Food is overpriced and tastes average. You have to do the service yourself completely, from ordering at the counter to picking it up at the counter and clearing it away yourself and then cheekily asking for a tip when paying by card, absolute impudence!

So I was very disappointed. Completely self-conditioned. Wegan food doesn't taste good at all and is too expensive. I didn't feel comfortable in there at all.

I love this store! Not only is there a large selection of freshly prepared and incredibly tasty dishes (and almost everything is vegan!), but for me the quality and price/performance ratio are also right. It doesn't bother me that you have to order at the counter yourself. The only thing I wish was different is that they were open on Sundays too. But you can't have everything.

Cozy atmosphere, delicious food. You can definitely go here. I'm just a little disappointed that the falafel balls are frozen goods. Well, that's fine at the kebab shop around the corner, but in a restaurant that calls itself Hummus küch, I expected more than frozen goods. Answer: Oh, that's sweet. I was with you again yesterday (around 4 p.m.) and had falafel balls. I would be happy to come back soon and look forward to freshly made ones 😊

We had dinner at Hummus Küch. The food came quickly, but the salad was already completely soggy and the falafel unfortunately had little seasoning or taste. The bread wasn't homemade in my opinion and wasn't toasted at all and unfortunately somehow moist as if it had just been taken out of the package. Almost like it hasn't been baked. It had a strange consistency. My friends and I have often eaten falafel, hummus, etc. but we have never experienced anything like this. It tastes good with aroma, for example. Much better and I'm happy to forego the seating.

However, the hummus is like Shane Warne - arguably the best of all time. I don't say this lightly.

The name says it all: there is hummus here, and it's really delicious!! Falafel is also great and the sweet potato fries are nothing to sneeze at either ;-) I can recommend it without reservation.

Only a receipt with TSE deactivated is offered, and even when asked repeatedly, the employees claim that they don't know what TSE is. When paying by card you have to enter information about your tip, even though no service is offered. Extremely narrow tables and seating. Food is good.

The Palestinian hummus was ok, I didn't like the bread at all. Everything was ok as standard, but too expensive. update: after the extremely aggressive response from the owners, I have corrected my rating downwards again because I won't let myself be threatened for my opinion here. Hummus Küch in Frankfurt is simply a place to feel good! Every dish is so fresh and full of flavor that I want to try the whole menu up and down. Not only does it taste incredibly good, but you can tell that the cooking here is done with love and passion. And then the team - honestly, the staff are so warm and friendly that you feel like you're with friends. No matter how many times I've been here, it's always beautiful and worth it every time. If you're looking for good food and a relaxed, warm atmosphere, then Hummus Küch is the right place!

I had a different expectation than what I found: When I go out to eat, it should be different than at home and something special: What bothers me most about a plate put together is that a large part of the side dishes are cold or probably salad: white cabbage or red cabbage. Why can't you write this clearly on the card? Regardless of the digestibility of cold food (cabbage), these two types of cabbage in particular would taste better steamed than cold. In southern Europe and Africa, white cabbage is often part of the meal and is served steamed. You can also cleverly coordinate it with spices. Our perception here is that vegan is in and modern, but there is also a massive focus on profit because it's self-service, a lot of things are served cold, the interior design isn't wow either - that won't work in the end because my wife from Kenya has a better white cabbage salad can cook and we prefer to eat at home: it's too expensive for what you get. Vegan is not automatically good or tasty, write down in detail what the alternatives are made from, there are supposed to be some people who don't like or tolerate soy.

Update: It has to be mentioned again how great the hummus kitchen is. In terms of service and food. The kitchen special and the hummus plate with chickpeas were fantastic! The hummus is creamy, so beautifully “tahini-heavy” and all in all pure enjoyment! I can absolutely recommend all other dishes! Even in times like these, a really great culinary place that offers the finest vegan and vegetarian dishes. So if you love Israeli cuisine or want to get to know it, you will find it here. The hummus is super creamy, almost a cloudy consistency and in combination with their perfect pitas it is a dream. The falafel are crispy on the outside and have a pleasant spice. Long story short, everything is recommended across the board. So everyone head to the kitchen and fill your pockets for takeaway!

My husband and I had a very delicious falafel plate here with salad and additional sweet potatoes. The bread was the most delicious bread we have ever eaten - so soft, fluffy, warm, and the taste was top notch. The homemade limonana also tasted delicious. If we lived in FaM, we would be regulars here.

