The decor is super chic and the staff is very friendly and attentive. We had burgers and curly fries as well as dessert and everything was really tasty. Top!

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio in this restaurant is not at all good. Although the ambience is appealing, the quality of the food was disappointing. The cappuccino was only lukewarm and the taste of the menemen had nothing in common with a traditional menemen. It was also disappointing that no bread was served with the rather small portion. The avocado bread with mushrooms was also a disappointment: cold bread with a ready-made avocado cream and a few fried mushrooms. A no go for the price. Everything had to be seasoned. Overall the food wasn't worth the price. At the beginning we were asked to take a table for two. Two ladies who came after us sat on a bench for four and nothing was said. The visit was disappointing for us. Definitely won't be coming back.

The owner of this restaurant is so incredibly rude and arrogant. In addition, the opening times do not correspond at all to those on Google or to the opening times that are written on the restaurant's door. It says on the door that they're open until 11 p.m., but if you come at 10 p.m. and just want a drink, the cash register is already turned off at that point.

The atmosphere is chic, clean and offers enough space. The food was delicious and the drinks were good too. In my opinion, only the pipe - grape mint - was weak and quickly became unsmokable, although I have to say that I like to smoke a strong pipe.

Portions ok..taste ok..burger sparsely topped (e.g. a ring of onion). For an additional charge of 9 euros you get mini fries and a 0.2 drink. Later I notice that the map says 0.4

We had an extremely disappointing experience at the restaurant. The waitress with peroxide blonde hair was disrespectful and her condescending tone was rude, as if she thought my sister was hard of hearing or stupid. This situation ruined our entire evening. As paying guests we expect respect and politeness, but here we were disappointed, we will definitely not be coming back and cannot recommend this restaurant!

Very bad service. We came in, went up to the roof terrace and no one came. After about 15 minutes we went to the bar, the waitress said she would come “immediately”. Waited another 5 minutes. Then finally ordered two drinks and waited another 15 minutes… incredibly bad service, there was hardly anything going on and yet we waited so long! I wouldn't recommend it.

!CATASTROPHE! Came here with my boyfriend because he invited me to dinner. Unfortunately, the evening in the loft was something of a waste. First you have to wait 20 minutes until the waitress comes to take your order. Then the drinks came about 10 minutes after we got the food. I'm sorry but NO GO! I'm a waitress myself and have worked in several restaurants and have a lot of understanding, but in a half-empty place I expect the drinks to come before I've eaten half of my food. Worst pasta I've ever eaten, sauce was watery and tasteless, spaghetti was way too overcooked and the prawns tasted like rubber and 14 EURO for that??!! And then waited another 20 minutes to pay. Never again. In the end, €60 wasted, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don't make the same mistake.

We spontaneously went to eat there without making a reservation. The store was very busy! The restaurant is located quite centrally at the beginning of the Luisenviertel. We didn't even sit for 1 minute and our drinks order was taken. The food order also didn't take long to arrive and arrived after about 5-10 minutes, despite the high number of guests! It was super delicious! Always happy to do so again in the future!

We went there for breakfast on our wedding anniversary. Everything was very satisfactory, the food was the classic breakfast plus meneme egg. Coffee crema was very tasty, I treated myself to 2 pieces, my wife had fresh orange juice and she was also very happy. The salmon wasn't tasty, even though I eat salmon often and am usually a big fan of it. My companion also found the chicken unconvincing. In addition to the main courses, we had soft drinks, coffee, a latte macchiato and a cocktail. Unfortunately, the cocktail was disappointing as it contained more ice than alcohol, which was not what we expected based on your extensive cocktail selection. The food is delicious. Personally, I just think that the cookie dough contains too much baking powder and you can clearly taste it. But it can happen sometimes, so there is no deduction for the food, otherwise I am always satisfied. In terms of taste, you are one of the best shops in Wuppertal. Keep it up! What is a shame in my opinion is that the food is not always packed or is reluctant to be packed. Maybe you can just get some cheap packaging or aluminum foil if the “loft” packaging is too good for you. When it comes to food waste and sustainability, I think this should at least be included in the prices. Not every customer wants the leftovers wrapped up anyway. I think it's a real shame that it's not offered directly, like the competition like Troy/Losteria etc.

The Loft in Wuppertal is a hip and trendy restaurant, perfect for chilling out. The waitresses are cool, very nice and extremely competent – ​​exactly what you would want in a star restaurant. Ambiance is very loud. Uncomfortable to sit. The waitresses are mostly stressed/unfriendly/unfocused. Please don't take your frustration out on the customer, we can only do so much. Food for a group of 9 people didn't come together, but with 3-4 minutes between bowls, burgers and brunch. One of the cocoas was only half full, breakfast was brought to the wrong table and was therefore even later than the others. Something like that just isn't possible for the price. (The price-performance ratio between the Classic Breakfast and the Breakfast Carousel for 2 people is almost cheeky) I won't come back here, no matter how much advertising I get on social media.

Ich hatte einen Tisch für den Geburtstag meines Freundes reserviert und dabei um einen besonders schönen Platz gebeten. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde jedoch nicht nach dem Namen gefragt, unter dem die Reservierung erfolgte, und wir erhielten stattdessen einen Tisch direkt am Eingang. Dies fand ich besonders bedauerlich, da es sich um einen speziellen Anlass handelte. Das Essen war an sich schmackhaft, obwohl ich leider das falsche Gericht erhielt. Die Auswahl war jedoch recht begrenzt, was etwas enttäuschend war. Aus diesem Grund würde ich wohl nicht erneut zum Abendessen gehen, aber das Brunch-Buffet sah sehr ansprechend aus und wäre einen Versuch wert. Preislich fand ich es in Ordnung: Für zwei Pasta-Gerichte und zwei Getränke zahlte ich 40 Euro. Das Restaurant war zwar etwas laut, was jedoch Geschmackssache sein mag. Es schien viele Gäste nicht zu stören. Das Personal, insbesondere unsere Kellnerin, war sehr freundlich, was positiv hervorzuheben ist. Auch die Sauberkeit der Toiletten und die Bereitstellung einzelner Handtücher statt einfachem Papier, wie in manch anderen Lokalen üblich, waren bemerkenswert.

The ambience in The Loft is simply perfect for ending the evening in style. I especially love going there in the evening to enjoy the variety of cheesecake variations. Nevertheless, my personal favorite remains the wonderful Magnolia dessert :) It is a real culinary delight and rounds off any meal in the loft in a particularly delicious way.

Our visit to "The Loft" was a positive experience: dog-friendly, with a lively atmosphere and friendly service. Despite the hustle and bustle, there weren't long waiting times. The highlight was the carousel breakfast, plentiful and of good quality, just like the other dishes. The orange juice wasn't freshly squeezed, but it was still delicious. The chairs were comfortable and the toilet in the basement was clean (unfortunately we didn't see any disabled access). The roof terrace and several photo spots offer additional highlights. Overall, the price-performance ratio was convincing. In short: A recommended place for relaxed meetings with friends or family.

We had reserved a table. We had to wait about 10-15', which wasn't a problem. But since we had to clear the table for the next one after 40' when we wanted to order another coffee, I really thought it was a "no go"! We were kindly given a table right in front of us assigned to the door...We weren't even really finished with our breakfast (carousel) because we only had 30 minutes to eat...so why did we reserve a table?! What a shame.

The breakfast was very tasty 😋 and looked really tasty too. The young lady was very nice and was always very attentive to the guests. Always happy to go there. The toilets were super clean and usable without any problems.
