Delicious pizza, very nice service and good ambience

The location is beautiful, but the food didn't impress us at all: very small portions (barely hand-sized), bland in taste, and nothing special – it has little to do with Italian cuisine. The service was rather average. The prices are extremely high – €46 for what you see in the pictures is clearly way too much. Definitely not recommended for the food and service.

The pizzettis were delicious! The terrace in the backyard was also very nice and cozy! Our server, however, was unfortunately not very friendly. We probably made too many mistakes as guests. 1st mistake: We were allowed to choose a seat in the almost empty backyard. We didn't sit at a table for 2, but at one for 5. We were immediately informed that this isn't normally possible, but today it's not that busy, so we could stay seated. 2nd mistake: On the first page of the menu, we chose the set menu twice: 2 pizzettis and a drink of our choice. We pointed at it and apparently didn't express ourselves properly. We were then told, "Oh, I didn't know you wanted the set menu." The server had to re-enter the order into the tablet. 3rd mistake: One of our drinks was only available from a small selection, which unfortunately wasn't really clear from the menu. We were then rather forcefully informed of the surcharge for the drinks we had chosen. Suggested solution: For mistake 1: simply seat us directly at a table for two. As a guest, you immediately feel guilty about sitting there, even though it was somehow fine. For mistake 2: perhaps write the menu a little more precisely. Not only we, but also other guests after us had problems ordering. Or, as a courteous server, ask directly if they would like the set menu. For mistake 3: clearly indicate the drinks on the menu (my drink of choice sounds like you can order anything). And in general: you can simply make the guest feel welcome and perhaps accommodate them. I would recommend the restaurant and come again – just hope for a different service!

The Teigfabrik in Altona/Ottensen unfortunately didn't impress us during our visit. The service wasn't unfriendly, but consistently seemed rather disinterested and unattentive – you couldn't really speak of truly guest-oriented service. Even when paying, you had the feeling of being rushed rather than welcomed. The pizzas themselves generally tasted good, but the partially burnt underside spoiled the overall impression. A few darker spots on the edges are quite typical and even pleasant for Neapolitan pizza – but if the base itself tastes burnt, the experience suffers noticeably (though not completely). Pricing-wise, the concept seems inconsistent. Small pizzas ("pizzini" or similar) cost about the same as large pizzas at many classic pizzerias. The "appetizer plate for two" was also disappointing: four olives, a few slices of vegetables, some salad, and a burrata – simply not justified for €16. Overall, the impression remains that neither the culinary nor the ambiance match the high price level. Friendlier service and a more balanced price-performance ratio would be greatly appreciated.

We spent a wonderful girls' night in the garden at the Teigfabrik in Ottensen. The atmosphere was like being on vacation, and the all-you-can-eat menu was delicious, but expensive (€38.50, with hidden surcharges). The service was friendly, but visibly stressed. There was a shortage of staff. We would like to see some improvement in this regard. The only real criticism regarding the drinks was the homemade lemonade. These were poorly executed in terms of taste and appearance, and too expensive. They should rethink the recipe. Otherwise, thank you and we'll be back soon.

There were four of us there, we had made a reservation, and everything was really lovely and delicious. The backyard is a dream, and you immediately get that holiday feeling, thanks in part to the amazing tapas. The only thing was the service, which was a bit chaotic, but always super friendly!

I love it although 90 minutes is very short

Recommended only for groups that embrace the "Italian Sharing" business model. For true pizza lovers who are hungry and still can do the math, the small mini pizzas (called PIZZETTI here) are: 1. not particularly tasty (reminiscent of factory-made goods, hence perhaps the name "Dough Factory"?) 2. the price – at least for Ottensen – is definitely too steep. Drinks, for example, cost €8 for 1 liter of water! We'd like to acknowledge that new restaurant concepts always need to be tested, but whether a fake Italian restaurant is doing itself a favor by offering a tapas concept is debatable :( The shop is inconspicuously located on the street, and upon entering, you'd think you were in a bar. Only when you turn the corner do you come to the wonderfully quiet and cozy courtyard, with mature trees (unfortunately, the potted plants are completely neglected), beautiful brickwork with garlands of lights, and a large covered terrace and restaurant area. Outside, there was only one (!) totally dedicated and attentive service gem, who, unfortunately, was rarely supported by the men in charge of the service inside, and when they were, it was only in a lackluster manner. Absolutely unacceptable!

