Lovely place. The mix of industrial heritage and young dynamism. An oasis where I get a good feeling and a good glass of Viez (apple cidre). Plus a menu of local produce to choose from.

The pizza itself was very tasty, and we didn't have to wait long for our food. What was unfortunately not possible: I wanted the rest of my pizza (about 1/4) wrapped up, so I told the waitress. She took the pizza and came back 5 minutes later, saying she'd thrown it away "out of habit." Um, okay? That's fine with me, but then I actually expect some kind of small "compensation" from the restaurant, like a free drink or maybe a euro or two off the bill... That's just not good service, sorry 😅😅

I went there spontaneously yesterday. The portions were generous and good. The staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere was both fun and cozy.

The pizza is not recommended. The dough is soggy.

A delicious, self-composed pizza eaten on an attractive terrace.

Why cook yourself when you can go to Tex for lunch? Or even better, when the weather is nice, you can enjoy the delicious food on the terrace in front of the Tex. Lunch includes a small starter and a dessert, and there are usually three main courses to choose from. The team is super nice and any special requests are taken into account if possible.

The restaurant is located on the edge of the pedestrian zone in Trier and can be reached both on foot and by car. The staff greeted us very friendly and we immediately felt welcome. We had reserved in advance because we were traveling in a group. The communication during the reservation was also super polite. During our stay we were always asked for further requests, which we liked. We all enjoyed the food, all the dishes were fresh and appetizing. We had pizza, various stuffed potatoes, the potato pan, the steak and a mixed starter. There was nothing to complain about, we really liked it here.

Great place in Trier to drink a beer, to eat a snack and enjoy many events, from live music, comedy until cabaret.

The food is very good and has a great price-performance ratio. The service is really really nice and attentive. You just feel comfortable. When the weather is nice you can sit outside.

Super Service Humane prices You can eat well there During an event in Tufa you can take something to drink with you to the event for a deposit chip, which is then paid out or offset against a final beer, wine, etc.

Food was okay, nothing special for a lot of money, unfortunately the service was incredibly unfriendly, just too arrogant and arrogant. In addition, it took a very long time, the whole location is also very old, and the toilets are a horror.

Essen war sehr fein und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Die Portionen sind für ein Restaurant absolut ok. Aber gut, dafür zimmt man nicht zu.

UPDATE: Mittagstisch nochmal ausprobiert, anderer Koch, Essen viel besser und Service (gleiche Bedienung) war top, daher Sterne nach oben korrigiert. Heute den Mittagstisch ausprobiert, aber der war leider so gar nichts. Ein Kartoffelauflauf, der 5 Minuten nach Bestellung schon vor mir stand mit schalen, ungeschälten (!) Kartoffeln, einer nichtssagenden Sahnesauce, minimal überbacken. Habe 3/4 davon stehen lassen (schon seit Jahren nicht mehr passiert), Bedienung war freundlich & schnell, ignorierte den vollen Teller aber, dieser stand dann eine halbe Stunde unberührt neben mir, beim Bezahlen fragte sie nicht nach, ich informierte sie dann, dass es mir nicht geschmeckt habe und warum, es kam ein zartes "Das tut mir leid, werde ich an die Küche weitergeben", das war's. Werde in Zukunft woanders mittags essen, schade. PS: Der Toilettenraum würde sich sicherlich auch mal wieder über eine Grundreinigung freuen.

Bei schönem Wetter lässt es sich sehr schön auf der Terrasse aushalten. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Immer wieder was neues zu entdecken bei den wechselnden Mittagsgerichten.

06.2023 Coole Szenekneipe. Das Ambiente ist im Hinterhofstil. Muss man mögen. Das Essen ist wirklich gut 👍 aber die Getränkeauswahl ist weit aus größer 😀. Die junge Bedinung ist flott und hat auch entsprechende Sprüche drauf. LG aus dem Norden

Super Essen. Angenehmes Ambiente, vorallem wenn man bei schönem Wetter draußen sitzen kann. Wechselnder Mittagstisch,immer wieder gern!

Gehört für mich zu den Geheimtipps in Trier - kein schickimicki-Essenserlebnis, aber ehrliches und sehr leckeres Essen mit sehr liebem Personal. Einfach insgesamt mega angenehm und toll dort einen Abend (oder Mittag) zu verbringen.

Das Schnitzel ist leider ungenießbar! Total hart und voller Sehnen. Dazu ein Hauch von Jägersauce, das leider gar nicht schmeckt und ein Salatdressing, das voller Senf und Majo war. Einziges Plus, eine kleine vor- und Nachspeise sind im Preis mit drin und die Kellnerinnen waren nett, aber leider auch sehr unmotiviert. Insgesamt aber nicht zu empfehlen

Man bekommt super leckere Speisen serviert

Das sich die Preise nicht nur in der Gastronomie erhöhen, erscheint einleuchtend. Aber: Im Tex gab es immer einen preiswerten Mittagstisch. Gestern standen drei Gerichte zur Auswahl. Von 11,50 € bis 15,50 €. Für 12,50 € gab´s dann Nudeln mit Hackfleichsoße! Ein Getränk dazu, ein Trinkgeld und ich bin bei 17 €. Sorry, das ist mir zuviel.

Bitte wenn ich als Nicht-Muttersprachler auf Deutsch rede, nicht direkt auf Englisch antworten. Leckeres Essen und sehr tolles Ambiente :)

Für Rollstuhlfahrer ungeeignet. Ansonsten schönes Ambiente und das Kloster selbst sehr schön. Bei schönem Wetter sicherlich zu wenige Parkplätze

Wirklich nur zu empfehlen, aber unbedingt vorher reservieren. Wir habe sehr gemütlich draußen gesessen. Mit dem bereitgelegtem Bestellzettel konnte man sich Pizza und Aufläufe so zusammenstellen wie man es mag. Es gibt aber auch noch weitere Gerichte auf der Karte die keinen Wunsch offen lassen. Geschmacklich sind die Gerichte sehr gut, ein schöner Abend wie er sein soll.

The staff is friendly and polite. The food is amazing, you can chooss the ingredients for pizza or baked potates. The decor of the place is artsy.

Relativ gemütliche und ruhig gelegene Lokalität. Sehr freundlicher und zügiger Service. Die Preise sind angemessen, wobei die Qualität knapp oberhalb einer durchschnittlichen Frittenbude liegt. Ich hatte das Schnitzel (es gab nur eins zur Auswahl), welches an und für sich in Ordnung ging, allerdings waren die Pommes sehr großzügig gesalzen. Aus irgendeinem Grund hätte ich noch Salat erwartet, welcher sich leider nur als ein paar traurige Blättchen am Tellerrand entpuppte. Satt wird man als ausgewachsener Mann natürlich auch nicht, aber für den gröbsten Hunger reicht's. Ich sag mal... annehmbar. EDIT: Hallo Textorium. Schade, dass euch mein Beitrag offenbar nicht gefällt. Aber so schlimm war er doch gar nicht. Und vielleicht habt ihr euch nach 4 Jahren ja gebessert. Deswegen eine Beschwerde an Google zu senden, statt einfach zu kommentieren und eventuell nachzufragen, was damals schiefgelaufen ist, erscheint mir kontraproduktiv und verbessert meine Meinung kaum.

Pizzeria Montags geschlossen ? Kein Problem, im Textorium ist Montag Pizzatag. Einfach selber nach Geschmack kombinieren.

So eine leckere Pizza bekommt in Trier kein Italiener hin. Im Biergarten lässt sich gemütlich sitzen, freundliche Bedienung, fairer Preis.
