Everything was great, we would love to come back.

The meat dishes and even the bread with garlic sauce are very good. The atmosphere is usually very crowded and noisy, but it's nice and the staff is very friendly.

One of the best steaks you've ever eaten. Worth every penny!

I had the fillet with grilled vegetables, which was absolutely delicious. Our server, Nikola, was incredibly attentive and anticipated our every need. She kept a perfect overview of our large group and catered to all our requests. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back!

Great place, nice atmosphere, good food. If you're looking for a steakhouse, you'll find everything you need here. The burgers were so good that we said they're so good that fast-food chains use this place for their advertising photos. Really delicious, really well presented.

What more could you want for your money? The food was superb, the staff was great, and the atmosphere was presentable, just a bit too loud at times. If you could choose your server as well as your table, we would definitely book Bianca again. But that's just nitpicking, of course. Keep it up!

The expensive truffle paste tastes exactly like the stuff at cheap Chinese restaurants!! The beef fillet was burnt and inedible. Still water is just tap water, of course!!!!! The only thing that actually tasted good was the Primitivo wine. (Rabbit is recommended.)

Sinewy steaks, ridiculously overpriced... Chicken wings used to be great, but unfortunately I can't recommend them anymore... The service fluctuates between arrogance and being numb... I'm taking a very, very long break from that place...

The 300g entrecote for €49 was unfortunately a complete disappointment. Addendum: Hello ASH, Thank you for your feedback. I was really disappointed that evening (my birthday): The steak was small, cut crookedly (overcooked on the thin side), and tough overall. I've had some very good evenings with you before – thank you for that! Unfortunately, my last visit was frustrating. Our waitress treated us to two desserts – that was very kind and appropriate, but it couldn't really salvage my mood.

The service was very friendly and attentive. I had to ask twice for my second drink, and it took a long time. The double espresso I ordered never arrived. The medium-rare rump steak was very good, but that was about it. They were out of baked potatoes, and the mashed potatoes were the worst thing I've ever eaten. I didn't know that such extremely bad convenience food existed. It has absolutely nothing to do with cooking and is actually an outrage to serve something like that. A tip for the chef: try eating it yourself. The price-performance ratio is not right, so I can't recommend it.

Way too loud, toilets extremely dirty, the steak was cold in the middle and full of gristle. I wouldn't go there again.

The experience was great, I went there with the Family. There's a magician there, he performed some amazing tricks on our table so that way we could see everything he did upclose therefore providing an excellent view of the tricks.

We went to this restaurant last night with a party of three. Because we didn’t have a party of four, the female manager refused to seat us. She was extremely rude and condescending. She offered us a two top with the third chair in the walkway. I would recommend ownership and/or senior management address this behavior as that I observed her negative exchange with other customers.

It’s a cozy place and the food was amazing too but expensive I must say.

The food was delicious, the service friendly. However, shortly after we received our food—yes, we had only just started eating—we were asked to pay. This completely ruined the atmosphere and everything else. Absolutely unacceptable! So rude and brazen. Completely unacceptable.

The food is very good and the atmosphere is interesting. We arrived relatively early (5 pm). The restaurant gradually filled up, and with it, the noise level increased, especially from the larger groups at neighboring tables. This was somewhat bothersome. Otherwise, highly recommended.

We had dinner at The Ashe in Düsseldorf this evening. Despite the relatively full restaurant, our food arrived quickly and our service was very friendly (thanks again to Angelina). As soon as we arrived, we were asked if we wanted a bowl of bread and aioli while we chose our main course. We would go back anytime!

We ate there today with five people and were absolutely thrilled. The food was excellent, the prices were perfectly reasonable, and Angelina ;) was really great and attentive. Thank you for this wonderful evening. We'll be back 🫶🏻

I was there for a business lunch. The steaks were very well done and even the chef's salad was a bit small. Unfortunately, it was very busy, so we had to wait a relatively long time for our food. Furthermore, the acoustics were very loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. All in all, I still recommend it.

I regularly visit these restaurants in other cities, but this rump steak was tough. The lady who handled complaints said it was fat and completely normal. However, I've worked at one of the best steakhouses in Germany for 10 years and know exactly what a rump steak is—and it definitely shouldn't be so tough that you can barely eat it. So no manager or whoever was there could call it that—they should educate themselves to know what fat is and what is tough.

