This is no longer a vegan place. They do have many vegan options. But 2 out of the 4 vegan main courses were not available when we visited. The food was ok. Quite pricey for the lack of options and portion. They don't have any non-alcoholic drinks other than juices.

The waiter was very rude. We wanted to sit opposite to each other but he didnt allow us even though there are people sitting like that. Then he asked if we had a reservation and when we said no he took the menu from us for us to leave. There were 3 empty tables with no reservations. I would give 0 if it is possible.

Service was good, but the food was unappealing. You would have expected something different, especially for the price

I believe you report all negative reviews. ---------- Unfortunately, after our experience yesterday, I have to say that this was the worst dining experience (Valentine's Day) we have had in a long time. It was clear from the start that much of the staff was either new or didn't know how to serve. It took a long time for the drinks to be served and there was no entrance or anything like that. The soup was still decent, but what came next really amazed us. The tacos were hard and very simple and looked like they came straight from the supermarket. The ravioli was swimming in white sauce without any taste of white wine and looked like pre-made supermarket ravioli. Finally, the strawberry cake was one big piece of cream, and the cake was even harder than the taco shells. In the end, the second group came in before we were served our desserts. They were told it started at 8:15pm but I also remember being told it was either 6pm-8pm or 8pm until the end. We were both surprised at how bad the experience was. Sometimes it happens that the food just isn't to your liking, but yesterday it didn't even come close to what should be a decent dining experience for 130 euros. Maybe someone else was cooking today, maybe you were dealing with a staff shortage. I also wrote an email but got no response. You invest a lot in influencers for advertising (see Instagram), you can invest better in food

We stopped by for a drink and were not disappointed! Great value for money, nice service and a very fast bartender!

Unfortunately, I think the portions are very small and unreasonable for the price. If you come hungry, you simply won't be full afterwards. I also had a very small glass of apple juice.

Deserves to be discovered, respect for flavors and cooked with love and gratitude...

The Gratitude is a vegan restaurant in Munich's Maxvorstadt that impresses more with its location than with service and value for money. The food at The Gratitude is very tasty, but the portions are a bit small considering the very high prices. €19 for a slice of watermelon with a small salad is difficult to justify here. Unfortunately the restaurant lacks character, which you can feel in the design and service in the restaurant. If the price isn't important to you and you're looking for delicious and unusual vegan food, this is the place for you - for everyone else there are numerous better alternatives.

A great vegan/vegetarian restaurant with a great ambience and really nice service. We ate two dishes that were incredibly tasty and seasoned. The drinks were beautifully decorated and very well prepared. We'd love to come back!

Cute little place where food is good and atmosphere is nice.

I found the behavior of the waiters brazen. I wanted a Limoncello Spritz that was sold out, so I was offered a Lavender Spritz. It was significantly more expensive, which I only noticed when I paid. When I asked, it was no problem and no mistake. Absolutely brazen behavior!!! !

we used to come to this place when they first opened and it used to be culinary experience, its the opposite now. the food tastes like from the freezer, old, reheated. lacking fresh vegetables. they are cutting costs everywhere- apple in the spring rolls, corn in the quacamole, asparagus pasta has 4 pieces(1cm each) of asparagus. aesthetically the food is sad. really overpriced, too.

Excellent vegan food. Were there yesterday and absolutely loved it. The ambience is very nice, not too loud and the service really made an effort. Absolutely recommended.

