The Hummus Guys in Berlin

I've tried to find hummus this good in many cities - no chance. That's why a visit to The Hummus Guys is part of every trip to Berlin.

Best hummus ever! I discovered the store today and am absolutely thrilled. The hummus variations are incredibly tasty and there is also a super nice service that explains to you how the hummus is made and what ingredients are used to create the great taste. Absolute recommendation to visit the store.

Best sandwiches and delicious soups! Very friendly service.

Even on a Sunday when the choice is a priori more limited, the owners were kind enough to prepare a nice assortment of hummus for us and made us feel welcome. All delicious and all homemade, flavors not found in the supermarket which were very pleasant to discover! THANKS !

I've often looked at the store curiously as I passed by and now I'm finally in. In addition to the classic hummus, there are also a few variations - so far Balsamico Orion is my favorite and I don't want to be without it anymore. It's seriously the best hummus I've ever tasted! Everything without preservatives. The owner also fills it fresh for you if there is no bowl left. Now I'm going to try the fresh stew from the jar today and I'm excited! I'll be back! The balsamic onion variation of hummus is the best I have eaten so far! Today I will test the fresh soups to go and am excited... I will come back frequently. :)

Hummus tastes OK, but this is not the way to serve it, when it is the main dish for 7€. At least add paprika and olive oil, ideally some non-crushed chickpeas on top and tahini and olive oil. Definitely more olives and at least onion and a pickle. Maybe offer a boiled egg. This is OK for a side dish maybe.

Delicious good and fair prices! They also have portuguese pastel de natas, i took one and it was delicious!

Everything on offer is freshly and deliciously prepared. The coffee too. The owners are very nice and friendly.👍

Lovely lunch spot if you love hummus. In many varieties and strengths. The regular one is also super good here. We took a falafel bowl and a hummus plate. Super good fresh pita on the side. Do they make it themselves? Also good selection of wines by the glass.

Hummus was very tasty, I had different variations, even a favorite... The chickpea salad was amazing and when the bread is toasted everything is perfect, it's not a criticism, just an idea... I'd love to come back... I love hummus..Thanks

I was in Berlin at the main train station looking for a snack. That's when I discovered The Hummus Guys' little stand! Here an entertaining dream team served me and sold me a delicious bagel with hummus and mozzarella. 😋 The cherry on top was the coffee! Your nice colleague chose a nice, strong coffee for me that tasted better than any coffee I've had in a long time! My recommendation!

Best place for humus lovers!! Home made with no preservatives. Loved sun dried tomato and beetroot flavor!!

Amazing assortment of hummus and pita chips!

Ich liebe diesen Hummus, weil seine Konsistenz nicht so ungeheuer cremig, sondern cremig- kichererbsig ist. Und jede Hummus Spezialität schmeckt und zwar auch, weil sie dezent angemacht ist und keine Vordergründe hat. Der Wildkräutersalat ist frisch und mannigfaltig, das Dressing bekömmlich und sehr puristisch ( Zitrone, Öl, Salz, Peffer). Sehr liebevoll zusammengestellter Salat mit ein/zwei Blaubeeren und Granatapfelkernen, auf Wunsch mit Ziegenkäse oder Mozarrella. Ein wunderbares Mittagessen, stärkt und erfrischt und macht nicht müde☺️ Absolut empfehlenswert!

During my year stay in Berlin I had the pleasure and honor to have tried some of the best hummus I've ever had. It was always fresh and delicious. I would show up almost every weekend at the zelendorf market on Saturdays afternoon to pick my fresh batch of Thai hummus or jalapeño hummus. Customer service was always on point. The two small business owners are both amazing people with great attitudes and lots of stories to share. I would also like to recommend their world famous hummus wraps which I would pick up frequently after a good workout at CrossFit. I definitely miss their delicious food and all the good laughs. their location was always clean, well stocked and their coffee always hit the spot. If you're in the area please stop by and I bet you will not regret the great experience.

Probably the worst hummus I ate

Leider ist der hummus für den Preis enttäuschend gewesen. Vor allem hat es an cremigkeit gefehlt. Der hummus war mind. Drei Tage alt, da er krisselig war. Außerdem schmeckt man, dass der tahini Anteil nicht besonders hoch ist, was für den Extrem hohen Preis leider mein letzter Kauf war.

Dieser Hummus ist geschmacklich einfach absolute Spitze! Keine Konservierungsstoffe, keine Geschmacksverstärker, sondern richtig gutes Essen, bei dem man die hochwertigen Zutaten herausschmecken kann. Hier geht Liebe wirklich durch den Magen! Wir holen uns unseren Hummus-Vorrat jeden Samstag auf dem Winterfeldt-Markt und freuen uns jedes Mal darauf, mit den superfreundlichen Verkäufer*innen zu plauschen. Macht weiter so, liebes Team von The Hummus Guys!!!

