Great location, amazing view. But cafeteria-quality food at gourmet prices. If the quality of the food improves, we'll be happy to come back.

The sausage salad is a bit pricey. The €5.00 cappuccino isn't worth it either. But the beer, etc., is okay. The seating is nice. The service was otherwise nice, but yesterday it was self-service, and the guy was very stressed.

We were there with a group on Saturday afternoon, having made a reservation in advance. It wasn't very busy, and the surroundings were pleasant. Summary: 9 people, 9 "delicious" drinks, unusually fast service, and very friendly. The tap lady was amazing! Not cheap, but reasonable (these days :-( ). It's appalling that 2-300 meters from a barbecue and party spot in the forest, this restaurant and its staff are prohibited from grilling and frying (perhaps for the health protection of the guests???). How such a thing is possible is incomprehensible. Great, teahouse. Too bad, Stuttgart.

Beautiful location with a great view

A very nice, quiet beer garden with a fantastic viewing platform! A unique and charming location! Highly recommended! You can bring your drinks (in glasses) to enjoy the view and, if you like, a beautiful sunset!

We hosted the evening before our wedding at the Teehaus Biergarten in July with about 60 people. It was absolutely fantastic – a wonderful atmosphere, super attentive and prompt service, and completely uncomplicated planning. Highly recommended, and received praise from many guests!

Even despite the neighborly dispute, we had some delicious food and drinks. I'd recommend moving to the neighbor's house on the edge of the forest. It might be quieter, unless the harvester is in the woods.

A very nice view of Stuttgart from the platform. The beer garden is quite comfortable. But why does everything have to be so expensive? Swiss sausage salad is €16, a pair of string sausages with bread is €9.

We were very impressed! Fast service, delicious homemade cakes, Maultaschen (ravioli), lentils, and spaetzle, and the panda cotta was also very tasty. The location and food were simply fantastic. 100% recommendation

Overrated, beautiful house itself but all the rest is nothing special unfortunately

The view and ambiance are very nice, but the value for money isn't quite right. The food is very simple, OK, but completely overpriced (e.g., Swiss sausage salad €17.10, Aperol Spritz €9.20). By 9:45 PM on Saturday evening, everything was already closed, but that's probably related to the neighborhood dispute. Still, it's a shame.

We were actually planning to eat something, but when we got there, we found the door closed, even though the website said it was open. We drove here specifically. Unreliable.

It was my first time there. The cake was really delicious, but I had the worst coffee I've had in years. The price-performance ratio is absolutely not right. The location itself is nice, and you can sit outside comfortably. But I won't be coming back.

I walked past this place while I was out for a walk. A quick stop for a cup of coffee. Spacious terrace. Self-service, but that was quick. If you go up the stairs a bit, you have a fantastic view.

The location is definitely worth it for the view and some great photos. At €10.80 for a lemonade and cake with cream, it's a bit pricey, but I think it's still okay. The portion is good, though; unfortunately, the cream melts after a minute, and both the cake and the lemonade didn't live up to my expectations. Is it worth coming here? Yes, definitely, but whether you need to buy anything is up to you.

I haven't been there in a long time. Everything's the same as it was 20 years ago, including the chairs. Nice view of Stuttgart. Plenty of seats. I think it's expensive for a coffee.

Big prices, small portions (at least for the lentils). Service was okay, nothing more, nothing less.

The place is beautiful, but the food is absolutely overpriced and the portions are tiny. The staff is bored and unmotivated. It's better to bring your own food/drink and walk the 30 meters further up the hill. There you can sit down and won't be ripped off.

Drinks are unfortunately expensive. What was a real shame was that the manager doesn't allow cyclists to charge their batteries—this was the comment from the staff, who didn't really understand it either.

Food and drinks are expensive. And then cyclists aren't welcome, despite the "high-altitude" location. How else can you explain that in 2025, the boss not only doesn't support charging e-bikes, but even strictly forbids his employees from using a power outlet for them. But if it were a cell phone, it would be okay?! What logic. The location is high up...very, very unfriendly to customers!!

Beautiful beer garden with a fantastic view. Highly recommended. Beautiful view over Stuttgart and a lovely beer garden with plenty of shady and sunny spots. However, you do need to be a good walker. Difficult if you have walking difficulties. Only about a 200-meter walk, depending on which direction you're coming from. Some stairs, but also a flat path leading downhill.

A very nice vantage point with a view over Stuttgart. There was also a lot going on here, with relaxed people who, like us, wanted to enjoy the sunset in the beautiful weather. 🫶 We didn't visit the teahouse itself. It's a lovely place to linger.

It's absolutely beautiful here! The service is fantastic, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food came very quickly. The food was also incredibly delicious! The ice cream is highly recommended! The value for money is also absolutely perfect! And the ambiance is simply wonderful. Great view, beautiful location, and beautifully decorated. I'd love to come back :))

Very nice beer garden in the park.

The prices for drinks in the teahouse are simply outrageous! Next time, you'll just bring your own. It's a real shame. We like to support local restaurants, but not like this. It's a real rip-off!

The staff at the teahouse were rude to us and accused us of deliberately ignoring the "no credit card" sign. I think it's very inappropriate to make such accusations against paying guests. Our takeaway is: From now on, we'll bring a picnic with us when we go to Weissenburg Park. After seeing the owner's (also very rude) responses, I'm curious to see what he'll say. 🤭

The Stuttgart teahouse impresses with its beautiful location and atmosphere. Unfortunately there are hardly any vegetarian or vegan dishes - hence only 2 stars. The fact that it will no longer be possible to pay with all cards without restrictions will no longer be understandable in 2025.