Hey, dear Marie and I wanted to say, or in this case, write, that we really enjoyed our time with the girls and guys at Teigfabrik Ottensen. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were more than pleasant. Greetings and big praise go out to Sarah, the young lady who looked after us all evening. It was very funny and more than pleasant to talk to her and express our wishes, and then have them fulfilled. Four thumbs up from us. You love your job👍🏻 We'll be back soon. The location is wonderful, even if you can only sit outside until 11 p.m., which is understandable given the neighbors. The food is delicious and the selection is great, not your average fare, but the prices are steep and sometimes outrageous. A tablespoon-sized dollop of aioli costs €2.50(!), Spritz drinks are €10, mini pizzas are priced like large ones, and a "César salad" that has nothing to do with a César salad (it has nothing to do with vegan; I've had some really nice vegan César salads) and consists only of green salad, 3-4 tomatoes, and dressing, but costs €10. You're paying for the location, and the food is delicious, but it just doesn't match the quantity. Hopefully, they'll at least change the aioli thing, because that's really cheeky for that price. 🥲

A super cute restaurant (especially the terrace), with a great atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service. Everything we ate tasted amazing, and despite the restaurant being very busy, the wait times were perfectly acceptable. The portions and selection are very generous, making it a great value for money. The young lady who served us today deserves special mention—she truly put her heart and soul into it!

A very beautiful garden and a great ambiance for outdoor dining. The food is delicious and the service attentive. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the wine selection, but if you're happy with Aperol or beer, you'll be on the safe side. It's worth making a reservation at this restaurant.

The name says it all, and the concept is really very good. Small pizzas at fair prices, and the menu generally includes things to share. It's basically pizza as tapas. The food is good, no question. Unfortunately, the service wasn't really up to scratch on my visit, and I had to wait a long time to be escorted from the entrance to my reserved table. Overall, though, it's worth a visit.

We had our team summer party at Teigfabrik Ottensen, and it was fantastic. It was very cozy and set up in the garden, with excellent service and delicious food and drinks. It's also highly recommended for larger parties (over 30 people). We'd love to come back.

The food was absolutely okay, but not in any way special or outstanding. The atmosphere was also nice in the cozy back courtyard. But the servers were somehow not very polite. One complained loudly that he had to "squeeze past" our table, even though we hadn't moved or rearranged anything. And the food is soooo expensive. €12 for 5 really small prawns in garlic oil is not normal anymore. €2.50 for 1 cl of ajoli. The focaccia wasn't homemade, and as an Italian you wouldn't even call it that. But the seating is really nice. Everything is just far too expensive.

The food is truly delicious. We each ordered two pizzas including a drink for €25. They were perfectly adequate and filled us up nicely. We waited a long time for dessert, probably due to the time (7:30 p.m.) and the fact that there was only one server. The crème brûlée and chocolate cake were, as a result, already cold. Service was generally friendly, but not particularly attentive. Orders can be placed yourself using a QR code, which is a positive feature.

Last night, I went to the Teigfabrik in Oettingen with a friend. Unfortunately, it was completely empty on a Tuesday evening, but the ambiance, food, and service were absolutely perfect. I'm absolutely thrilled! The staff was super friendly and easily recommended what to eat. We had the all-you-can-eat menu, which I found to be affordable. The dishes came quickly, were extremely tasty, and beautifully presented. Everything was really great – great music in the background and excellent food. The service, as I said, was also top-notch. The only thing to note: people over 1.90m should be careful in the restroom downstairs because of the low ceilings, but that's normal in old buildings. Guys, definitely go – it's worth it! The fried gnocchi and the appetizers were particularly great.

I can really recommend the dough factory to everyone. There were 5 of us there yesterday evening and we were all very excited. The concept is really very well thought out. The food is absolutely delicious and the service staff is extremely friendly. We all felt like we were in good hands and will definitely be happy to come back.