Dear Gratitude Team, Unfortunately, we had unpleasant experiences at the *munich glam* series of events: 1. We weren't offered any soft drinks, even though someone behind us was drinking a coke. Sold out? We weren't told. Tap water? No Information. 2. After asking again whether it might be an acoustic misunderstanding, we were warned in an aggressive tone to place a binding order. 3. After we decided to leave the bar because of the aggressive, abusive customer communication, we were not exactly shouted out of the bar in a classy manner. Short note on the prices: Tannenzäpfle for €12 is very upscale, but only ok with glamorous service. Dear Gratitude, sorry that you now get these points. We know, the restaurant is actually great. But this series of events is unfortunately not recommended. #no glam at all

We had a very nice evening there. We had the Rolls as a starter, the patty and the eggplant, Coconut tiramisu. A vegan without vegan sausage or other meat simulations. Honest and just fine cuisine. The furnishings are well done from small islands to casual tables for 6. For me personally...a touch too dark We are really looking forward to the Scharnigarten. THROUGHOUT GREAT!

Lovely little restaurant serving Vegan/Vegetarian food in Munich. The hosts were able to offer a table at the last minute without reservation. Went for Blue Gin Wildberry which was refreshing. The grilled artichoke starter was delicious! The celery puree with a dash of harissa added other flavours to this lovely starter. Main course (Paneng curry) was excellent. A very satisfied customer at the end! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Vegetarian/vegan place.

Very, very nice and courteous staff. The food was extremely tasty and very large portions. The cheesecake and the tiramisu were super delicious. The plates are beautifully presented and offer a combination of many flavors. We recommend!

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was anything but pleasant. The service was extremely unfriendly and made it difficult for us to feel welcome. Her bad mood and grumpy demeanor didn't help the atmosphere. We opted for just dessert and skipped drinks, which apparently didn't go down well - information that only reached us later. The dessert itself was delicious, but that couldn't make up for the fact that we lost the joy of eating due to the inappropriate behavior of the waitress. At the end we even found out that the unfriendly waitress was the manager of the restaurant, which made the situation even more disappointing.

We had a 4-course meal here on Valentine's Day and it was a very successful evening. The food was very tasty, as were the drinks, especially the lavender vodka. Friendly service and a pleasant, family atmosphere. We will be back! ☺️

I was there for the second time with a friend because the food was excellent. The only negative point is the distribution of tables, a bit cramped - otherwise the atmosphere is very chic! Service is good. We even received a thank you drink at the end.

Extremely overpriced vegan restaurant with food prepared using substandard quality. When eating a steak worth 19 Euros, you expect the quality of food to be better. But it isn't the case here. The steak is prepared with ordinary Rapsöl and quinoa is substandard as well. Extremely overpriced vegan food. I had stomach pain after eating here. I will never ever go here and would never recommend you to go here. If you need to have good vegan food for economical and better quality, I would suggest Pretty Pizza around the same street corner.

I have been vegan for a decade and have visited restaurants in different countries. I have never encountered such unfriendliness in a restaurant. When you walked in you weren't smiled at, as is usually the case. After sitting down and wanting to eat dessert, the waitress said in an unfriendly tone, "No drink?" Should I drink juice or alcohol with a tiramisu? I am under no obligation to do so. Now the lady said that you had to sit somewhere else because you weren't eating anything. But since I wanted something to eat and therefore didn't notice the overall unfriendly atmosphere when I entered, I got up and left. It's stupid to scare away guests like that. Because that has already happened a few times, as I have read here.

Das Essen war geschmacklich Gut aber zu wenig und das Curry naja für 19 Euro und 1 Stück Tofu schon teuer.... Die Vorspeise war aber gut und die Ravioli auch Leider war nur eine Bedienung/Barmann daher hat alles etwas länger gedauert (20 min für sie Rechnung) aber so tage gibt's;)

Wir waren auf einen Aperitif dort. Das Ambiente sehr einladend, der Service okay. Wir haben etwas warten müssen für unser Getränk, da der Barkeeper alleine war. Die Getränke soweit gut, Nichtsdestotrotz nett, das Essen kann ich nicht bewerten.

Das Essen war außergewöhnlich - einfach ein Traum für alle Vegans und zudem sind auch einige Speisen glutenfrei. Die Inhaberin und ihr Team sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Dieses Restaurant ist von ganzem Herzen zu empfehlen.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Wir hatten Winterrollen, Artischocken ,Aubergine, Avocado und zum Nachtisch Tiramisu. So lecker.

