A beautiful restaurant. Modern and classy atmosphere. Very friendly service. There were 8 of us there this evening and, as always, we were well fed. I had pre-ordered the Tusch. You should definitely do that at the weekend. We had pizza and pasta dishes. Bruscetta first and various desserts. It's all highly recommended. A little tip on what could be improved: Warm up the plates. This way it would stay warmer longer. Thank you very much. We'll definitely be back. 😃👌🏼

The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere and the reservation via Google worked without any problems. The menu is varied and the staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, the hectic pace in the team was noticeable. We ordered two rump steaks with small adjustments, but this led to a mix-up - that can happen. What was annoying was that the desired degree of doneness was not met: instead of medium and medium rare, one steak was done and the other was medium well. The restaurant manager recognized the situation professionally and very kindly offered us a new steak. We declined so as not to waste food and instead got a dessert that was really delicious! Overall, it would be nice if more attention was paid to quality, but our experience was still fine.

A very nice restaurant, especially outside with a nice atmosphere. We ate well and the service was very friendly. However, the fountain is a magnet for children, which is fine. But if the children then walk through the restaurant half naked and soaked through, that doesn't seem appropriate to us. The mother had to change the children several times (had clothes with her!) and the service manager was very supportive (even dried the wet clothes in a dryer). Our conclusion: For us, even a child-friendly restaurant should not be a “bathing park”. For others, this may be fine. So we forego another star and another visit when the weather is nice.

Very nice atmosphere / chic restaurant. The service staff are very nice. The food is delicious, but ordering, especially drinks, takes a lot of time. Both in the late afternoon and at 11 p.m. Drinks were beer and wine, which shouldn't take that long if the restaurant isn't full. Even the food came before the drinks in the evening. Unfortunately there are fewer stars in the overall rating.

Vitello Tonnato was great! The pizza was good. So much for food. Accessibility by car is very practical and the proximity to the cinema means you can have a leisurely meal there either before or after the film.

I would like to give more stars, at least when it comes to service. The food and the ambience alone are awesome. But the service tops it all again. Admitting a mistake - and it was really just a small thing - clearly shows the quality of the restaurant and its team.

I'm totally thrilled and can only recommend this restaurant to everyone. I celebrated my 20th birthday at Don A Roma and was warmly welcomed with a Prosecco on the house. There was also extremely friendly service and a noble ambience. At the end I was surprised with a special dessert and a party fountain.

We were there for the first time. We liked it very much. Ambience is amazing! Food was very, very tasty. Thanks to our waiter, we felt completely comfortable for the evening. Many thanks again to Sido at this point :-) We'll be back!

The reservation couldn't be found, but the two of us still got a place straight away. The service was friendly but rarely seen. The second drink only came when we wanted to leave, after waiting a long time. I can highly recommend the BBQ pizza, I would have imagined something different under pasta with Gorgonzola.

The Argentinian beef fillet with baby potatoes in sage butter and vegetables with the Gorgonzola sauce was an absolute culinary delight... 6 stars plus... the pizza was traditionally Italian in taste and everything that went with it. I've been there several times now and have gotten a meaningful picture. I'll start with the really positive thing: The ambience is really very successful and makes an upscale impression. You feel like you're in good hands and notice that attention to detail has been paid to the furnishings. Now I come to the food: the food is usually excellent! However, it has occasionally happened that, for example, one of the salads tasted pretty boring, but one of the other salads was A1. Unfortunately, it has happened twice that the wrong dish arrived or something was missing. But as I said, 90% of it has always worked out so far. The service is also good on average, although there were times when you had to discuss the condition a bit before you realized that the dish was wrong. And unfortunately that has a negative connotation. Overall, you are still in good hands and I can therefore recommend the restaurant.

Very good pizza, friendly service and a great atmosphere

The shop looks really good and you feel comfortable, the food was also quite okay, but it could be better for Italian. Waitress was nice and open-minded, but we didn't know that the boss wanted to talk nonsense to us the whole time, we never asked about his life story and how he treated the waitress wasn't nice either, so we felt sorry for the employees because You don't want to have an environment like that at work.

