Pizzeria Sandhorst in Aurich

We ordered through Lieferando and it was delivered to our holiday home. For me, grated carrots don't belong in a kebab, and the fries were soggy. The pizzas were okay. The mayonnaise and ketchup were warmed up in the box... 5 minutes in the freezer, and it was perfect!

I ordered a double cheese burger with fries for 14€ and the burger was a real disaster. Frozen ready-made patties and the "cheese" was processed cheese. It's really just sad. I could have saved myself the money.

The food was disgusting. The doner bread was way too dry, the meat was burnt, and it was just disgusting. It was way too expensive.

I went to the shop and got a kebab and a pizza. Under the table was a very old kebab in a plastic bowl. He gave it to me. There was also a kebab skewer, but he didn't give me that. He gave me an old one that didn't look good. I threw it in the trash. I can't recommend this restaurant and won't go back.

I ordered a total of five large party pizzas for my birthday. All five were delicious, super fresh and hot upon arrival. The price was an absolute bargain, and they were delivered more than on time. I'll be back soon! 😻😻😻

Unfortunately, the quality has declined somewhat. The bread on the doner kebab falls apart while eating, the salad is simply shoved right to the bottom of the doner kebab with a pile of tzatziki, and the communication leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, there's also a significant language barrier.

Unfortunately, our food wasn't good. The pizza was lukewarm, almost cold when it arrived. The crust was like rubber. The salad was very bitter and much too coarsely chopped... what a shame...

Instead, throw a piece of bread in the toaster; it'll make you happier than a kebab or pizza. A 30-cm pizza ends up being 25 cm, and a kebab is 99% meat, which is more than fat. Salad? It's almost nonexistent. It feels like it's not even there.

The prices in the shop are extremely overpriced for the amount of food they serve. The quality and taste of the food are terrible; even pure mold with mayonnaise would have tasted better. I was there today and have spent six hours in the bathroom since then. The health department will be 100% informed. I've seen enough! I ordered a kebab today, and what arrived was simply disgusting. No salad, no vegetables, just meat in the bread—if you can even call it meat anymore. The thing looked like it had been picked up from the floor yesterday. Dry, dead, lifeless like a kebab zombie, just a sad pile of dry meat in a soggy bread. The thing looked like it had already lived three lives. Taste? None. Sauce was barely detectable, everything was cold and lifeless. But here's the thing: Since I ate it, I've had really bad stomach problems. Nausea, stomach cramps—I've been sick all day. I don't know what was in it, but it definitely wasn't fresh. Honestly: The health department should take a look at this place urgently. Charging money for this kind of situation is just outrageous. Anyone ordering from here is gambling with their health. Never again!

No. 140. Ordered Rigatoni dolce vita and the pasta was still hard, the mushrooms were tasteless, and the "cream sauce" was brown water. It tasted like a 5-minute terrine that had been poured over with lukewarm water—except you paid €8 for it! I don't recommend the dish; I'd rather give it 0 stars for this outrageous dish.

As always when I come to Aurich I like to eat the Tonno pizza with onions here, always friendly and accommodating but most importantly very tasty!

Contents - A mini children's pizza Magerita (7€) - A normal sized vegetarian pizza (15€) - a small salad (€6) which was a quarter the size of the ready-made salads from Lidl - Pizza rolls with cheese (€6.50) - Tzatziki (€3.50) - Cola 0.3l (3€) + Delivery fee The quality was okay but the prices were totally exorbitant. Next time we'll go to a real restaurant instead.

Hello Went to Pizzeria Sandhorst this evening and got 1 kebab and a mixed salad. The kebab was just fine and the salad was the last thing... 3 slices of cucumber, 4 tomato wedges, 4 leaves of rocket and otherwise just iceberg salt, plus 7 miniature rolls and a Majolo-heavy dressing that didn't taste good either. The salad cost €7 and was worth €1.50. That was the last time we were there then I'd rather cook myself.

The food itself tasted good. We had 2x pizzas which were very good, 1x calzone with extra broccoli and I was a bit disappointed. Unfortunately, for a surcharge of €1.50 you only get one floret of broccoli, which is a rip-off. And then we had gratinated rigatoni with chicken, unfortunately not enough pasta.