Sconsigliato. Il cameriere non parla altre lingue all'infuori del tedesco. Il menu è molto particolare ma decisamente limitato. Pochi piatti e prezzi molto sopra la media (11€ per gli antipasti e 19€ per i piatti principali e...acqua 10€/l!!!). Il cibo tuttavia era buono, materia prima fresca. Dulcis in fundo: si paga solo in contanti! Sorpesina del dopo cena... ovviamente non era segnalato, mi è stato detto al momento del pagamento! Brutta esperienza

Sensationelles veganes Restaurant! Die vielfältige Speisekarte bietet köstliche, kreative Gerichte. Die Qualität der Zutaten ist herausragend, und der Geschmack übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Das gemütliche Ambiente und freundliche Personal machen den Besuch zu einem rundum gelungenen Erlebnis. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir waren 10 Gäste, manche bereits zum 2. Mal, es war alles ausgezeichnet. Jedem hat es geschmeckt und die Cocktails waren süffig :)

Veganes Restaurant mit Cocktail Bar . Ganz zu empfehlen , es war super lecker - egal ob Starter oder Hauptspeise oder Nachtisch . Cocktails sahen auch sehenswert aus - hab ich aber nicht selber probiert . Im Sommer sitz man draußen ganz gut. Reservierung zu empfehlen .

Abends mehr Bar als Restaurant und dann schwer zu unterhalten. Generell cooler Laden. Mega leckeres Essen.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Food was overpriced and very bland. Our party of 6 got almost every dish on the menu and we were not impressed. The broccoli risotto tasted like baby food. Service was mediocre - 2 of my friends were barely picking away at their food for 40 minutes and the waiters wouldn’t clear their plates because they hadn’t finished. On top of that they charge 7.5e for a bottle of water. Overall a waste of 30e.

Wir sind zufällig an dem Restaurant/Bar vorbei gegangen als mich das Ambiente sehr beeindruckt hat. Wir hatten keine Reservierung wurden aber herzlich empfangen und an einen Tisch gesetzt. Der Kellner und die Dame, ich denke, sie ist die Besitzerin des Lokals, waren sehr freundlich. Meiner Meinung nach, das beste in der Stadt das muss man selber beurteilen! Die Cocktails sind sehr lecker auch das Essen war ein Gaumenschmaus, die Nachspeisen der Wahnsinn nun ist es schon unser Stamm Lokal geworden 😃 ihr seit super danke gratitude ❤️weiter so 👍🏻🍀🙏🏻

Sehr nettes Ambiente dazu noch leckeres Essen.

Kamen erst gg halb neun abends hier an, nur die Hälfte der Tische war besetzt, trotzdem mussten wir 15 min warten, warum auch immer. Dann nochmal 15 Minuten, bis uns die Karte gebracht wurde, weitere 1:20!!! bis das Essen gebracht wurde (mittlerweile war fast garnichts mehr los im Restaurant) und nochmal 20 Minuten bis die Rechnung nach Aufforderung gebracht wurde. Wir hatten drei Gerichte: das Curry und die gebackene Avocado waren gut (deshalb der 2. Stern) aber der Burger war - sorry - eine Frechheit! Zwei kalte Buns und dazwischen kaltes, matschiges Kartoffelpürree (stand wahrscheinlich 1:20h rum…). Nachdem die Bewertungen bisher relativ gut sind, gehe ich mal von einem Vollaussetzer an dem Abend aus. Trotzdem kein weiterer Besuch mehr.

Freundlich Service. Gute Atmosphäre. Essen war leider nicht das Beste. Wir hatten die Risotto und die mit Avocado. Beides hat zwar gut geschmeckt aber fehlt was. Überall ein guter Ort und wenn man was Veganes sucht dann geh dahin.