We ordered a steak that tasted good, but unfortunately wasn't cooked to the desired level. This was not dramatic, but one expects that the order will be implemented as desired. At the end of the evening we sat down at the bar when the restaurant manager sat down next to us and engaged us in conversation. We found this to be inappropriate. He also told us about personal and company matters without being asked, including that the previous restaurant manager had a drug problem. This information was neither relevant nor professional and gave a dubious impression. He mentioned several times that he had opened several restaurants and hotels in other countries, which also gave the impression that he was trying to impress us. Overall the ambience and food were fine, but the unprofessional manner in which operational information was shared with us was disturbing. We would like to come back under different circumstances.

Unfortunately no longer recommended. I had reserved a table and specified the garden when making the reservation. When I got there and was asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside, I replied outside and was told that luckily there was a table available. The cushions were then added later, but unfortunately they were either wet, so that 4 out of 6 people got soaking wet bottoms, or they were moldy. We found the service to be rather slow, there was hardly anything going on inside and there were few tables outside, but you still had to wait up to 20 minutes for your drinks. When the food came, my disappointment was greatest. I ordered the avocado salad with the addition that it should be vegan please. (On the menu it is marked as vegan possible) I then got a lot of lettuce, 4 slices of cucumber, 2 tomatoes and half an avocado with some sesame. For the proud price of €17.40! There was also a raspberry vinaigrette and a bread plate that I shared with my colleague, who actually should have gotten one with her salad. The waitress also had another avocado salad on her arm that would have at least contained a little pepper, but apparently wasn't intended for our table. The salad itself, as well as the vinaigrette and the bread were delicious but absolutely overpriced. When we spoke to the service, they said that we could understand this and would pass it on to the kitchen, but that was it. The lasagna from others at the table was either very salty or half of it was burnt black. It was then also said that this would be passed on to the kitchen. There was no apology, neither for complaining about the salad nor for having wet seats. Overall, unfortunately there is no store I will go to again. Don A Roma used to be a really great restaurant with very good service and delicious food. It's a shame that this has changed so much.

Very nice atmosphere and what I particularly like... the reception desk at the entrance. Some people should take an example from this. That's classy. The newly arrived guest is brought to the table and does not run around aimlessly between other tables. This creates a calm atmosphere and makes work much easier for the operators. 👍👍👍

Well, I'm actually a big Dona Roma fan. I often enjoy going to Don a Roma and I say a lot of good things about this restaurant to my friends and acquaintances. I usually always order the same dish because this dish has always thrilled me since day one and has never disappointed me. About me, I am a trained restaurant specialist myself and I would be the last person who would not have any consideration for this profession. But today, June 8, 24, I was really shocked. So it's not usual for me to write reviews, but this time I was really annoyed. I didn't know anything like that from Don a Roma. First of all, yes, it was a Saturday evening and it was packed. All well and good. If 1-2 or 3 mistakes had happened this evening, I wouldn't be angry at all because I know from my own experience how stressful a busy Saturday evening can be. But let's get started: If I have booked a table, I actually expect that the previously requested table will be available at the specified time. Unfortunately this wasn't the case and we had to wait 8 minutes and were then taken to a different seat than the one we wanted. After placing our order we still didn't get the starter after 1 hour. Tables that arrived much later had already had their main course while we were still waiting for the starter. Later the service person came and asked whether we had already received the starter we wanted. We answer no. She apologized and said the appetizer would be coming soon. After another 15 minutes the starter arrived. After another hour the main course arrived. The main course was served nice and warm. Everyone was happy with their food. I was just amazed at the new taste, which I didn't know before, because I actually ordered the same dish every time I visited. Well, the taste was still ok. Not as expected, but ok. We drank a lot of drinks until at some point we were permanently sitting in front of 7 empty glasses. Well, I know from my company that you take the empty glasses with you immediately after you arrive with the new drinks in order to prevent something like that. But well. After we had finished the main course, we sat constantly in front of our empty plates until we were asked to pay. (a good half hour) We tried several times to draw attention to ourselves with eye contact or hand signals, but this apparently went unnoticed. When we asked for the dessert menu after all the waiting after the main course, they said the kitchen was closed and they were sorry. Yes, if you had to wait in vain for several hours for attention only to hear that the kitchen was already closed, even though you wanted something to eat an hour before, that's a shame There was also a live band on site at this time. They played good and beautiful music. Unfortunately, the music was a bit too loud so that you couldn't understand the person you were talking to and you literally had to shout at each other.