My girlfriend and I ordered 2 roller blinds there yesterday that we weren't expecting, there was more pizza dough than toppings, I called them last night and they said that we could pick up the two roller blinds again today, the two roller blinds then go home because it was a mistake on their part, then I called them today to ask them to finish it and then I was told that I had to pay for the two blinds in full again, because it was a mistake on their part . We are actually regular customers but we are thinking about switching to another pizzeria because when I called there today I was treated completely unfriendly on the phone. This has happened three times now and I've had enough. They make the mistakes and a regular customer still has to pay for it, because it was said that they would redo the order at their expense. Outrageous

Then a calzone with salad dressing without tzatziki and hot sauce, what did I get with salad dressing and tzaziki…..just sad something like that…. The schnitzels were delicious but unfortunately the other one wasn't

Got the wrong food, called them and then had a very unpleasant conversation with both the employees and the boss. Unfortunately very rude and especially the manager of the house cannot be surpassed in terms of rudeness and disrespect. No insight at all. When you pay so much money for such “greasy” food you can at least expect to get what you order. It's a shame but never again!!

We were always regular customers but from today on we definitely weren't anymore!! We received a wrong order for €28 and paid for it. When unpacking it became clear that it was completely wrong. Retrieved, described & it was said that they would bring us new ones. I asked EXTRA whether we could keep the kebabs or whether you would like to take them back with you. The answer was: keep them! 3 minutes later a call from the boss, we either bring the kebabs back or we don't get any new ones. At that time we threw it in the trash because it was inedible to our taste. (Hot sauce, only meat, no salad) Conclusion: after a very (!!) cheeky discussion with the boss, he said that we wouldn't get any money back and no new kebabs either. NEVER AGAIN !!!

As a regular customer for years, today was the last time I got food there. The hot sauce on the roll was not edible - far too sour and an extreme aftertaste. I also paid extra for meat but didn't get it. A pity. Maybe the rumors are true that the owner has changed again.

Neuer Inhaber, alles schlechter!!! Pizzen kleiner und weniger Belag, aber Preise erhöht. Zum wiederholten male Reklamation gehabt. Heute Pizza mit Extra-Belag mit Aufpreis bestellt und persönlich abgeholt, Extragbelag bezahlt aber fehlt auf der Pizza. Pizza seeeehr "kross" gebacken um nicht zu sagen verbrannt!! Sorry, Pizzeria-Team, ab sooooo bleibt Ihr nicht lange am Markt!!! ... schade eigentlich! Da der Rand ungenießbar war, sowohl von oben als auch von unten, wurde aus einer "großen" Pizza eine teure kleine Pizza!!!!

Das Essen ist sehr gut 👍 und auch reichlich. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier kann man sehr gut 👍 draußen und auch drinnen sitzen und essen. Es geht hier sehr schnell und das Essen ist auch sehr heiß 🔥 noch. Und die Preise sind auch ok 👌 Ob es hier Toiletten 🚽 gibt weiß ich nicht. Ich kann das Gericht Frutti di Mare sehr empfehlen. Es ist sehr sehr gut 👍

Döner war gut, aber Sterne Abzug gibt's für die Dönerbox. Weniger Fleisch als im Döner, kein Salat, kein Brot, oder sonst was und trotzdem einen Euro teurer als ein normaler Döner. Ich hätte mit ein bisschen mehr Fleisch gerechnet, aber meine Frau hatte es mit ein paar Happen leer. Wo genau der Preis dafür her kommt, ist nicht nachzuvollziehen.

Wir sind zu Besuch aus dem Saarland und haben heute Abend bei dieser Pizzeria bestellt. Kurze Lieferzeit, Fahrer sehr freundlich, die Pizzen richtig heiß und super lecker !!!!! Ordentlich belegt, der Teig traumhaft gut, so soll es sein 😀 Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team, ihr seid echt zu empfehlen! Klasse, weiter so !!

