We were in your café today and actually wanted to enjoy a nice and relaxed breakfast moment. Unfortunately, we were treated extremely unfriendly by an employee (whether a waitress or an administrator, we're not sure). She spoke to us in a completely condescending tone and made us feel unwelcome. We felt really uncomfortable and finally decided to leave without ordering anything. It's a real shame because the café actually looks nice and we were looking forward to breakfast. But such treatment doesn't work at all. Maybe it would be good if your team paid more attention to friendly and respectful interactions.

Fantastic. Really. Everything is right here. Divine coffee. Very tasty breakfast. All the employees, really everyone on both visits I've been there, are very friendly and always have a smile. Always politely ask if everything is okay without being intrusive. The furnishings are in a beautiful, exclusive industrial style. Fantastic. There are so many beautiful things to see here. The prices are humane. We/I hardly had to wait at all for food. As a special feature, there is a vending machine in the toilet downstairs where you can get a whole exclusive fragrance for your palm/or neck for one euro. Conclusion: If you want to be king as a guest, want to eat great food and drink heavenly coffee, you are in good hands here. I'm guaranteed to be a regular.

I then decided not to say anything more because the JGA and we didn't want to break up the group. We didn't eat, but left the place and went to a very nice restaurant nearby. I couldn't believe how many bad reviews there were about this service, but now I understand where they're coming from. Will never go there again.

In the following I will dedicate myself to the breakfast carousel, although it should be noted that this dish must be ordered for at least two people and the price for one person is 22 euros. Depending on your selection, additional costs of around 2 euros may apply for Sucuk. The total price for two people is 48 euros, as can be seen in the attached picture. Before I go into the culinary aspects, I would like to describe the ambience of the restaurant. A rough construction look reminiscent of New York lofts was chosen, combined with stylish decorative elements such as a green facade. Although this design is attractive, it should not be ignored that the rooms need to be cleaned regularly. Dust and cobwebs can be observed on the lamps and other surfaces; This also applies to the green facade and the pampas grasses. It seems like there hasn't been a thorough cleaning since it opened. Imagine a person with a dust allergy entering this environment – ​​this would be extremely problematic. The service was overall satisfactory; The employees made an effort and were attentive even when there was a lot of traffic. We were asked several times whether everything was to our satisfaction. However, the question arises as to how to convey all these shortcomings to a waitress when she may forget this information after a short time. Now to the culinary offerings: I was tempted to order the breakfast carousel because my wife really wanted to try it. The carousel offers a variety of products that taste impressive; The cheese variations are particularly noteworthy. However, it should be noted critically that there is an element on the wooden plate. A card is hanging between the food and seems to have been placed in places that are not hygienic. The same applies to the wooden brackets. Additionally, I would like to note that I found the amount of meat on the tray to be insufficient for my taste and considering the price. However, the freshly squeezed orange juice was good, as was the tea. However, in other cafés in Wuppertal you can often get a pot of tea free of charge. The sucuk omelette was rather average; the egg could have been a little runnier to dip into a Turkish sucuk egg as usual. The Böreks were also a tad too crispy, but otherwise acceptable. I would say that breakfast should cost a maximum of 30 to 35 euros. Of course I understand that such an establishment has to make a profit, but at a price of almost 50 euros I expect a certain level of perfection. Unfortunately I can't say much about the other products on offer. Oh, and it's super inconvenient to get the things out of the carousel.