Our experience with the all-you-can-eat offering was mixed – great food, but service & communication needs improvement. We were there with friends in the evening and chose the all-you-can-eat menu together. The food was really excellent – ​​tasted great and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was also pleasant and we sat very comfortably. Unfortunately, organizationally, not everything went smoothly: In advance we only received a very brief confirmation by email. We were then unexpectedly informed on site that we had to vacate the table by 8 p.m. at the latest. Luckily in our case this wasn't a problem as we wanted to move on anyway - but in principle this can lead to stress if you plan with more time. We had communicated directly that we could only stay within the time frame that the offer covers - according to the statement on site, this was not a problem. Unfortunately, I only had one of the three dishes I ordered from the first course, and the second course was served shortly before time was up - at the moment when we had to leave anyway. After the visit, I wrote the company an email with constructive feedback. The answer came quickly, with the offer of a voucher (which I didn't think was perfect, but okay). Unfortunately, I have not received the voucher or any further message after my reply. Conclusion: The food and location are really great - that clearly suggests a repeat visit. However, communication, planning and service times should be urgently worked on, especially for offers with a time limit.

The all you can eat concept is really cool so you can try out the menu. It's most worthwhile with several people, otherwise you'll quickly get full (especially from the mini pizzas) and won't be able to try as much. There is a sufficient selection of vegan tapas and almost all of the pizzas can be ordered vegan. Many of the warm main courses tasted very similar (everything was baked with tomato sauce and cheese), which meant it wasn't as varied. Nevertheless, it's worth giving it a try. The service was really very nice and accommodating.

We were there with 8 people and had the menu. Most of the food was delicious. In a restaurant where I drop €50 per person, I honestly expect it to be a more upscale experience all around. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Service, waiting times, music volume and the condition of the toilets were all more like "well, it's okay, that's just how it is with system catering chains". But then unfortunately the price doesn't match. Too bad.

The dough factory used to be my absolute favorite Italian restaurant, until the day the concept was changed and you could no longer order a large pizza. When it was possible to put together your own pizza, especially with the truffle cream, it was an absolute dream. Since the new concept, both the quality of the food and the price-performance ratio have decreased rapidly. Service is still nice and courteous and the ambience is also really nice, although the tables for two are far too small for the overpriced tapas. We were there on a Saturday evening with 7 people. The store was busy, probably at full capacity. The staff therefore had a lot to do and was accordingly busy. On a positive note, the food itself is delicious. There's nothing wrong with that. The restaurant itself is also beautifully decorated and looks inviting. Unfortunately, the negative points that evening meant that we will not be coming back and cannot make any recommendations. It was our first time there and we first had to decide whether we wanted the Dolce Vita menu 34€ per person Wanted to choose or order a la carte. Because of the prices and how hungry we were, we decided on the menu. We were informed that we had 1.5 hours available. Because there was so much going on, the staff (understandably) had a hard time bringing us the food in a reasonable time. We waited 30 minutes for the first round so we ordered the next round straight away. This again took a long time. We were not asked in between whether we wanted to order more drinks. It's a shame for us because we were thirsty and it's also a shame for the operator. Due to the longer waiting times and the time pressure, you couldn't really enjoy the stay and the food. You didn't feel welcome. We addressed our criticism openly. Unfortunately, there was little understanding from the service. It was more or less ignored. With so many customers, the menu makes little sense. The toilets are also dirty and partly broken. When we went out we apologized for the waiting times. But we don't really understand why when the criticism was expressed there was no attempt to respond to it and accommodate us, for example with a round of “shorts” or something similar. So we would have liked to give the store another chance.

We were there last night with 7 people and chose the menu for €35: you can try all the dishes for 1.5 hours. Unfortunately, the plan didn't work yesterday, even though we made reservations. We've already waited half an hour for the first order. The explanation was: there is a lot going on. In fact, the store was well stocked. When we got the first dish, we had to order the next one straight away because we then waited another half hour. The background noise was very loud, so that you couldn't understand the person sitting next to you and you had to shout at them. No wonder, since the distances between the tables were a maximum of 30 centimeters. There was hardly any possibility of reordering the drinks. The staff tried to remain friendly, even though some of us had already expressed their displeasure, but they seemed overwhelmed and visibly annoyed. Unfortunately there was hardly any choice for dessert - it was sold out. The women's toilet is a disaster: there are only 2 cubicles for almost 100 seats in the restaurant, one of which had a broken sign and the other had the cistern completely open with a small note: press here, apart from the cleanliness. Since we had a lot of time to wait and were upset about the situation, we started reading the reviews. Well, we should have done that beforehand - several guests have probably already had the same experiences. Conclusion: the menu concept doesn't work and should perhaps be revised; We paid a lot of money and received little service in return. We were extremely stressed by the situation, the noise, the annoying service, the feeling of not being welcome, having to eat quickly before the 1.5 hours were up. The staff noticed this too - there were no tips, even though the food tasted good. It was supposed to be a nice end to the musical, but unfortunately that wasn't the case: we paid a lot of money and were very stressed and upset about the evening in the restaurant. That's a real shame. ☹️ we will not come back nor recommend it.