Nice atmosphere, but completely overpriced! The bread was a bad joke. The burger was acceptable but almost €20. The fries were okay, but nothing more. Never again!

Great Halal steak although halal menu is limited 2 types of halal steaks are available. Very nicely cooked Sakis was my server he had a great sense of service and awesome personality.

First time at this location. The food and appetizers were AMAZING! I'll say that in advance. The relative proximity to the Düsseldorf Trade Fair Center was ideal. The service was very attentive, even when the restaurant was very busy, and the food was EXCELLENT. There is some criticism regarding the acoustics; after a day at trade fairs, you wish for a bit of peace and quiet. The restaurant was apparently fully booked and therefore even louder than at our trade fair; it's really annoying when you almost have to shout at the person sitting opposite you. If that doesn't bother you or you can even ignore it, this is a good place to go. The prices are a bit steep, but still just about OK, especially for the drinks. Highly recommended.

Friendly service, tasty appetizers, drinks orders always served promptly, but unfortunately, the burgers were very greasy. I had to burp them constantly until the next morning, as even the buns had soaked up the grease, making them impossible to eat. Any local snack bar could do much better, especially since we paid almost €140 for two people here. It's a shame; we'll only be coming here for appetizers and drinks from now on...

The magician was a surprising delight while we waited for food!

The taste is quite good... BUT the service is unfortunately quite poor! And doesn't justify the restaurant's name! The price-performance ratio is absolutely terrible! They don't even bring salt and pepper to your table! The dirty glasses are truly embarrassing!

The food was, as usual, very good. Unfortunately, we had several bad experiences at another ASH restaurant. The service was also very nice, especially Bianca.

Absolutely love this place. Couple of years ago I was there with my coworkers for an after work dinner and then recently I took my date there as well. It is not a cheap place but the food and drinks are amazing. The indor grill is a very nice touch. I really like the atmosphere (although it tends to get a bit loud inside so if you want a quiet romantic evening then reserve the table outside)

Very good food near the Düsseldorf Trade Fair Center. The staff is extremely attentive, even when the restaurant is very busy, and the food has often been very tasty. The only downside is the noise level, as everything is open-plan, which naturally leads to a certain amount of noise. If you can live with that, it's definitely worth a visit. The prices are fair for the quality.

Not inclusive, no vegan option in their weekly lunch deals. Had to pay more than double than more than my colleagues - not a nice deal for me. Very disappointed - please include at least one vegan option, we’re in 2025 :)

The food and service were very good. However, the noise level in the dining room doesn't meet the standard expected for this price structure. Conversation while eating is almost impossible, or people raise their voices, which then further aggravates the situation for other guests. This urgently needs to be improved. The open concrete ceiling reflects guests' voices extremely loudly. Acoustic insulation could be added. As for the actual reason for the visit – the food – it deserves nothing but praise. All the dishes, as well as the appetizer platters, were excellent. The service staff were approachable not only during the initial order, but also repeatedly came to the table unprompted to check if there were any further requests.

I came to this restaurant by the recommendation and l can say that it was a great one:). The atmosphere was really pleasant and cozy. l would love to say one big thank you to lovely Andjelina that was attending me☺️. From the moment l sat down, she was prompt to great me and attend me with warm smile, and to take my preference. As well as to recommend me the beverages and dishes ad per my preference. Also, she was checking how is my dining experience and if everything is alright. I felt really welcomed and l enjoyed my experience with you🥰. I was skeptical, because it was a chain. The food was delicious. We had burgers and fries. The toppings were good, and the fries were potato-flavored. The ketchup was nice and fruity. I like it. But you have to order and pay extra. A fellow diner also enjoyed the vegan chicken, along with sweet potato fries. Also delicious. Service was friendly and pleasant. We were there early, though, around 6 p.m. Overall, it was good.

The Ash is in a very quite area and it’s near Hilton Dusseldorf. The restaurant is very clean and organized. The outdoor spaces are highly recommended. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Their steak was great. The meat seemed fresh. The chicken was also great. It’s a perfect place to have a lovely dinner.

This is the first restaurant we came across in Düsseldorf and we love it! Food is fresh and very delicious, service is quick, and the waiters and waitresses are very kind and speak English to us. Will definitely be coming back and bringing friends and family.
