We were there for breakfast. Everything was very good and delicious. Officially, the menu is open until 1 p.m., but the staff had already cleared everything away by 12:30, which was very annoying, as we didn't get a table until 12 p.m.

We were there this morning for the breakfast buffet and had reserved a table. The buffet was well prepared and also very tasty. Unfortunately the service from the staff wasn't that good! The used dishes were not cleared away, there were already towers of dishes on other tables! But the great thing was that an employee asked us after an hour whether we were ready because the next guests were already waiting for our table outside! Simply cheeky and incompetent when it comes to table reservations!

It was disgusting. I had noodles with prawns. The prawns were raw and slimy. My partner tried it and we were very disgusted. My partner's meal (ravioli with salmon filling) but OK. The portions are very generous for the prices. You're still hungry after eating. The music is also not suitable for eating out. It's extremely loud and we could barely hold a conversation. The waiter wasn't interested in why the food was still on the plate when it was cleared away. The restaurant itself is nice and has a great bar with delicious drinks. But a nice ambience is of no use if the food is bad. Maybe the pizzas are better... We'd rather go to another Italian restaurant that has always been great.

Very good service, but unfortunately the food came cold and the carbonara tasted like cream. But wait?! Carbonara are prepared without cream and with guanciale, which was replaced here with simple diced ham. It's a shame, because the great service here can't outweigh the food.

The food was great. The music was a disaster. Way too loud and not appropriate for a restaurant. We actually wanted to eat comfortably, but the music, which would have been more suitable for a bar or disco, was more than disturbing. We asked the waitress to turn it down a little or play different music. Unfortunately, this was not implemented. We mentioned it again when paying. The lady then apologized for it.

Unfortunately it was a moderate disappointment! I ordered a simple Bolognese, in which you unfortunately have to look for the meat ragout. It's more like a tomato sauce! In addition, there are prices for the dishes that one is more used to in large cities with significantly higher rents. All in all, no recommendation.

We were there with a larger group. It was well attended, so expect waiting times - so far no problem. Unfortunately, the quality of the food left a lot to be desired compared to previous visits. The bread in the bruschetta was very hard, almost black in places, and very sparingly topped. The risotto was still “swimming” in broth, and spring onion roots, for example, were also used. The crème brulée was cold and burnt at the bottom. Despite complaints, the second attempt was no better. Both our group's dessert and drink orders were missed. Overall, the music in the bar was so loud that conversations were unfortunately very tiring.

We were there today with a table reservation, but unfortunately the computer swallowed it, this can happen. We were then parked outside in the very cold winter garden. Whenever I'm in Aurich, I go to Don A Roma. I like the location, the ambience and the atmosphere here. The staff are friendly, attentive and courteous. ONE in particular stands out because he is consistently good. I asked him his name. His name is Sido and I'm already looking forward to the next time I'm in Aurich and again at THE DON A ROMA.

This was my second time eating here and I wasn't disappointed. First-class dishes, friendly service and reasonable prices. And the ambience is very good.

A beautiful shop that also makes the effort to read online reservation details. We've been there twice now for special events, e.g. with a fountain and a personal birthday serenade from the already nice staff. I can only warmly recommend it! We look forward to our next visit <3

My girlfriend and I thought we would order something to eat there in the evening. Takeaway is a bit cheaper and since it was later we selected pickup for 9:45 p.m. I noticed the “tip” when booking. I generally tip, even if I'm just picking up food, but here it's clearly thrown in front of your face. Of course, you can also simply refuse it there if you don't want to. We ordered 3 pizzas and what can I say, unfortunately we weren't impressed at all. My girlfriend had the best pizza, there wasn't much to complain about. Dough was tasty but my pizza was a bit darker. But that wasn't the problem. The pineapple was very sour. Absolutely inedible for me and therefore left over. Now for the third pizza. This pizza was burnt and didn't taste good at all. The person we brought the pizza for was very disappointed. We were probably just unlucky, but it's a shame considering the price.

The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere and the reservation via Google worked without any problems. The menu is varied and the staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, the hectic pace in the team was noticeable. We ordered two rump steaks with small adjustments, but this led to a mix-up - that can happen. What was annoying was that the desired degree of doneness was not met: instead of medium and medium rare, one steak was done and the other was medium well. The restaurant manager recognized the situation professionally and very kindly offered us a new steak. We declined so as not to waste food and instead got a dessert that was really delicious! Overall, it would be nice if more attention was paid to quality, but our experience was still fine.

A beautiful restaurant. Modern and classy atmosphere. Very friendly service. There were 8 of us there this evening and, as always, we were well fed. I had pre-ordered the Tusch. You should definitely do that at the weekend. We had pizza and pasta dishes. Bruscetta first and various desserts. It's all highly recommended. A little tip on what could be improved: Warm up the plates. This way it would stay warmer longer. Thank you very much. We'll definitely be back. 😃👌🏼

A very nice restaurant, especially outside with a nice atmosphere. We ate well and the service was very friendly. However, the fountain is a magnet for children, which is fine. But if the children then walk through the restaurant half naked and soaked through, that doesn't seem appropriate to us. The mother had to change the children several times (had clothes with her!) and the service manager was very supportive (even dried the wet clothes in a dryer). Our conclusion: For us, even a child-friendly restaurant should not be a “bathing park”. For others, this may be fine. So we forego another star and another visit when the weather is nice.

I would like to give more stars, at least when it comes to service. The food and the ambience alone are awesome. But the service tops it all again. Admitting a mistake - and it was really just a small thing - clearly shows the quality of the restaurant and its team.

The reservation couldn't be found, but the two of us still got a place straight away. The service was friendly but rarely seen. The second drink only came when we wanted to leave, after waiting a long time. I can highly recommend the BBQ pizza, I would have imagined something different under pasta with Gorgonzola.

I've been there several times now and have gotten a meaningful picture. I'll start with the really positive thing: The ambience is really very successful and makes an upscale impression. You feel like you're in good hands and notice that attention to detail has been paid to the furnishings. Now I come to the food: the food is usually excellent! However, it has occasionally happened that, for example, one of the salads tasted pretty boring, but one of the other salads was A1. Unfortunately, it has happened twice that the wrong dish arrived or something was missing. But as I said, 90% of it has always worked out so far. The service is also good on average, although there were times when you had to discuss the condition a bit before you realized that the dish was wrong. And unfortunately that has a negative connotation. Overall, you are still in good hands and I can therefore recommend the restaurant.

He also told us about personal and company matters without being asked, including that the previous restaurant manager had a drug problem. This information was neither relevant nor professional and gave a dubious impression. He mentioned several times that he had opened several restaurants and hotels in other countries, which also gave the impression that he was trying to impress us. Overall the ambience and food were fine, but the unprofessional manner in which operational information was shared with us was disturbing. We would like to come back under different circumstances.