Neue Karte. Lieblingsgerichte nicht mehr drauf. Schade. Bei Bestellungen war zu beobachten das der Kellner auf fragen immer mit weiß ich nicht geantwortet hat. Früher war es besser. Zum Salat gab es kein Brot. Das dressing in einem extra Schälchen war für mich perfekt. Leider konnte man das dressing nicht vernünftig über den Salat geben und ohne das das dressing am Rand runterlief das kein aufgießen am Gefäß. Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut.

waren jetzt schon 2 mal dort, dass Geschirr ist neu und richtig hochwertig. Das Essen war gut insbesondere die Pommes-frites zu den Platten. Also kann ich empfehlen.

Seit der neue Besitzer übernommen hat, ist das Essen viel besser. Das Ambiente ist viel angenehmer, auch das Äußere der Pizzeria ist sehr schön geworden, er hat alles neu gemacht und die Möglichkeit gegeben, bei schönem Wetter auch draußen zu sitzen. Er scheint viel Wert auf das Äußere zu geben, weil er viele Blumen aufgestellt hat. Alles in einem ist es auch ein super service, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder

Guter Imbiss mit langen Öffnungszeiten. Wir saßen draußen im Aussenbereich der ganz ordentlich ist. Einziges Manko, man ist im Gewerbegebiet und dementsprechend ist die Aussicht. Dafür viele Parkplätze und man kann auch mit dem LKW direkt dort parken ohne jemanden zu stören. Das Essen war in Ordnung sowie der Preis. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und immer zur stelle. Kommen gerne wieder.

Geschmacklich gut, schön auf den Tellern platziert. Allerdings muss man ehrlich sagen, wirklich kleine Portionen für relativ "viel" Geld. Der Teller sieht toll aus, aber wenn man alles etwas zusammen schiebt, hat man da wirklich nicht viel liegen für sein Geld. Die Männer sind nicht satt geworden.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Dachte es wurden die Nuggets vergessen, habe da angerufen und er wollte mir direkt 2 Portionen Nuggets schicken. Habe die Nuggets dann unter den Kartoffelecken gefunden und habe dann wieder direkt angerufen das ich die gefunden habe und er meinte dann, habe die Nuggets schon fertig, schicke ich dir trotzdem.

Das Essen ist echt in Ordnung. Sobald man nach 21:30 bestellt wird man angerufen das man nur noch Pizza bekommt, Döner gibt es kurz vor Feierabend nicht mehr, dann sollte man die Öffnungszeiten online mal aktualisieren wenn man ab 21:30 nur noch die Hälfte der Karte annimmt.

Super Pizzeria....Service is nett ....essen ist super und auch schnell fertig, nur das Salat Dressing hat mir nicht geschmeckt das muss jeder für sich entscheiden...wir kommen definitiv wieder und können es definitiv weiterempfehlen 👍👍👍👍

Echt leckeres Essen dort aber leider lässt es etwas nach. Ich bin hier Kunde von Anfang an. Von der Arbeit aus haben wir über längere Zeit jeden Freitag hier bestellt aber das ist vorbei denn leider haben sich immer wieder Fehler eingeschlichen wie falsches Essen oder nur lau warme Speisen. Allerdings fährt man direkt hin um zu bestellen und dann auch mit zu nehmen läuft es 1a. Auch direkt dort essen geht. Alles ist sauber und aufgeräumt nur könnte mal der ein oder andere Farbeimer an den Wänden gelehrt werden. Privat gehe ich aber immer noch hin um mal ab und an dort Essen zu holen. Ich würde mich freuen wenn ihr mal so eins zwei Gerichte original, aus eurer Heimat, anbieten würdet! Heute, 25.02.2023 , hab ich mal online bestellt. Es ist einfach aber leider fehlt wieder etwas in der Bestellung! Das Essen wird teurer aber auch weniger trotzdem schmeckt es.

Selten einen so netten und schon teils persönlichen Lieferservice erlebt. Der Herr, der die Bestellungen annimmt, ist so nett und freundlich - erlebt man so ganz selten. Leider ist derzeit Freitags mittags keine Lieferung möglich. Wir bestellen aber wieder, sobald sich die Situation geändert hat. Pizzen haben uns bislang sehr gut geschmeckt und waren immer sehr heiß sowie reichlich belegt.