A great excursion destination and an outstanding viewing platform. 5✨️ *Gastronomy 2.5 🎆 Lentils with strings & spaetzle plus a "Hugo" = €28.50 The "skin" of the strings could not be cut with the available knife. Bland taste, that was also expressed by those who were enthusiastic. 'Try it out for yourself and form your own opinion, it can definitely be better!!

I don't know why the rating is so high, to be honest... the place is unique, the building is beautiful and the location is stunning with panoramic views. However, the establishment itself was disappointing... there were a lot of people, the line ended outside, after standing in line and placing an order, it turned out that you can't pay with cards issued by European banks (visa, mastercard). And this was not stated anywhere in advance. You can't pay via IBAN and business payment details either, which seems strange. There are no ATMs nearby, of course. The toilet, although it is paid (there is a box with payment at the entrance), is, to put it mildly, in a terrible state... From the outside, on the first glance it may seem that everything is fine, but inside, in a stall, there are dozens of spiders on the low ceiling, and centipedes are crawling on the floor... The parking lot is completely packed and it is almost impossible to find a place after lunch on a weekend. Frustrating... the location is amazing, but the establishment doesn't match it at all, alas.

The worst staff ever. The most unfriendly and disrespectful people working at this place. They didn’t allow me and my friend to order coffee at this place and were pushing us out of the territory several times. The owner came to us several times even when we left the place, saying that we are not even allowed to stay on the territory anymore. I will never come back or order anything at this awful place.

The tea house in Weißenburg is one of those places where you immediately slow down. The location in the middle of the countryside, with a view of the city and surrounded by nature, creates a very special atmosphere. The ambience is lovingly and stylishly designed - you can feel that a lot of passion goes into it. The selection of tea is excellent: everything from classic varieties to fine, unusual blends. There are also delicious cakes and small dishes that go perfectly with a cozy tea experience. The service was very friendly, attentive and unobtrusive – just right for this place of peace. Whether for a relaxing break alone, a meeting with friends or a short excursion on the weekend - the tea house is a real recommendation. Anyone looking for a bit of distance from everyday life will definitely feel at home here. I'll definitely be back!

An unexpectedly wonderful place in a small park. I have never seen so many people in a park in Germany as here.

The food was excellent, the ingredients were fresh and the dishes were prepared with a lot of love. The service was also excellent!

From the Bopser tram stop it is a 15 minute climb to the tea house. You will be rewarded with a wonderful view over Stuttgart. Due to the spaciousness of the viewing platform/mountain, you can still get a spot on the meadow or on the benches even on a sunny weekend. Drinks can be consumed directly around the teahouse or in the area for an additional €2 deposit. Everything your heart desires is offered. From café & cake and small savory snacks to all kinds of drinks. The wine prices are a bit too expensive for my taste. Cyclists / beer / café are fine. Paying by card is no problem and the service staff are always friendly despite the large crowds. I was impressed by the teahouse and will definitely see me again.

Hello, I only advise against eating because the goods, i.e. the groceries, are bought at Aldi and Lidl.

Unfriendly service. Operator annoyed because a cappuccino with oat milk was ordered. By the way, coffee from the coffee machine. Paying can only be done in cash, with a debit card or Paypal (an additional euro is charged here) is very complicated and is viewed poorly.

We only drank one tea each. Costs €9.60. Too expensive for a mini jug for two mini cups. Although the quality of the tea was also very good. I can't say anything about the food. Service? Unfortunately, it was far too hectic, even though there was no one behind us! Of course the view is great and you don't have to drink anything! :) Or eat!

The climb is rewarded by the most beautiful view of the city. Pretty park and architecture in a Wilhelminian style mix. Well frequented in summer, the people of Stuttgart thank Reinhold Nägele. (You would have to be a soap manufacturer.)

We‘ve often come here with the family but given what happened I’m not sure if Google will let me post the full review but here’s a brief reworded summary: The service was rude to ourselves and the customers in front but having said we were from London the man just proceeded to launch into a vile racist rant saying: "Are there any English left in England -London is lost - It’s all the p-words -with all the stabbings“ This is the same rhetoric our area in London recently faced from far-right thugs it was shocking and a testament to a certain political history of the area. It’s only white far-right thugs who are rioting and attacking our communities in London, utterly rank behaviour would not recommend giving this man anytime or money.

A super nice place in Stuttgart with a great view. There are 2 ways to get there. In one of them you park pretty far down 🤣 and you really have to complete a mountain hike with lots of stairs to the top. The 2 would be me driving around the outside and up and only have a short walk to get here. Whether you buy something from the restaurant/bar and want to enjoy the view or take your blanket from home with you along with wine and finger food to enjoy the great view. Here too it is worth ending the day relaxing 😍

Located near a beautiful viewpoint. You don't have to visit the restaurant. Card payment from 10 euros, no credit cards. 9.60 were not possible cashless. Pick up food with a large Revue license plate from a separate tent. Enjoy the view from the nearby free platform, we don't need a teahouse.

Nice place. However, poor service and sells the wrong things instead of fennel, namely iced tea. Apart from that, the iced tea doesn't taste good and is way too expensive...

Beautiful viewpoint over Stuttgart. Went from the TV tower through the forest to the teahouse. Great ambience from the tea house. There are many different options to enjoy outside with coffee and cake... apple rings with vanilla ice cream, iced chocolate and other things.

Everything was fine until it was cleared away. Unfortunately, it was only after we had eaten and paid that we saw that the waiter was cleaning an ashtray from another table, spit in it, wiped it with torn rose petals and then put it back on the table. That's not possible and as nice as the location is, we don't eat there anymore...