We were there with 9 people. The food was very good, but unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. It seemed to us as if we wanted to finish work early. You weren't asked if you wanted something else to drink or anything like that. Unfortunately, the live music was so loud that conversation at the table was no longer necessary. As we stood at the exit, we saw that clearing the table went very quickly. Someone probably didn't want their job, which was a shame.

Not recommendable! There was hardly any topping on the pizzas and the taste was too dry. The knives were too blunt to cut. The chocolate cake was served carelessly with just a few colorful sprinkles and wasn't even warm anymore. Price-performance ratio doesn't fit here at all! The service seemed listless, unmotivated and annoyed. To order you often had to draw attention to yourself.

Unfortunately the price/performance ratio no longer fits. The prices have been raised and more and more savings are being made on the ingredients. Pizzas without oregano and on the Hawaiian pizza a third is virtually unfilled. That doesn't fit and is currently no longer recommended.

The menu is very manageable, unfortunately also the amount of toppings on the pizzas that were ordered. I'm used to much better prices from other stores. What bothered me the most were the edges of the pizzas, which were about 6cm wide and had no toppings on them. I also don't understand the discrepancy with the pictures I've seen here. It almost seems to me like they were specially produced. In other words, once and not again.

You feel comfortable here as soon as you enter this location. The Pizza Pasta Bar has space on two comfortable floors. Layout and furnishings guarantee a pleasant and comfortable stay. You can tell that thought has been put into this. For warm days there is a large outdoor terrace with wind and noise protection where you can spend your time well. The menu is clear and not overloaded, so you can make a safe decision. Both the kitchen and the service do an excellent job. The service is also exceptionally friendly and very attentive. Everything we ordered was at the table in a short time and the execution of the food was excellent. I was convinced by everything and everyone and would happily recommend this restaurant. The price is completely reasonable given this good quality. I personally don't think it's expensive. The toilets are on the ground floor. There is another upper floor that is open plan. However, there are enough tables on the ground floor and you can also sit directly at the bar. FYI: There is no elevator there. Overall it looks very high quality and elegant. Considering that the noodles were supposed to be homemade, they were damn identical. So can't believe they are homemade. Tastefully boring and really disappointing. And the price is completely excessive at €13.90. The mango-passion fruit lemonade wasn't a burner either. I ate much better or cooked at home. Lots of room for improvement. “Big name for actually average food” fits here again. When the waiter asked if it was tasty and I said no, he was also rather unfriendly when paying. I don't need it again.

During this time, my son was excited to watch the bartender at the bar at work. He simply received a drink from the bartender, which I'm not sure whether I paid for it. But my son was very happy, so that's okay. The service was very nice, the place was very pretty. The food was also very tasty. We would also like to have a shop like this in Brandenburg. :-)

In previous years we were often disappointed by the service - it was slow and the staff were often unfriendly. Nevertheless, we gave Don A Roma another chance, and lo and behold - new, very friendly and fast staff and no long waiting times. Despite the VAT increase, prices have barely increased since the beginning of the year and are perfectly acceptable. The menu is clear, but there is something for everyone. The ambience is unique in Aurich and the restaurant is in a good location. The parking lot is opposite and serves both the Sparkasse Arena, the cinema and the restaurant. There is always enough space.

Too expensive, hungry for the food, taste noticeably deteriorated, staff friendly Was eating there again after almost a year and was unfortunately very disappointed. A year ago the food was at least good and plentiful, but already expensive. Yesterday I had to pay €90 as a couple and left hungry and disappointed. (starter, main course, dessert, drinks) I ordered tagliatelle with strips of beef fillet for €21, it came with a plate that was only 1/3 covered and two slices of white bread. When I was looking for my food on the plate, I found the noodles and there were 3 strips of beef about 1.5cm long! Are you really kidding me, 21€ for that and the whole thing tasted dry too! Luckily my partner had gotten some extra food and I was able to eat with her. There are 2 stars only for the restaurant/ambience and the friendly staff. There's nothing to complain about about the food. Everything top and fresh. Pizza is absolutely top notch. Service a bit off track. The main course had already arrived and the starter hadn't been cleared away yet. Wrong drink once. The ambience was really nice but the volume was at brewery level. But I always like to go there for the pizza. Once again I had a really good pizza here!

