A highlight in Düsseldorf every year at the trade fair. This time too, our large group had great fun and a good time at the ASH.

Gianni is simply amazing! Friendly, courteous and absolutely professional. Gladly again at any time! Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

I rate the restaurant cover and restaurant staff! Welcome to America!! Nice and friendly atmosphere and staff. So far I can say that it has a nice and good cover. Let's go a little deeper; Despite all this, you feel the inflation !! I wish it was worth it! I was expecting a different and more attractive steak! I could have ordered a better steak at a different restaurant for a better price! ! ! What is all the fame really about!!! Women's and men's toilets are almost in the same room. So if you open the toilet door and see some men, please don't be alarmed! You pay the tip automatically with the meal bill! Why should they burn my sweet potatoes !!!

Too bad the meat was ok. But the prawns in oil were cold. And we had to wait a whopping 1.45 hours for our food... That's not possible... Sorry

We have been to THE ASH many times, but in Oberhausen and Essen. Unfortunately, the burger meat was very dry and not comparable to the other two restaurants. There wasn't much going on at lunchtime on the weekend, but the sound of the air conditioning was very unpleasantly high-pitched. Unfortunately the worst ASH so far. The waiter, however, was perfectly fine.

I loved their food and hospitality. Food and drinks are good. They are very caring and professional.

The food came quickly. But the burgers are absolutely standard fare and absolutely nothing special. Even the patty was 100% done and dry.

I just happened to stumble upon this restaurant and it became one of the best experiences I had in Germany, from looking at ads of Redefine Meat back in India to actually eating it! I am very satisfied by the cooking style of TheASH and thankful they added ReDefine meat in the menu! The staff was friendly and made us feel good. Will visit again when I’m back to Germany hope to find more Redefine options in the menu in two years!

The ambience is nice and the service is very good. Unfortunately, the food was just poor mediocre. Starter plate for 2 with a meat skewer that was more than done, which was a shame. Main course burger with sweet potato fries. Fries were cold and black and the burger was not like that. We won't go here anymore

After a long time we visited the ASH again. Unfortunately the menu has changed and my chili bowl has been canceled 😭 However, as usual, ASH can also impress with its other great dishes. Fortunately, one thing has remained unchanged: the excellent service of the staff, today in the person of Karim. Thank you! We had a very nice evening.

Everything is great! Starting with the ambience and ending with the food, simply recommended. The meat was perfect and served as requested. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendly service. Sakis made our time even better during our stay. Many thanks again to the entire team.

As always, it was another lovely evening. The team was again super nice, no matter how stressful it is. Steaks were perfect.

The meat was very good but after ordering, we waited more than a hour for the food to be served, which was quite time consuming. We were there around 8 pm and the place was full and noisy, we could not hear each other. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go in the same hours because of the crowd.

The meat was good and tasty, the knives were crap. But otherwise, it was pretty good.

We had to wait a very long time for our food. The service was very friendly, the steak was average. The restaurant was completely overcrowded, the kitchen couldn't seem to keep up, and other guests left because it took too long. Hence only three stars.

Unfortunately our experience wasn't that good. We had made reservations a week before for 5 people at 7:30pm but when we arrived we were told to wait 5 minutes at the bar. Those 5 minutes turned into over half an hour! After asking several times, we finally got a table, but it was a table for 4, where an additional chair was simply placed - right in the passage. I had to sit there to make my guests more comfortable, but it was really uncomfortable. During this time a few tables became available, but when I asked if we could get one of them, they said they were reserved for larger groups - even though there were 5 of us! We ended up getting a small table next to a pillar and overlooking the kitchen. When we said we didn't feel comfortable there, they didn't try to find a solution for us at all. Instead, it just said that we would have to wait much longer until another table became available - even though we had reserved! Apparently our reserved table was simply given to someone else and we had to wait. This was completely unacceptable for us. Everyone was very disappointed, the space was way too small, and we finally decided to leave the restaurant. When we were asked outside why we were leaving I explained the situation but even then no attempt was made to even offer us another table. It's a real shame - it completely ruined our evening.

The best meat I've eaten in a long time. It was cooked to perfection, extremely tender and extremely tasty. We also had a really great and friendly service, who gave us recommendations and always provided fresh pilsner. All in all a 10/10 visit