Food great, service nice, price HIGH

As many others have written, this used to be the best pizzeria in the area. Unfortunately now there is no pizza anymore, just ridiculously small mini pizzas with minimal toppings. Anyone who can do math knows that for pizza, 1/2 diameter = 1/4 surface area, and since the edge remains the same thickness, that means about 1/8 surface area for the topping. Profit maximization taken to the extreme. If you like high quality burrata, gnocchi and pizza bites at even higher prices, this might be a good choice. We were there once with visitors without knowing about the new concept and then had to cook again at home - very embarrassing. We would be happy to come back if the pizzeria ever serves pizza again.

Nicely decorated restaurant. table at Best to reserve in advance. We had the “all you can taste” menu and had a little bit of everything. Hot and cold starters, pizza and dessert. Everything was very tasty. Prices, however, are quite steep. As a normal person, you are full after 3-4 meals. It would probably be cheaper to choose two large dishes. But nonetheless a nice restaurant with a great concept so you can try everything on the menu.

New Year's Eve dinner We were here on New Year's Eve and were able to enjoy the extremely delicious 4-course New Year's Eve dinner in a great atmosphere (the shop was very beautiful and decorated). In the service area there was a good mood that was contagious and our very friendly table server Lucia was angelic. Whenever we looked for her, she was already there or was already on her way to us. One time she even took the empty plate out of my hand as I was passing by. Great! 😄 Thank you for a wonderful evening! We'll definitely be back!

I can recommend the Pinzetti Classic Deluxe: So good that I ordered it twice ;) The concept is great, the service is friendly. Unfortunately, the interior design is not to my taste and the toilets are very cold.

On Boxing Day, 7 people selected the Dolce Vita menu in the dough factory for €34.50. Beforehand you should choose 2-3 starters from cold starters and mini pizzas, if it gets busier later you can place our order, but we stayed alone in the back area and were already very full from the mini pizzas and antipasti... Then another order...Some dishes were not available, such as beef. The Black Tiger prawns (4-5 pieces mini portion/extra surcharge +€2.50) were disappointing. The Gnocchi Salsisiccia Ragout lukewarm, the gnocchi have different consistency. The mushroom risotto wasn't anything special either. what a shame! Let's come to dessert, unfortunately only one creme bruleé was available, otherwise the desserts were good, but that couldn't really save the evening from the food. Conclusion: Paid just under €340 with drinks and the food was below average. The service was quick, but sometimes impatient, there is room for improvement here. It's unlikely that we would return to the dough factory, but one should never say never.

The food was really tasty, but not exactly cheap and I think €8 for a 150ml glass of wine is too expensive or not enough wine for that. But what doesn't work at all are the defective toilets. Of the two women's toilets, one is closed with a note saying "defective" and on the other the cistern is open with a reference to where you have to press to flush. This has been going on for a long time.

We were at the dough factory in Ottensen last night and tried out the all-you-can-eat Italian tapas offer. What can I say? It was just so, so delicious! Despite the fact that it got really busy after a while, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. You always felt welcome and comfortable and were able to enjoy the evening to the fullest. The furnishings are also stylish and cozy - you can tell that everything here has been thought through down to the last detail. But the highlight was definitely the food: everything was fresh, hot and tasted great. Really every dish was convincing! The fluffy focaccia and the pizetti were especially great! We are therefore happy to award the 5 stars and are already looking forward to the next visit. Absolute recommendation!

Not too expensive, but just not convincing in terms of taste. - Guest room extremely loud. - Toilets really underground. “Up high, ugh downstairs.”