The tables (interior) are a bit too close to each other for me personally, but I really liked the ambience. The falafel, Israeli salad, coleslaw and vegetables were delicious. With the hummus, I personally found the tahini to be too strong and overall it was too bitter for me. I'm guessing it was the olive oil? Overall, it wasn't seasoned enough for me. This may be because I know it differently and make it myself, but as we all know, that's a matter of taste :) However, it was very creamy and the pita with it was very tasty 👍🏻 I tried my companion's "shawarma" and I have to say that it wasn't mine at all and unfortunately it wasn't his either. In the end he couldn't finish it 🙁 We found it to be way too seasoned. Personally, I like to season my dishes a lot, but even for me it was too much :) We were wondering what the meat was made of? 🤔😃 Overall, however, a very nice shop, which was furnished with great attention to detail 💗 The dishes are also very attractively prepared 🤤

**Disappointing Experience - Will Not Return** I wish I could give Humm Kuch a better rating based on the food alone, but unfortunately, our overall experience was deeply disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome. The service was downright awful, and it seemed like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. My son has autism, and instead of being accommodating or understanding, we were treated with a noticeable lack of patience and kindness. This is simply unacceptable in any establishment. While the food was good, it certainly wasn't good enough to justify the terrible treatment we received. The unwelcoming atmosphere and poor service left such a bad taste in our mouths that we won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place to anyone. If you’re looking for a place that values its customers and provides decent service, look elsewhere. **Response to owner** Your response alone says everything, I suggest you go back and read your reply. It comes across as very passive-aggressive and unsympathetic to your customers (What's with the capitalisation of some words? Is this really necessary?) Very poor response from the owner!? You're ego tripping, my friend.... you've just solidified my decision about never returning to your premises. Thank you. It's clear from many of the reviews here that I'm not the only one who thinks the service sucks. Maybe you should think about changing your own mindset to a more calm and peaceful one, it might help you have more patience and compassion for your customers, which will only help you in the long run, particularly if you plan on staying in the hospitality industry.

I'm excited! The restaurant is bigger than before and you can now sit outside very nicely. There is a good selection of drinks. Also the delicious Nana Limo from Kuli Alma but in a frozen version, very cool when it's so hot. The prices are very fair and the portions are sufficient. Had the shawarma and a hummus plate here. Everything was very tasty and tasted delicious. The staff is very friendly. Definitely coming more often now. The perfect location for vegans and anyone who doesn't want to support animal suffering. I always enjoy coming here, but a few more tables outside and the ability to reserve a table would be a nice touch.

The best vegan food we had in FFM 🤩 Delicious! Even simple things like mayo and ketchup weren't standard. Outstanding hummus and falafel. There are gluten-free rolls. Large portions, great ambience and very attentive service. Price-performance is also great! We can also highly recommend the Israeli wine 🤗

There has recently been a new employee in service. This young lady doesn't have the slightest idea about dealing with people. Her behavior towards me was very antisocial. We hold on; I've been coming here to eat regularly for a few years. And hasn't been treated so disrespectfully before. Why does this woman work there? This store lost a regular customer because of this incompetent person.

We ordered hummus and falafel in pita bread to take away for the first time on Saturday at the Hummus Kitchen restaurant and were totally thrilled. Incredibly fresh and delicious, an absolute taste explosion. The falafel were totally fluffy and filled with lots of veggies, hummus and tahini sauce and very cleverly seasoned. The pita bread is toasted on the outside and very soft. Today on Tuesday we had to order our new favorite hummus, falafel in pita bread again and also the very delicious Israeli olives and extra pita bread to take home. We can only recommend it. Super friendly atmosphere and great prices. We are totally thrilled and are already hummus kitchen fans. Maurice & Rolie 🥳🚀😇

I got a recommendation from a German friend. The overall experience was very good, but I had no idea that I had to order to the cashier, not at the table. Wish the guys told me, but still I would recommend this delicious hummus restaurant. This is a restaurant I went to after being recommended by a German friend. Overall, I was very satisfied. However, it would have been better if they had informed me that I had to go directly to the counter to order rather than at the table. Nonetheless, this is a hummus restaurant worth recommending.

100% Vegan Restaurant: A 4 from 5 & this is why: I will start with the food rating. My orders were: „Mixed Plate“ (Gemischter Teller), Fries, the „moving mountain burger“ & two homemade lemonades. Let’s begin with the moving mountain burger…. This was close to perfection. I ordered it with cheese. From the taste to the texture it was spot on! I’ll give it a 5/5. The fries were ok, could have used a bit more seasoning 3.5/5. Next up, the mixed plate, it was good, but I have had better of this sort of meal. 3.5/5 Lastly the refreshing lemonades, great! 5/5 I could and will recommend this restaurant. By the way, their menu offers many different options and therefore has a HUGE VEGAN Selection. I often eat at the “Humus Küch” restaurant and try a different dish every time. The food is perfect every time and the hummus is the best hummus in the world. The drinks are also super tasty and the dessert is highly recommended. I am looking forward to the next time.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has increasingly deteriorated. The “meat” itself is tasty and well seasoned, but unfortunately it was burnt the last few times. The furnishings are nicely done. Unfortunately, it's usually too loud inside to have a conversation. You sit outside directly on the street, which isn't ideal either. Delivery always works well and quickly. Unfortunately, there is often burnt food here too.

Disingenuous, alarmingly overrated business, even if for a typical Sachsenhausen demographic. Do your self a favor and just go the extra kilo to Aroma or something. Contrary to the disclaimerless photos, they drizzle mustard on falafel (lol) instead of drizzling olive oil on hummus. The salad is so watery that the tiiiny cucumber and tomato chunks swim in the sea of tap water instead of basking in olive oil. And the jalapeno--no where to be found--must've decided to vanish into thin air, a nice move on it's part 👍 Is it the inflation or what? Apotheosis of tyrannical Google Reviews. yhwh forbid!