Very successful atmosphere, but much more important is the staff, who are very attentive but not intrusive. We had the feeling that people were really interested! The food speaks for itself, delicious, nicely decorated and hot. The selection of drinks is very extensive and the cocktails deserve their name. It's probably not appropriate to call everyone on a first-name basis, but I, born in 66, am always happy when younger people call me on a first-name basis; the tone is much more important to me ;-)

Erstmal ist das Lokal sehr einladend. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir sind mit 4Personen dort Essen gewesen. Haben von der Tages Karte das Steak bestellt. Das Steak war hervorragend. Leider müssen wir sagen das der Beilagensalat eine Katastrophe war. Schmeckte wie aus der Truhe. Die Pfifferlinge und das Gemüse was sehr übersichtlich war schmeckte grauenvoll. Vielleicht bei dem Preis mal überdenken.

Ich wollte mit meiner Freundin schick essen gehen. Das Ambiente war echt schön, aber das war auch das einzige was ich als gutes zu berichten habe. Als wir ankamen mussten wir 40 Minuten auf unseren Tisch warten, obwohl wir einen Tisch reserviert hatten. Gäste die nach uns kamen wurden einfach sofort zu einem Tisch geführt. Wir wurden einfach vergessen. Als ich einen Kellner angesprochen habe, hat er uns endlich zu einem Tisch geführt hat konnten wir nach einer Stunde warten im Restaurant essen. Als das Essen ankam war ich sehr enttäuscht von meiner Pizza. Als die Pizza ankam, war sie schon fast kalt. Ich habe eine Pizza Schinken bestellt, was eigentlich nur eine Pizza Magerita mit 4 kleinen Stücken Schinken war(siehe Bild). Die Pizza hat 14,50€ gekostet. Sie war nicht besonders schlecht, aber der Preis von 14,50€ war nicht gerechtfertigt. Da hätte ich besser eine Pizza aus einer Pizzeria bestellen können, die günstiger ist und wo mehr (deutlich mehr) Schinken drauf ist. Die Nudeln meiner Freundin waren auch nicht wirklich was besonderes. Ich werde dieses Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen.

Es war mal wieder sehr gut. Das gepflegte Ambiente lädt immer wieder zum verweilen ein. Dazu gutes Essen und gepflegte Getränke lassen den Abend gelingen.

Dann kamen 2 weitere Essen, jedoch kalt. Wurden anscheinend nur nicht serviert. Auch dies mussten wir dann beanstanden. Ohne die Reaktion und auch der Entschuldigung, hätten wir 1 Stern vergeben. Aber da Fehler passieren können und professionell mit der Kritik umgegangen wurde, bewerten wir dies Lokal auch dementsprechend. Das Essen an sich war sehr gut!

Das Restaurant überzeugte durch ein ansprechendes Ambiente und köstliches Essen, was meinen Aufenthalt grundsätzlich positiv gestaltete. Leider traten jedoch einige Unannehmlichkeiten auf. Während des "Pizza all you can eat"-Angebots wollten wir eine weitere Pizza mit veganem Käse bestellen, wie auf der Karte angegeben. Bedauerlicherweise war kein veganer Käse vorrätig, was zu einer ablehnenden Entscheidung unsererseits führte. Die Situation verschlechterte sich, als die Bedienung unfreundlich gegenüber meinem veganen Freund wurde. Es schien, als ob er absichtlich ignoriert wurde. Der Höhepunkt war jedoch die Bezahlung, als der Kellner die Karte meines Freundes aus der Hand riss und selbst auf das Gerät legte. Dies sorgte für Verwunderung in unserer Runde. Trotz dieser Vorkommnisse genossen wir den Abend größtenteils. Dennoch hinterlassen die Probleme mit der veganen Option und das unhöfliche Verhalten des Personals einen bitteren Nachgeschmack. In Zukunft wäre es wünschenswert, dass das Restaurant solche Situationen proaktiv angeht, um den Gesamteindruck zu verbessern.

Der Cocktail war lecker, müsste er allerdings auch da wir 30 min auf einen Tisch gewartet haben. Die Servicekräfte sind teilweise vom Fach und Teilweise ahnungslos. Dennoch war das Essen ziemlich Klasse , nachdem meine Frau das Falsche Gericht bekommen hat.

Modernes Restaurant mit guter Auswahl. Essen gut. Bedienung war schnell und aufmerksam.