Came here based on good reviews from friends and was unfortunately disappointed. The food was mediocre at best (very greasy, small portions) but the prices were relatively high. The service wasn't good, you didn't feel comfortable and only the bare minimum was done. (plates cleared, hello, goodbye) You didn't really feel comfortable, even though the ambience would actually allow it. It's a shame, you could do more with it. My recommendation is the “la Dolce Vita menu” for €35. You can try out the menu anywhere and quickly notice that the food is very unimaginative and overall the price is exorbitant. Won't come back.

Unfortunately, this order was brought to us after 1.45 hours, so we didn't have time to eat it. The lady from the service was so nice and packed a few things for us. I am aware that we may have planned a time window that was too small, but this was communicated openly, so I would have wished that we had been informed that the menu could not be implemented within this period. To be honest, I also doubt that it is possible to eat the menu in the prescribed 2 hours. I have to honestly say that I find it all very, very unfortunate because one of our friends then had to pay 35 euros for 2 small pizzas in 1.45 hours. I think in this case it would have been appropriate to accommodate. I would be happy if you would contact you again. The taste of the food was great, it just took a long time so we can only partially recommend a visit.

We had the tapas all-you-can-eat, which was excellent in terms of food, as well as the ambience and friendliness of the service. Unfortunately there were either too few staff or too many guests that evening. Slightly better eaters definitely have to order 3 dishes to get their fill. The service is very good, all the employees were really friendly. It's a cozy atmosphere. The only negative thing in my opinion is the price. If you take 3 smaller dishes, you're already at least €30. That's a bit much in my opinion.

Super tasty and very nice service! We ordered all the dishes individually and we were recommended to take three dishes and that was more than enough. Everything was great, one star deducted because it was quite expensive (we paid almost €70 for the two of us including a small drink each). But would definitely come back.

Last Saturday we reserved a table at 5 p.m. right at opening time and were unfortunately very disappointed. We each ordered the all-you-can-eat menu. According to the map this is valid for 1.5 hours. The first round was picked up and served very quickly; The order for the second round was only taken 45 minutes later and then came after another 30 minutes of waiting, so when the second round was served we ordered the dessert straight away and after two hours we left the dough factory with only two rounds plus dessert. With the greatest understanding of peak times on a Saturday evening - for the price I would like to have a different way of dealing with many guests, especially since it really wasn't full for the first hour. As for the food itself: the small pizzas were unfortunately dripping with oil, so my friend had it dripping down like water. The chocolate soufflé also seemed like a warmed up frozen product, unfortunately mine was ice cold inside. The toilets in the basement were also underground. As soon as I went down the stairs there was a strong smell of urine, there was no toilet paper or soap in the women's toilet. The service was consistently friendly, attentive and very nice.

Very tasty food! But grossly overpriced... The small pizzas are really tasty. But you have to eat at least two to feel full. Tip: There is garlic or chili oil that you can get for free. The salad is also small, but very well balanced with a variety of lettuce leaves, red onions and cherry tomatoes. The sauce that came with it was a bit generous, but absolutely within limits. Another tip: Be sure to try the “Ed von Schleck” shot! So delicious!

I was at the Ottensen dough factory with my fiancée last weekend. We know the location from before, when the Bolero was at home here. The first impression was good, we were warmly welcomed and were able to choose our table from two offered. For a Saturday it was surprisingly empty in the restaurant, which didn't really change over the course of the evening. We decided on the “menu” where you basically choose an all you can eat version of the menu. The reason was that, in our opinion, ordering the courses individually would have ended up being more expensive. And as it turned out due to the small portions, this decision was absolutely the right one. In my opinion the prices for the portions offered are by no means justified. Here are three examples: Crispy Olives €7.50 for 8 fried olives with dip is steep. The chocolate souffle costs a whopping €10 and came with a physalis, two blueberries, some powdered sugar and two dashes of sauce. The souffle itself was smaller than a normal coffee cup. The Mediterranean salad came in a small cereal bowl and would have been at most a side salad. A price of €6.50 could absolutely have been justified. Very unfortunate. What is positive, however, is that almost all of the dishes tasted good. But the biggest “problem” for us that evening was the behavior of employees, acquaintances, friends or even the boss. Unfortunately, this was not entirely apparent. First, the light was adjusted several times until the right setting was found. The playlist was constantly being manipulated throughout the evening, which I think leads to unrest. For example, a drink was placed on our table in passing without saying anything about it. The person then moved on and sat at the round table opposite us. There was another employee here or maybe. even the boss with his newborn baby stretched lengthwise on the bench. The baby seat was on the table and there was loud talk about partying, drinking alcohol and other things that are common at parties. In between, acquaintances/friends of the employees came over and chatted loudly about God and the world. A dog that was brought along was passed around among the employees and was eagerly petted. All in all, the behavior of those present was anything but professional and not appropriate for a restaurant. For the reasons mentioned, we did not feel at all comfortable and would therefore neither visit nor recommend the store again. I know you can find reasons for everything. Be it the Corona period and the increased purchasing prices, the lack of staff, the high rental costs, etc. With 20 years of experience in upscale restaurants, I know this well. But this is precisely when you should try to stand out from the weak crowd through quality and professionalism.

