. 4 stars