Ich habe jahrelang mein Hummus selber gemacht, seit ich die guys entdeckt habe, zunächst auf dem Winterfeldmarkt am Sonnabend, spare ich mir die Arbeit und hole Hummus und Pita dort oder im Laden. Bestes Hummus ever!

Leider eine volle Enttäuschung! :( Ich und meine Freundin sind extra aus Brandenburg angereist, um der Empfehlung eines Freundes nachzugehen. Wir waren direkt sehr verwundert wie das orientalische Kulturgut HUMMUS instrumentalisiert wurde, um fragwürdige Kreationen wie „CHOCOLATE HUMMUS“ auf die Karte zu bringen. Wir haben uns jeweils die PITA-CHIPS (4,50€) , HUMMUS BAGEL (4,50€) & das HUMMUS PITA SANDWICH (4€) gegönnt und konnten es als wahre Humusliebhaber kaum erwarten. Leider wurden unsere Gaumen auf jeglicher Ebene enttäuscht. Die Preise wirken zunächst sehr fair, allerdings ist das Essen das Geld unserer Auffassung keinesfalls wert! Teilweise wirken die Kreationen innovativ, doch geschmacklich können sie nicht überzeugen. Von uns gibt es ganz klar die rote Karte.

Also wer wie ich meist in Münster sein muss ist da zwar oft zufrieden mit dem Angebot aber wenn man dort auch sowas wie Zitrone mit Hummus drinnen erwischt kann hier nur 5 geben. Denn es gibt da auch nichts anderes. War hier erstmal platt, dann ratlos und habe bei div. Leuten mitgegessen. Hier mehr Feintuning als in MS. Wusste nicht was man für Sachen mit Hummus anstellen kann. Die Sides werden auch weiter getestet weil die auch gut sind. Ich komme wieder!

Hatte mir auf jeden Fall mehr erwartet, aber die Erwartungshaltung ist durch meine Reisen in den mittleren Osten auch sehr hoch, da kommt dieser Hummus leider nicht ran. Preislich leider auch etwas zu hoch.

Heute zum ersten Mal probiert! Sehr lecker, sehr frisch! Das war 100%ig nicht mein letzter Besuch. Es wurde mir auch erklärt, wie und mir welchen Zutaten die Sorten hergestellt werden. Da steckt Leidenschaft dahinter. Weiter so! 😀

Wer einmal bei The Hummus Guys einkaufen war, der geht nirgendwo anders mehr hin wenn es um Hummus geht. So unglaublich nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend wie die Mitarbeiter sind, die genau erklären, wie die Produkte hergestellt werden und auch in Sachen Geschmacksrichtungen ausführlich beraten, so lecker ist jede einzelne Sorte Hummus. Für mich ist bei jedem Trip nach Berlin ein langer Besuch bei The Hummus Guys Pflicht und inzwischen reise ich auch nur noch mit Kühltasche dorthin! Pflichtprogramm ist der erste Hummus, der gleich dort vor Ort "verschlungen" wird. Danke an The Hummus Guys!!!! Schon, dass es euch gibt <3

A nice place near a flower shop! I had a hummus-avocado wrap and it was delicious: many vegetables inside, thin and soft pita, great flavour :)

Habe schon viel besseren Hummus gegessen. Dazu sieht der Verkäufer nicht sehr hygienisch aus. Bei Hummusapiens ist man deutlich besser dran...

The Owner is super mega friendly and the Hummus are so great! Each flavor has its own taste and is extraordinary. I personally love Lemon Mint and Balsamico onion flavor🥰 You can taste that the ingredients are nice and fresh. 這家店的鷹嘴豆泥好好吃(*¯︶¯*) 老闆娘真的很友善， 而且每個口味各有特色！ 吃得出來食材是新鮮衛生的， 推薦大家來吃一波， 不然臺灣很少看見這類食物的說！

Es ist toll, dass es einen Laden gibt, der sich auf Hummus spezialisiert hat und der sehr viele Varianten anbietet. Für mich muss allerdings der klassische Hummus stimmen und dieser hat leider zu viel Kreuzkümmel drin und ist mir nicht cremig genug. Ein gutes Produkt, aber nicht so gut wie in manchen Läden in der Sonnenallee.

Ich bin heute ganz spontan reingeschneit und mit einer Kostprobe von sieben verschiedenen Sorten glücklich nach hause gegangen! Sehr liebevoller Service, Hummus Kreationen durchdacht, originell und abwechslungsreich. Dabei aber immer nachvollziehbar und unheimlich lecker! Ich freue mich aufs nächste Mal.