The concept has changed. There used to be delicious, large pizzas with special ingredients in a cool atmosphere. Now there are small portions and nothing really fits together anymore.

The food really wasn't good at all. Wild herb salad was simply a Billo salad, with virtually no dressing - for €10. Dough for the pizzas okay - toppings for the vegan pizzas not good. The service was great - girls took the criticism really well.

It used to be such a great shop. But now with a new “concept”. Instead of one pizza, there are now three small pizzas - twice the price and three times as much. It's completely incomprehensible why people would drive their shop into the wall like that without necessity.

Nice little pizzas and delicious starters. Everything tasted good but I was missing a bit of the crunch in the middle of the pizza. The ambience is beautiful. When the temperatures are warm you can sit very comfortably in the courtyard. Definitely come here again.

We were there on Saturday and will definitely come back again. We had the dolce vita menu, where you can eat your way through the menu for 2 hours. You can order burrata with any pizza and the food was simply delicious. We found the drinks a little expensive but that doesn't stop us from going there again.

Ambiance is really great. From the fairy lights in the courtyard to the "mom" cans as cutlery holders, it's really very cozy. The food is tapas size. Had single burretti (4 small pizza rolls with burretti + a handful of salad with delicious olive oil) And three pizzettis about the size of your hand, which really tasted 5/5. The service was top. Just had a little piece of Italy this evening. I'm very excited. The only drawback is the somewhat high prices, although I paid €36 for the meal with two cokes. You can't get away cheaper in other restaurants. Overall very satisfied, recommended and would go again.

As a passionate pizza lover and hobby pizzaiolo, I can only report the best. The dough was super delicious! You can taste the 48 hours of maturation. Dough nice and crispy with semolina or semola. Topping also great and unusual. Wow. Cheezy weezy…..🧀 Salad (my wife had) and antipasti were also absolutely delicious. Service is great, the price is already on the upper level but the concept is cool (you can eat different pizzas). Ambiance wasn't really my thing, but of course that's just subjective. I would give the dough factory a 10/10 for the pizza. When we are back in Hamburg we will come by again! Oh yes… “Ed von Schleck” as a nightcap. I felt like I had been transported back 30 years.

The dough factory in Ottensen is simply fantastic! The ambience is cozy and inviting, and the food is delicious. However, I was particularly impressed by Liu's outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, gave us excellent advice and made the evening perfect with her warm manner - we will definitely be back!

The dough factory in Ottensen is mega! The pizzetis are super tasty, and the tapas concept really adds variety. Cool atmosphere, great service – Lyu in particular gave us great advice. The drinks from the bar are also great! We're already looking forward to our next visit!

We had an anti pasti plate for 2-3 people (€14.50). Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio wasn't really right. The food was tasty but absurdly small considering it was intended for 2-3 people. The pizza is the size of your hand and at €7.50 it's also good. The Aperol and the Lemon Ale were very tasty. The service was good!

We were there for the first time. We really liked the concept and had the EM all you can eat food. We had a delicious mixed starter plate and several small "pizzas" with different and special topping combinations. No waiting time between each course, nice attentive service. Will definitely come back soon.

Waited extremely long, service was overwhelmed and pizza was dry. We wanted to enjoy a relaxing evening at the first European Championship game. We found out by chance that there was a special menu for the European Championships, but unfortunately there was no mention of it Service to it. The first round of Pizettis came after more than an hour. We were just able to order a second round, then the kitchen was closed. There was no indication of when the kitchen closes and when the last order can be placed. It's really a shame because the first half of the game was only over. Ordering drinks was very difficult because after asking 3-4 times no one came to the table. In general we were ignored by the service. Unfortunately we won't be coming back because you can expect a lot more for the money in the neighborhood. 75€ for pizza and soft drinks is quite an announcement.

We were in the mood for pizza and went in spontaneously. We only understood the unusual concept later when we were told when ordering that the pizzas were small and you should order more. This means that you end up paying more than if you went out for pizza in the traditional way. The prices for drinks were waived for us, but we won't come back again. A pity.

Service was nice and there when you needed it. When it comes to prices, you have to swallow a lot. The pizzas are small, lots of edges, few toppings. As soon as the pizzas cool down, which happens quickly, they are very dry. That's why I ordered aioli as a dip. Phew, the aioli only tastes like garlic, I'm sure I haven't seen a grain of salt yet. It's also exciting that in the new mini pizzas that have burrata on them, a so-called "baby" burrata is cut in half again. Everything is very clear. What shocked me the most were the few sliced ​​cocktail tomatoes with burrata - €9 Why?! Wouldn't come back because the price-performance ratio is no longer proportionate. Too bad.

Unfortunately the service was very overwhelmed. One lady put in a lot of effort and tried to make up for her colleague's omissions. The food was okay, but some things were forgotten and we had to ask often. The taste was ok, but something was missing everywhere. The atmosphere is great and with a bit more competent staff and a bit more passion in the kitchen this could be a wonderful shop!

Great atmosphere and the food was really tasty and high quality. Due to the individual prices, I recommend choosing the Dolce Vita variant. You pay a fixed price and can try out the menu for 2 hours. So the PLV was right & we were happy with everything. The terrace, the winter garden and the interior - really beautiful!

We used to love going here for pizza, especially in the summer. Pizza was delicious and the prices were OK too. Since this year the concept has been changed and you can now order a menu of 3 small pizzas or individual small ones for 7.5 euros a piece. Basically, I have no problem with new concepts. But if the three small pizzas for 21 euros together are not even the size of a large pizza from the past, then I have the feeling that the new concept was chosen primarily for reasons of cost savings. The 0.2 Cola for 3.5 reinforces the impression. It's a real shame because the atmosphere in the courtyard was always great.

Pizzetti and Burrata Caprese tasted good. There have been no pizzas on the menu since winter, and the selection of burrata variations is also significantly smaller. Instead, there is the option to order small items and combine them with each other. The prices for the pizzetti are ok (7 euros), but the price for a tiny bowl of burrata with tomatoes (see picture) was cheeky (9 euros). The wine is also quite expensive. The backyard is a lovely place to sit. The service is OK.

In February I reserved a table for a Tuesday in May, weeks ago. And today, on May 8th, I get an email saying that in the week in which we made the reservation they are spontaneously changing their day of rest from Monday to Tuesday because, surprise Surprise that Monday is Whit Monday. We couldn't have known that at the beginning of the year? Whit Monday is called Whit Monday because it takes place on a Monday. Maybe they should take this into account permanently on their homepage and not allow table reservations from the outset. Unfortunately we were super disappointed with the “cocktails” or “long drinks” They are supplied in the same 200ml glasses as the water. However, with 3 large ice cubes. The whole thing then costs €6 or €7.50 per drink. Sorry guys, but that's a maximum of 150ml for the price (and that's a friendly calculation). You have a great store but something like this is an absolute shame and your store really didn't need it.

All we can say is: The dough factory lives up to its reputation! We got a large table on the beautiful terrace. Highly recommended for company events, as we ordered a lot of tappas and our employees were allowed to try a bit of everything - it was very tasty. There was also a lot for vegetarians. The new concept with the small pizzas is very confusing on the menu, and the rule that you can only book the menus per table and not for individuals is not that great. Apart from that, the pizzas were very tasty, three of them filled me up well. The base and edge were crispy and the topping was delicious. However, it's expensive for €22. However, I was disappointed with the dessert; the chocolate cake was cold and the sauce that came with it had a very unpleasant aftertaste. And soft drinks like Fritz Cola are only available in 0.33l size, which is too little and too expensive in comparison.
